국토계획체계내 기초정보 통합 및 연계화 방안 (A study on the integration and linkage of basic information within National Territorial planning system)

  • 본 연구는 최근에 개정된 국토공간계획체계에서 요구되는 각종 제도 시행에 필요한 기초정보의 통합 및 연계화 방안에 대해 논의하고 있다. 국토의 효율적인 이용과 관리를 위해서는 다양한 국토공간관련 기초정보가 필요하다. 이를 위해 현재 많은 국토 정보화사업이 공공부문에서 추진되고 있다. 그러나 그동안의 국토정보화사업은 주로 단위사업별로 추진되어 각 사업간에 데이터테이스 공유나 정보시스템간의 연계가 이루어지지 않아, 유사한 정보가 중복해서 조사되거나 막대한 예산과 인력을 투입한 정보가 제대로 활용되지 못하고 사장되는 경우가 많았다. 따라서 본 연구는 국토공간계획체계내에 기초정보를 통합하고 연계하는 방안을 제시하여 이를 바탕으로 계획적 국토이용과 친환경적 국토관리로 나아가는 초석이 되고자 한다.

  • Unlike other mass production in small variety, shipbuilding process is a project-based method in single variety, which causes unpredictable volatility in the planning system. In shipyards, series of manufacturing processes from fabrication to erection is sequentially carried out. In order to predict unfavorable changes such as overload or low load of working volume, computerized simulation has been being gradually adopted. The data used in the simulation are processed from the database of the main scheduling and planning system. Thus the quality of those data is very crucial for the meaningful results. Unfortunately, research on the verification of data quality is very rare and hardly known to the authors. In this work, using the database of scheduling and product information system of a large domestic shipyard, the data required for the simulation are qualitatively analyzed and verified.

  • Autonomous driving is no longer atechnology of the future since the development of autonomous vehicles has now been realized, and many technologies have already been developed for the convenience of drivers. For example, autonomous vehicles are one of the most important drive assistant systems. Among these many drive assistant systems, Cruise Control Systems are now a typical technology. This system constantly maintains a vehicle's speed and distance from a vehicle in front by using Radar or LiDAR sensors in real time. Cruise Control Systems do not only serve their original role, but also fulfill another role as a 'Driving Safety' measure as they can detect a situation that a driver did not predict and can intervene by assuming a vehicle's longitude control. However, these systems have the limitation of only focusing on driver safety. Therefore, in this paper, an Intelligent Cruise Control System that utilizes the path planning method and GIS is proposed to overcome some existing limitations.

  • Today, the management environments of intelligence firm are changing the way of production planning and logistics management, and are changing the process of supply chain management system. This paper shows the development of information system software for intelligence enterprises is used in supply chain management for robot engineering industry. Specifically, supply chain management system in this paper has been developed to analyze the impact of multi plant and multi distribution environment, showing the process analysis and system development of hierarchical assembly manufacturing industry. In this paper we consider a production planning and distribution management system of intelligence firm in the supply chain. We focus on a capacitated production resource and distribution volume allocation problem, develop a mixed integer programming model, and propose an efficient heuristic procedure using a genetic algorithm to solve it efficiently. This method makes it possible for the population to reach the feasible approximate solution easily. The proposed regeneration procedures, which evaluate each infeasible chromosome, makes the solution converge to the feasible approximate solution quickly.

병원정보시스템 도입에 따른 종합병원 외래진료부의 건축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the OPD Planning by the Introduction of Hospital Information System in General Hospital)

  • In order to improve their hospital services in unlimited competitive situations, the general hospitals, particularly, have since the 1990s been concentrating more on hospital information processing systems and the automation of the patients' convenience. They also give priority to the advance of integrated hospital information systems centred around the patients. Introducing more progressive information technology to already established hospitals, the OPD has been most affected by HIS because there are a lot of patients and doctors. On this background, this study analyse the change of OPD and some related departments around the 1990s with the general hospitals as it's object. It investigates the way of building hospitals and presents some information about the planning of building hospitals.

