신규대졸자의 취업 및 임금수준 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis of the Determinants of Employment and Wage of New College Graduates)

  • 본 연구는 중앙고용정보원의 청년패널 자료(2003-2005)를 이용하여 신규대졸자의 취업 및 임금수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석해 본 후, 신규대졸자 실업완화 및 임금격차 해소에 도움이 될 수 있는 방안을 탐색해보았다. 분석결과, 첫째 취업여부 결정요인의 경우 학교소재지에서 경기 인천지역, 학교성적이 좋을수록, 취득자격증의 전공 및 취업관련 정도가 높을수록 취업가능성을 높이도록, 학교군에서 비수도권 사립대는 취업가능성을 낮추도록 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 취업형태 분석결과 (1) 정규직 결정요인의 경우 학교소재지에서 경기 인천지역, 학교성적이 좋을수록, 취득자격증의 전공 및 취업관련 정도가 높을수록, 의약간호보건계열 사범계열은 취업가능성을 높이도록, 학교군에서 비수도권 사립대, 수도권 전문대, 비수도권 전문대는 취업가능성을 낮추도록 영향을 미치며, (2) 비정규직 결정요인의 경우 학력에서 전문대, 학교군에서 수도권 전문대, 비수도권 전문대는 취업가능성을 높이도록, 비수도권 사립대는 취업가능성을 낮추도록 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 임금수준 결정요인의 경우 남자가, 연령이 많을수록, 의약간호보건계열, 사범계열은 임금수준을 높이도록, 비정규직, 학교소재에서 경기 인천지역, 전라지역은 임금수준을 낮추도록 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신규대졸자 실업완화 및 임금격차 해소를 위한 시사점으로는, 첫째 대학교육을 전문인력 양성 및 산업현장의 요구에 부응하도록 개선해야 하고, 둘째 노동시장에서 성차별을 완화할 수 있는 대안이 마련되어야 되어야 하며, 셋째 자격증이 실질적으로 업무수행능력 및 생산성 향상과 연결될 수 있도록 자격증 취득과정을 개선해야 하고, 넷째 산업의 지방분산을 통한 지역균형발전정책이 이루어져야 하며, 다섯째 신규대졸자 취업을 촉진하기 위한 체계적 종합적인 지원 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다.

일부지역 대본업소의의 환경위생학적 조사 (조명과 CO를 중심으로) (The Study on Environmental Sanitation for Book-lending Shops in Inchon Area)

  • This survey was carried out for a month from Jan. 15th, 1979 to Feb, 15th, 1979 to study the sanitary environments of the "book-lending" shops (comic-book shops) in Inchon area, and the special emphasis was placed on their illumination and carbon monoxide gas, which plays an important part in the whole sanitary environment. 120 shops surveyed were chosen at random from 4 administrative districts, 30 shops from one district respectively. The results of the survey were as follows:1) The average space of the book-lending shops (63.3%) was 2.0~3.9 pyung, at 21 number of shops (17.5%) was 1.0~1.9 pyung, at 53 number of shops (10.8%) was 4.0~5.9 pyung, at 9 number of shops (7.5%) was 6.0~7.9 pyung. 2) The ages of 42.8 percent of the whole 888 customers range from 10 to 14 and those of 36.5 percent from 15 to 19, and those of 11.9 percent from 20 to 24, and 89.2 percent were male and 10.8 percent were females and the percent of spending time in shops was shown 10.2% in under 1 hr, 25.4% in 1 hr to 2 hrs, 46.5% in 2 hrs to 3 hrs and 17.8% in over 3 hrs. 3)The CO pollution was quite different by shops where the ventilator was equipped and where not equipped. In the shops equipped shown 36 shops (80.8%) and non-equipped shown 65 shops (86.7%), the pollution ratio of all the shops (120 shops) was 84.2 percent. 4) The CO Concentration of the ventilator equipped shops was shown 44.5 percent in 100~149 ppm, 150~199 ppm shown 33.3 percent and 22.2 percent was 200~250 ppm, In the non-equipped shops the CO concentration was shown 36.9 percent was 150~199 ppm and 200~250 ppm was 25.6 percent. The totally was 39.6 percent in 100~149 ppm. 5) 37.5 percent of the book-lending shops had the ventilation facilities but 62.6 percent had no ventilators. 6) The maxmum average illumination of the shops was 38.5 Lux and the minimum average illumination was 14.1 Lux, and the mean average illumination S.D. was 24.6\pm38.4. 7) 35.8 percent of the shops had the illumination of 20~29 Lux and 8.3 percent had that of more than 40 Lux. In other words 91.7 percent had the illumination of less than 40 Lux.

