As smartphones and tablets are drastically spreading, mobile IPTV service becomes very important emerging issue in addition to existing DMB broadcasting, and the consumption of personalized multimedia services is increasing in the mobile Internet environment. While the previous research focuses on influencing factors of the initial acceptance intention of the mobile IPTV Service, this study intends to find the factors that affect continuous use intention of the mobile IPTV service which has become one of core services in the mobile environment. The research model and the hypotheses of this study could be derived on the basis of four referent theories (that is, mobile service quality model (MOBISQUAL), post acceptance model (PAM), expectation confirmation theory (ECT) and extended technology acceptance model (ETAM)). In order to empirically test the hypotheses, the field survey was conducted for 278 respondents. Twelve ones of fifteen hypotheses were found to be statistically significantly adopted from the results of structural equation model analyses using Smart PLS 3.0. The theoretical contribution of this study is to empirically investigate the factors that affect the continuous use intention of mobile IPTV service. And the practical contribution is to provide the implementation guidelines of managing the service quality to enhance the competitive power of mobile IPTV business.

In China, E-commerce live broadcast has emerged as the most popular and innovative online shopping form for today's consumers, and its "real-time interactive" feature can compensate for the communication delays of general online shopping. Based on the author's previous research it has been demonstrated that, in the E-commerce live broadcast environment, Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM) has become an important reference for consumers when making purchases. In this paper, we reconstructed the "IWOM-Purchase Intentions" model and use interaction (Auchor-Audience and Audience-Audience) as a mediating variable to empirically investigate the impact of IWOM on purchase intentions in E-commerce live broadcast. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of individuals who had experience in E-commerce live broadcast and 250 valid data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS21.0. The results show that: the interaction (Auchor-Audience) acts as a mediator between IWOM (strength of relationship; word-of-mouth quality and word-of-mouth timeliness) and purchase intention; And the interaction (Audience-Audience) acts as a mediator between word-of-mouth timeliness on purchase intention, but has no significant mediation on the impact on the strength of relationship and word-of-mouth quality to purchase intention. On this basis, recommendations are made for the implementation of IWOM marketing strategies for E-commerce live broadcast platforms and anchors.

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 감성지능, 직무배태성 및 이직의도 정도를 확인하고 감성지능과 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구방법은 2015년 7월1일부터 8월 1일까지 700병상 이상의 일개 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 110명을 대상으로 설문조사한 자료를 SPSS 18.0으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 본 연구대상자의 감성지능은 3.51점(범위 1~5점), 직무배태성은 3.09점(범위 1~5점), 이직의도는 3.61점(범위 1~5점)이었다. 감성지능과 직무배태성은 이직의도와 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 감성지능과 직무배태성은 양의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이직의도에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무배태성이었으며(${\beta}$=-.298, p<.001) 설명력은 21.0%이었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호사들의 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서는 직무배태성을 증진시키는 방안을 적극적으로 마련할 필요가 있다.

This paper deals with a case analysis on the implementation of HACCP System. The intention is to provide some general guidelines, in particular, to small to medium sized companies that are planning to introduce the HACCP System. This paper is meaningful in regard to the actual implementation of HACCP System in small to medium sized company. It is very good result in this study because the law/guideline of HACCP is executed now.

The purpose of this study is to understand general perception of utilizing whale resources and preference for implementing whale watching tourism. This article examines perception of whale resources and identifies preferred types of the whale watching program in the feasibility of a whale watching tourism. And also analyzing the causal effect between perception of the whale resources and intention for participating in regarding the types of whale watching tourism. The results of this study showed that there are high interest in protecting and preserving of whale resources and low intention to resume the operation of commercial whale hunting. For utilizing of whale resources, we need to consider developing whale watching tour as ecotourism. The interest and watching for whale resources have a high level of relation with participating intention in whale tourism. Participation of whale tourism will be induced by developing new types of whale tourism to meet the interests for whale resources, This approach is hoped by authors to provide useful data for implementation of whale tour program and establishing improvement plan of whale tourism.

