제주시 지역 중학교 학생들의 환경교육에 대한 의식 조사 (A Survey on the Consciousness of Middle School Students in Jeju City on the Environmental Education)

  • This study was investigated on the consciousness of middle school students in Jeju city about the environmental education through questionnaire, in order to understand the actual conditions of environmental education and to find out the solutions about them. Middle 'school students responded that environmental education in school was taken at the class for the special activity or voluntary service, not in regular class and was worked as in the form of the field trip. They generally obtain the knowledge and informations on the environmental problems from mass media such as TV, radio and newspaper than from regular environment class in school. And 36.0% of students perceive that environmental education is needed as a regular class and 31.3% of students perceive that the regular class in school is effective to the environmental education. These results suggest that many students are interested in the regular environment class in school. However, the most of students responded that the regular environment class in school is not worked or is not worked at all, suggesting that the environmental education in middle school is not worked effectively. Most of students prefer to take the environment class in the form of observation or field trip, and they think that observation or field trip is more effective to obtain environmental informations. In conclusion, the special activity such as observation or field trip needs to be supplemented to regular environment class in order to improve the environmental education in middle school more effectively.

한국 환경과 교육 과정의 패러다임 변화에 대한 역사적 고찰 (A Historical Study on the Paradigm Shift of Environment Subject Curriculum in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to find historical paradigm shift of the environmental subject in Korean school curriculum. For the purpose, two research questions guided this study. First, we would like to find out the changes in environmental education curriculum by interpreting the Korean national curriculum. Second, we want to know about the paradigm shift of environment education in Korea. In this study, curriculum documents, teachers' guide books, textbooks, and other educational materials were used for literature review. The results are as follows: First, Robottom and Hart's frame of three paradigms in environmental education research, positivism, interpretivism and social criticism, was suitable in interpreting curriculum. Second, the curriculum of environment subject has substantially changed from 6th to 2007 revised curriculum. Third, while the 6th curriculum was strongly affected by the positivism and education 'about' the environment, the 7th curriculum had been influenced by the interpretivism and education 'in/through' the environment, and the 2007 revised curriculum is under the influence of the education 'for' the environment and social critical paradigm.

  • There is now a large body of research which investigate the preconceptions held by the students in a variety of school levels ranging from the elementary schools to the universities. A problem exists, however, in applying the fingings of the research to the practices of science education. Meanwhile the field of science education is in urgent need of the new instructional theories. One viable means of improving such problematic situation as this is to develop the teaching/learning materials which incorporate the suggestions implied by the results of the research. A prosedure for developing an instructional material and the application of the material in the naturalistic classes are described. Also described in this article are the analyses of the effectiveness of the materials and the implications of this developmental study for the teaching strategies of science.

  • 교육 정보화의 핵심은 정보 교육을 위한 인프라 구축과 정보 통신 기술의 교육적 활용에 있으며, 활용의 측면에서는 수업의 정보화를 지원할 수 있는 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어 확보가 관건이다. 이는 교육용 SW 평가 방안의 탐구가 얼마나 중요한 과제인가를 시사해 준다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제 인식을 바탕으로 첫째, 수요자 측면에서 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어를 선정하고 활용을 조장할 수 있는 과학적인 정보를 제공하고, 둘째, 개발자 측면에서 객관적인 품질 평가의 준거를 제공함으로써, 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 방향과 정보를 제공함으로써 교육 정보화의 기반을 다지기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 기존 교육용 SW 평가에 관련된 연구들을 분석하고, 소프트웨어 평가 준거를 교육적 차원, 운용적 차원, 기술적 차원의 세 영역으로 분류하고 세부 평가 준거를 도출하였다.

The Influence of Role Models on Entrepreneurial Intention: Does Individual Innovativeness Matter?

  • This study aims to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial role models (ERM) and entrepreneurship education (EE) on individual entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and its consequences for entrepreneurial intention (EI). Data is obtained through a survey method on 255 management and business university students who had completed the entrepreneurship education program. To evaluate the research model, the data is processed using PLS-SEM. The results of this study indicate that the existence of entrepreneurial role models and entrepreneurial education programs for students affects the components of individual entrepreneurial orientation, namely individual innovativeness, individual proactiveness, and individual risk-taker. However, ERMs do not have a direct effect on EI. The main finding of this research appears on the influence of individual EO on EI, which indicates that only individual innovativeness impacts entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, personal proactiveness and risk-takers are proven to have no impact on EI. This study succeeded in filling the research gap, namely, examining the influence of ERMs on each of the components forming an individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) and its EI. This research model also provides a comprehensive research model on the influence of pre-entrepreneurial exposure on IEO and its consequences on EI.

비대면 디자인 교육 평가 체계 구축에 관한 기초 연구 (A preliminary study on the evaluation method of online design education)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation method for online design education. Online education has established itself as the primary form in the educational field, however, there are unsatisfactory response from instructors and students due to rapid conversion of online education. Due to the transition of educational method, online class contents have become optimized and online educational experiences became accumulated. However, clear education criteria is essential. This study states importance of two parts: establishing an evaluation system based on design thinking for online design education and finding appropriate online platforms for interaction between instructors and students. The research results provide implications for ensuring the efficiency of design education and are expected to contribute significantly to the future education field.

