This study sought to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction and interpersonal relationships in the effect of disability acceptance of employed people with developmental disabilities on life satisfaction. To this end, we perform a structural equation model analysis using the 4th survey data in 2019, which has the highest level of communication among the 2nd wave of employment panel for the disabled, resulting in the following results. First, it has been confirmed that the degree of disability acceptance of employed people with developmental disabilities has a positive affect on their life satisfaction. Second, Third, job satisfaction are mediated in the effect of disability acceptance of employed people with developmental disabilities on life satisfaction. Third, interpersonal relationships are mediated in the effect of disability acceptance of employed people with developmental disabilities on life satisfaction. Based on the above findings, implications and suggestions were presented.

This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the effects of nursing students' perceived professional responsibility, attitude toward corporal punishment of children, perceived degree of behavioral control, and attitude toward professional responsibility for child abuse. Data collection was from September 1 to 30, 2021, and the collected data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the influencing factor on nursing students' perceived attitude toward professional responsibility for child abuse was perceived behavioral control, and the influence power of variables was 13.6%. Based on the results of this study, it is thought that an educational program should be developed to build an environment to improve nursing students' perceived behavioral control for child abuse and to improve their attitude toward professional responsibility for child abuse.

Research on what factors affect the success of the movie market is very important for reducing risks in related industries and developing the movie industry. In this study, in order to find out the degree of correlation of independent variables that affect movie performance, a survey was conducted on film experts using the AHP method and the importance of each measurement factor was evaluated. In addition, we hypothesized that factors derived from big data related to search portals and SNS will affect the success of movies due to the increase in the spread and use of smart phones. And a prediction model that reflects both the expert survey information and big data mentioned above was proposed. In order to check the accuracy of the prediction of the proposed model, it was confirmed that it was improved (10.5%) compared to the existing model as a result of verification with real data.Therefore, it is judged that the proposed model will be helpful in decision-making of film production companies and distributors.

Identifying the factors between nursing work environment and emotional labor to job satisfaction for nurses in public hospitals, 176 nurses who worked at six medical centers in Gyeonggi-do as study subjects were selected. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, post-test Scheffe's test, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN program(23.0). In the results to identify the factors that influence the job satisfaction, the better the nursing work environment(β=.797, p=.000) and the lower the degree of emotional labor(β=-.089, p=.045), the higher the job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction increased when nurses cared the fewer number of patients. To increase job satisfaction for nurses, the policy should be considered to care fewer patients per a nurse, improve work environment and decrease emotional labor.

This study aims to understand the actual conditions of adolescents with allergic diseases and factors related to mental health. It is intended to provide basic data for disease management. As for the research method, big data of the 16th Youth Health Behavior Survey were analyzed secondary, and x²-test was used using the SPSS 25 program8, odds ratio and 95% confidence interval were calculated to determine the degree of association, and multi-logistic regression analysis was performed. Studies have shown that 37.1% of adolescents with allergic diseases have stress perception, 27.6% of depression experience rate and 12.5% of suicidal thoughts, and the likelihood of stress perception, depression experience, and suicidal thoughts among adolescents with allergic diseases was higher. As a result of this study, it was found that the presence or absence of allergic diseases in adolescents has a significant effect on mental health, and we intend to use it as basic data for prevention and research on diseases that can lead to mental illness and adolescent mental health.

In Korea, software education is implemented from elementary school. As a representative software education tool for elementary schools, various chess games reconstructed based on the rules of Western chess games are being used. On the other hand, Yutnori, one of our traditional games, also includes elements of software education, so research on this is needed. Therefore, in this study, a Yutnori program based on computational thinking using an educational programming language, Entry, and a turtle robot was developed and its validity verified. As a result of the validity verification, the CVR value was higher than 0.7 in the degree of agreement with the subject achievement standard (3 questions), the appropriateness of learning materials (4 questions), and the possibility of class application (3 questions). Therefore, it could be judged that the learning program developed in this study has a high level of agreement with the subject achievement standards, appropriate learning materials, and high possibility of being applied to classes. In order to generalize this content in the future, the effectiveness will need to be verified, and experimental research will be needed to understand this.

This study was attempted to identify and correlate the degree of human rights awareness, empathy, and multicultural acceptance of nursing students. The data of this study were collected from 175 nursing students at a university in G City from October 11, 2022 to November 5, 2022. The collected data were analyzed using t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 Program. The results of this study are as follows. The human rights consciousness of nursing students differed significantly depending on the presence or absence of nursing ethics education and the presence or absence of foreign or migrant friends. As a result of this study, human rights awareness had a significant correlation with empathy, but there was no significant correlation between human rights awareness and multicultural acceptance, and empathy and multicultural acceptance. The results of this study will contribute to nursing education to contribute to strengthening the competence of nursing students as professionals.

This study utilized minimum number of demographic variables and first-semester GPA of students to predict the final academic status of students at a vocational college in Seoul. The results from XGBoost and LightGBM models revealed that these variables significantly impacted the prediction of students' dismissal. This suggests that early academic performance could be an important indicator of potential academic dropout. Additionally, the possibility that academic years required to award an associate degree at the vocational college could influence the final academic status was confirmed, indicating that the duration of study is a crucial factor in students' decisions to discontinue their studies. The study attempted to model without relying on psychological, social, or economic factors, focusing solely on academic achievement. This is expected to aid in the development of an early warning system for preventing academic dropout in the future.

In this study, the degree of motion sickness displayed according to actions in virtual reality is measured based on the SSQ tool, a measuring tool, and factors and symptoms affecting cyber motion sickness are investigated through comparative analysis. In the first experiment, the operation method experiment, the simple operation method is measured to be highly affected by the Nausea factor. As symptoms of this, nausea, burp and headache symptoms were developed. In the second experiment, the larger the body rotation radius, the higher the motion sickness was measured, and the greater the influence of Nausea factors. Symptoms of this were the symptoms of burping, headaches, and a full head. In the third experiment, the physical mobility experiment, motion sickness was measured highly in the non-action controller. It was measured to be greatly affected by the Nausea factor. Symptoms of this include fever, headache, and a full head. Through this study, we found that the more fixed and simple the body is operated in virtual reality, the more sensitive the user is to motion sickness, and the larger the radius of rotation, the more sensitive it is to motion sickness. This study is meaningful in identifying factors and symptoms that affect motion sickness and VR manipulation, and is expected to be used by developers in the future to recognize the degree and symptoms of motion sickness of users and to develop content.

In this paper, we deal with robotic automation for assembling car brake modules. A car brake module is comprises of a torque member, two brake pads, and two pad liners. In the assembly process, brake pads and pad liners are needed to be inserted in a torque member. If we use a typical robotic hand for the assembly, task time takes too long. So, we propose two methods. The first method is to use an end effector that has five grippers capable of gripping five assembly parts. In the first method we attached the implemented end effector to a conventional 6 degrees of freedom industrial manipulator and performed the bake module assembly task. Experimental results show that the task time is remarkably reduced. The brake module assembly task needs the robot to change its orientation frequently, so, in the second method, we added one degree of freedom to the end effector that is used in the first method. By attaching it to a conventional 6 degrees of freedom industrial manipulator, we composed a 7 degrees of freedom redundant manipulator. A redundant manipulator has the advantage of flexible manipulation so the robot can change its orientation easily and can perform assembly task very fast. Experimental results show that the second method dramatically reduce whole task time for brake module assembly.