In this paper new enhanced post-process predicting the speaker's intention was suggested to implement the real-time control module for ship's autopilot using speech recognition algorithm. The parameter was developed to predict the likeliest wheel order based on the previous order and expected to increase the recognition rate more than pre-recognition process depending on the universal speech recognition algorithms. The values of parameter were assessed by five certified deck officers being good at conning vessel. And the entire wheel order recognition process were programmed to TMS320C5416 DSP so that the system could recognize the speaker's orders and control the autopilot in real-time. We conducted some experiments to verify the usefulness of suggested module. As a result, we have confirmed that the post-recognition process module could make good enough accuracy in recognition capabilities to realize the autopilot being operated by the speech recognition system.

As the dependence on information systems in enterprises has grown dramatically, the importance of implementing information systems in audit has been increased as well. However, there is a lact of about utilization of information system for audit process. Thus, this study is to investigate the factors that effect auditor's adopting Data Analytics to audit work. Through literature research and focus group interview, we added two factors that affect the behavioral intention to UTAUT model. We have selected performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, anxiety, task fit, behavioral intention as variables and verified hypotheses based on survey questionnaires from auditors. As a result, it was found that performance expectations, social influence, task fit influenced the behavior intention. In Addition, we analyzed adding two variables, IT-related work experience and type of auditor as moderate variable. This study has an implication for companies to motivate implementation as well as activation of Data Analytics technique.

Financial preparation for retirement means making financial plans by predicting expected incomes and expenditures needed for maintaining success in later life. Because this preparation needs long-term planning, preparing as early as possible is recommended. This study, therefore, uses theory of planned behavior for examining the intention of financial preparation for retirement of consumers in their 20s and 30s. By using financial education and its understanding as additional variables, this study also intends to examine the ultimate effects on the intention. The following is a summary of the main results and suggestions. First, the level of consumer financial education is lower than the average. The level of understanding finance is lower than the average, and particularly, the level of understanding retirement related finance is much lower. Second, the more the attitude of financial preparation for retirement is positive, and the higher the level of subjective norm or perceived behavioral control is, the level of the intention of financial preparation for retirement tends to be more higher. Therefore, relevant efforts to encourage this preparation are needed. Third, the level of the intention of financial preparation for retirement is higher than the average, whereas financial education has no effects on the intention. This means that despite the importance of the financial education, its current implementation has many problems. The suggestions of this study are as follows. First of all, this study can provide preliminary data for developing retirement planning programs. In addition, in terms of the policy, given that this study targets relatively young consumers in their 20s and 30s, it can provide preliminary data for making policies for their future retirements.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test hand hygiene behavior model of hospital nurses, based on theory of planned behavior. Methods: Data were collected from 253 nurses from four university hospitals for the period of December 2010 to January 2011. Data were analyzed using of SAS (ver.9.1). Fitness of the study model was identified with SAS PROC CALIS. Results: The overall fitness was $x^2$=57.81 (df=13, $p$ <.001), GFI=.99, AGFI=.99, CFI=.95, NFI=.93. The variance of actual implementation of hand hygiene by predictor variables was 11.0% and the variance of intention to hand hygiene was 53.5%. Variable that had a direct effect on hand hygiene behavior was intention. Perceived behavior control and attitude affected hand hygiene behavior indirectly. Control belief had a direct effect on perceived behavior control and had an indirect effect on intention and behavior. Behavioral belief had a direct effect on attitude and an indirect effect on intention and behavior. Conclusion: The study provides basic information for understanding nurses' hand hygiene behavior. Further testing of the model will indicate which variables can contribute to improved hand hygiene.

스마트폰의 급격한 확산은 우리 일상생활에 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 스마트폰은 개인용 컴퓨터와 유사한 수준의 고기능 환경구현이 가능한 범용 운영체제를 탑재하고 있다. 또한, 다양한 응용프로그램을 설치하거나 삭제할 수 있어 확장성이 뛰어난 이동통신 단말기이다. 이러한 확장성은 각종 앱 스토어를 통해 다양한 응용 프로그램을 사용할 수 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 위치를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양한 서비스도 가능하다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
