산업용 냉각기의 압축기 회전수 변화에 따른 용량제어 특성 (The characteristics of capacity control using a variable speed compressor in an industrial cooler)

  • This paper presents the capacity-control characteristics in an industrial cooler with a variable speed compressor. The inverter-type compressor is controlled by the rotational speed of the operational frequency. This type of the compressor performs the wide range of load compared to the on-off type. When the load of the system reduces, the rotational speed will be reduced. Thus, the system leads to the less power consumption and extends the longer durability of the compressor. With the variable rotational speed of the compressor the cooling capacity of the cooler is about 1.6-3.6 kW and the capacity control is about 40-100%. The system showed the highest efficiency when the rotational speed is about 45-70 Hz. The results can be used as the basic design data to control an industrial cooler.

  • A automatic component inserting system for industrial PCB is developed in this paper. This system has not been developed in Korea. Most domestic companies produce PCB manually. This process requires highly-skilled staff. Therefor, we developed a PCB inserting system for automation of the process and improved productivity. There are low parts in this system; press, table, tool change and control part. A hybrid press cylinder with pneumatic and hydraulic is used in the press part. The table part consists of pneumatic actuators, stepping motors and ball-screw mechanism. In the tool change part, upper tools can be exchanged automatically for the inserting of various components. The control part consists of motor drivers, PLCs and power supply.

  • In a newly developed production control system, a safety control ought to be included as a means of ensuring a more rational control system for achieving efficiency. Such a system does not hold any meaning in itself unless accompanied with appropriate ways to make it practicable. A firm would have a number of function groups. Each of these groups would have specific functions or duties to perform. Their production activities would be planned at the level of departmental management. The planning will take such forms as production, quality and safety planning, and so far as each department would order the line from its own standpoint, scientific production activities could not be expected. All the programmes must, therefore, be integrated and coordinated by a supervisor.

  • In industrial control system used by Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), Ladder Diagram(LD) is the most widely utilized and plays an important role in industrial control system. But recently, the study about Sequential Function Chart(SFC) is performed actively. When we program by SFC, generally, we design one routine from start to end. This method is difficult to design, and we often make mistakes. In this paper, we propose the method that we compose each sub-system after we design each sub-system, and we analysis the difference of the method used this paper from conventional method.

  • Robust control for DC motor is needed according to the highest precision of industrial automation. However, when a motor control system with PID controller has an effect of load disturbance, it is very difficult to guarantee the robustness of control system. In this paper, PID-Expert hybrid control method for motor control system as a compensation method solving this problem is presented. If PID control system is stable, the Expert controller is idle. if the error hits the boundary of the constraint, the Expert controller begins operation to force the error back to the constraint set. The disturbance effect decrease remarkably, robust speed control of DC motor using PID-Expert Hybrid controller is demonstrated by the simulation.

  • In this paper, the inverse model of a servo system is realized in a PDP-type neural network. The neural network learns the mapping between the input and output of the servo system. Some simulation results show the effectiveness of this inverse model obtained here.

  • 본 논문에서는 학교, 병원, 관공서와 같은 공공기관에서 사용할 수 있는 멀티 캐스팅 방송 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 멀티 캐스팅 방송 시스템은 다양한 멀티미디어 교육매체를 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 네트워크를 이용한 원격 제어가 가능하도록 고려하였다. 또한 개발된 방송 시스템은 선택적 개별 방송과 그룹 방송이 가능한 스피커 제어 모듈과 다양한 교육매체의 효율적인 활용을 위한 AV 콘텐츠 제어 모듈 및 조명 제어 모듈을 포함하고 있다. 그리고 통신과정에서는 외란에 강인한 RS-485C 통신을 이용하였으며, 사용자 중심의 GUI 기반 통합 제어 시스템을 개발하여 운영의 효율성 향상을 모색하였다.

  • 국가 주요 기반 시설을 포함하여 보안사고 발생 시 심각한 피해를 발생시킬 수 있는 산업 제어시스템의 특성에 의해 세계적으로 많은 보안 침해 사고가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 산업 제어시스템 네트워크에 오가는 트래픽은 감시되고, 분석되어 공격을 사전에 파악하거나 사고 이후 재빠른 대응을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 제어시스템 프로토콜인 DNP3를 대상으로 모든 공격의 가능성을 갖는 트래픽들을 대상으로 합리적인 의심이 가능하도록 네트워크 포렌식 관점에서 시각화를 연구를 수행해 정상행위기반 룰을 정의하고 시각화 요구사항을 도출했다. 이를 기반으로 제어시스템 네트워크상에 캡처된 패킷 파일을 대상으로 DDoS와 같은 급작스런 네트워크 트래픽의 변화를 일으키는 경우 혹은 정상행위를 위반한 공격이 탐지 가능한 시각화 도구를 개발했고, 디지털본드 패킷과 같이 치명적인 공격이 포함된 네트워크상에서 성공적으로 비정상행위 탐지를 수행하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is the development of a fully integrated simulation package for industrial robot. The simulation package consists of kinematics, dynamics, and control. The kinematics contains trajectory plans and inverse kinematics. The dynamics combines manipulator dynamics and actuator dynamics including the effect of payloads and viscous frictions. The control is a hardware oriented scheme which contains position controller, velocity controller, current controller, and PWM generator. Thus, the simulation package can be used not only for theoretical purposes but also for development purposes in industry. Using this package, the characteristics and performances of the SCARA robot, which has been developed in GSIS, are investigated.

  • This paper aims to investigate and analyze the process solving problems with activities of Quality Control Circle, carried out on a small scale, among various activities of industrial fields. Then this paper intends to provide and integrated model through integrating each process into one. In addition, this paper also aims to enhance the efficiency of the suggested model by realizing the model through support system.
