Primary laryngeal aspergillosis is rare, It is most often found in immunocompromised patient, such as leukemia, malignant disease, diabetes or immunosuppressive drugs. These days the occurrences of laryngeal aspergillosis in immunocompetent patients are increasing. The cause of laryngeal aspergillosis in immunocompetent patients is not clear, but a few factors are considered such as iatrogenic factors, vocal abuse, vocal fold cyst and occupational factors. The histopathologic characteristics are somewhat different between that of immunocompromised patients and immunocompetent patients. We report a case of primary vocal cord aspergillosis in immunocompetent patient who had treated with only surgery and brief review of the pertinent literature.

As a demand for underground structure is increasing with more parking and retail spaces required. Various construction methods are reviewed and selected for each specific site for economical and fast construction. In this study, factors for selecting construction methods were categorized for substructure construction. Construction processes of substructure are consisted of methods for excavation, earth retaining systems, and placement of slabs. Factors for the selection of substructure construction method are the condition of surrounding, geotechnical, information and constraint by comfortness for others nearby. After survey for the construction data of 5 different sites, analysis about reliable substructure construction selection method was suggested.

Purpose: This study explored factors that influence happiness in nursing students. Methods: The participants were 182 nursing students at a university in B city. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with the SPSS Win 22.0. Results: Happiness in nursing students correlated significantly with resilience (r=.79, p<.001) and self-differentiation (r=.38, p<.001). Resilience, subjective health status, and selection motivation to study nursing explained 69.1% of the variance in happiness. Conclusion: The study shows resilience, subjective health status, and selection motivation to study nursing are important factors for happiness in nursing students. These findings can be utilized to develop strategies for increasing nursing students' happiness.

Recently, the use of mobile payment, called "Pay" payment, is increasing such as 'KakaoPay' and 'SamsungPay'. In Korea, various mobile payment services are running and emerging. The purpose of this study is to examine the intention to switch from using existing credit cards or check card to mobile payment service based on the two-factor theory. We empirically examined the effect of the two factors, the factors that enable switching and the factors that inhibit switching. Therefore, the study use switching cost and switching benefit as parameters to confirm the effect on the switching intention. In addition, this study intends to analyze the differences between two subgroups by the degree of personal innovativeness. We survey smartphone users and credit card or check card users, and analyzed the Smart PLS 3.0 using structural equation model to verify the significance of the research hypothesis.

Global tourism has increased throughout the 1990s, with the biggest surge occurring in the Asia-Pacific region. Long-distance travel is also increasing, and at a rate faster than the global average. The opportunities for event tourism appear to be strong almost everywhere, although we know from recent history that recessions like IMF impacted on these destinations. Along with this upward trend, competition for more desirable tourists is also surging, so destinations cannot be complacent (Getz, i997). Event tourism is appearing as the powerful method In the fierce competition around the tourism industry. This paper investigated the safety factors considered by visitors of 2000 Gyeongju World Culture Expo in Korea and analyzed the correlation between the safety factors and the demographic characteristic of the visitors.

The purpose of this study is to analyze human factors - stress, alcohol, fatigue - of the railway driver in domestic railway industry. This study proposes railway safety improvement of domestic railway by intensively comparing railway safety system overseas to reinforce domestic railway safety. Domestic railways well known the well-organized railway safety culture has brought up safety issues on their process of private management. With this process, also, domestic safety is requested by increasing sense of the safety for general public. This study expects Korean railways to become a well-organized that as removing insecure factors of domestic railway based on result comparing and analyzing the manual, factors and requirements of guideline for internal and external safety culture.

The main design factors which effect on operating speed of linear actuator for valve operation are mass of plunger, electromagnetic motive force, inductance, and return spring, and these factors are not independent but related with each other in view point of design and electromagnetic theory. It is impossible to increase the operating speed by only change the value of any one design factor. The change of any one value results in change of any value related it in various design factors. This paper presents a speed increasing method of linear actuator using a solenoid design method by some governing equations which are composed of electromagnetic theory and empirical knowledge and permanent magnets as assistant material, and proved the propriety by experiments.

As one of core technologies in ubiquitous era, interest and application of RFID is increasing. Although its' applications has been developed in various areas, actual application rate is still underestimated. Previous studies show that most of researches are focused on RFID implementation strategies, emphasizing technical advantages and benefits of RFID. To increase RFID adoption rate, however, end user's attitude about information technology has to be considered. The empirical study has been conducted to analyze user's influential factors which affect the RFID adoption. The results show that some of user's attitude about IT are valid and provide useful guide lines about RFID adoption.

Nowadays, customers have increasing needs, so more and more enterprises are selling their products with additional services and or contents. The emergence of service added to the product leads to the emergence of the Product-Service Systems(PSS). Many researches related to PSS are mainly concerned with general PSS and PSS modeling, which can not readily assist manufactures of consumer products to implement and realize PSS solution. We have wondered whether customers can distinguish service functions from product functions. Through the case studies on Apple and Nintendo and the survey on the representative 5 IT products, we propose the design factors of products and services for PSS.

To study the response to plant growth by the environmental factors, the effects of application of nitrogen on changes in the yield, crude protein, amino acids, chlorophyll, carotene, total phosphorus, acid-soluble phosphorus, phospholipids, RNA, and DNA were investigated with westerworlds 9Lolium sublatum) and perennial rye-grasses (Lolium perenne). The amounts of dry weight, crude protein, amino acids, chlorophyll, carotene, total phosphorus, acid-soluble phosphorus, phospholipids, RNA and DNA of both rye-grasses increased with adequately increasing nitrogen, and reached a maximum with an adequate application of nitrogen. The relationships between yields and crude protein contents, crude protein and RNA contents, and yields and RNA contents of westerworlds and perennial rye-grasses were found to be positively correlated, respectively.
