The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of the pet plant kit industry and determine the priorities for support policies to revitalize the industry. SWOT analysis assessed the industry's current state, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used with industry professionals to prioritize support policies. The SWOT analysis results indicated that SO strategies involve leveraging government support policies to enhance marketing and developing eco-friendly DIY products. WO strategies include launching advertising campaigns to increase market recognition and establishing strategic partnerships to expand distribution. ST strategies focus on strengthening price competitiveness and proposing unique values, while WT strategies involve improving production processes and enhancing product quality based on consumer feedback. The AHP analysis identified 3 top-level and 12 sub-level evaluation items, with data collected from 17 expert surveys. The results showed the 'entry phase' (0.482), 'activation phase' (0.397), and 'advanced phase' (0.121) were prioritized, with 'organizing seminars' (0.181) as the most crucial subcategory and 'support for kit development' (0.020) as the least. The pet plant kit industry is in its early stages, and appropriate policy incubation can help activate the garden industry. This study provides foundational information on the industry's needs for activation.

In this study, we propose the establishment of a specialized comic and webtoon library within the newly constructed library in Cheongju City. The aim is to create the library as the ultimate multi-cultural space, contributing to the enhancement of local residents' information utilization skills and future competencies. To achieve this, we conducted a foundational survey and current status analysis of a comic and webtoon specialized library, based on which we put forward a plan for its development. The research results yield the following outcomes: First, we provide concrete justifications and feasibility for the establishment of a comic and webtoon specialized library in Cheongju City. Second, we offer specific proposals for the vision, mission, roles, and functions of the comic and webtoon specialized library. Based on these research findings, if a comic and webtoon specialized library is constructed in Cheongju City, it has the potential to become a local landmark and serve as a unique cultural and tourist resource. Furthermore, by providing facilities and resources for various information services related to comic and webtoon creation and experiences, it can contribute to nurturing talents that lead the way in future industries.

Purpose - With the increase of non-face-to-face activities due to the spread of COVID-19, O2O industry has grown rapidly which reduces contact points between suppliers and consumers. O2O platform is now recognized as an indispensable channel of distribution, but the voice is getting louder that it is necessary to check how it contributes to the performance of suppliers or how its fee system or contract terms affects the expansion of O2O industry as the leading companies tend to monopolize the market. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, the scope was limited to the restaurant industry in which transactions are the most active among the O2O industry and a regression analysis was done on 775 businesses that had used guarantor service from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. Findings - Analysis on the impact of O2O platform system, information, and service quality on the business performance of the sole proprietors revealed that the system quality represented by ease of use and the information quality determined by level of timely, accurate and reliable information provided to the consumers have a statistically significant effect on the improvement of business performance. In addition, the effect of business performance on the loyalty measured by the likelihood of users continuing to use the service as well as recommending it to others was moderated by the satisfaction with contract terms, not by the fee system. Research implications or Originality - Although the number of O2O platform providers has increased manyfold, the membership rate is no more than 20%, which means that the small business owners are still struggling with digital transformation. In order for the O2O industry, which is now commonplace, to form a healthy ecosystem that satisfies both suppliers and consumers, the standard contract guidelines that are acceptable to both parties must be established and the O2O providers must offer services that help suppliers to improve performance.

Academic libraries are at the forefront of supporting their parent institutions in teaching and learning, research activities, and community services for the students and faculty members, but, the researchers observed that some of the research emanating from faculty members in academic institutions particularly universities remains largely unknown, unrecognized and invisible on the global scene. This present paper is therefore a modest attempt towards addressing the issue of enhancing the faculty research visibility in the institutions of higher learning by the academic libraries. It also examines the extent academic libraries in public universities in Nigeria use research visibility channels to increase the global visibility of their faculty members. Difficulties encountered by librarians and ways of tackling the visibility of the faculty were also examined. A descriptive survey research design was adopted and the population consisted of all the 162 librarians in public universities in South-East (S.E), Nigeria. Telephone calls and Online Questionnaire were used for data collection. The number of librarians was obtained through phone calls from the Heads of each of the Libraries. The Online Questionnaire was submitted to the WhatsApp platforms of librarians in Nigeria- Academic and Research Libraries (ARL) and Chartered Librarians in Nigeria Connect (CLN-Connect). The questionnaire was structured in such a way that only the Librarians in Public universities in the S.E. Nigeria will respond to it. At the end of the day only 120 librarians responded, at a response rate of 74%. The study was analysed using tables, percentages and charts. The study recommended that librarians who are unaware of RVCs and its utilization should go for training to acquire the knowledge that will enable them enhance the global visibility of faculty staff, Management of Public universities in S.E, Nigeria should in addition to addressing copyright issues by the use of disclaimer notices and creative common licensing and provision of infrastructural facilities e.g. steady power supply, High power brand Internet connectivity, establishment of an Institutional Repository, etc, also should mandate the faculty staff to release their productive work to the library for onward submission to the RVCs platforms for enhancement of their global visibility.

The development of information technology(IT) has brought so-called "online experience" to satisfy our daily needs. The market for online experiences grew more during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze how the features of online experience services affect customer satisfaction by crawling structured and unstructured data from the online experience web site newly launched by Airbnb after COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the structured data generated by service users on a C2C online sharing platform had a positive effect on the satisfaction of other users. In addition, unstructured text data such as experience introductions and host introductions generated by service providers turned out to have different subjectivity scores depending on the purpose of its text. It was confirmed that the subjective host introduction and the objective experience introduction affect customer satisfaction positively. The results of this study are to provide various implications to stakeholders of the online sharing economy platform and researchers interested in online experience knowledge management.

