1차 전지의 성능 신뢰도 분석 장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Reliability Analysis Device of Primary Battery)

  • In industrial situation, electronic and electro-mechanical systems have been using different type of batteries in rapidly increasing numbers. These systems commonly require high reliability for long periods of time. Wider application of battery for low-power design as a prime power source requires us knowledge of failure mechanism and reliability of batteries in terms of load condition, environment condition and other explanatory variables. Battery life is an important factor that affects the reliability of such systems. There is need for us to understand the mechanism leading to the failure state of battery with performance characteristic and develop a method to predict the life of such battery. The purpose of this paper is to develope the methodology of monitoring the health of battery and determining the condition or fate of such systems through the performance reliability to predict the remaining useful life of primary battery with load condition, operating condition, environment change in light of battery life variation. In order to evaluate on-going performance of systems and subsystems adopting primary batteries as energy source, The primitive prototype for performance reliability analysis device was developed and related framework explained.

  • 센서 네트워크는 저전력 저가격 소형 근거리 무선통신이 가능한 다기능 노드를 사용하여, 센싱, 데이터 프로세싱, 통신을 할 수 있도록 구성된 네트워크를 말한다. 센서 네트워크의 설계에서는 주로 네트워크 생존시간을 증가시키기 위한 전력 소모를 줄이는 것을 고려하였지만, 실제 응용에서는 최종 사용자에게 노드에서 감지한 정보를 신뢰적으로 전달하는 것이 가장 중요하다. 기존의 다중경로를 이용한 신뢰성있는 전송(Reliable information forwarding using multiple paths in sensor networks: ReInForM)은 에러가 일어나기 쉬운 환경에서 요구 신뢰도에 맞게 데이터를 전송하는 알고리즘이지만, 채널 에러율이 높아지고 소스와 싱크간의 흡 수가 늘어날수록 전송 오버헤드가 급격하게 늘어난다. 본 논문에서는 중간 싱크 노드 및 소스 노드를 이용한 신뢰성 있는 전송 (Reliable transmission using intermediate source nodes in sensor networks :ReTrust)을 제안한다. 성능분석과 시뮬레이션을 통해 ReTrust 알고리즘은 오버헤드는 줄이면서 요구 신뢰도를 만족함을 보인다.

Nano-technology에 도입된 Dual Poly Gate에서의 DPN 공정 연구 (Impact of DPN on Deep Nano-technology Device Employing Dual Poly Gate)

  • The effects of radio frequency (RF) source power for decoupled plasma nitridation (DPN) process on the electrical properties and Fowler-Nordheim (FN) stress immunity of the oxynitride gate dielectrics for deep nano-technology devices has been investigated. With increase of RF source power, the threshold voltage (Vth) of a NMOS transistor(TR) decreased and that of a PMOS transistor increased, indicating that the increase of nitrogen incorporation in the oxynitride layer due to higher RF source power induced more positive fixed charges. The improved off-current characteristics and wafer uniformity of PMOS Vth were observed with higher RF source power. FN stress immunity, however, has been degenerated with increasing RF source power, which was attributed to the increased trap sites in the oxynitride layer. With the experimental results, we could optimize the DPN process minimizing the power consumption of a device and satisfying the gate oxide reliability.

SNS 정보 특성이 병원선택과 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of SNS Information Characteristics on Hospital Selection and Satisfaction Degree)

  • This study is to confirm that SNS information characteristics have an effect on choosing hospital care and satisfaction on hospital. This study is conducted with a total of 301 respondents (150 of document investigation and 151 of mobile SNS research) from 16th January 2014 to 29th January. 168 respondents who have experience to collect SNS health information within 6 months recently was selected subject of analysis. In the results, we could confirm the followings. The reliability among SNS information characteristics has effect on convenience that is source of choosing hospital care. The reliability and agreement have effect on the professionalism among source of choosing hospital care. In the influence on having hospital satisfaction, the more reliable and agreeable, the more increasing of hospital satisfaction. In the influence between hospital choice element and hospital satisfaction, the more convenient and service available, the more increasing of hospital satisfaction. In conclusion, it is expecting to contribute SNS managers or marketer of medical institutions to taking out commitment on medical consumer's SNS.

