모피 의류의 패션 변화와 수출 산업 육성 방안 연구 (Fashion Changes in fur Clothing & Export Industry Supporting Plan)

  • Our country's fur clothing industry has rapidly grown for a short time since it started with simple needlework of fur pieces, and now it is still developing as export industry that some enterprises besides general business firm export more than ten million dollars a year. However, it is true that fur clothing industry is still in unsatisfactory level in its size and system, compared with manufacturing or leather industry. Of course, we import crude material and processed fur on an entire base, and we have few wild fur on an entire base, and we have few wild fur animals because of our natural condition and it is hard to breed them. On the other hand, the world's fur industry shows that the demand of fur clothes is increasing as fur animal breeding is improved and developed and supply has become rather abundant with the help of fur clothing fashion since late 19th century : Also, there is a trend that some developed countries depend on importing rather than self-prodoction because of the character-istic of labor-concetntraled fur industry. Accordingly, considering this situation, we can expect fur clothing industry as promising export industry by analyzing the present situation of our country's fur clothing industry and suggesting its problems and solutions, and here are developing plans for growing fur clothing industry as promising export industry. First, smoothing delivery of crude material. Second, making high quality products and diversifying goods. Third, establishing effective competition system in fur clothing industry. Fourth, raising skilled man power. Lastly, there should be coopetation among the related fields in the aspect of policy including the support from the government.

  • 최근 세계의 중심가치는 네트웍으로부터 콘텐츠로 이행하고 있으며, 이에 따라 핵심산업 분야도 IT산업에서 문화콘텐츠산업으로 그 중심이 옮겨지고 있다. 특히 문화산업 중 게임산업은 규모면에서나 사회적 영향면에서 타 문화산업에 비해 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 산업으로 부상할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 게임산업은 문화산업 가운데 기술, 문화, 인문학, 산업 부문을 포함하는 ‘종합엔터테인먼트산업'적 특성이 가장 잘 나타나는 산업이며, 분리되어 있던 각 게임분야와 문화산업분야 간의 연계(One-Source Multi-Use)를 확대하는 방향으로 게임개발이 이루어지고 있어 문화산업 전체의 발전을 견인할 수 있는 산업으로 자리매김되고 있다. 국가전략산업으로서 국내 게임산업의 세계경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 이같이 게임산업에 내재해 있는 콘텐츠시대의 가치와 특성에 대한 이해와 함께 국내게임산업의 인력부문 및 기술부문의 취약점에 대한 국가적 차원의 정책 마련이 무엇보다 중요하다.

  • 본 논문에서는 용인지역 IT산업 육성을 목표로 용인지역 IT산업 육성 성공요인 분석 결과 및 중요도를 기반으로 IT산업 성공요인인 창업지원, 기술지원, 경영지원, 법 $\cdot$ 제도적지원을 위한 IT산업 육성전략을 IT산업 지원시설의 집적화, IT산업 지원네트워크 구축, 지역착근 선도기업 발굴 및 육성, 마케팅 및 유통 선진화로 구분하고, 어떤 성공전략을 우선적으로 고려하여 일관성 있게 추진해야 하는지를 IT기업, 행정 공무원, 교수 및 연구원의 측면에서 AHP통계분석 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 용인지역 IT산업 발전을 위한 정책수립 자료로 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

신성장 동력, 소프트웨어산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석 (New Growth Power, Economic Effect Analysis of Software Industry)

  • This study proposes the accurate economic effect (employment inducement coefficient, hiring inducement coefficient, index of the sensitivity of dispersion, index of the power of dispersion, and ratio of value added) of Korea software industry by analyzing the inter-industry relation using the modified inter-industry table. Some previous studies related to the inter-industry analysis were reviewed and the key problems were identified. First, in the current inter-industry table publishedby the Bank of Korea, the output of software industry includes not only the output of pure software industry (package software and IT services) but also the output of non-software industry due to the misclassification of the industry. This causes the output to become bigger than the actual output of the software industry. Second, during rewriting the inter-industry table, the output is changing. The inter-industry table is the table in the form of rows and columns, which records the transactions of goods and services among industries which are required to continue the activities of each industry. Accordingly, if only an output of a specific industry is changed, the reliability of the table would be degraded because the table is prepared based on the relations with other industries. This possibly causes the economic effect coefficient to degrade reliability, over or under estimated. This study tries to correct these problems to get the more accurate economic effect of the software industry. First, to get the output of the pure software section only, the data from the Korea Electronics Association(KEA) was used in the inter-industry table. Second, to prevent the difference in the outputs during rewriting the inter-industry table, the difference between the output in the current inter-industry table and the output from KEA data was identified and then it was defined as the non-software section output for the analysis. The following results were obtained: The pure software section's economic effect coefficient was lower than the coefficient of non-software section. It comes from differenceof data to Bank of Korea and KEA. This study hasa signification from accurate economic effect of Korea software industry.

