The aim of this study was to identify the construct validity and reliability of a Korean version of the Wellness Evaluation of Lifestyle (K-WEL). A total of 345 nursing students completed the 99-item K-WEL. Construct validity using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using SPSS WIN 22.0 and AMOS 18.0. The final K-WEL consisted of 71 scored items, 14 subscales (self worth, work, spirituality, gender identity, love, friendship, realistic belief, leisure, exercise, nutrition, stress management, emotional responsiveness, sense of control, sense of humor) and 4 factors (essential, social, physical and coping self). Goodness of fit of the final research model was acceptable as shown by ${\chi}^2=225.12$, p<.001, CMIN/DF=3.17, RMSEA=.08, NFI=.87, IFI=.91, CFI=.91. The convergent validity and discriminant validity was evaluated by AVE (.61~.69) and C.R. (.79~.89). The Cronbach's alpha values were .55~.87 for the subscales of K-WEL. This study shows that the K-WEL is a valid and reliable measurement to assess multidimensional aspects of wellness.

The aesthetic sense in the orient contains both the truth and virtue. 2) The beauty of the mean It's from the thought of neutralization of Confucius. The mean or moderation state which in harmony with ethical virtue and aes-thetic beauty is the ideal and is the ultimate. Therefore the thought of Confucian is the creativity in which the balance and the har-mony is most important. Fashion design is also one of the representation of the mean because the spirit of the designer is harmonized for-mlessly with the object of the model of the fashion design. 2) The beauty of skillfulness It indicates the Taoism of Lao-tzu and Chuangtzu. It takes a super-artistic declar-ation that human can feel and recognize the color of colorlessness the sound of sound-lessness and the taste of tastelessness. The thought of arts affected by Taoism is 'ad-vanced age' called the beauty of skillfulness. The view of arts of lao-tzu takes the beauty of cosmos and the nature as a standard. Es-pecially the beauty of inactivity is recognized by the linkage between the beauty and the ugliness. And these things appear in fashion design as a design element such as humor or exaggeration. 3) The beauty of non-dualism It is thought of Buddhism that all evil passions of worry occur form the opposition in dualism. Finally this thought leads to that everything is consistent and truth is only one from the point of view that virtue and vice has on linkage that is 'no virtues no vices' and 'one with two, two, with one, one is not two' A big tendency like this became the root forma-tion of the thought of the oriental arts. 3. Characteristics of the oriental aesthetic sense on the present fashion design 1) The formation of the fashion design on the oriental elements In the picture-incantation which was a representation of an era when the thought of 'cosmic dual forces' dominated the basic polygons of 'a circle square triangle' means both 'one two three' and 'the negative positive mean' of cosmic elements. A thought of Buddhism which is 'Colors are colorlessness and Clolorlessness are color's proves that. 3) The pattern and symbolic representation of the fashion design on the oriental elements The pattern as a visual style is a figure of symbolic representation which adopt the mental and physical world of human and are the compo-sition of artistic revelation of the human nature and the religous thought of incantation. Es-pecially the symbolic representation of the oriental thought of Confusion. Buddhism and Taoism There are patterns such as plants aminals the oriental four gods and geometry. From the above it's the time toward the 21'th century when the world is constructing one global area and one historical zone. And the exotic mood of the Orient represented in the fashion which doesn't make the common feeling in general does not cease to develop only to express the visual modeling but also adopts the thought religion and the art which are the root of the Orientail and contains inherent willing of modeling.
The present study argues that film director Lee Ae-rim animation works depict the world of the grotesque and not only are important sociocultural phenomena but also hold the significance of humor and subversion. The grotesque exhibits the intriguing characteristics of expressing a perspective critical of the existing society through the sensibilities of minorities and is used broadly as a term not only in the aesthetic sense but also designating sociocultural phenomena. Although discussed separately in terms of Mikhail Bakhtin's carnival grotesque and Mary Russo's uncanny grotesque, the grotesque fundamentally rejects existing order and conventions and is externalized through unique expressions, thus opening up a rich possibility for rejection, humor, satire, transformation, and deconstruction of and regarding the authority of the mainstream. Although they constitute a fictional medium, animation films are social products as well so that they are affected by society, culture, and history and stand as important texts that must be interpreted in terms of the relationships between humans' instinctive desires and society and between the overall culture and artistic media. However, the rarity of grotesque portrayals in South Korean animation films also proves that it is a society where even problems that are in themselves sensitive must be manifested ingeniously on a conventional level. South Korean society has a unique history of colonialism and national division and is simultaneously in the unique situation of a society that has undergone growth at a nearly unprecedented rate. Consequently, the society exhibits closed yet dynamic particularity where everyday tension and rigidity, wariness of others and extreme competition are intertwined in a complex manner. Intensively analyzed in the present discussions, director Lee's animation films and are characterized mainly by grotesque images, nonlinear narratives, and vivid depictions. In such a context, these works not only are artistic products of South Korean society but also rejections of a rigid society and share the significance of the aesthetics of the carnival grotesque, which consists of subversive expressions directed at a new world.

