측면 기판 단자를 갖는 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 제작과 전기적 특성 분석 (Fabrication and electrical characteristic analysis of poly-Si TFT with lateral body)

  • Poly-Si TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is a electronic device that can be applied to the field of large area electronics such as AMLCD. We have fabricated the poly-Si TFT with lateral body terminal that is counter-doped body electrode and investigated the electrical characteristics of it. The lateral body terminal being short with s terminal, we have measured the transfer charac (Vg-ld) and the output characteristic (Vd-ld) fabricated devices. The measured result showe only that leakage current in OFF-state was re and Kink effect in ON-state was suppressed bu that in output characteristic curve the output Id was sustained constantly with the output v Vd in the saturation region.

  • When the size of the device is decreased, the hot carrier degradation presents a severe problem for long-term device reliability. In this paper we fabricated & tested the 0.26${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ NMOSFET with wet gate oxide and nitride oxide gate to compare that the characteristics of hot carrier effect, charge to breakdown, transistor Id_Vg curve and charge trapping using the Hp4145 device tester As a result we find that the characteristics of nitride oxide gate device better than wet gate oxide device, especially a hot carrier lifetime(nitride oxide gate device satisfied 30years, but the lifetime of wet gate oxide was only 0.1year), variation of Vg, charge to breakdown and charge trapping etc.

열처리 조건에 따른 3C-SiC 박막을 이용한 그래핀 합성 (Synthesis of Graphene Using 3C-SiC Thin Films with Thermal Annealing Conditions)

  • This paper describes the synthesis and characterization of graphene by RTA process. Amorphous 3C-SiC were deposited using APCVD for carbon source and Ni layer were employed for transition layer. Various parameters of the ramping speed, the annealing time and the cooling speed are evaluated for the optimized combination allowed for the reproducible fabrication of graphene using 3C-SiC thin film. For analysis of crystalline Raman spectra was employed. Transferred graphene shows a high IG/ID ratio of 2.73. SEM and TEM images show the optical transparency and 6 carbon network, respectively. Au electrode deposited on the transferred graphene shows linear I-V curve and its resistance is 358 ${\Omega}$.

KMTNet 자료처리 시스템 설계와 측광데이터베이스 구축 (DESIGN OF DATA REDUCTION SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION OF PHOTOMETRIC DATABASE FOR KMTNet)

  • We have designed data processing server system to include data archiving, photometric processing and light curve analysis for KMTNet (Korea Microlensing Telescope Network). Outputs of each process are reported to the main photometric database, which manages the whole processing steps and archives the photometric results. The database is developed using ORACLE 11g Release 2 engine. It allows to select objects applying any set of criteria such as RA/DEC coordinate and Star ID, etc. We tested the performance of the database using the OGLE photometric data. The searching time for querying 70,000,000 records was under 1 second. The database is fully accessed using query forms via web page.

  • Various researchers conducted the research on two-factor authentication suitable for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) after Das first proposed two-factor authentication combining the smart card and password. After then, To improve the security of user authentication, elliptic curve cryptography(ECC)-based authentication protocols have been proposed. Jiang et al. proposed a privacy-aware two-factor authentication protocol based on ECC for WSM for resolving various problems of ECC-based authentication protocols. However, Jiang et al.'s protocol has the vulnerabilities on a lack of mutual authentication, a risk of SID modification and a lack of sensor anonymity, and user's ID exposed on sensor node Therefore, this paper proposed security enhanced privacy-aware two-factor authentication protocol for wireless sensor networks to solve the problem of Jiang et al.'s protocol, and security analysis was conducted for the proposed protocol.

평면변형 H-형재의 열간단조, 공정설계 및 금형설계 (Computer-Aided Process Planning and Die Design for Hot Forging of H-Shaped Plane Strain Components)

  • This research describes some developments of computer-aided process planning and die design for hot forging products of H-shaped plane strain produced by the press. The system is composed of three main modules(process planning module, die design module and simulation module) which are used independently or in all. Systm capabilities include as follows: 1. In die design module, using the results of process planning module, the shape and size of bolcker and finish die in each operation are determined and the ouput id generated in graphic form for manufacturing drawing. 3. In simulation module, the flow pattern of workpiece and the load/stroke curve are approximately predicted. Design rules for process planning and die design are extracted from plasticity theories, handbooks, relevant references and empirical know-how of field experts in hot forging companies. The developed system provides poweful capabilities for process planning and die design of hot forging products.

