This study examined the effects of management consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) on organizational creativity and innovation. The research target was companies with experience in consulting, and sample data from 62 surveyed companies (80 persons) were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 based on statistics to perform frequency analysis, reliability, and feasibility analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, it has been verified that consultant competency (ability, professionalism) and consulting service quality (reliability, assurance) had positive impacts. Second, service reliability and assurance, which are components of consulting service quality, significantly affected consulting performance (organizational creativity, innovation). Taken together, management consulting has a positive effect on creativity and innovation in an organization and ultimately contributes to improvement of the business performance of the company, depending on the competency of the consultant and quality of the services provided. Based on the results of this study, we intend to improve the quality of SME consulting by providing theoretical and practical implications as well as contribute to the growth of SMEs requiring innovation in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

To provide evidence of bank's management consulting effect on client firms' performance and contribution to the bank, this study adopts Matching Sample Design and OLS regression using financial and consulting data from A Bank, which allowed us for empirically testing bank's management consulting effect on client firms. Specifically, We examine difference between ante-post performance of consulting client firms and difference between performance of consulting client firms and the other client firms. Empirical results show that management consulting by a Bank can increase interdependency, while It does not cause significant improvement of growth, activity, and profitability. This result provides further understanding of effect of management consulting by a bank on consulting client firms and some implication which banks should consider for management consulting.

온라인 컨설팅이란 business Consulting, IT Consulting, Tax ＆ Audit Consulting 등의 일반 컨설팅 서비스가 다양한 방식에 의해 Online으로 제공되는 모델을 말한다. 현재 온라인 컨설팅은 시장의 요구에 따른 서비스 발생이 아닌 공급자에 의한 Push-Service라고 할 수 있다. Ernst ＆ Young, Arthur Andersen, Cambridge Technology Partners, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Robbins-Glola, Mainspring, Bain ＆ Co 등 컨설팅 회사들은 기존 대기업 위주 컨설팅과 함께 특정화된 문제에 대한 특정한 솔루션을 제공하는 저비용 서비스에 의한 중소기업 대상의 신규 시장 창출의 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 또한, 국내 온라인컨설팅의 개념, 선진 컨설팅 업체의 온라인 컨설팅 사업현황, 사업모델, 향후 전망, 사업의 성공요소에 대해서 살펴본다.

Ubiquitous technology(UT)의 발전과 더불어 특성 산업에 가시적인 적용 성과가 나타남으로써, 전통적인 제조업에서도 ubiquitous 환경 구현 및 제조기술(MT: Manufacturing Technology)과의 융합을 통한 제조혁신의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 ubiquitous factory 구현을 위한 체계적인 서비스 개발을 위해서, factory에 적용할 수 있는 특정 서비스 platform 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 서비스 개발 platform과 관련된 연구와 ubiquitous 서비스 개발 방법론 등을 분석하여 factory 현장에 바로 적용할 수 있는 platform을 개발하였다. 개발된 platform을 검증하기 위해 사례분석을 통해 연관분석을 실시함으로써 본 연구의 타당성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 platform은 ubiquitous factory를 구현하는데 활용될 예정이며, 향후 적용을 통한 개선사항을 도출하여 제조혁신을 위한 방법론으로 정립할 예정이다.

This study is to present the rationale and empirical evidence on the individual and the organizational of effectiveness of outplacement consulting was to contribute to the transition and spread awareness about the outplacement consulting. As the result, this awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting has positive impact on employability and employability is confirmed that it has positive impact on job performance and enhancing organizational trust. Furthermore, the employment possibilities were found to mediate the relationship between awareness of usefulness of the outplacement consulting and organizational trust and job performance. These results reveals that the outplacement consulting contributes to improve job skills of the organization, which is the result of verifying that leads to organizational performance. Based on these results, I propose transfering awareness and spreading about the outplacement consulting.

In this paper, we present an intensive patient monitoring service through the Internet, which enables medical doctors to watch their patients in a remote site, to monitor their vital signs and to give them some advices for first-aid treatment. The service consists of three service objects: Monitoring Information Service(MIS), Vital Sign Monitoring Service(VSMS) and Multimedia Consulting (MCS). Through the MIS, medical doctors can get information about the patients currently under monitoring, including their names, ages, genders, symptoms, current main complaints and current locations. The VSMS enables medical doctors to monitor in real-time patients' vital signs such as electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration, temperature, blood oxygen saturation (SpO$_{2}$), invasive blood pressure (IBP), and non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP). It also generates alarms when the patients are likely to be in a critical situation. The MCS provides a real-time multimedia desktop conferencing facility for watching patients and instructing attendants to administer some first-aid treatment. We carried out some experiments according to two different scenarios. The intensive patient monitoring service was functioning well in a 100Base-T Ethernet LAN environment.

This study was carried out to verify management commitment on perceived consulting quality in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived consultant perform quality. Second, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived government support quality. Third, management commitment was found to have no effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fourth, perceived consultant perform quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fifth, perceived government support quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase institutional support for enhancing the management commitment as well as the capability of consultants and support of government. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.

This study is designed to help pre-service teachers to improve their teaching skills in elementary math class. For this, the consulting program with 5-steps was planned and applied to three elementary pre-service teachers. Each class the teachers performed was analyzed by both Flanders's Interaction Analysis Category System and participant observation. As results of consulting, the common characteristics of three pre-service teachers are shown. Firstly their teaching style is non directive, but they fail to induce their students spontaneously respond. They often ignore or don't use their students' respond they think incorrect to develop the next ideas. Simply saying, their classes are typically teacher-oriented but they are not authoritative. It is proved that consulting program is effective for improving developing non directive teaching skills, but is not much effective decreasing teachers' comment and increasing students' rolls in a math class.

Supply Chain Management is the process of planning, implementing and controlling the operations of the supply chain to satisfy customer requirements as efficiently as possible. It spans all movements and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption. Korean Standards Association claims the Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) as a win-win model of organizations among the supply chains for the best product/service quality to final customers. The SCQM is focused on quality of product/service and will do much for improving manufacturing performance between customer and suppliers. Consulting-teams make every effort to design suitable solution for constructing solutions and improving the performance. This study is to analyze the performance of SCQM consulting, from July of 2007 to June of 2008, and would provide some guidelines to design the optimal consulting models and develop guidebooks.