소프트웨어산업과 의료산업이 한국경제에 미치는 파급효과 (The Impact of Software and Medical Industry on Korea Economy)

  • This study compares economic impact between Software and Medical industry through Input Output Table by Bank of Korea. We classify Software and Medical industry by The ninth Korea Standard Industry Classification and use linkage effects, value added inducement coefficient, and labor inducement coefficient to analyze economic impact. First, software and medical industry have different linkage effects between backward and forward. Second, They have higher value added inducement coefficient than average of all industry. Third, They not only have higher labor inducement coefficient than average of all industry but also simillar effect on labor induction. According to the result of this study, software and medical industry have high economic impact on Korea economy, and therefore are intensively fostered by policy support.

  • Many problems in IT outsourcing service industry of Korea are rooted in the idiosyncratic structure of the industry. This structure causes the unique characteristics of service level management, service delivery methodology, and contracts. This study looks into the status of the industry, vendors, and markets of IT outsourcing and proposes some of relevant research topics of each area respectively.

  • Advances in information technology (IT) are becoming one of the most significant driving forces changing the structure of global financial management. This phenomenon is occurring in all industries; the hotel industry is no exception and must quickly adapt to this new trend. This study examines the technology intensity of the industry by assessing the degree to which the industry has allocated capital to IT projects, and discusses IT investment in the hospitality industry with a particular emphasis on assessing the value of IT investment and its investment strategy.

증권산업의 생산성과 정보화투자 효과 (The Impact of Information Technology Investment on Productivity in Korean Stock Industry)

  • This paper is aimed at analyzing the effect of Information Technology (IT) investment on the output growth and Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of Korean stock industry. Data on 24 stock firms for the eleven years (1991-2001) are used for the analysis. It is identified that there are both direct and indirect impacts of IT investment of the Korean stock industry on output growth. The total effect on output growth is 1.34 percentage point per year, which divided into a direct effect of investment in IT on the output growth is 1.97 and an indirect effect on the TFP is -0.63 percentage points per year. Results show that IT investment cannot contribute to increased stock industry productivity. Therefore, the Korean stock industry has not benefited from increased investment on IT in increasing productivity, implying the so-called productivity paradox has existed during the period.

  • Tourism industry increasingly rely on information technology (IT) to improve the task performance. Many studies suggested that the evidence of IT showed not only task performance improvement but also organizational performance. Drawing from the resource-based view, technology and task fitness, and marketing orientation theories, this study proposes that IT use influences directly the task performance and proved the effectiveness of IT in the organizations of tourism industry. Further, the innovativeness, resources, and marketing orientation are identified as main determinants of IT use. The use of IT can serve as a catalyst in improving task performance for organizations in tourism industry. Based on data collected from surveying people who work in the tourism industry, the present study shed light on these issues. The findings provide a new perspective of IT effectiveness in the tourism industry. Then, we discussed the theoretical and practical implications.

  • 막대한 예산이 투입된 정부연구개발사업에 대한 성과창출과 관리 등에 대해서 근래에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 정부연구개발사업의 혁신 및 사업화 성과 창출 경로를 추정할 수 있는 연립방정식 모형을 설계하여 산업에 따른 성과창출의 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 KEIT 산업기술혁신사업의 성과활용현황조사 데이터를 활용하였으며, 정보통신(IT) 산업과 화학(CT) 산업을 대상으로 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 모든 기업들은 정부지원금을 통해 개발된 기술을 특허를 통해 보호하고 혁신을 파급시키는 역할을 하고 있었으나, 특허를 사업화하는 것은 IT 산업에서는 중소기업, CT 산업에서는 대기업으로 나타났다. 복합산업 성격인 IT 산업의 중소기업은 기업의 자체적인 혁신노력이 추가적으로 필요한 반면에 CT 산업의 중소기업은 기술개발과 사업화 성과 향상에 있어서 협력연구 등의 지원이 효과적이었다. 이러한 결과는 정부연구 개발사업으로 창출된 성과를 향상시키기 위해서 정부 정책 및 과제 기획 시 산업별 기업별 특성에 따라 주안점을 달리 해야 한다는 것을 시사한다.
