중소기업의 ICT 역량, 글로벌지향성 및 수출마케팅의 관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships among ICT Capability, Global Orientation and Export Marketing in Korean SMEs)

  • 정보통신기술의 급격한 발전으로 인한 디지털 경영환경에서 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 ICT 역량에 대한 관심이 높아지는 있으며 또한 FTA의 체결 확대로 글로벌 가치사슬에의 참여를 위한 마케팅 역량의 중요성도 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 자원기반 관점에서 중소기업의 국제화 과정에서 요구되는 ICT 활용역량, 글로벌지향성 및 수출마케팅의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 국내 지방소재 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석 결과, 첫째 ICT 활용역량은 수출마케팅에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 국내 중소기업들이 정보통신기술의 중요성을 인식하고는 있지만 아직 성과와 연계되도록 활용하지 못하는 것으로 이해된다. 둘째, ICT 활용역량은 글로벌 시장과 고객의 네트워크 관계를 구축하고자 하는 글로벌지향성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 글로벌지향성은 수출마케팅역량에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로 ICT 활용역량이 직접적으로 수출마케팅에 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 글로벌지향성을 통한 간접적 효과가 존재하는 것으로 글로벌지향성의 유의한 완전매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 표본의 특성과 국내 중소기업들이 ICT를 사업역량의 보완적인 성격으로 인식하고 활용하는 것에도 기인하는 것으로 이해된다. 본 연구는 국내 중소기업의 국제화 과정에서 요구되는 정보통신기술의 활용과 수출마케팅의 관계에 대한 실증적연구로 ICT 역량의 역할과 중요성을 확인하고 글로벌지향성 및 수출마케팅역량과의 관계를 입증했다는 점에 의미가 있다 중소기업들은 기술의존도가 높아지는 정보통신기술 환경에서 ICT 역량에 대한 보다 전략적인 접근으로 수출마케팅 등의 내재적인 글로벌 역량을 높이려는 노력을 해야 할 것이다.

ICT 수업 실시환경에 따른 중학교 가정과의 『나와 가족의 이해』단원에서의 ICT 활용수업의 효과 (The Effects of ICT Teaching Method by ICT Instructional Environment on Learning 『Understanding of Myself and Family』 Unit of Home Economics)

  • This study tested students’ ICT application capability and Problems solving ability by ICT instructional environment when ICT teaching method is applied to $\boxDr$Understanding of Myself and Family$\boxUl$ unit of home economics. Following research Problems were formulated for this study : 1. Are there any differences of the effects on improvements of students’ ICT application capability by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner 2. Are there any differences of effects on improvements of students’ problems solving ability by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner 3. Are there any differences of effects on improvements of students’ Performance assessment results by ICT instructional environment\ulcorner The researcher developed a homepage for the ICT teaching-learning. and prepared Problems-based teaching-learning lesson plan. The students were divided into two groups (experimental group 1 and experimental group 2) by ICT instructional environment. The Pre-test and post-test were conducted before and after the experimental class. The ICT class experimental period was for 16 weeks. from March 10. 2002 to July 10. 2002. The experimental group 1 was given 16-weeks classwork under the classroom environment of 1 PC for each classroom(The classroom with advanced educational equipments) . while the experimental group 2 was given 16-weeks classwork under the classroom environment of 1 PC for each student(multimedia classroom) . The results of the study are as follows: 1 All of the ICT teaching methods under both instructional environments were found to be effective on the improvements of the ICT application capability. 2. There were statistically significant differences of problems solving ability between two groups in application and the measure of validation. 3. The experimental group 1(1 PC for each classroom) did not show any improvements of Performance assessment results. while the experimental group 2(1 PC for each student) showed some improvements.

중등학교 가정과 교사의 ICT 활용수업의 실태와 인지도 (ICT Utilization and Recognition by Home Economics Teachers in Secondary schools)

