양돈산업 정보화의 현황과 전망

  • 우리나라의 육류소비량은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 이중 돼지고기의 소비는 50%에 달하는 만큼 육류시장에서 차지하는 비중이 높다. 양돈산업이 전업농 중심으로 변화하고, 돈육시장 개방이 이루어짐에 따라, 산업의 경쟁력제고를 위해 생산성과 품질 향상이 중요한 현 시점에서 양돈 선진국들과 같은 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 양돈농장 전산관리 프로그램 고도화를 통한 양돈 정보화와 ICT융복합 기술의 적용을 통한 생산성 및 경영효율성 향상, 그리고 계열화된 조합형 또는 기업형 패커의 육성을 위한 전사적자원관리시스템(ERP) 중심의 사업별 정보 시스템과 ICT융복합 기술의 연계가 필수적이다. 또한 양돈농장 및 관련산업의 정보화와 ICT융복합의 경제적 효과는 높은 것으로 밝혀져 정부의 정책적 지원이 절실이 필요하다.

  • 농림축산식품부에서는 2018 주요 축산 정책 중 하나로 축산분야 ICT 융복합지원 사업을 내세웠다. 축산농가에 ICT융복합 장비를 지원하여 생산비 절감 및 최적의 사양관리 등으로 경쟁력 강화를 목표로 한다. 4차 산업 혁명을 선두로 하여 현재 양계 산업에서도 자동화와 첨단화를 하는 농장들도 많아졌다. 이에 본지는 오리 농장을 매입하여 최첨단 설비로 육계농장을 시작한 경임농장을 찾았다.

  • ICT 융복합 사업이 양돈에 이어 양계, 낙농분야로 확대되면서 이 분야에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. ICT 융복합은 환경, 사양, 경영분야에 모두 적용되고 있으며, 이를 원하는 농가에 대해서는 ICT 융복합 장비를 정부에서 지원하는 사업이다. 이미 양돈 분야에서는 활성화가 이루어져 일부 지자체에서는 신청이 넘쳐나는 곳도 있을 정도로 농가들의 인식이 상당히 높아지고 있다. 환경관리에 있어서는 축사내부(온도, 습도, 정전, 화재), 외부(온도, 습도, 풍향, 풍속), CCTV 등의 정보수집 및 원격 모니터링이 이루어지게 되며, 사양관리는 사료빈 관리, 출하선별기, 자동급이기, 음수관리기, 기후변화에 따른 환경관리 등의 제어를 통한 사양관리가 이루어지며, 경영관리에 있어서는 생산관리, 경영관리, 출하관리 등을 통한 경영계획 수입 및 분석이 이루어지게 된다. 본고는 충남 청양군 장평리에 ICT융복합 스마트팜을 실현하고 있는 두꺼비농장(대표 박필수)을 찾아 ICT 종합관리시스템 적용사례를 들어보았다.

  • This paper discusses a study on developing an artificial intelligence model to detect incidents of fires in distribution switchboard using thermal images. The objective of the research is to preprocess collected thermal images into suitable data for object detection models and design a model capable of determining the occurrence of fires within distribution panels. The study utilizes thermal image data from AI-HUB's industrial complex for training. Two CNN-based deep learning object detection algorithms, namely Faster R-CNN and RetinaNet, are employed to construct models. The paper compares and analyzes these two models, ultimately proposing the optimal model for the task.

  • Recently, with the rise of environmental issues and the change of government policy (Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan), a large amount of renewable energy such as solar and wind power is connected to the power system, and most of the renewable energy is concentrated in the power distribution network. This causes many problems with the voltage management and the protection coordination of the grid due to the its intermittent power generation. In order to effectively operate the distribution network, it is necessary to deploy more intelligent terminal devices in the field to measure the status of the distribution network and develop various operation functions such as visualization and big data analysis to support the power distribution system operators. In addition, the failover technology must be supported for the non-stop operation of the power distribution system. This paper proposes the system architecture of new power distribution management system to cope with high penetration of renewable energy. To verify the proposed system architecture, the functional unit test and performance measurement were performed.

  • As the distribution rate of a smart phone which can actualize even augmented reality is getting higher, the application scope of a smart phone is sharply increasing. However, in spite of various functions of it, there is still lack of learning app. Mobile equipments can bring no spatial-temporal restriction of learning to a learner, but they can tempt a learner into inappropriate spaces. In this sense, learning app is necessarily needed to motivate and keep learner's inner desire. This thesis suggested considerations when learning mobile app is designed by analyzing motivation strategy of ARCS Theory and UI of web based contents. Also, a design method of mobile learning app was suggested based on a procedural model of mobile learning app adapting ARCS Theory.

  • As ICT-convergence deploying projects in horticulture sector has been promoted, the concerning technology development and market has recently been enlarged. In particular, the domestic and overseas products for a variety of horticulture complex environmental control equipments has been produced and sold, but it can be seen that there is no the compatibility among the products and is differences in performance. There is the need to provide a standard of the specifications and installation criteria for domestic products in order to promote ICT convergence deploying projects in the horticulture field and provide convenience to the consumers through the compatibility among products under this circumstances. In this paper, we suggest the standardization items which our country can lead and the directions for future standardization by analyzing the introducing situation and the trend of Technology and standardization for complex environmental control system in domestic horticulture field.

  • In modern society, there is a tendency to emphasize efficiency and lead to detailed planning of team projects and individual tasks within organizations. In a 24-hour routine, the ability to use time effectively is considered an indicator of conscientiousness, and people try to imitate planned and organized people and utilize various systems to manage their daily lives. The reason why you want to perform a given task efficiently is because it affects the success or failure of the project by completing the task within a set period of time. Neglecting the project schedule is considered a major risk that threatens a successful outcome. This applies not only to large-scale organizational projects but also to individual life, and utilizes a variety of schedule management tools that emphasize time-based efficient management. In project management, it is necessary to carefully understand the detailed work progress rather than simply based on Today. In this paper, we propose an Android application that can manage schedules by accessing the user's project in units of tasks rather than dates, and introduce its implementation. The application we implemented in this paper can manage the project's goals and schedule by registering the project to which the user belongs. In addition, it provides the ability to approach work efficiently by visualizing the progress of the entire project or individual goals. As a result, users can use the application we propose in this paper to focus on their projects and manage schedules by task, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the project.
