Countries recognize seriousness and concern about aviation terrorism, try to stamp out of it but aviation terrorism has been increasing in the world. Airport security is completely up to the result of security screening for passengers, check-in baggages and cargo at the check point. To complete effectively human and physical screening at the airport, it is essential to secure modernized screening equipment and specialized security screener, and airport security supervisor to supervising them. In this study, A survey conducted to find out the effect on screening equipment operating factors of airport security supervisor's individual attitude. The results of the study are as follow First, the duty view of airport security supervisor meaningfully affect expertise of screening equipment operating factors, satisfaction, reliability, and education and training, national point of view meaningfullly doesn't affect screening equipment operating factors. Second, the working condition effects on the education and training, if the working condition is getting better, intent to change occupation is getting lower. Third, duty stress meaningfully effects on the intent to change occupation, now airport security supervisor works in poor condition. Therefore, airport security supervisor needs to be prude of protecting the airport from the terrorism and various attacks and various kinds of aviation security regulations and procedures and comply with operating standards and keep the life of the country and its people, and needs to change awareness. And It is nessasary for government or airport authority or airline to prepare countermeasure for the improvement of their labor conditions.

In this study, we apply a lesson design process using an argumentation structure to preservice earth science teachers and analyzed argumentation levels displayed in the lesson plans written by preservice teachers in the process. As a result of the study, the preservice teachers designed a logically structured lesson by reflecting more argumentation components in the final lesson plan than the first one. In addition, in the case of lesson topics in which all argumentation elements were not explicitly presented in textbooks or curriculum, preservice teachers could not clearly reflect some argumentation components in the lesson plan. The conclusions and implications based on the results are as follows: First, it is necessary to use the argumentation structure as a tool to design logical science lessons, considering that argumentation levels of lesson plans written by preservice science teachers were improved by using argumentation structures in instructional design. Next, it is necessary to cultivate the preservice science teacher's ability to reconstruct the curriculum for science lesson design using the argumentation structure since argumentation levels of lesson plans written by preservice science teachers were limited to the argumentation components presented in the textbook and curriculum. Additionally, it is necessary to develop and apply a preservice teacher education program that uses the argumentation structure in the context of actual teaching activities so that preservice science teachers can not only understand argumentation but also improve their class expertise.

The purpose of this study is to improve media literacy through home economics education. To this end, in this study, developed were 10 teaching-learning plans, learning activity sheets, and teaching materials for the 'relationship' area, the core concept of the 2015 revised home economics curriculum, using the ADDIE method. Pre- and post-survey results after implementing the developed program showed statistically significant improvements in enhancing participants' ability to access media and critical understanding of media. Through this, also found was that the ability to express and produce one's own thoughts and feelings has improved. As a result of a qualitative analysis, it was found that students who participated in the class experienced an overall change in the performance goals of media literacy, especially in 'critical understanding and evaluation', and improved in media use ethics and social participation consciousness as well. It is significant that this study has developed a program that can foster media literacy in home economics education. It is expected to help improve the acceptability of media literacy education in home economics education, enhancement of the expertise of home economics teachers' media literacy education, and the improvement of teaching and learning activities in the field.

To drive construction project successful, a construction manager with good competency is needed. In order to select appropriate construction manager, there should be a standard and a method for appropriately evaluating the competency of construction manager. There have been many researches on the competency of construction managers, but there are two points to be supplemented. One is that construction manager's competency measurement was not concrete and objective, and the other is that construction project performance directly reflects individual manager's performance. The purpose of this study is to derive a construction manager competency evaluation index by using the Notational Analysis technique that is used when deriving an indicator that measures the athlete's competency in sports. This analysis was drawn with Delphi method. Finally, the 'measurable behaviors'were derived that can evaluate the competency of construction managers. Through this, it is possible to express each manager's expertise, leadership, and personal characteristics in numerical expression. This will help decision makers when selecting construction managers. It is anticipated that decision makers will be able to make the decision to select the necessary construction managers easier because it can evaluate the construction managers through a scientific approach based on the record by supplementing the existing method which only relied on intuition.

In the remodeling projects, clients without architectural expertise have limitations in presenting requirements accurately. In some cases, designers and contractors may not recognize their demands exactly, and deliver final products that are different from the clients' intentions. 3D modeling visualizing final products in previous has been regarded as a solution to enhance understanding and communication. However, this approach has the limitation that the final results are presented as a virtual outputs. In the remodeling project, an alternative, mixed-reality, is likely to reinforce the reality as it enables to present remain structure and the parts to be built together. This paper examines the mixed reality as a solution to support decision making of clients and practitioners in remodeling projects. The examinations is conducted in high-rise office remodeling projects by means of action-research. Clients and practitioners, overview product models presented in the format of 2D drawings, BIM and mixed reality asked to evaluate the effectiveness of each methods in 12 standards. The results have shown that mixed reality has improved the sense of reality, making it easier to predict results, but recognizing patterns is difficult in some areas such as the floor, and it caused dizziness.