중장기 투자계획을 위한 의사결정지원 시스템의 설계 (The design of Decision Support System for mid-and long-range investment planning)

  • Decision Support System(DSS) is an advanced information system concept prevailing since 1980s. It supports managers' decision making activities by providing not only information but decision alternatives. It essentially consists of the components of database, modelbase and dialogue systems. With the development of its databases, POSCO needs a number of modelbases in establishing DSSs in various areas such as production planning and investment. This research particularly focuses on establishment of a mid-and long-range investment DSS and investigates the necessity and the problems of an investment DSS and the decision criteria for investment priority. We (1) propose a modelbase which uses the concepts of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Zero-Base Budgeting(ZBB), along with an appropriate scoring method, database and dialogue system to support the investment manager in evaluating investment proposals ; (2) implement the system using relational database management system ; and (3) discuss the results of implementing the investment DSS.

  • In this paper, we propose a new design method of an optimal fuzzy logic controller using co-evolutionary concept. In general, it is very difficult to find optimal fuzzy rules by experience when the input and/or output variables are going to increase. Futhermore proper fuzzy partitioning is not deterministic ad there is no unique solution. So we propose a co-evolutionary method finding optimal fuzzy rules and proper fuzzy membership functions at the same time. Predator-Prey co-evolution and symbiotic co-evolution algorithms, typical approaching methods to co-evolution, are reviewed, and dynamic fitness landscape associated with co-evolution is explained. Our algorithm is that after constructing two population groups made up of rule base and membership function, by co-evolving these two populations, we find optimal fuzzy logic controller. By applying the propose method to a path planning problem of autonomous mobile robots when moving objects applying the proposed method to a pa h planning problem of autonomous mobile robots when moving objects exist, we show the validity of the proposed method.

BrDSS: A decision support system for bridge maintenance planning employing bridge information modeling

  • Effective bridge maintenance reduces bridge operation costs and extends its service life. The possibility of storing bridge life-cycle data in a 3D parametric model of the bridge through Bridge Information Modeling (BrIM) provides new opportunities to enhance current practices of bridge maintenance management. This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS), namely BrDSS, which employs BrIM and an efficient optimization model for bridge maintenance planning. The BrIM model in BrDSS extracts basic data of elements required for the optimization process and visualizes the inspection data and the optimization results to the user to help in decision makings. In the optimization module of the DSS, the specifically formulated Genetic Algorithm (GA) eliminates the chances of producing infeasible solutions for faster convergence. The practicality of the presented DSS was explored by utilizing the DSS in the maintenance planning of a bridge under operation in the southwest of Iran.

  • 최근 컨테이너 선박은 조선 기술의 발달과 세계 경제교역 규모의 급속한 증가에 따라 대형화, 고속화가 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이에 머지않아 15,000TEU급 컨테이너 선박의 등장이 예상되고 있다. 동북아시아에서는 경제의 글로벌화에 따른 급격한 물류환경 변화에 대응하여 물류 주도권 확보를 위한 물류거점화 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 이에 따라 주요항만에서는 대형 선사를 유치하기 위한 치열한 경쟁을 하고 있다. 이를 위해 본선작업을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위한 노력이 절실히 필요하며 지금까지의 본선계획 시스템은 획기적으로 개선되어야 할 것이다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존 본선작업의 개선을 위하여 다수의 플래너를 이용한 양?적하 작업계획을 수행하여 보다 신속하고 정확하게 하며, 플래너(Planner)간의 정보공유로 작업계획의 품질을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 다중분산 본선작업 계획 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 이의 효율성을 검증하기 위해 아레나(ARENA)를 통한 시뮬레이션을 수행하고자 한다.

조선소 트랜스포터 운영을 위한 최적 계획 시스템 개발 (Development of Optimal Planning System for Operating Transporters in Shipyard)

  • In this paper, an optimal planning system for operating transporters in shipyard is developed. The system is designed to utilize the geometries of shipyard, and manage the data of blocks and transporters directly. There are four major menus such as shipyard map management based on GIS, block transportation request, transporter management, and optimal transportation planning in the system. The geometries and properties of the shops, roads, and addresses are manipulated in the shipyard map management menu. The block transportation requests and the properties of transporters are managed in the block transportation request and transporter management menus, respectively. The optimum transportation is planned automatically for minimizing the unload times of the transporters, and the optimum transportation plans are confirmed and printed to the transporter drivers. The effectiveness of the system was verified through the application to a large-sized shipyard.
