한국전자통신연구원(이하 ETRI)은 2002년에 국제표준으로 널리 통용되어 많은 분야에서 적용되고 있는 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 인증을 획득하여 현재까지 유지하여 오고 있다. ETRI의 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 도입 목적은 대외적으로는 연구개발 경쟁력 향상과 고객만족 증진이고, 대내적으로는 연구개발 업무 수행의 체계적이고 공통된 틀을 제공하는 R&D 표준프로세스의 정립과 이의 지속적으로 개선하기 위한 것이다 이를 통한 연구개발 수행 활동의 효과 성과 효율성을 제고하여 최종적으로는 고객에게 제공되는 연구개발 결과물의 품질을 향상시키는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI가 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 R&D 프로세스 혁신을 위한 기반시스템으로 활용한 접근방법에 대하여 살펴보고, 그를 위해 연구개발 업무에 대하여 구체적으로 정의한 R&D 프로세스 모델 및 그 활용체계에 대하여 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data repository certification scheme and to propose a strategy to promote Coretrustseal certification. The certification system to be analyzed includes Coretrustseal, RatSWD, CLARIN certificate B, DIN 31644, ISO 16363, TDR and nestor. Among them, Coretrustseal certification is a core certification system that meets the standards and requirements of other certifications. Therefore, in this study, the Coretrustseal certification promotion strategy was proposed step by step. The proposed certification promotion strategy includes a list of research data policies and guidelines and examples of certification applications for use by institutions that operate domestic data repositories. Through this CTS certification process, each institution can secure research data policies and guidelines, and when CTS certification is obtained, it is judged that international reliability of the data repository can be secured.

Because of preferential treatment in PQ judgement, many construction company got the certification of ISO 9000. But the main objective of them was just certification itself. The ISO 9000 certification which was composed of 20 requirements was a standard just for the manufacturing industry, so it was difficult that it was applied to a business of construction industry. In these reasons, they have revised ISO 9000:l994 which was composed or 20 requirements to ISO 9000:2000 which requests to focus on business process. In this research, we'll develop a System for Project Quality Plan that is related with information of site process in an apartment housing project. This system is intended to increase use of project quality plan in construction sites based on the construction process.

충남 아산시에 위치하고 있는 당사의 주 생산품은 김치냉장고, 에어컨 등의 위니아 공장 생산품과 히터, 콘덴서 등의 차량공조 생산품이며, 총 근로자 수는 1,310명으로서 이 중에서 90명은 여성 근로자가 차지하고 있다. 만도공조(주)는 1962년 10월 (주) 현대양행으로 시작된 이래로, 1995년 12월 ISO-9001 인증을 획득하였고, 2000년 1월 무재해 1배 달성(210만 시간), 2000년 7월 KOSHA 2000 P/G를 인정받았다. 이어서 무재해 2배(420만 시간)를 달성하였고, 2001년 10월 ISO-14001을 인정받았다. 한편, 당사의 과거 9년간 산업재해 발생현황을 살펴보면 그림 1에 제시된 바와 같이 최근에 산업재해 발생율이 약간 증가하기는 하였으나, 전반적으로 1995년에 17건의 산업재해를 기록한 이후로 감소하고 있는 추세이다. 근골격계질환에 대해서 살펴보면, 산업재해건수 대비 근골격계질환 발생비율이 1998년부터 0%를 기록하고 있다.(중략)

종합부품기업 아이원스(주)는 1993년 3월 자동차 미디어 관련 부품제작 업체인 동아엔지니어링으로 출발했다. 1994년에는 반도체 LCD부분 그리고 2003년에는 삼성전기(주)광디바이스 사업으로 진출했으며, ISO9001 ISO14001 인증을 획득한 후 2005년 벤처기업으로 등록하면서 전도유망한 기업으로 성장해왔다. 이후 2005년 아이원스 주식회사로 법인전환을 하면서 2006년 기흥 세정공장 준공, 2007년 삼성전자 메모리 사업부 세정 협력업체 등록, 병역 특례업체 선정, 2011년 삼성전자 생산기술연구원 업체 등록, 2013년 2월 코스닥 상장 등으로 지속적인 발전을 이어오게 된다. 이곳의 이러한 성장에는 이문기 대표이사의 안전에 대한 각별한 신념이 밑거름이 됐다. 직원들의 안전을 회사의 가장 큰 가치로, 그리고 직원들을 회사의 가장 큰 자산으로 여기고 안전에 집중 투자하면서 무재해를 이어온 것이 기업 성장의 원동력이 된 것이다. 안전경영의 좋은 본보기가 되고 있는 이문기 대표이사를 찾아가 그만의 안전철학을 들어봤다.