  • 본 연구는 중등학교 가정과 교사들을 대상으로 하여 7차 교육과정에서 권장하는 ICT 활용의 수업 실태와 그 인지도를 알아보고, ICT 활용 교수ㆍ학습 방법이 가정과 수업에 보다 효율적이고 적정하게 활용될 수 있기 위해 개발이 요구되는 단원과 자료유형을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상자는 전국에 소재한 중등학교 교사 372명이었다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. ICT 활용 수업을 하는 이유로는 학습자의 학업 성취도를 높이기 위하여 전개 단계에서 제시형 자료를 가장 많이 적용하는 정보 안내 유형의 수업을 진행하는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 자신들의 ICT활용 능력에 대한 인지도는 홈페이지와 관련된 영역을 제외한, E-mail 송수신 능력 프리젠테이션 작성 능력, 인터넷의 활용 능력에 대한 인지도가 높았으며, 정보화 능력에 있어서 교육경력 10년 미만인 집단의 정보화 능력에 대한 인지도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3. ICT 활용 수업에 대한 인식은 수업의 흥미를 높이는데 가장 효과적이며, 73%의 교사가 ICT 활용 수업이 가정과 수업의 질을 향상시킬 것으로 기대하고, 교육 경력이 짧은 교사의 기대도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4. ICT 활용 수업을 위해 우선적으로 개발이 요구되는 단원(자료유형)으로는 중학교 2학년의 '옷 만들기와 재활용(데이터베이스)' 중학교 1학년의 '조리의 기초와 실제(데이타베이스)' '청소년의 영양(시뮬레이션 프로그램)', '성과 이성교제' 단원으로 나타났다.

ICT 활용 역량이 실시간기업(RTE)역량과 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of ICT Capability on Real Time Enterprise Capability and Supply Chain Performance)

  • Many companies make considerable efforts in implementing supply chain management systems to increase their competitiveness. In particular, there are significant investments in their ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and supply chain. However, considerable diversity exists in how well firms have been able to assimilate ICT and leverage the business value of it. In addition, studies on supply chains, particularly Real Time Enterprise (RTE) competence, which is cited for rapid information sharing and dynamic capabilities for each role in the supply chain, are insufficient. The purpose of this paper is to explore and evaluate effect of ICT utilization capabilities, including 'ICT internal cooperative capabilities' and 'ICT operational flexibility capabilities', on RTE capabilities (flexibility, visibility and prediction) and supply chain performance. To validate the research model proposed in the study, survey was conducted on companies using ICT along the supply chain of manufacturing industries. 216 data were used, SPSS and AMOS were used for the analysis methods. Study results showed that ICT internal collaboration capabilities affect agility, one of RTE capabilities, but not visibility and prediction, and ICT operational flexibility capabilities have affected all three RTE capacities. And, RTE capabilities had a huge impact on supply chain performance as expected. In this paper, it has been found that the ICT capabilities in manufacturing are an important factor in improving RTE capabilities that are important in the supply chain and improving the performance of the supply chain.

ICT 서비스 스타트업의 성공조건 : 팀 창의성, 지식공유 그리고 흡수역량 (Key Success Factors for ICT Service Startup Team : Team Creativity, Knowledge Sharing and Absorptive Capacity)

  • In this research, we tried to suggest the guidelines to stakeholder of ICT startup for picking up the excellent startups and nurturing them. We designed the research model focused on the good startup team's knowledge based interaction mechanism. A research model and hypotheses were developed from literature review and empirically validated. The research model consisted relationship among the knowledge sharing (knowledge donation and knowledge collection), absorptive capacity (member's ability and member's motivation), team creativity, and innovation capability. Data were collected from ICT Service Startups, and a partial least squares (PLS) analysis was made on 175 data points. The analysis results showed that absorptive capacity has significant effect on team creativity and innovation capability directly. And also it has indirect effect on the dependent variable through team creativity. On the contrary, knowledge sharing does not have statistically significant effect on team creativity and innovation capability; only have an effect on absorptive capacity. Based on the results, we proposed several team management skills for ICT startup leaders and members, and the guidelines to stakeholder such as government and private investors. Also there are some ideas for startup nurturing polices for government officers. Theoretical contributions are discussed at the end with limitations and further studies.

An Empirical Investigation of Mediation Effects between Information Communication Technology Implementation and Firm Performance: Role of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity and Knowledge Management Capability

  • This research examined the mediation effects of knowledge absorptive capacity (KAC) and knowledge management capability (KMC), between information communication technology (ICT) implementation and firm performance. In the past, studies investigated KAC and KMC separately. While studies of KAC focus on the flow of information, those of KMC focus on knowledge creation triggered by innovative information. However, KAC and KMC are not mutually exclusive and as such we investigated them together in this research. We surveyed 126 companies and analyzed hypotheses with LISREL analysis. This research provided empirical support for the Nonaka's contention that the information processing has a positive effect on knowledge creation. We also found that there is a mediation effect between ICT implementation and firm performance. Not only is there a direct effect of ICT implementation on firm performance, but there is an indirect effect through KAC and KMC. KAC has a positive effect on both KMC and firm performance. However, it has been discovered that while KMC has mediation effect, it is not significant as an independent factor for firm performance.