IoT devices refer to embedded devices that can communicate with networks. Since there are various types of IoT devices and they are widely used around us, in the event of an attack, damages such as personal information leakage can occur depending on the type of device. While the security team analyzes IoT devices, they should target firmware as well as software interfaces since IoT devices are operated by both of them. However, the problem is that it is not easy to extract and analyze firmware and that it is not easy to manage product quality at a certain level even if the same target is analyzed according to the analyst's expertise within the security team. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to establish a vulnerability analysis process for the firmware of IoT devices and present available tools for each step. Besides, we organized the process from firmware acquisition to analysis of IoT devices produced by various commercial manufacturers, and we wanted to prove their validity by applying it directly to drone analysis by various manufacturers.

This study aims to establish a foundation for autonomous driving on campus and communication of abundant university information in the HCI environment in a VR environment where college freshmen can freely travel around campus facilities. The purpose of this study is to develop a three-dimensional VR-style campus tour system to establish a media environment to provide abundant university information guidance services to freshmen in non-face-to-face situations. This study designed a three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system to solve the problem of discontinuity in which VR360 filming space does not lead to space like reality, and to solve many problems of expertise in VR technology by constructing an integrated production environment of tour system. We aim to solve the problem of inefficiency, which requires a large amount of momentum in virtual space, by constructing a GUI that utilizes the motion of the field of view focus. The campus environment was designed as a three-dimensional virtual reality using a three-dimensional graphic design. In non-face-to-face situations, college freshmen freely transformed the HMD VR device, smartphone, FPS operation mode of the gyroscope sensor. The design elements of the three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system were classified as ①Visualization of factual experiences, ②Continuity of space movement, ③Operation, automatic operation mode, ④Natural landscape animation, ⑤Animation according to wind direction, ⑥Actual space movement mode, ⑦Informatization of spatial understanding, ⑧GUI by experience environment, ⑨Text GUI by building, ⑩VR360, 3D360 Studio Environment, ⑪Three-dimensional virtual space coupling block module, ⑫3D360-3D Virtual Space Transmedia Zone, ⑬Transformable GUI(VR Device Dual Viewer-Gyro Sensor Full Viewer-FPS Operation Viewer) and an integrated production environment was established with each element. It is launched online (http://vautu.com/u1) by constructing a GUI for free driving mode and college information screens to adapt to college life for freshmen, and designing an environment that can be used simultaneously by current media such as PCs, Android, and iPads. Therefore, it conducted user research, held a development presentation, a forum on excellence in university innovation support projects, and applied it as a system on the website of a particular university. College freshmen will be able to experience university information directly from the web and app to the virtual reality campus environment.
In the past, fish diseases were bacterial in aqua farms, but in recent years, the frequency of fish diseases has increased as they have become viral and mixed. Viral diseases in an enclosed space called a aqua farm have a high spread rate, so it is very likely to lead to mass death. Fast identification of fish diseases is important to prevent group death. However, diagnosis of fish diseases requires a high level of expertise and it is difficult to visually check the condition of fish every time. In order to prevent the spread of the disease, an automatic identification system of diseases or fish is needed. In this paper, in order to improve the performance of the disease identification system of Paralichthys olivaceus based on deep learning, the existing pre-processing method is compared and tested. Target diseases were selected from three most frequent diseases such as Scutica, Vibrio, and Lymphocystis in Paralichthys olivaceus. The RGB, HLS, HSV, LAB, LUV, XYZ, and YCRCV were used as image pre-processing methods. As a result of the experiment, HLS was able to get the best results than using general RGB. It is expected that the fish disease identification system can be advanced by improving the recognition rate of diseases in a simple way.
Reasons for disqualification to restrict a medical person's license should be considered in functional and moral terms. In this sense, the grounds for disqualification of medical personnel should be expanded to include all crimes that have been declared to be "imprisonment without labor or greater punishment" by a court. Because a sentence of "imprisonment without labor or greater punishment" means that it is highly reprehensible and undermines the trust of the state as well as the trust in medical personnel. Therefore, the expansion of the scope of license restrictions for medical personnel cannot be regarded as a violation of "the Less Restrictive Alternative" rule. However, it is necessary to reflect the specificity of medical services in the license restrictions of medical personnel. This is because not all diseases can be treated with current medical services. In addition, unpredictable situations can occur at any time during medical practice. Consequently, the negligence that occurs during medical practice should be carefully examined from a functional perspective of the medical personnel. And it should be treated differently from ordinary crimes. To this end, an independent license review organization should be established to establish expertise in license management.

This study was based on the research contents of previous studies. and After operatively defining public culture and arts institutions in terms of combining the characteristics of public institutions and culture and arts, the necessity of analyzing the priority of performance evaluation indicators was raised in accordance with this. The results of priority analysis based on the AHP axiom are as follows. The priorities for the performance evaluation index of public culture and arts institutions were in the order of artistry, expertise, marketing, publicity, organizational management, exchange and cooperation, management efficiency, operating system, and convenience. Based on the analysis results, the following implications were presented. First, it is necessary to first pay attention to the items of artistry that appear as the highest priority and seek strategies. Second, it is necessary to put a variety of experts in the original plan so that the audience and the public can have a high interest in this. However, in order not to exceed the 10 items recommended by the AHP axiom, we had to intentionally limit the evaluation items. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze priorities by deriving various evaluation items in subsequent studies.
