PCI Express (PCIe) bus, which was only used as an internal I/O bus of a computer system, has expanded its function to outside of a system, with progress of PCIe switching processor. In particular, advanced features of PCIe switching processor enable PCIe bus to serve as an interconnection network as well as connecting external devices. As PCIe switching processors more advanced, it is required to consider the different adapter card architecture. This study developed multipurpose adapter cards by applying an on-board optical module, a latest optical communications element, in order to improve transfer distance and utilization. The performance evaluation confirmed that the new adapter cards with long cable can provide the same bandwidth as that of the existing adapter cards with short copper cable.

According to IT technology has evolved, a lot of information are moving through network. The correct internet users can obtain useful information. But incorrect users expose information and cause various damage for malicious purpose. To solve this problem, various information security products are being developed. For development of secure information security product, the development process should be secure. Also evaluation system is being used about product evaluation and security module for the assurance of secure product. In this paper, we proposed assurance system for secure development of information security product. Therefore this paper proposed more secure product development and assurance scheme.

This study proposes a process information model which can integrate various activities during the product development process, the system which can manage the process. Development process information will allow designers and managers to access previous tasks readily and utilize the information in making decisions at hand. While developing products in heterogeneous and distributed environments, concurrent and collaborative designs can be achieved by STEP. The process model in this study divides the task of product development into two fundamental parts, Specific Process(SP) and Normal Process(NP). SP includes the specific information and refer to those defined by prior STEP. NP is routine process excluded from being defined as SP. Due data information can be added to manage development pace and to show delayed tasks. As two or more different processes can be linked to show the entire development flow, Static STEP information can be dynamically interlaced. Remote location operations can be incorporated on the Internet using STEP, and information can be shared. The system has been built upon a process model schema so that task stage, design history, and different development style can be managed and accessed for each component. The system has been proven efficient in information management and exchange by several scenario testings.

In the complexity and diversity of modern society, there is an urgent need for an information system which can systematically collect, manage and analyze data. Especially in the discipline of nursing, a nursing informarion system is necessary to maximize nursing resources and improve nursing care in the present system which is faced with increases in client needs and multiple changes in hospital environments. This research was done to provide a basis for the development of an integrative nursing information system for the future, by designing dababases items which were extracted from an analysis of the ward nursing information system on general wards excluding the OPD, ICU, OR and CSR with functions using a different system from the wards, and the design of output screen used the database items. The ward nursing information system was analysed through analysis of nursing practice related to recordings, such as the worksheet, kardex, and other nursing practice recordings, on 25 wards. The development of the database was the part of the construction of hospital information system and used the database development life cycle which is related to the system development life cycle. The database development steps included selection of database management system and design of a physical database following the principles of the order communication system which is been developing at Y University Hospital. Conceptual database and Logical database were designed using the base of 25 data items and fields derived from analysing the worksheet, the data items and fields derived from the kardex and other nursing practice recording, from these 19 data base tables were framed through transforming the relational database. Through this process, four types of output material for nursing practice recording which nurses can carry and use during their nursing practice were produced.

The purposes of this paper is to propose a methology for the efficient work analysis and system configuration for the developing of facilities information management system for city gas facilites. For this, work defining and user requirement was reflected on system, and systematic system development was derived through defining the problems of existing facilities management system. The study can be summarized as follows: First, existing work was computerized effectively by feedback with user interview on analyzing work. Second, it is appropriate to approach on system development in view of SI(System Integrate) which integrates Management Information System(MIS) and Geograph¬ic Information System(GIS). Third, it was found that Client-Server environment is good solution for now and future computer environment.

As the hospital environment is changing rapidly, management is therefore obligated to use new ways to provide better service to patients. For example information system is introduced to some hospitals in Korea. Information system has several benefits such a soperational efficiency by on-line delivery and processing of data, accurate and rapid information production, continuous monitoring of performance and feedback, improvement of work process and better service quality. Still, many hospitals cannot be sure that information system is useful for improving organization performance. Because only one or two area of hospital information system were considered for development and with limited development hospital information system cannot be used effectively. The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of information system utilizaton and to analyze the hospital in formation system in Korea. The results are following; 1. In Korea, proportion of operating system of comuter is 31% of UNIX, 11% of IBM OS and 10% of PC LAN. 2. As we expect, scope of application software and amounts of heardware and software invest ments are affected by concern of CEO. 3. Many CIO(chief information officer) say that the biggest problems are lack of after-service and obsolescence of computer equipments in terms of hardware and shortage of application software for hospital in terms of software. 4. Personnel of information system department is so small that hospital information system can't be improved. 5. During the development of information system, full-time participation of end user is only 20% hospital with almost less than 12 person-month. This study was accomplished by survey through mail questionnaires. Response to the survey was only 55% and it was hard to generalize all the result obtained from this survey. However, We hope that this study would be helpful for helth care organization to acknowlege hospital information system in korea and to design the future architecture and frame of information system.

In this paper, the difficulties involved in analyzing and designing a management system for product development are discussed with reference to reducing the impact of products on the environment. We propose some models and methods to analyze information behavior in the process of product development based on a fusion model which integrates the assessments of users’ needs, the environment, and available technology. These models and methods are subsequently applied to the development of a new packaging material. The results of this case study allow us to identify effective information for the design of a management system for product development to reduce the impact of products on the environment.

Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in the intelligent development of China's power system. It is also an important part of the digital development of the power grid. The development of AI determines whether the digital transformation of China's power system can be successfully implemented. Therefore, this paper discusses the digital transformation of the power grid based on AI technologies. The author has established a digital evaluation index system to reflect the development of the power grid in one province. Both qualitative and quantitative methods have been adopted in the analysis, which delves into the economic effectiveness, quality, and coordination of power grid development in the province in a comprehensive way. Results show that, to meet the needs of the power grid's digital transformation, the correlation coefficient between the power grid's development and the province's overall coordination has been increasing in recent years.

Gradually computerized information systems have become increasingly important in the management of health service and management, The purpose of this study is to develop information system of school health care. This study identified the soureses of health information produced in elementary school environment and classified them into four different categories such as physical information, health status and disease information, school environment information, and health education and school health services information, Those information are analyzed and categorized as one of the element of information system for the development of school health information system. To manage and improve the health of school population and to meet the need of fast growing health information, unit model of evaluation system of school of health and components of constructing school health information system are suggested.

In the 21th century, on the level of the limit of national resources, the national land development, the development using the marine resource and the marine space, the international diplomacy and the national security, the island development will be more vitalized. Therefore, considering the various kinds of information becomes diverse and massive quantitatively, it is necessary that we develop an effective system which not only operates the information, but also gives a function of various display using the computer graphic and the multimedia. On this point of view, this study focused on thesuggestion of the application system model which is necessary for an efficient management, analysis and development of our country's island. That is, unlike the previous information system, the IIMS(Island Information Management System) model was developed by the active use of the Geo-Spatial Information System which improves the efficiency of the work by managing the spatial information and the attribute information simultaneously, and objectively induces the decision of the opinion and the policy for the management and the development of the island.
