문헌정보학 전공 대학생의 현장실습이 실무기술향상에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Field Practice on the Improvement of Practical Skills of College Students in Library and Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 도서관 현장실습이 학생들의 실무기술 향상에 효과가 있었는지 분석하고, 이를 통해 현장실습 프로그램이 적절하게 설계 및 운영되었는지를 확인하여 향후 개선방안을 도출하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌정보학의 6개 전공영역과 30개의 세부실무기술을 도출하고, D대학교 문헌정보학과 4학년 학생 19명을 대상으로 현장실습전후 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 세부 실무기술 중 9개에 대한 중요도와 15개에 대한 인식의 변화가 있었으며, 실제 현장실습에서 다뤄진 실무기술에 대한 항목은 긍정적으로 변화한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 현장에서 다뤄지지 않은 실무기술에 대해서는 수준 향상 뿐 아니라 중요성 대한 인식조차 기존의 생각이 유지되거나 부정적으로 변화하였다. 이에 향후 학생들이 실습에서 함양해야 할 기술이 무엇인지 세부항목별로 제안하고, 현장에서 이를 반영할 수 있도록 구체적인 실습가이드라인을 제시하는 등 적극적이고 지속적인 노력이 수반되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

기업에서 요구하는 직무수행능력에 대한 델파이 분석 (A Delphi Survey of Corporate Needs for Technical Skills)

  • This study presents the results of a delphi survey which is intended to identify technical skills that corporations expect of employees. A total of 300 managers from different businesses took part in the survey. To obtain the delphi data, a questionnaire of expected technical skills developed on the basis of previous research was used. The obtained data were analyzed in terms of frequency and other descriptive statistics. Eleven technical skills emerged as important ones in the corporate environment. In order of importance, subjects listed communication skills, business capabilities, negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, organizational adaptation, ability to gather and analyze relevant information, practical computer literacy, self-management, creativity, and foreign language proficiency.

특허분석을 통한 정보보안 부문 미래교육 수요분석 (Future Education Skills Needs Analysis through Patent Analysis in the field of Information Security)

  • This study aims to expand the future study methodology and to develop a methodology of future-oriented curriculum analysis with future skills needs derived from patent analysis. With the case of information security, the methodology is applied to the 16 universities, which have information security department in undergraduate course. From the results, the followings are suggested : 1) for the increasing importance area including hacking, infiltration and PC security, a practical exercise should be emphasized; 2) for the convergence area including security policy, security legislation and OS security, proper faculties should be filed with recruiting field-based experts; 3) for the increasing importance area including professional area including security audit and information security protocol, the advanced curriculum related to graduate level should be provided.

셀프리더십 향상을 위한 실천적 문제 중심 가정과 교수-학습 과정안 개발 및 적용 - 중학교 기술.가정 교과의 '청소년의 자기관리' 내용을 중심으로 - (Developing and Implementing Practical Problem Based Lesson Plan to Improve Self-Leadership Skills -Focusing on the Unit of 'Youth's Self Management' in Middle School Technology - Home Economics-)

  • 본 연구는 가정과 교육을 통해 셀프리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 '청소년의 자기관리' 내용을 중심으로 실천적 문제 중심의 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하고 이 수업이 셀프리더십 향상에 효과가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 고양시에 소재한 중학교 2학년 2개 학급을 대상으로 실천적 문제 중심 수업을 적용하고 셀프리더십의 향상 정도를 대응표본 t검정으로 알아보았다. 개발된 교수-학습 과정안의 총괄 학습목표를 '자신을 존중하고, 자신의 시간관리 및 장기목표를 스스로 계획하고 실천할 수 있는 능력을 길러 자신을 삶을 스스로 통제하고 조절할 수 있는 주도적인 청소년이 되도록 한다'로 정하였다. 학습 내용요소로 '나의 자아 존중감 향상', '나의 주장 훈련을 통한 자아 존중감 향상', '인생의 목표 설정', '시간자원의 중요성', '시간자원의 주도적인 관리'로 정하여 6차시의 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 개발된 교수-학습 과정안을 적용한 결과 실천적 문제 중심 수업방법이 셀프리더십 향상에 효과가 있다는 결과를 얻었다. 또한 셀프리더십의 하위요인인 의사소통기술, 학습능력기술, 집단관리기술에서 수업 전후에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 이를 통해 실천적 문제 중심 가정과 수업은 현대사회에서 요구되는 자기 스스로를 이끌어 갈 수 있는 셀프리더십을 갖춘 인간을 키우는데 적합한 교수-학습 방법이라고 할 수 있다.

사이버보안 전문인력 획득을 위한 사이버보안 훈련생에 특화된 훈련성과 측정 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Model of Training Performance Measurement Specialized to Cyber Security Trainee for Cyber Security Professionals Acquisition)

  • We proposed a specialized model of performance measurement to measure the training performance of the trainees in cyber practical training. Cyber security professionals are cultivating their expertise, skills, and competencies through cyber practical training in specialized education and training institutions. The our proposed process of trainee evaluation is consisted of an evaluation component discovery, evaluation item selection, evaluation index catalog, ratings and criteria decision, and calculation formula. The trainee evaluation is consisted of a formative evaluation during the training and an overall evaluation after finished training. Formative evaluation includes progress evaluation and participation evaluation, and overall evaluation includes practice evaluation and learning evaluation. The evaluation is weighted according to the importance of evaluation type. Because it is evaluated actual skills and abilities, competencies are assigned a high weight, while knowledge and attitudes are assigned a low weight. If cyber security trainees are evaluated by the proposed evaluation model, cyber security professionals can be cultivated by each skill and knowledge level and can be deployed by importance of security task.