해안간척지의 생태적 환경복원을 위한 식물 선정에 관한 연구 -인천공항 사토장지역을 중심으로- (Plant Species Selection Program for Ecological Restoration of Coastal Reclaimed Land -Focused on the Dumped Soil Area at Inchon Airport-)

  • The main purpose of this thesis is to select the appropriate plants for the ecological restoration of coastal land. The soil and vegetation environment survey of the beach where the halophytes live now was executed for the sake. Firstly, the soil survey was done by the physical and chemical survey of beach soil and dumped soil. The soil is mostly sandy loam and sandy clay loam which has silty much. The beach soil where the salt plants live has more organic matters in the content than dumped soil because of the influx of the dead halophytes, a pioneer plant to this area. Secondly the vegetation survey was executed by the halophytes survey in the beach area in order to select the appropriate plants for ecological restoration. The shows two different areas in the vegetation divided by the salt density of soil. Artemisia fukudo, Juncus haenkei, Carex pumila, Silene armeia, Polyponum aviculare etc live in the less salt density area and it doesnt show collected. Salicornia herbacea, Suaeda asparagoides, Aster tripolium, Limonium tetragonum, Suaeda maritima, Scirus fluvitilis, Phragmtes communis, Suaeda japonica, Zoysia sinica etc halophytes live in the more salt density area and there are a few advent plant but many collected. So the salt density of soil limits the vegetation. The selection of appropriate plants for the ecological restoration programs was designed with 3 different standards considering the salt density of soil in the dumped soil area. The plan selection guidelines of thick salt density due to the salt density of soil, and economical efficiency and maintenance because the area is large. The guidelines of middle salt density area were made considering economical efficiency and maintenance because there are salt as well, and it is effective for the scenery if they have normal ecology but their leaves have good color and the flowers are beautiful. However I suggest beautiful flowery plants for the neutral plan area because this area is the entry point of the airport so the view is very important.

도시자연공원의 식생구조에 따른 관리방안 - 인천광역시 월미공원의 사례 - (Structure and Management Devices of Vegetation at Weolmi Urban Nature Park, Incheon)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose vegetation management devices through analyzing the actual vegetation, flora, plant community structure and soil chemical concentrations in Weolmi urban nature park, Incheon. The actual vegetation of Weolmi Park in various areas is composed of urbanization area(2 types, 25.9%), landscape planting area(4 types, 16.1%), grass and marsh area(5 types, 7.6%) and mountain forest areal(14 types, 50.4%). The flora is composed of 295 taxa with 80 families, 253 species, 35 varieties and 7 formas, and among them there are 16 naturalized plant families, 39 species, 3 varieties. In reflection of size, the number of the species seems high but most of the them are under influence of human disturbance. Nine survey plots of plant community structure are classified into two groups. One is the semi-natural plant community(Prunus sargentii-Acer palmatum, Quercus accutissma-Prunus sargentii, Quercus serrata-Quercus accutissma-Prunus sargentii, Prunus sargentii, and Zelkova serrata-Prunus sargentii) that migrated finn the planting forest to the natural forest and the other is planting forest(Pinus koraienssis-Pinus thunbergii-Abies holophylla-Chamaectparis obtusa, Prunus sargentii, Pinus thunbergii-Alnus firma, Zelkova serrata). The average pH is 4.65 which means the soil acidity is quite high. The concentration of K, Ca, Mg and base saturation is very low. It seems that the environmental pollutants from Incheon Port and industrial plants near by survey site and long-distance transport of air pollutants from China made the soil condition worse. On the basis of the results above, six vegetation management devices are suggested: 1) removing the hazard plants(Pueraia thunbergiana and Humulus japonica), 2) natural landscape management of the middle and long term, 3) increasing species diversity, 4) Robinia pseudoacacia management, 5) keeping the naturalized plants from being distributed any further inside the mountain forest, 6) improving soil acidification.

