This work aims to use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) tool to develop the model of industrial competitiveness in the nursing homes of eleven provinces in east China. The original data is from China Civil Affairs Statistical Yearbook 2020. The results show that Jiangsu province has the highest competitiveness in the elderly care industry among the eleven provinces in east China, and Hainan province has the lowest competitiveness. The competitiveness of the elderly care industry varies among the eleven provinces in east China. The ratios of beds to medical staff, the ratio of nursing homes, per capital fixed assets in nursing homes, and the number of unable self-care elderly are the four main influential factors across the competitiveness of the elderly care industry and indicates that the nursing homes competitiveness is affected by multiple factors from multiple levels. A differentiated strategy should be taken according to the circumstances in different provinces to rationally develop the elderly care industry, improving efficiency, the level, and quality of services in the nursing homes.

This study is a study on the change of life and leisure satisfaction caused by the reduction of working hours of office workers, summarizing the results of the analysis as follows: First, the change in the working hours of office workers was found to be men (42.4 percent), but women (54.7 percent) had a high increase in personal satisfaction, monthly income of 2 to 3 million won 96.1 percent, and personal satisfaction increased in small and medium-sized cities and towns. Second, leisure satisfaction due to shorter working hours was somewhat high in monthly income of 3 million won to 4 million won (43.6%) and more than 6 million won (39.1%), but there was no change in leisure satisfaction by gender, age, academic background, number of family members, marital status, worker status and region. The revitalization of leisure is a very important task in personal life, but it is meaningful in that it provided implications for socializing leisure as leisure satisfaction is positively spreading in life changes.

We investigated multi-layer perceptrons and supervised learning algorithms, and also examined how to model functional relationships between covariates and response variables using a package called neuralnet. The algorithm applied in this paper is characterized by continuous adjustment of the weights, which are parameters to minimize the error function based on the comparison between the actual and predicted values of the response variable. In the neuralnet package, the activation and error functions can be appropriately selected according to the given situation, and the remaining parameters can be set as default values. As a result of using the neuralnet package for the infertility data, we found that age has little influence on infertility among the four independent variables. In addition, the weight of the neural network takes various values from -751.6 to 7.25, and the intercepts of the first hidden layer are -92.6 and 7.25, and the weights for the covariates age, parity, induced, and spontaneous to the first hidden neuron are identified as 3.17, -5.20, -36.82, and -751.6.