양생기공과 심리기술훈련의 구성요인과 측정평가방법의 비교 연구 (Comparative Study on the Configuration Factors and Measurement Method of Yangsaeng Gigong and Psychological Skills Training)

  • If we can evaluate the training results more appropriately and analyze the psychological changes in more objectively, the training can be more efficient and it can help to solve the problems during the training. This research analyzed the similarity and differences of Yangseng Qigong and psychological skill training's components and measurement methods. Also, the research further studied psychological skill training's measurement method. Results : The measurement type of Yangseng Qigong are Sagong, a record of Sagong, Damgong, IIgi, and Sogyeol. Similarly, the measurement type of psychological skills training are questionnaire, interview, personal profile, and observation of a single subject. Despite the similarities between the measurement type of Yangsaeng Qigong and psychological skills training, unfortunately there are differences in the contents. Thus, If we introduce strengths of each method to the other, we may have better measurement methods. The questionnaire method of psychological skills training is the most commonly used method, because it gives concrete, objective, reliable and highly reproducible results. If we refer to the questionnaire development process in psychological skills training, we can have objective and concrete measurement tool for Yangsaeng Qigong training. In the psychological skills training measurement tool development process, there are 5 stages; test conception, test preparation, test execution, question analysis, and test modification. Furthermore, the requirements for the good survey are reliability, validity, practicality, and cultural appropriateness. Through this study, we reached the conclusion that we need to combine two methods together to develop a better method because Yangsaeng Qigong places importance on comprehensive method and realization while psychological skills training places importance on analytical method and objective evaluation. And It seems that a practical study is needed to resolve the concerete problems of Yansaeng Qigong through these concrete cases.

초등 실과(가정)의 교육과정 개정 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Curriculum Revision Orientation of Practical Arts Education : Home Economics Education in Elementary School)

  • The purposes of this study are 1) to identify the position and the problems of Home Economics in Elementary School, and 2) to propose orientation for the future curriculum revision. Elementary Home Economics, historically, has been partially practiced as a part of Practical Arts Education. As a results, the nature of Home Economics Education has been distorted and lacked the disciplinary consistency with Middle School Home Economics Education: the curriculum of Home Economics Education ignored the importance of the understanding family life as well as underscored the technical skills. The identified status and problems has on implication for the subject’s further development. The propositions for Elementary Home Economics Education which has the original intention, are as follows:(1) the curriculum of Practical Arts Education must be built on theorectical base and criteria. (2) the name of subject, Practical Arts Education, must be changed to [Technology$.$Home Economics]. (3) the contents of the subject must be practical which to promote motivations and interest of students.

한국과 미국 치과대학의 의사소통 교육 비교 (Comparison of Communication Skills in Dental Education between Korean and United States Dental Colleges)

  • As the social interest in medical care has increased and the awareness and autonomy of patients have increased, the importance of communication skills with patients has been increasingly emphasized in providing high quality medical services. In medical education, such education has become an important area in medical school and lifelong medical education, with studies showing that communication skills can be improved through education and training, and that this learned communication skills can be maintained after becoming a doctor. The importance of communication education and research for dental college students is growing as practical examination on communication skills will also be introduced in dental license tests from 2021. Therefore, we aimed to find out the educational goals and educational methods of United States in which these studies are conducted and applied before our country, and compare them with Korean's current educational goals and methods, so that we can explore the desirable direction of education for dental college students in the future.

의학교육에서 의과대학생들의 개인 책무성 (Personal Accountability of Medical Students in Medical Education)

  • Producing graduates with sufficient practical competency is the main mission of every educational institution. Following the accreditation of the Korean Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation, medical schools have been stepping up efforts to establish curriculum that reflects the practical value of medical education and the importance of adapting to the practice of graduates in order to increase the accountability of medical education in Korea each year. To this end, all medical schools have recently made efforts to develop diverse policies to strengthen the social accountability of medical education along with the transition to a competency-based curriculum. In line with this trend, the institutional accountability of medical education as well as the personal accountability of students, the main subjects of learning, should be highlighted, and educational activities to foster accountability need to be specified. Personal accountability in medical students involves recognizing their social accountability as future doctors and understanding and practicing student accountability. To achieve this, medical schools should provide programs that support and teach practical application of skills, and students need to define and attempt specific activities to strengthen their accountability.

일 지역 병원 간호사와 간호관리자가 인식하는 간호핵심역량 중요도 및 만족도 (Importance and Satisfaction on Nursing Core Competency of Nurses & Nurse Managers in a Community Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 현장실무중심 간호학 교육과정 개선을 위하여 일 지역 병원 간호사와 간호관리자가 인식하는 간호핵심역량에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 2012년 12월 1일부터 15일까지 K 지역에 소재한 중소병원 간호사와 간호관리자 136명을 대상으로 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SAS/WIN 9.1 version 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA와 Duncan test를 시행하였다. 간호핵심역량에 대한 중요도는 근무경력, 근무부서, 직위, 채용기준 등에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 만족도는 중환자실 근무자가 유의하게 가장 높았다(F=0.54, p=0.01). 간호핵심역량에 대한 중요도와 만족도 차이는 간호사(t=12.64, p<0.0001), 간호관리자(t=6.20, p<0.0001) 두 집단내에서 모두 유의하게 나타났으나 두 집단간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 간호핵심역량 중 간호사는 전문지식 역량을, 간호관리자는 인성 역량을 가장 중요한 것으로 인식하였다. 또한 인성 역량은 두 집단에서 가장 만족한 것으로, 외국어 활용능력 역량은 가장 만족하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 산업체와 교육계에서는 간호사들의 전문직역량을 증진시키고 간호학생들의 인성과 외국어 능력 등을 포함한 교양교육의 강화를 위한 작업을 서로 밀접하게 수행할 필요가 있다.