To reduce salt content and enhance calcium in chicken patty, shell calcium powder (SCP) was added, and transglutaminase (TG) was included to improve its properties. Five different treatments were prepared to assess the effects: CON (2% salt), T1 (0.75% salt + 0.2% SCP), T2 (0.75% salt + 0.2% SCP + 0.2% TG), T3 (0.5% salt + 0.4% SCP), and T4 (0.5% salt + 0.4% SCP + 0.2% TG). Reducing salt led to decreased ash content and increased cooking loss. The addition of SCP and TG raised pH levels. Meat color remained consistent with different salt, SCP, and TG levels. However, when salt was reduced to 0.5% and SCP was added at 0.4% without TG, the patty's hardness and chewiness decreased. Sensory evaluations showed reduced juiciness when salt was reduced to 0.5% and SCP was added at 0.4%, but no significant differences were observed in overall acceptability. Salt had no impact on TBARS results, but salt reduction to below 0.5% increased susceptibility to microbial contamination. In summary, reducing salt and adding SCP had minimal sensory impact, but when salt is reduced to 0.5% or lower, consider adding TG. Also, when decreasing salt, additional preservatives should be considered to address potential microbial contamination during manufacturing.

Recently, the US and EU have been institutionally introducing and promoting Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure(CVD) to strengthen the response to security vulnerabilities in ICT products and services, based on collaboration with white-hat hackers. In response to these changes in cybersecurity, we propose a three-step approach to introduce CVD through the Information and Communications Network Act(ICNA). In the first step, to comprehend the necessity and requirements for legislating CVD, we survey the current situation in Korea and the trends of CVD in the US, EU, and OECD. In the second step, we analyze the necessity for legislating CVD and derive the requirements for its legislation. In this paper, we analyze the necessity for legislating CVD from three perspectives: the need for introducing CVD, the need for institutionalization based on law, and the suitability of the ICNA as the legislation. The derived requirements for CVD legislation include the establishment and publication of Vulnerability Disclosure Policy(VDP), legal protection for white-hat hackers, and designation and role assignments of coordinator. In the third step, we introduce approaches to apply the requirements for CVD legislation to the ICNA, which is the law governing prevention and response to cybersecurity incidents in private sector.

Recently, the importance of HR analytics for data-based decision-making in establishing and operating an effective human resource management system for companies is increasing. In addition, there is growing interest in the effect of employees' perceptions of organizational justice on positive organizational behavior. Therefore, in this study, among the various factors affecting teamwork behavior, we analyzed the impact on teamwork behavior such as perception of organizational justice and organizational culture. Organizational justice has a significant impact on the formation of members' attitudes, but its meaning may vary depending on the organizational context. In this study, we divided organizational justice into four types (procedural, distributive, interpersonal, and informational fairness) and confirmed their impact on teamwork behavior. In addition, organizational culture was divided into hierarchy culture and innovation culture, and how to regulate these relationships was examined. To analyze these relationships, individual-level data collected from 657 people at domestic companies were used for analysis. According to the analysis results, in a hierarchical culture, procedural justice and information justice had a positive influence on teamwork behavior through the mediating process of job satisfaction, and in an innovative culture, interpersonal justice and information justice had a positive influence on teamwork behavior through job satisfaction. It was confirmed to have a (+) effect. These research results provide implications for people management by indicating that, although organizational justice is important to members and organizations, it may be perceived differently and have different meanings depending on the organizational context. Through the use of the information presented in this study, we will provide value that can effectively and efficiently implement a company's human resource management system.

MyData is a new entity that strengthens the rights of information subjects through the 'right to data portability' and utilizes data to enable hyper-personalized services using personal information. Korea's MyData system is recognized globally as an outstanding system in that it is creating a new MyData industry by granting the right to information self-determination through the 'right to request data transmission'. Now in its third year, this study evaluates Korea's MyData system from a consumer behavior perspective and identifies issues for improvement. To this end, this study reviewed previous research on the relationship between regulatory policy and consumer behavior to determine the applicability of a consumer behavior perspective in institutional evaluation. In addition, in a study on consumer behavior related to MyData, variables that affect the use of MyData were investigated and evaluation items from a consumer behavior perspective were derived. As a result of evaluating Korea's MyData system from a consumer behavior perspective, it was found that the factors considered important by consumers were appropriately reflected in the system. However, in cases where there are dual values of ease of use and personal information protection, regulatory aspects tend to take priority. Therefore, in order to revitalize the MyData industry, it is essential to implement market-friendly system improvements without compromising consumer rights. This study is differentiated from existing studies in that it attempted to derive a plan for system improvement by combining empirical consumer behavior research and regulatory policy research.

Robotics is a convergence technology with significant ripple effects across various industries, including manufacturing and services. Its importance has been increasingly underscored by advancements in artificial intelligence. As a crucial industry for addressing the challenges posed by a declining and aging production workforce and for enhancing manufacturing competitiveness, the training of robotics experts is now critically important. This paper examines the case of the Robot Job Innovation Center in Gumi City and proposes a strategy for training robotics experts and specialists in robot/AI-based signal processing. A core curriculum was carefully selected and implemented in actual educational settings, with key components necessary for developing a comprehensive educational framework detailed. The convergence of AI-based data signal processing and robotics represents a significant technological advancement poised to impact a wide array of industries. By proposing the comprehensive educational framework outlined in this paper, it is anticipated that related organizations will be able to effectively utilize these foundational elements to train experts in the field.