ECR-PECVD 방법으로 증착한 Diamond-Like carbon 박막의 광 특성 (Optical properties of diamond-like carbon films deposited by ECR-PECVD method)

  • ECR-PECVD 방법을 이용하여 ECR power, $CH_4/H_2$ 가스 혼합비와 유량, 증착시간을 고정 시켜놓고 기판 bias 전압을 변화 시켜가면서 유리 기판위에 DLC 박막을 제작하였다. Raman, FTIR 및 UV/Vis 스펙트럼을 측정하여 기판 bias 진압에 따른 이용 충돌이 박막의 특성 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. FTIR 분석결과로부터 기판 bias 전압을 증가시킬수록 이용충돌 현상이 두드러져 탄소와 결합하고 있던 수소원자들의 탈수소화 현상을 확인할 수 있었고, 박막의 두께는 bias 전압을 증가시킬수록 감소되었다. 그리고 Raman 스펙트럼으로부터 Gaussian curve fitting을 통하여 sp3/sp2의 결합수에 비례하는 D/G피크의 면적 강도비(ID/IG)는 기판 bias 전압을 증가시킬수록 증가하였다. 그리고 광 투과율은 증착시간을 길게 할수록, 기판 bias 전압을 크게할수록 감소하였으나, 박막의 밀도가 증가하고 더 매끄러운 DLC 박막이 형성되었다. 이 결과로부터 DLC 박막은 기판 bias 전압의 크기를 증가시킬수록 특성이 더 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

느타리 수확후배지로부터 분리된 고온성 Bacillus licheniformis YJ09의 특성 (Isolation and Characterization of Thermophilic Bacillus licheniformis YJ09 from Spent Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) Substrates)

  • CMCase와 xylanase 분비능이 우수한 고온성 세균을 분리하기 위하여 진주 인근지역의 느타리 재배농장으로부터 수확후배지를 수집하였다. 느타리 수확후배지로부터 17종의 균주를 분리하였으며 이 중 CMCase와 xylanase 활성이 큰 균주 YJ09를 선발하였다. Bacillus ID kit와 MicroLog system을 이용하여 분리균 YJ09의 생리적 생화학적 특성을 조사한 결과 분리균 YJ09은 B. licheniformis와 유사한 특징을 나타내었으며 16S rDNA 염기서열 분석 결과에서도 B. licheniformis와 98.9%의 상동성을 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과를 종합하여 분리균 YJ09은 B. licheniformis YJ09로 동정되었다. 분리균이 분비하는 CMCase와 xylanase 활성은 분리균이 증식함에 따라 대수증식기 중반부터 급격히 증가하였고 정지기에 진입하면 효소활성이 더 이상 증가하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 xylanase 활성은 대수증식기 초기부터 지속적으로 증가하여 대수증식기 중반에 최대활성을 나타내었다.

낙동강 삼각주에서 선행하중에 따른 침하예측 및 현장계측 (Prediction and Field Measurement of Settlement due to Preloading at the Delta of Nakdong River)

  • 선행하중공법이 실시되는 낙동강 삼각주에서 체계적인 지반조사를 통하여 침하량과 압밀소요 시간이 예측되었으며, 엄선된 각종 계측기를 이용하여 현장계측이 수행되었다. 비교결과, 약20m 두께의 모래층에 대하여 예측침하량은 실측치의 20%에 불과하였다. 이러한 과소평가의 원인은 PBD타입시의 진동, 시간의존적 침하 및 탄성계수의 과대평가 등에서 비롯되었다. 모래층 아래에 위치한 약 20m 두께의 점성토층이 미압밀상태에 있는 것으로 가정하였던 이유 때문에 예측침하량은 실측치에 비하여 약240%까지 과대평가되었다. 그러나 압축곡선을 재구성하고 정규압밀점토를 위한 압밀침하공식을 적용하였을 때 재계산된 침하량은 실측값에 비교적 비슷하였다. 그리고 압밀소요시간은 각종 영향인자로 인하여 실제값에 비하여 약45% 과소평가되었다.

자연발생 고혈압 흰쥐와 정상흰쥐 데서 타우린의 체내동태 및 뇌투과성 (Pharmacokinetics and Blood-Brain Barrier Permeability of Taurine in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats and Normotensive Rats)

  • Taurine, 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid is widely distributed in animal tissues and has a variety of bio-logical activities. A recent worldwide study demonstrated beneficial effects of taurine on aging and age-associated disorders. In general, taurine levels in the brain decease when an animal is subjected to pathologic conditions such as ischemia-anoxia and seizure. But the taurine levles tend to increase in the brain in hypertensive state. In the present study, the blood-brain barrier (BBB) transport of [$^3$H]taurine was compared between spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and normotensive Sprague-Dawley rats (SD) using intravenous injection technique in vivo. We also obtained pharmacokinetic parameters of plasma volume maker, [$^{14}$ C] sucrose and [$^3$H]taurine after inject to rats simulatenously. BBB permeability surface area product (PS) value of [$^3$H]taurine in SHR (16$\pm$2.9$\times$10$^{-3}$ ml/min/g) was significantly higher than that in SD (7.4$\pm$0.8$\times$10$^{-3}$ ml/min/g). There is also significant difference for brain uptake of [$^3$H]taurine between SHR (0.195$\pm$0.031%ID/g) and SD (0.058$\pm$0.003% ID/g). This is due to difference of area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) and that of total clearance (Class) between SHR and SD. No significant difference was indicated from other organ uptakes such as lung, heart, liver SHR and SD. But also kidney uptake was much higher in SHR. In conclusion, [$^3$H]taurine in plasma was slowly eliminated in SHR than in SD and uptake of [$^3$H]taurine in SHR is much higher than that of SD. This results suggest increased taurine level in the brain in hypertension state have an any effect on the brain uptake of taurine.
