전시회 서비스에 대한 주최자의 중요도와 참관객의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Exhibition Services Organizer's Perception and Participant's Satisfaction)

  • This research is to 1) examine the perception of an exhibition organizer in holding an exhibition and its time, and 2) find out participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services according to time and purposes of visiting. The questionnaire was distributed to employees who work for exhibition companies, and exhibition visitors that have participated in any kind of international exhibitions which were held in COEX from 27, March to 2, May, 2003. The results of this study are as follows; First convenience facilities nearby, promotion, parking facilities strongly affected participants' overall satisfaction. Secondly, the purposes and time of visiting showed significant factors on the participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services. In turn, buying merchandise and obtaining useful information significantly affected convenience facilities nearby. Also, simple visiting purposes affected the cost of staying and service related to tourism. Finally, the number of workers, time and occupation of exhibitions are showed as important factors for the perception of an exhibition provider in the exhibition services.

  • This study examined to find out for Common facilities and services of apartments for the preschool children to grope for the way of more suitable environments about increasing the apartment house in Korea. According to the purpose of this study, the subject survey was confine to housewives, who have preschoolers, in the apartment of metropolitan Seoul and its newly developed satellite cities. The major findings were as followers: 1)As a result of analysis by each item for common facilities and service according to social and demographically characteristics of the subjects, the difference in demand between groups was recognized in employment of housewives, monthly average house income, and age of housewives. 2)For the preschool children housewives desired the community child care be placed at the first story of apartment and kindergarten is placed at a separate space, and playhouse is located at the first story or separate space. 3)For the preschool children housewives desired the apartment located at sub-city then the city or rural area etc.

  • The main purpose of this study is to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the application of BIM to the educational facilities. All the data information is drawn from the integrated design process which links various fields such as energy simulation, structure analyzation, and etc, and it is applied to the project combined as one data set. Moreover, we analyze the possible problems of the data exchange that can happen as collaborating with various fields while working on the project, and we present its solutions and the futher studies on this matter of a project.

  • Since urban railway transit is one of the most essential transportation systems, its power facilities must ensure high reliability and safety. Currently, urban railway operating organizations perform TBM (Time Based Maintenance) on power facilities. However, in order to improve management efficiency and system safety, CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) is preferred. Among various power facilities, mold transformers has been chosen as the object of study since it is widely used for the purpose of minimizing volume and weight, and due to safety against fire. In this paper, various transformer failure cases due to electric, thermal, mechanical and environmental factors have been collected and analyzed. In addition, investigation on national and international condition based maintenance cases and the characteristics of sensors widely used for transformer monitoring has been performed to suggest the optimal condition based maintenance technique for urban railway systems.

중국 주요 거점항만의 개발과정과 패널자료의 특성 분석 (Analysis on Development Process of Major Chinese Hub Ports and Characteristics of Panel Data)

  • 동북아 지역내 경제성장을 끌고 나가는 중국은 해운항만 분야에서는 환적화물의 흐름과 초대형 선박들의 기항지 선택 및 선사들의 네트워크 구축에 대한 영향을 통하여 동북아 단일 시장의 통합을 선도하고 있으며, 지역내 주요 항만들에 다양한 영향을 주고 있다. 이 연구는 중국 주요 항만-상해항, 천진항, 홍콩항 포함-들의 개발과정과 항만들간 개발의 상호관계를 시계열적으로 고찰함으로써 중국 항만의 미래를 조망하는 데에 유익한 시사점을 도출하는 데에 초점을 두고 있다. 주요 항만의 개발과정과 특성은 다음과 같다. 홍콩항은 고베항의 터미널을 세분화 전략보다는 물동량의 증가 추이에 따라 단계적으로 시설을 대형화하는 전략을 취하면서 운영의 안정성을 추구하였다. 상해항은 물동량의 지속적 증가에도 불구하고 2000년대 초까지 확장에 보수적 태도를 견지하였으며, 컨테이너 부두시설을 집중화하여 시설 대형화의 장점을 취하고 있다. 천진항도 타 중국항만과 유사하게 물동량의 증가에 따라 단계적 부두 확충과 부두시설의 집중과 특화 전략을 취하고 있다. 중국 거점항만들에 대한 패널자료와 패널회귀분석은 이들 항만들이 각기 독자적 수요기반을 갖고 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 항만들간 상관관계가 1980년대에는 낮았지만, 1990년대 이후 점차적으로 동시적 상관관계가 높아지는 것을 나타냈다.

