'탐구 멘토링' 프로그램에서 예비 과학교사들이 겪은 어려움 (Pre-service Science Teachers' Difficulties in the 'Inquiry Mentoring' Program)

  • 본 연구는 예비교사들의 탐구지도능력 향상을 위해 개발된 '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램에 참가한 예비 과학교사들이 겪은 어려움을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해서 예비 과학교사들이 고등학생들의 탐구를 지도하는 '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램을 개발하였다. '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램은 2.5개월 동안 적용되었는데, 45명의 예비 과학교사가 참여하여 고등학생 44명의 탐구를 지도하였다. '탐구 멘토링' 과정 동안 예비 과학교사들은 멘토 일지를 작성하였고, '탐구 멘토링'이 끝난 이후에 멘토링 보고서를 작성하였다. 또한 멘토링 과정 중과 멘토링이 모두 끝난 이후에 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 예비 과학교사들이 겪은 어려움을 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 과학교사들은 학생들에 의한 어려움인 '멘티' 요인보다 자신들의 부족함에 의한 어려움인 '멘토' 요인이 더 컸다고 응답하였다. 둘째, 예비 과학교사들은 '멘토' 요인인 인지적 능력의 부족, 탐구 능력의 부족, 지도 능력의 부족 등에서 고르게 자신의 부족함을 인지하고 있었다. 셋째, '멘티' 요인에 의한 어려움에서는 학생들의 차이, 적극성 및 열의의 부족 등에 의하여 어려웠다고 응답하였다. 넷째, '상호작용' 요인에 의한 어려움에서는 물리적인 거리에 의한 어려움이 많았고, 감정적인 거리에 의한 어려움도 많이 제시되었다. 또한 지도의 범위를 선정하기 어려웠다는 의견과 온라인 상호작용에 의한 어려움도 제시되었다. 다섯째, '환경'요인으로 학생들의 탐구를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 지원체제에 대한 아쉬움이 많이 표현되었다. 아울러 '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램을 통한 예비교사 교육에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

코칭요인이 종업원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -외식업체의 코칭제도 실시유무에 따른 비교분석을 중심으로- (Effect of coaching system on the employee's job satisfaction)

  • This study investigated the effect of a coaching system(CS) on the employee's job satisfaction(JS) between the food service industry conducting and not conducting CS. A total of 342 employees were enrolled and the results were as follow. Firstly, relationship and willingness factors directly affected JS. Indirectly, work and relationship factors affected JS through the willingness factors. Secondly, when JS was compared at the service company conducting CS with that not conducting CS, work and relationship factors directly affected JS in the industry conducting CS, but only the relationship factor indirectly affected JS in the company not conducting CS. In addition, at the food service industry conducting CS, work factor affected willingness and competence factors, and therefore JS was affected indirectly, but relationship factor did not affect the willingness and competence factors. However, in the company not conducting CS, willingness only affected JS indirectly. Work factors directly affected JS, but through competence and willingness factors, work factor indirectly affected JS in the industry conducting CS. In the company not conducting CS, the relationship factor between employees affected the JS. In summary, CS increased JS through its direct effect on the work factor and indirect effect on the willingness and competence factors. Studies about CS are insufficient and CS remains in the introductory stage now, so further studies are necessary.

온라인 의류 점포유형에 따른 점포속성 중요도 (The Importance of On-line Store Characteristics Depending on On-line Store Type)

  • This study investigated the differences in the importance of store characteristics depending on on-line clothing store type and consumer age. The questionnaires were given to female residents in the ages between 20-39 in Seoul and Kyung-gi province during October 2006. The results were summarized as follows: 1. By analyzing the differences in importances of on-line store characteristics factors it was found that buying process service factor and product searching system factor were important in on-line general merchandise store. and buying process service factor and product factor(all the factors, such as store credit, product, screen-displayed design, searching and approaching system, customer management service) were important in on-line specialty store. 2. By analyzing the differences in importances of on-line store characteristics depending on the store type, buying process system such as refund policy, shipping, high-speed payment and rapid searching, screen-displayed design system, approaching and searching system were more important in on-line general merchandise store when comparing to specialty store. It also showed that the consumer considered the reputation of the store and its image more important in on-line general merchandise store. 3. By analyzing the differences in of on-line clothing store importance depending on age, in the case of on-line general merchandise store, it showed that people in their thirties regarded buying process service factor more important than twenties, and when it came to the product and searching system, it was vice versa. Twenties had a tendency to consider the aspect of product important and, relatively, thirties regarded searching and approaching system factor important. in the case of specialty store. It was found that women in their twenties had a tendency to consider product factor more important.

釜山市 小規模工業의 立地와 意思決定에 關한 硏究 (A Study on the Locational Factors of Small Industry in Pusan, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 都市內 小規模 工業의 立地決定要因을 규명하기 위한 行態的 硏究의 일환으로, 부산시의 소규모 工業經營者들이 都市內部에 공장임지를 결정함에 있어서 실제로 고려하눈 立地要因이 무엇이며, 또한 그 요인은 기업특성, 경영자특성, 입지장소의 용도지역상 성격에 따라 차이가 있는가를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시내 소규모 공업경영자들을 대상으로 설문지에 의한 면접조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 소규모 공업의 입지결정에 영향을 미치는 요인이 기업의 특성은 물론 경영자 및 용도지역의 특성에 따라 많은 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 도시내부의 비공업지역에 소규모 공장이 입지함에 있어서 토지를 비롯한 경제적 요인과 더불어 비경제적 요인이 상당한 영향을 미치고 있음은 입지정책에 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다.

