Value-based requirements engineering process, called The ViRE(Value-Innovative Requirement Engineering) was suggested to create an uncontested market using ERRC(Eliminate, Reduce, Raise, Create) requirements analysis. But ViRE did not provides a quantitative data analysis method for ERRC decision so as to make objective decisions for customers. In this paper, to solve this problem, we suggest a quantitative ERRC analysis method by estimating requirements cost. Our method defines user requirements and decides their weight. Then, it makes quality level table for all the identified requirements and function modules and estimate implementation cost based on their quality levels. Finally, assess each requirement's impact and then evaluate ERRC value. We could get the more objective ERRC values by evaluate the requirement weight. functional module weight, and implementation cost. And we proved the efficiency of our model by a case study, smart student ID system.

Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

In order to calculate construction costs properly, it is necessary to add the weight that reflects different worksite conditions. The implementation of the weight, however, is difficult because it is impossible to determine whether wight should be added in basic work or whether weight values are overlapped. Special worksite conditions further complicate the matter. Furthermore, overlapping implementation of weight values result in overestimation of construction costs. The current study clearly analyzed the weight value items in the current construction cost calculation standards, and analyzed the weight value items included under the basic productivity category to propose an improvement of weight standards. Basically, the estimating standards provide 140 weight value items, with different levels of weight given to each item. Among 1,333 items in the estimating standards, 140 include weight values. Some items have two types of weight values.

New technologies have turned theories of education engineering into practice and also made education more efficient. One of them is the theory of 'Computer Adaptive Testing(CAT)'. This study is aimed to design and develop a web-based teaming system by making up for the weak points in the existing computer adaptive testing(CAT). The characteristics of the system are as follows: Firstly, tests can be controlled to fit the teachers' purposes by putting in different levels of both questions and samples. Secondly, this system does not test the same number of questions as students with different levels of ability do on a paper test, but a test can be taken according to their level. Thus this system is able to correctly judge learners' ability in a short time.

High efficiency standards are slowly being introduced with IE3 efficiency levels shortly becoming compulsory in many countries; IE4 efficiency levels being developed for future implementation. In this paper a review is carried out of the IE 60034-30 standard which covers standard line-start induction motors. Some design techniques that can be used to increase efficiency in order to meet the IE4 standards are discussed. This standard is now being replaced by the IE60034-30-1 standard which extends to other line start motors and also IE 60034-30-2 is being introduced to cover variable speed drives in order to address developing technology. The conclusion is that IE4 standards are obtainable but careful design is needed to reach this. Examples from the literature are given.

The purpose of this study is to establish a conceptual model of the course evaluations. in University. This paper has examined the course evaluations according to the levels, purposes, objects, and methods of them. And this paper has been classified for a conceptual model of the course evaluation. As the result of this analysis, four dimensions of course evaluation have been found. First, formative and summative evaluation have been found. The purposes of formative evaluation were improving quality of courses and collecting information for improvement of curriculum. The purposes of summative evaluation were offering informations on faculty staffing and improving of learning outcomes. Second, the levels of course evaluation were classified into university-level, professor-level, and student-level. Third, the objects of course evaluation were classified into analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Forth, the methods of course evaluation were classified into questionnaire, observation, interview, and content analysis. As a result of this analysis, 120 types of course evaluations have been found.

The deteriorated apartments make a social problem in now a days. After all, a new alternative plan for deteriorated apartments such as the remodelling concept must be considered. This study aims to survey the perception levels among residents in deteriorated apartments relating to remodelling. It might be provide the basic data which could be used for the analysis of consumers in the future implementation of deteriorated remodelling projects. The analytical methods adopted in this study were factor analysis, 1-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc estimation(Scheffe test) by the SPSS 10.1 for Windows program. Through the factor analysis for the perception types regarding remodelling, the factors were named ‘function improvement orientation’ , ‘property value orientation’, ‘individual-household improvement orientation’, and ‘negative attitude to remodelling’. The analysis of the perception types regarding remodelling, by the family characteristics, socio-economic characteristics, residence characteristics, apartment block variables, resident's value orientation, and resident's satisfaction level, indicated that the perception degree of the ‘property value orientation’was the highest, followed by the ‘function improvement orientation’.

In this paper we develop an unconditional method for inferences on the shape parameter of a gamma distribution. A simple numerical implementation of this unconditional method is developed; this is a computer program that takes the observed data as input and produces the confidence distribution function for the shape parameter, which in turn provides approximate observe significance levels and confidence intervals for that parameter, as output. These approximations are extremely accurate even for very small sample size and numerically simple and easy to obtain.

In this paper, we demonstrate that one can teach conditional probability in a manner consistent with many features of the statistics education reform movement. Presenting a variety of applications of conditional probability to realistic problems, we propose that interactive activities and the use of technology make conditional probability understandable, interactive, and interesting for students at a wide range of levels of mathematical ability. Along with specific examples, we provide guidelines for implementation of the activities in the classroom and instructional cues for promoting curiosity and discussion among students.

This paper describes a way of implementing the segmentation of 128*128 pixel images to be used as the inputs. to a real-time automatic video tracker. The suggested method uses the lowest valley-value of the computed intensity historgram with 16 levels. This method improves smoothing effects and also significantly reduces hardware requirements. Entire segmentation process is caried out in 10msec thus making a real time application possible.