  • Generally, the owners of the facilities adopt CP(Cathodic Protection) Systems to protect the corrosion accidents previously. The developed countries have secured the standard of CP systems and its test methods through the various researches and consolidation of the rules. So, we have been studying the international standards; JSEC, NACE Standard, ASTM, DNV, Australian Standard etc. and standardizing the systems and its test methods to apply in Korea.

  • An instance of domestic exhibition facility building case, the shortage of managing personal in construction resulted serious issue on expenses, times, quality, and safty with no satisfaction on its process and result. According to subject's speciality the CM's application methods are varied and because of its speciality, overall process of building an exhibition facility operating by its owner. This study intends to exam a application possibility of CM on exhibition facility construction to make smooth communication among varied area that following to exhibition facility construction.

국내 생태학습시설의 운영현황 고찰 및 시사점 (Operating Status and Activation of Ecological Learning Facilities in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 생태학습시설의 효율적인 운영 및 관리를 위해 국내 생태학습시설 운영현황에 대한 기초자료를 구축하고 운영방법에 대한 특징을 고찰하여 지속가능한 운영을 위한 제언을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해, 국내 생태학습시설의 목록을 구축하고, 생태학습시설의 운영 담당자를 대상으로 시설 운영 및 관리에 관한 현황을 조사하였고, 조사에 응한 50개 시설의 결과를 바탕으로 운영방법, 자원봉사자, 관람객, 예산 및 수익, 홍보 및 기타 항목으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 운영형태에 대한 결과, 직접운영 시설, 위탁운영 시설, 혼합운영 시설 중 직영 시설이 가장 많았으며, 직영 시설은 대부분 공무원들로 구성된 인력을 중심으로 운영이 되고 있었다. 관람객은 주로 주말에는 가족단위, 평일에는 유치원 이하 관람객 단위의 방문이 많으며, 해당 지자체 및 시설의 홈페이지를 통한 방문이 가장 많이 이루어지고 전국단위 방문객의 비율이 높았다. 또한, 시설 규모, 운영형태에 따라서 연간 운영예산과 연간 수익에 큰 차이가 발생하고 있었는데, 직영 시설의 경우 위탁운영 시설에 비해 운영예산이 많았다. 연구의 결과, 효율적인 운영을 위해 전문적 지식을 가진 인력이 포함되어야 하며, 정보력을 가진 홈페이지 구축 및 관리가 필요하다. 또한, 수익구조가 많지 않은 시설이 많기 때문에 국가 및 지자체의 지원이 반드시 필요하며, 기부나 지역회사 등 외부로부터의 지원 확보 방안도 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구는 국내 생태학습시설의 목록 구축 및 종합적인 조사를 바탕으로 운영현황에 대한 정량적이며 상세한 기초자료를 마련하였다는데 의의가 있다.

장기요양 시설서비스 식사재료비 크기 결정요인 분석 (Determinant Factors in Cost to Feed for Long-Term Care Facilities Residents)

  • Background: The food and food service influence the quality of life and the general health condition of older persons living in long-term care (LTC) facilities. Purchasing good food materials is a ground of good food service. In Korea, the residents in LTC facilities should pay for the cost of food materials and ingredients out of their pocket because it is not covered by LTC insurance. This study explored what factors affect the cost of food materials paid by LTC facility residents and which factor affects most. Methods: We used data from the study on out-of-pocket payment on national LTC insurance, which surveyed 1,552 family caregivers of older residents in LTC facilities. We applied conditional multi-level model, of which the first level represents the characteristics of care receivers and caregivers and its second level reflects those of LTC facilities. Results: We found that the facility residents with college-graduated family caregivers paid 11,545 Korean won more than those with less than elementary-graduated ones. However, the income level of family caregivers did not significantly affect the amount of the food material cost of the residents. The residents in privately owned, large, metropolitan-located facilities were likely to pay more than those in other types of facilities. The amount of the food material cost of the residents was mainly decided by the facility level factors rather than the characteristics of care recipients and their family caregivers (intra-class correlation=82%). Conclusion: These findings suggest that it might be effective to design a policy targeting facilities rather than residents in order to manage the cost of food materials of residents in LTC facilities. Setting a standard price for food materials in LTC facilities, like Japan, could be suggested as a feasible policy option. It needs to inform the choice of LTC users by providing comparable food material cost information. The staffing requirement of nutritionist also needs to be reviewed.