진료비 심사부서장 및 부서원의 직무만족도와 조직몰입도 (Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Health Insurance Review Team Leader and Member)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that affect the performance of health insurance review department workers of Korean tertiary hospitals, general hospitals and hospitals. A survey was conducted through structured questionnaire for chiefs and members of health insurance review departments of hospitals, and data from 1,064 respondents were utilized in the final analysis. Survey items included general characteristics of the hospitals and health insurance review departments, job satisfaction and organizational commitment as organizational effectiveness. As multiple linear regression results, in the case of chiefs, the most significantly related factor to job satisfaction was a monthly salary. The other related factor was job stress. In the case of members, the most significantly related factor was job stress. The other related factors were more monthly salary, religious believer, and less complex workplace, in order. As organizational commitment, in the case of chiefs, the most significantly related factor was a monthly salary. The other related factor was more clinical experience. In the case of members, the most significantly related factor was job stress. The other related factors were more monthly salary, tertiary hospitals, more age, and less complex workplace, in order.

단체급식 서비스품질에 대한 고객사와 위탁급식회사 중요도-수행도 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Importance-Performance Analysis of Perceived Foodservice Quality between the Contractor and the Contractee)

  • This study aimed at investigating any differences perceived between the contractor and the contractee based on an importance-performance analysis (IPA) of foodservice quality attributes. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 personnel concerned in the Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam areas and a total of 134 valid responses were used for analysis. Of the 23 foodservice quality attributes, the factors of 'food quality', 'employee service', 'hygiene and safety', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were induced from a scale purification process through the exploratory factor analysis. The level of importance (p<0.01) of the 'hygiene and safety' factor and 'employee service' factor was not found to be significantly different between the groups. In the level of performance, the factors of 'food service', 'employee service', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were found to be perceived significantly lower than expected by the contractor group. In the importance level, 'food quality', 'employee service', 'hygiene and safety', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were rated by the contractor as 4.03, 4.30, 4.27, 4.01 and 4.12 points, respectively. In contrast, in the performance level, perceived 'food quality', 'employee service', 'hygiene and safety', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were evaluated as 3.57, 3.94, 4.06, 3.83 and 3.95 points, respectively.

공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 도서관 서비스 품질과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Service Quality and Librarian's Job Satisfaction in Public Libraries)

  • 도서관의 성과를 이용자에게 제공하는 서비스의 품질 강화라고 할 때, 이에 영향을 미치는 요소로서 도서관 내부인적자원의 능력이 검토되어야 한다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 이용자가 인식하는 서비스 품질간의 관계를 밝히기 위해 서울 인천 경기 지역 10개의 공공도서관을 대상으로 직원의 직무만족도와 $LibQUAL+^{TM}$모형을 적용한 도서관서비스 품질을 조사하였다. 그 결과 직무만족 중 직무자체 요인과 조직요인의 만족도가 높을수록 서비스 품질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관 고객 만족도 향상을 위해 직원의 직무만족에 대한 제고가 필요한 것으로 판단되며, 이에 따른 실무적 함의를 논의하였다.

일본 중국 유학생의 한식당의 서비스 품질 요인에 관한 중요도 및 만족도 (Importance and Satisfaction with the Service of Korean Restaurants for Japanese and Chinese Students in Korea)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance and satisfaction level with the service of Korean restaurants for Japanese and Chinese students in Korea. Self adminstered guestionnaires were collected from 204 Japanese and Chinese students in Korea. The data was statistically analysed using t-tests, one-way ANOVA, reliability test, factor analysis and regression test. The average values of importance-factor and satisfaction-factor were significantly different. Based on analyses of the 20 service level factors, satisfaction level was significantly lower than importance level. Satisfaction-factors such as quality of food, hygiene of restaurant and employees, service level, and atmospheres, significantly influenced the overall satisfaction level of Korean food and restaurants.

특급호텔 조리직 종사원의 갈등이 이직에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Conflict of Kitchen Employees in Deluxe Hotel on Turnover)

  • This study aims at inquiring into the effect of kitchen employees' conflict factors in deluxe hotels on turnover to present a improvement plan. For this, it made a survey of 292 kitchen employees in deluxe hotels from December 1 to 10, 2006. The results were as follows: First, it showed that the service welfare conflict had a positive effect on the compensational turnover, and high compensational turnover was caused by high conflict of welfare or benefits. Second, it showed that the cooking job conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Third, it showed that the colleague relationship conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Consequently, each factor of compensational and developmental turnover had significantly positive correlation to the cooking job conflict, service welfare conflict and colleague relationship conflict. Considering the above results, the employees' turnover produced results that are contrary to negative and positive effects traditionally discussed various effects or results on organization.

질적연구조사를 통한 베트남 결혼이민여성과 한국인 배우자의 영양불량 원인 규명 (Identifying the Causes of Nutrition Inadequacy in Vietnamese Married Immigrant Women and Korean Spouses through Qualitative Research)

  • This study examined the possible causes of nutritional inadequacy in Vietnamese immigrant women married to Korean husbands. Qualitative in-depth interviews were conducted with a sample of 34 Vietnamese marriage immigrant women and 17 Korean spouses participating in or having experienced Nutrition Plus from four Community Health Centers in Seoul, Korea. The study results showed that the nutritional staus of the Vietnamese marriage immigrant women was affected by the unfamiliar Korean food (cultural factor), low household income (economical factor), difficulty in purchasing Vietnamese food (environmental factor), and low accessibility to nutrition support systems (social factor). The Korean husbands' nutritional status was affected by the unfamiliar Vietnamese food (cultural factor), low household income (economic factor), and irregular working conditions (social factors). Nutritional interventions as a public service to the community needs to be developed and applied. Suggestions are presented regarding the future efforts to better understand and meet the nutrition needs of intermarried couples to respond to their heterogeneous needs and deliver adequate nutrition service to ever increasing intermarried families.
