  • Qi Baishi is a prolific master of modern Chinese painting in the 20th century and a profound influence on modern Chinese painting. With a lifetime of diligence and pursuit, he brought the development of traditional Chinese literati painting to the palace of world art. Qi Baishi's paintings have very different styles and rich connotations. There is a childlike "Plantain Crowd", which is childish but full of interest. There is also a simple and old-fashioned "Peony" in the late years, vigorous and powerful, moving heartstrings. There is also the irony of the present world, refuting the ugly "Tumbler", which is thought-provoking. Of course, the most worthy of study is Qi Baishi's landscape paintings. His landscape paintings surpassed their era and have unique historical value in the transformation of modern Chinese landscape painting. He was one of the pioneers of the transformation of Chinese landscape painting in the 20th century. In this article, through the research and collation of Qi Baishi's landscape paintings, the characteristics of Qi Baishi's landscape paintings and their surpassing of the times are discovered.

  • This study is to present practical plan to stimulate Parallel Import Policies, Which is one of the government policies to drop import prices of imported goods. Although, preliminary studies focused on legal aspects related to Intellectual Property Right, from the perspective of trade, we conducted a study on economic aspects through parallel import, consumer welfare, etc. For this study, the parallel import system of the United States and Japan was compared with Korea and the domestic parallel import market status was analyzed by comparing market price. According to the study, the current parallel import system lacked the limits of government regulation and distribution market structure. It proposed practical plans such as political suggestions and changes in distribution structure. This study is meaningful in analyzing the problem of parallel imports that currently occur in the Korea market based on data concerning parallel imports in practical terms

  • Cui Pu Korea period official, 1487 AD to Jeju Island to perform official duties, after the death of his father, in 1488 leap on the third day of the first month home, unfortunately encountered a storm on the way, and drifting in the sea nearly half a month later, finally landed in the "Datang state Zhejiang Taizhou Prefecture near the Hai county border" (now Sanmen county). Cui Pu traveled overland from Taizhou to Hangzhou, then via Hangzhou, by boat along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to Beijing, and then by land from Beijing through Shanhaiguan Pass, through the Yalu River back to his motherland. We have pieced together the distance he traveled, the current situation of the places he passed through. He also hopes to make a new record of the changes of these sites by revisiting the important sites he has walked. This study explores Cui Pu's footprints and reviews the history by comparing the ancient and modern places he passed through.

  • This study examines the factors influencing college students' entrepreneurial intentions in the rural entrepreneurial environment of colleges, considering the role of entrepreneurial learning as a mediator. It analyzes four key environmental dimensions: policies and regulations, entrepreneurship education, financial support, and social culture. A survey of 5 30 college students in Zhejiang Province revealed that the college entrepreneurial environment favorably impacts entrepreneurial learning and rural entrepreneurial intentions. Based on these findings, practical measures are proposed to enhance students' intentions, emphasizing personal practice, university leadership, and government support. These efforts can optimize the college entrepreneurial environment and foster higher entrepreneurial intentions among students.

  • This research aims to empirically investigate the innovative effects of 2012 Cosmetics Act amendment on the cosmetics industry. By utilizing production data from the Korea Food and Drug Administration for the period 2008-2014 and estimating a panel fixed-effects model, the study demonstrates a significant positive correlation between the legislative revision and firm production. Additionally, it is observed that both the number of brands and new products per manufacturer significantly increased following the amendment. Further, this study shows a significant positive correlation between the amendment and the potential market size, with the potential market size positively correlated with innovation. The findings of this study highlight that government regulatory improvements can positively impact industrial innovation and promotion.

  • This paper investigates the characteristics of high $PM_{2.5}$ episodes occurred at Anmyeondo area in spring time, 2009. The monthly mean $PM_{2.5}$ concentration during April was the highest in the year and especially, high levels of $PM_{2.5}$ exceeding standard regulation level were sustained consecutively during 5 to 13 April. To analyze more detailed $PM_{2.5}$ characteristics, numerical simulations were carried out using CMAQ(Community Multi-scale Air Quality) with IPR(Integrated Process Rate) and DDM-3D(Decoupled Direct Method). $PM_{2.5}$ level was lower in daytime than that in nighttime due to vigorous vertical mixing during daytime. The chemical composition was showed that ratio of primary ion components such as sulfate($SO_4{^{2-}}$), nitrate($NO_3{^-}$) and ammonium($NH_4{^+}$) were nearly half of total amount of $PM_{2.5}$. Aerosol and transport process dominantly contributed to $PM_{2.5}$ concentration in Anmyeondo area and contribution rate of local emissions was nearly zero since Anmyeondo area has rare anthropogenic PM emission sources. DDM-3D analysis result showed that $PM_{2.5}$ in Anmyeondo area was influenced by emissions from Shanghai and Shandong region of China.
