Adoption of information technology(IT) in a corporation has been started with the aim of efficient process and management of business being complicated. But, this adoption of IT is roleplaying the rearrangement of organization structure. Many researchers have studied the relationship between adoption of IT and change of organization structure. In this research, it has been studied that how the adoption of IT influences on the change of organization structure. Adoption of IT ina corporation influences the structure of manpower and this influence causes the change of structure of organization. However, this influence is not only the deterministic source to the change. In a corporation, not only intention and role of chief executive and but also participations of employees for the adoption of IT make differences in the quality of corporation information systems and, as a result, the aspect of organization structure change.

This paper presents the design and analysis of RF Front End for Wireless Heartbeat measurement System. In this work LNA, an inductor connected at the gate of the cascode transistor and capacitive cross-coupling are strategically combined to reduce the noise and the nonlinearity influences of the cascode transistors in a differential LNA. The Mixer is implemented by using the Gilbert-type configuration, cross pmos injection technique and the resonating technique for the tail capacitance. The resulting LNA achieves 1.26 dB NF, better than 1.88dB NF Typical Also Mixer resulting achieves 9.8dB at 100KHz.

In the last few years rapid improvements in hardware technology have made it possible to process, store and retrieve huge amounts of data ina multimedia format. As a result, Content-Based Image Retrieval(CBIR) has been receiving widespred interest during the last decade. This paper propose the content-based retrieval system as a method for performing image retrieval throught the effective feature analysis of the object of significant meaning by using texture descriptor.

In this paper, the stability of a flexible missle, idealized as a free-free beam, is evaluated by using the finite element method. For the study, heavy machinery part is modeled as a concentrated mass and the thrust, which is controlled by a feedback sensor located at a predetermined position, is considered as a constant follower force. The aerodynamic forces, the structural damping, the cross sectional variation servo lag effect are neglected in this study. With unconstrained variational principle, the finite element method is applied to the nondimensionalized beam eqution. The matrix eigenvalue equation is obtained and the eigenvalues are calculated by a computer for the stability analysis. The stability is evaluated by the inspection of the eigenvalues are calculated by a computer for the stabilith analysis. The stabilith is evaluated by the inspection of the eigenvalues of the problem. For the study, the behaviors of the eigenvalues at various thrusts and the effects of the magnitudes and positions of the concentrated mass and directional control constant are analyzed.

Two new species of the family Spongiidae, Spongia (Heterofibria) cora/lina n. sp. and Spongia (Heterofibria) purpurea n. sp. are described. They were collected from Gageodo Island, Jeollanam-do, Korea. Spongia (H.) coral/ina n. sp. is closest to S. (H.) cristata Cook & Bergquist (2001) from New Zealand in skeletal features, but the new species differs from S. (H.) cristata by the arrangement of fibres and growth form. Spongia (H.) purpurea n. sp. closley resembles S. (H.) cristata, but the new species differs from New Zealand specimens by the arragement and thickness of pseudo-tertiary fibres.

We studied the attachment-repelling activity of flavonoids, stilbenes, and their glycosides against the blue mussel Mytilus edulis galloprouincialis. Molecular mechanics calculations have shown that the most stable conformations of potent repellents 29 and 32 were the same. On the basis of these results, structure-activity relationships of these compounds are discussed.

Purified preparations of flacherie virus capsid protein were fractionated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and amino acid composition was determined by amino acid analyzer. Three polypeptide components, FP I, FP II and FP III were detected, and the molecular weights of these components were 37,500, 30,500 and 26,500 respectively. The FP III was major poly-peptide comprised about 68.4% of the total virus capsid protein. Seventeen amino acids were detected by an amino acid analyzer from hydrolyzate of the virus capsid protein and the pattern of amino acid composition was similar to those of several other insect viruses.

A fuzzy control scheme has been proposed for a supercritical extraction process which has attracted much attention recently as a new separation technology. Based on the manual operation experience, three control pairs between manipulated and output variables are selected first and then seven membership functions are defined for control error and time rate of the error, respectively for each control pair, resulting in forty nine Fuzzy control rules. In addition to these, the membership functions are defined in two steps (coarse and fine) to enhance control performance. Fuzzy inference is performed using MAX-MTN composition rule and defuzzified control output is calculated based on center of gravity method. The prosed Fuzzy control scheme has been assessed through numerical simulation. As a result, the proposed scheme shows good control performance comparable with that by INA(inverse nyquist array) which usually requires complicated design procedure.

This paper presents an efficient algorithm for incremental and hierarchical design rule checking of VLSI layouts, and describes the implementation of a layout editor using the proposed algorithm. Tracing the sliced edges divided by the intersection of the edges either ina polygon or in two polygons (Sliced-Edge Trace), the algorithm performs VLSI pattern operations like resizing and other Boolean operations. The algorithm is not only fast enough to check the layouts of full-custom designs in real-time, but is general enough to be used for arbitrarily shaped polygons. The proposed algorithm was employed in developingt a layout editor on engineering workstations running UNIX. The editor has been successfully used for checking, generating and resizing of VLSI layouts.

Injury has now replaced disease as the biggest single cause of death in children after their first birthday. Each month one child dies from preventable, unintentional injury and the medical cost of these injury is increasing remarkably. It is necessary to develop injury prevention system to manage, evaluate and analysis the information about accident. This resource manual developed as a result of literature review of child care safety project which is based on the Kidsafe Tasmanian Division in Australia and the other resources. The purposes of this study is to; 1. Develop model to enable services to focus on injury prevention 2. Develop standardized child care injury report form 3. Develop home safety checklist 4. Development of injury prevention policies The suggestions to develop injury prevention policies : 1. detail analysis of injury occurrence 2. investigation of known intervention and their effectiveness 3. analysis of policy environment 4. development of policy on implementation of intervention 5. develop protocol and materials to develop an injury prevention focus 6. increase knowledge and awareness among staff and parents of where injuries were occurring and develop.