The Impact of Innovation Capability of Firms on Competitive Advantage: An Empirical Study of the ICT Industry in Thailand

  • The goal of the study was to see how quality management (QMA), strategy (STR), and innovative capability (INC) influence the competitive advantage of a Thai information communication technology (ICT) firm (COA). The researchers collected 431 surveys from Thailand's owners and managers employed in ICT enterprises from the beginning of June 2021 to the end of September 2021using diverse sample strategies. A questionnaire with an index of item-objective congruence (IOC) value of 0.60-1.00 and a reliability value of 0.92-0.96 was used as the research tool. Participants in the survey were requested to fill out a seven-level opinion survey posted on Google Forms. A latent variable structural equation model (SEM) path analysis using LISREL 9.1 was used for the four latent variables, 31 manifest variables, and the five hypotheses testing. The analysis showed that all three causal variables positively affected COA, which had a total effect (TE) R2 value = 80% when combined with the other latent variables. Moreover, the values for the latent variables when ranked by total effect (TE) were STR, QMA, and INC with TE values of 0.95, 0.89, and 0.25, respectively. Finally, there were very strong influences from COA to STR (0.95), INC to QMA (0.86), and STR to QMA (0.71).

스마트융합 환경 하의 정보통신공사업 역량강화를 위한 정책우선순위 연구 (A Study of Priority of Policies for Strengthening Capability in the Information and Communication Work Business)

  • The information and communications construction business has the characteristics of an infrastructure industry and responsibility for the construction and maintenance of all ICT infrastructures. With the recent proliferation of the smart convergence of various industries based on ICT infrastructure, the role of the information and communications construction business has been highlighted to accommodate the convergence and implementation environment in construction and medical industries. Therefore, this paper seeks policy measures to establish the new role of the information and communications business under the rapidly developing smart convergence environment and the priorities of policy measures to strengthen the capability of the information and communications business using a quantitative model. The analysis result suggests that the difference in importance of each policy measure should be considered in order to execute effectively the policy of promoting the information and communications construction business. Given the constraint of limited budget, policy priorities include the development of new markets, and establishment of incentive for new technology. This study is significant for its theoretical contribution, being the first quantitative approach to policy priorities for the promotion of information and communications construction business under the smart convertgence environment.

정보통신기술 네트워크에서의 기술역할 분석 (A study on the role of technology on ICT(information and communication technology) network)

  • ICT(information and communication technology) has played a pivotal role in the world economy, and the out look for ICT has improved markedly. One of the noticeable characteristics in the ICT sector Is the global rationalization of its technology and service. Specialization on the specific ICT capability is a pressing problem for many countries. Along the line of classical innovation cluster and network studies, this paper suggests a way to find and analyze the role of core technologies on the ICT network First, technology network is constructed by using patent citation data from USPTO. Then, a couple of cluster is generated by K-means clustering technique. Finally, brokerage analysis is applied to manifest the role of principal technologies. The network visualization and some stylized facts on dynamics are briefly given altogether Based on the role and relationship of technologies across clusters, it is expected that this research could contribute to the ICT cluster formation and the vision-making for ICT specialization at the viewpoint of technology Policy.

  • 인프라가 열악한 개도국에서의 ICT역량 강화교육은 ICT 격차해소 및 경제력 향상에 도움을 주는 해결책이라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 국가의 지리적, 산업적인 면에서 다양한 정보화 수준차이가 분명히 존재하므로, 일률적이며 일방적인 ICT 역량강화교육보다는 각 국가의 다양한 산업수요현황에 따라 국가별 맞춤형 교육 콘텐츠 설계를 할 필요가 있으며 이를 위한 기초적인 현황 파악이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 개발도상국 중 캄보디아 라이프대학교 여대생들을 대상으로 현지 ICT 기술수준 및 교육현황을 파악하고 지역별 산업과 연계된 과목을 발굴하며 지속적인 운영을 위한 정책등을 제언하는 것을 목표로 한다.