  • The voltage-source inverters are normally equipped with an electrolytic capacitor in their DC link, however, the electrolytic capacitor has several disadvantages such as increasing size, limiting converter life and reliability. Therefore, several approaches for removing the DC link capacitor have been studied by the authors. This paper proposes a new voltage-source inverter without DC link components. To reduce waveform distortion of the AC source current, the current-controlled PWM-rectifier with di/dt feedback is introduced. The di/dt feedback gain and LC parameters are investigated by calculation for a 0.75kW induction motor driven by this inverter. The calculated AC source currents maintain nearly sinusoidal waveforms with a unity power factor.

  • Restructuring and recent developments in the power system and problems arising from construction and maintenance of large power plants, increasing amount of interest in distributed generation (DG) source. Distributed generation units due to specifications, technology and location network connectivity can improve system and load point reliability indices. In this paper, the allocation and sizing of DG in distribution networks are determined using optimization. The objective function of the proposed method is to improve customer-based reliability indices at lowest cost. The placement and size of DGs are optimized using a Genetic Algorithm (GA). To evaluate the proposed algorithm, 34-bus IEEE test system, is used. The results illustrate efficiency of the proposed method.

  • 국방 무기체계에서의 소프트웨어 비중이 증가하고 있으며 구조도 점차 복잡해지고 있어, 이에 따른 신뢰성 검증이 매우 중요하다. 특히 무기체계 시스템을 구성하는 소프트웨어 구성 요소 들의 상호 작용에 따라 발생하는 결함은 정적 시험 및 코드 실행률 점검 수준의 동적 시험만으로는 예방하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 동적 결함 유형을 분류 개발한다. 미 국방부 무기체계에 사용하는 오픈 소스 소프트웨어(OSS)에서 보고된 이슈 분석을 통하여 본 논문에서 분류한 동적 결함이 실제로 발생하며, 이들은 대체로 통합 이후 발생하는 결함이며, 재현이 어렵고, 결함 원인 파악이 어려웠음을 보인다. 이 분석 결과를 기반으로 무기체계 신뢰성 검증을 위하여 소프트웨어 통합 시험 개선의 중요성을 도출한다.

  • The characteristics of noise and vibration by a heavy impact source was studied. The triggering method was used for increasing the reliability and stability to measure the level of sound pressure. sound intensity and vibration acceleration. A simple finite element model and a rigid body analysis method were suggested to calculate the natural frequencies of the multi-layer floor system. The results show that the resilient materials decrease the natural frequency of the reinforced concrete slab, make a resonance with dominant driving frequency in the low frequency region, and increase the vibration and noise level. Stability Control of Energy Storage Voltage Source Inverters in Isolated Power Systems

  • Isolated power systems (IPS) are often characterized by a weak grid due to small power grids. The grid side voltage is no longer equivalent to an ideal voltage source of an infinitely big power grid. The conversion control of new energy sources, parameter perturbations as well as the load itself can easily cause the system voltage to oscillate or to become unstable. To solve this problem, increasing the energy-storage power sources is usually used to improve the reliability of a system. In order to provide support for the voltage, the energy-storage power source inverter needs an method to control the voltage source. Therefore, this paper has proposed the active damping control of a voltage source inverter (VSI) based on virtual compensation. By simplifying the VSI double closed-loop control, two feedback compensation channels have been constructed to reduce the VSI output impedance without changing the characteristics of the voltage gain of a system. This improvement allows systems to operate stably in a larger range. A frequency-domain analysis, and simulation and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • 본 연구는 현행 작성되는 주요 통계를 분석하여 문제점을 제기하였고, 標本調査 실시를 위한 效率的標本設計를 위하여 基本原則을 제안함과 동시에 誤差發生의 原因과 管理를 위한 原則을 제시하였다. 또한 統計報告書形式을 標準化함으로써 統計利用者의 便益과 信賴性을 제고시키려고 하였다.