If a quality system is properly designed and implemented, it will be one of the most effective tools in the prevention of quality problems, as well as potential product liability incidents. The purpose of this research is to present how the quality system should developed and focuses more on what it should include for the sake of preventing unsafe products and design. Includings are descriptions on how a manufacturer can put a comprehensive procedures and processes for product safety and effort in place, and move their existing quality system to a new level.

Quality system management adapted by small and medium enterprises in Kangwon province to enhance the competitiveness was studied. Variance analysis on several questionnaire answers was performed. Motives for acquiring the accreditation, such as product export, adjustment to international trend, enhancement of brand/product recognition, CEO's mind change, and management innovation, have been changed significantly among business types. Mind changes after the accreditations were setting company's first priority on quality, enhanced recognition on compliance of in-house standards and regulations, employee's performance with the recognition of quality. Amongst service problems to maintain the accreditations were difficulties in maintaining the recognition of the company's quality management, labor increase to maintain the ISO 9000 enforcement team, and financial burden to keep the accreditation. Quality recognition after the accreditations was significantly improved in setting company's first priority on quality, enhanced recognition on compliance of in-house standards and regulations, employee's performance with the recognition of quality.

The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

현대약품(대표 윤창현)은 지난 1965년 출범되어 지금까지도 국민들의 꾸준한 사랑을 받으며 잘 알려진 '현대물파스'로 시작한 의약품 전문기업이다. 현대약품은 47년의 지속적인 성장과 함께 현재 처방의약품은 물론, 일반의약품과 같은 의약품 사업과 기능성 식품, 기능성 음료 등의 건강기능식품, 그리고 의료기기에 이르기까지 국민건강증진을 위한 종합기업으로 성장하였다. 현대약품은 보다 체계화된 제품 안전성을 갖추는데 주력하기 위해, 전국 각 공장과 사업장에서 ISO9001, ISO14001, KOHSA18001, OHSAS18001 등의 인증을 획득, 제품의 안전성, 안정성과 제품 생산 표준화 등이 이루어지는 각종 기반을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 2008년 제약업계 최초 국가품질경영대회 제품안전경영 대통령상을 수상하는 영예도 얻게 되었다. 중앙연구소는 1984년도 설립되었으며 2009년 1월에는 경기바이오센터 합성신약연구소를 개소, 2011년 5월에는 용인에 신약 연구소를 준공하여 신약 및 개량신약 개발에 주력하고 있다. 현재까지도 지속적인 연구개발 및 기술 혁신 중심으로 21세기 첨단 의약품 생산에 필요한 다양한 연구에 매진하고 있다. 현대약품은 우수한 연구진과 최첨단 연구시설 확보를 통해 펩타이드 치료약물을 개발 생산하였다. 이어 이 기술을 바탕으로 기존의 거대시장 fmoc-아미노산을 대체하게 될 차세대 신물질로서 고체상 펩타이드 합성(solid phase peptide synthesis)의 원료물질인 Nsc-아미노산을 개발하였다. 전 사원 1년에 1일 이상의 봉사 활동을 의무적으로 실시하고 있으며 공장 직원 스스로 조직된 봉사 단체 두레회는 불우한 이웃의 시설을 유지, 보수하고 정이 그리운 어린이들과 함께 놀아주는 이웃들과 함께하는 작은 봉사 단체이다. 현대약품은 앞으로도 R&D투자를 활성화하여 우수의약품 개발에 전력을 다하고, 국민보건 향상에 책임을 완수하는 성실한 기업이 될 것이다.