컨조인트분석을 활용한 신국제여객터미널 최적 항만운영 방안에 관한 연구-인천항을 중심으로 (An Analysis on Optimal Port Operation for New International Passenger Terminal Using Conjoint Analysis: Focusing on Incheon Port)

  • 본 연구는 신규로 건설되는 국제여객터미널의 최적 항만운영안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 컨조인트 분석을 활용하여 최적 항만운영이 될 수 있는 대안을 분석하였다. 또한 사용자 관점과 실사업 주관입장인 인천항만공사와 인식차이 비교분석을 실시한다. 사용자 컨조인트 분석결과 '임대료 산정방식'이 신국제여객터미널 항만운영 방안에서는 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었다. 다음으로 자동화구축, 부지면적 순으로 분석되었다. 수준별 효용결과를 살펴보면 임대료 산정방식에서는 '국유재산법 적용방식', 자동화구축에서는 '야드장비의 자동화', 부지면적에서는 '61,000평~66,000평'순으로 효용성을 보였다. 신국제여객터미널 실사업 주관자인 인천항만공사의 경우, 사용자 결과와 마찬가지로 중요도에서 '임대료 산정방식'이 신국제여객터미널 항만운영방안에서 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 자동화구축, 부지면적 순으로 도출되었다. 각 요인의 수준별 효용결과로는 임대료산정방식에서는 '투자비 보전방식', 자동화구축에서는 '야드장치장의 자동화', 부지면적에서는 '43000평~48000평' 순으로 효용치를 보였다.

Insect Funa of Chestnut Bushes at Paju Area in Korea: -Mainly on Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu-

  • 경기도 파주지역의 밤나무숲은 밤나무혹벌(Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu)이 1965년 이래로 번성하여 막심한 피해를 받고 있으며 벌목되는 나무의 수가 증가 되어가는 실정이다. 저자는 밤나무혹벌의 생물학적 자연구제의 대책을 연구코저 파주군의 법원리, 마장리, 분수리의 3개처와 양주군의 보광사, 벽제리, 2개처에 대하여 밤나무숲의 곤충상을 조사하였다. 전 지역에 대하여 5목 35종의 곤충을 채집하였으며 법원리에서는 해충의 번성이 심하였으나 분수리에서는 작년가지에 많은 밤나무혹벌의 혹이 금년가지에서는 볼수 없어 하나의 회복증상을 발견하고 그 이유로서 법원리는 숲이 고립되어 있으나 분수리는 상수리나무숲으로 잘 둘러싸여 있다는 사실을 지적, 삼림조성에 있어서의 혼합림조성 방식을 제창하였다.

토양오염지표에 의한 국내 토양의 중금속과 비소 오염도 및 향후 전망 (Quality of Korean Soil and It's Prospection Influenced with Heavy Metals and Arsenic Analyzed with Soil Pollution Indices)

  • 토양오염지표(토양오염점수 및 토양오염등급)에 의하면 1987년부터 1994년까지 토양측정망 지역의 토양은 대부분이 건전한 상태를 유지하고 있다. 그러나 토양측정망 지역의 1.5∼3.7% 정도는 토양오염이 우려되거나 대책이 필요한 토양4등급으로 분류되므로 이 지역의 복원이 필요한 것으로 추정되고 있다. 토양측정망 측정지점 의 토양4등급은 1994년 1개소를 제외하고는 1987년에 9개소, 1989년 47개소, 1991년 19개소, 1993년 17개소, 1994년 16개소가 농경지이다. 토앙측정망 측정지점을 16종류의 오염 경로로 분류하면, 금속제련소, 금속광산, 공단하류의 인근지역에서 토앙오염점수가 높게 나타나고 있으며, 또한 대부분의 토양4등급 지역이 이들지역에 밀집되어 있다. 지역별로는 인천광역시, 대구광역시에서 가장 높은 토양오염 점수가 나타나고 있으며, 강원, 경북, 경남지역에 토양4등급 개소가 가장 많이 나타나고 있다. 1987년-1994년 기간중에 산출된 토양측정망 토양4등급의 연차적인 누적개소에 가중치 0.3(30%)을 곱한 수치를 이용하여 모델식을 개발하고 향후 토양질을 예측하였다. 개발된 모델식은 Y = 1.16+0.23x로 Y는 토양4등급이고 x는 연도이다. 모델식에 의하면, 토양측정망의 토양4등급에 해당하는 면적은 2001년 4.8%, 2006년 6.0%, 2011년 6.6%로 증가할 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이를 토대로 할 때, 우리나라 국토의 면적중에서 토양4등급 면적의 증가는 1987년의 오염면적에 대비하여 1994년에 5배, 2001년에 7배, 2011년에 10배에 이를 것으로 예측된다.