멀티미디어 리터러시 교육의 학습효과 연구 (A Study on the Learning Effect of Multimedia Literacy Education)

  • 최근 급격한 미디어의 변화에 따라 이에 부합하는 리터러시 교육의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 증가하는 필요성에 비해 리터러시의 효율성에 대한 충분한 연구가 이뤄지지 않았던 것이 사실이다. 예를 들면 통합적 미디어 리터러시가 청소년 학습에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구와 같은 실증적 접근 등을 들 수 있겠다. 이에 본 논문은 기존 영상교육과는 차별화되는 멀티미디어 교육을 연구대상으로 삼고 청소년들에게 텍스트와 비디오와 사운드 등을 융합한 교육에 대한 결과를 학습 효과적 측면에서 연구했다. 멀티미디어 교육이 과연 청소년들의 학습에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 학문적 탐구다. 연구방법으로 양적 조사와 질적 조사를 병행한 결과, 멀티미디어 교육은 학습능력 향상에 유의미하다는 결론을 얻었으며 이를 바탕으로 멀티미디어를 활용한 교육으로 언어 교육과 같은 외연 확대와 동시에 실습 위주의 학습자 참여 교육을 제시했다. 이와 같은 여러 가지 교육정책에 대한 제언은 멀티미디어 교육이 단지 기존교육의 보조수단이 아니라 전인적 인격을 달성하는 교육의 핵심으로서 모든 학습활동의 중심으로 자리할 수 있다는 자신감으로 확산될 것이다.

6-sigma 방법론을 적용한 종합설계 교육모델 개발 (Development of Capstone Design Education Model Using 6-sigma Methodology)

  • Capstone design education is essential in the engineering design process according to the certification standards of ABEEK. Capstone design process should be properly trained in undergraduate courses in order to increase the design ability of systems, components and processes within realistic constraints. In this study, a modified design model as a capstone design education model was proposed to reduce the separation between the design process at industrial sites and the design process at university education. The modified design model based on 6-sigma methodology is composed of 6 design steps such as define, measure, analyse, design, verify, and report. Each step has appropriated design contents and tools, and is configured to generate design results. The proposed design model was directly applied to the capstone design class for automotive engineering in Kunsan National University, and it was confirmed that the proposed DMADVR methodology was a very useful design education model to enhance the design ability, teamwork ability and communication skills required by ABEEK.

소비자 교육프로그램의 체계화에 관한 연구 -교육내용을 중심으로- (On systematizing the Educational Programs for Consumers- With Special Attention to the Contents of Education-)

  • The purpose of the present paper is to review the content of the Consumer Education Programs, is to establish a hypothetical model regarding the contents of the consumer Education programs, and is also to analyze the contents of the Consumer Education Programs seen from the various angles of the value of our home life. For this, we have researched literatures and habe made the hypothetical model for the desirable contents of the consumer education programs, and also have conducted a case study together with and analysis bearing the actual evidence. Form what we have studied regarding the results of the research, conclusions that can be derived are as follows; First, the contents of the consumer education programs of Korea are not sufficient to improve the quality of the environments of our houses, family life, and decision making. Secondly, the contents of the consumer education do not meet the societal and economic changes. Third, since the contents of the consumer program of Korea emphasize the theory-oriented discussion, they are not suitable to educate the consumers who are really in need of consumer education.

죽음준비교육 관련 사회복지학 분야의 연구동향 분석 (Analysis of trends in social welfare research related to death preparation education)

  • 본 연구는 국내 사회복지 분야의 죽음준비교육 관련 연구동향을 분류하여 보다 체계적이고 발전적인 연구방향을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 분석대상 논문은 사회복지실천 가치에서 매우 중요한 역할로 요구되는 죽음준비교육의 필요성을 전제로 지난 25년간 6개 학술지에 게재된 논문 9편과 석 박사 학위논문 25편, 총 34편의 국내 죽음준비교육 관련 연구동향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 1992년부터 2017년까지 사회복지분야에서 실행된 죽음준비교육 관련 연구의 출처 및 연도별, 연구방법별, 연구대상별, 연구 주제어와 프로그램 내용이 적용된 중재 특성을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 출처 및 연도별에서 석사학위 논문이 20편(58.8%)으로 가장 많이 연구한 것으로 나타났으며, 연도별 동향은 1900년대 후반에는 2편에 불과했으나, 2006년~2010년에 들어와서 14편(41.2%), 2011년~2017년까지 15편(44.1%)으로 매우 높은 연구 성장을 보였다. 연구방법별 동향은 조사연구가 13편으로 가장 높은 빈도를 보였으며, 연구대상별 동향은 노인을 대상으로 한 연구가 21편으로 가장 많았다. 연구주제어 동향은 죽음불안(25)을 가장 많이 연구한 것으로 나타났으며, 프로그램 내용에 적용된 중재 특성 연구동향 분석에서 구조화분류 중 죽음에 대한 정서적 불안(20)이 가장 많이 활용된 변수였다. 또한 측정된 중재 효과도 죽음에 대한 정서적 불안(20)이 가장 많은 효과 검증이 된 것으로 나타났다.