조리실습교육에 대한 학습자의 요구도 조사 (Research on the Needs of Learners for Cooking Practice Education)

  • The study was aimed to estimate the degree of recognition of, satisfaction with and needs for cooking practice education. 300 female students of middle schools and high schools in Seoul, Kyung-gi, Inchon area were targeted fer the research, which has been conducted from January 1st to December 20th in 2003. The crosstab, the t-test, and the ANOVA analysis were processed as methods using SPSS. The study showed that most of students had experienced cooking exercises, and the degree of satisfaction of the high school group was higher than that of the middle school group. Both groups answered they wanted more time for the cooking practice classes and the middle school group had the greater necessity. The necessity far practice lessons of cooking traditional foods reaches n high level in both groups, All the students answered they liked both western and traditional foods, but preferred the traditional food to the western one. They also believed the traditional food was more healthy than the western one. In terms of the needs for cooking practice education, the middle school group wanted to learn how to cook cake, pie, steak potato chip, and hamburger, while the high school group wanted cake, pie, steak sandwich, and potato chip. As for the traditional food, the middle school group wanted to learn how to cook Naegmyun(cold noodles), fried rice, rice hash, dumpling soup, and knife-cut noodles. The high school group, however, picked knife-cut noodles, fried rice, iced noodles, rice hash, and rice-cake soup.

금연행위와 관련된 개인적 특성 및 경험과 인지 및 감정 사이의 상호관련성 분석 (Analysis of Relationships between the Factors of Personal Characteristics, Experiences, the Factors of Cognition and Affect Relating to Smoking Cessation Behavior)

  • The purpose of the study was to examine if individual characteristics and experiences related to smoking behavior identified from the literature were significantly associated with behavior-specific cognitions and affect in the same way as presented in Pender's Revised Health Promotion Model(Pender, 1996). The subjects selected for this study were 400 college students enrolled in more than 10 colleges located in Seoul and Kyunggi-Inchon province. According to the study results, personal factors (i.e., perceived health status, the past history of disease, and symptoms related to smoking) and related behavior (i.e., the degree of alcohol consumption, and exercise) are significantly associated with behavior-specific cognitions and affect (i.e., perceived barriers to smoking cessation, perceived self-efficacy, and perceived benefits of smoking cessation). The canonical correlation between two groups of variables was .59, and it turned out to be statistically significant. Thirty-four percent of variance of the relationship between two group of variables was explained by two canonical variates which turned out to be significant in the study results. The result could be interpreted from the view of psycho-social area as follows: overall, this study includes important variables which explain the association between two groups of variables.

공항 및 공역관리 제도 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Airport and Airspace Management)

  • This paper discusses the qualification criteria for international hub airport and suggests the strategies for Inchon International Airport (IIA) to be the hub airport in the East Asia. Recently, many East and Southeast Asia countries have invested on large scale international airports like Chap Lak Kok airport, Pudong airport etc.. as Korea have done on IIA. IIA to be open in 2001 will face a serious competition with these airport. Being a hub airport requires geographic proximity. sufficient volume of local traffic. uncongested infrastructure, a good accessibility to surrounding industrial centers. high quality of service to the airline. In order to promote airlines to land at IIA. Korea Government need to establish Open Sky Policy to many countries and national flag carriers of Korea need to be involved in a global alliance. Developing vicinity of IIA as free trade zone will generated more local traffic which makes IIA as more attractive candidate for airlines. The Korea airspace is one of the most restricted area in the world becuase of the national security. which limits civil aircraft maneuvers. The airspace need to be re-structured to exploit the full capacity of IIA.