This research aimed at developing STEAM Program with the medium of films for scientific talents in elementary schools and examining its influence on the problem solving ability, creative personality, and scientific attitude. The results were as follows: First, the STEAM program using movies was proved to be effective in forming creative personality, and a significant difference was found especially in the areas of patience/obsession, self conviction, sense of humor, curiosity, imagination, openness, adventurous spirit, and spirit of independence(p<.05). Second, the STEAM program using movies was found to be a successful way to improve their problem solving ability, and in particular, the difference was significant in the areas of planning an experiment and creative problem solving ability(p<.05). Third, the program was also found to be effective for the enhancement in their scientific attitude, and the difference, particularly in the areas of curiosity, openness, criticism, cooperation, spontaneity, patience, creativity and scientific attitude, was significant(p<.05). The study results above indicated that the STEAM program using movies was an efficacious way in forming creative personality, and enhancing creative problem solving ability and scientific attitude.
The accessibility and effect of cartoon on children are very significant. Since cartoon is a medium of conveying information through text and pictures, it has a characteristic of being easily approached by children than any other medium. Its accessibility to children is inevitably more exceptional than any other medium in the sense that it is a method of not only telling or reading stories but also showing stories. The main audience of is children. It has a characteristic of being easily accepted by children since it's mythology seen in cartoon than read in text. However, gods conducts are full of unethical expressions. Sexual expressions of intermarriages between mother and son, between brother and sister and between uncle and niece, as well as extramarital intercourse are very unethical that could have negative effects on children. This study analyzed the unethical expressions of gods that could have negative effects on children at current point in time. Zeus was often unfaithful to his wife with many stories about the children of Zeus that were created from extramarital intercourse. Standard of value on rational decision has been established for adult readers, but children can readily accept things since they lack their own rational decision on what's right and wrong. As an alternative to children's uncritical observatory study, there is a need for author's intervention to help children form desirable values. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sexual expressions of Zeus and gods in that could affect children's social study.
The purpose of this study is to understand traditional values, attitudes, the methods of expression and to develop Korean-style counseling method through the life and philosophy of Yeonam Park Ji Won. This study found the value of counseling in the life and philosophy of Yeonam Park Ji Won and extracted the counseling elements. Finally, this study systematized them as the counselor's good attitude, the counselor's ability for human relationships and the counseling strategy for helping other people. The counselor's attitude which we can learn from Yeonam is to give a deep impression, to converse making other's thought to expand, to initiate other people into the way of enjoying life, to scold for other's desirable change and growth, to use various cautionary topic, to make use of a good sense of humor, to make use of a creative methods, to make other people to mature in their ability. It is meaningful that this study systematized the counselor's good attitude and counseling strategy which are able to be used in modern counseling through the life and philosophy of Yeonam. In the future, it can be developed into more worthy counseling knowledge which can be used in reality through continuous study and verification.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception on science and scientists of the teachers who are engaged in the special education for the scientifically gifted, science-gifted students and their parents. For this study, 34 teachers, 222 students and 107 parents answered the questionnaire of the perception on science and Draw-A-Science-Test (DAST). The result showed that the three groups generally had a sound recognition but the score of recognition about a 'nature of science' was lower than other domains. The science-gifted students had less cognition about 'science and society' than their teachers and parents, but they had more positive perception about 'science learning' than their parents significantly. All of the three groups had the stereotyped image of scientist. About the internal images of scientists, three groups had a similar perception, and they showed higher scores in the cognitive aspect than emotional or ethical aspects. And the science-gifted students showed the significantly higher scores than their teachers and parents in diligence, imaginative power, concern about other people, respect for other's opinion, humor, artistic sense, respect for human, desire for peace. Three groups turned out to be influenced by movie, science journal, and biography as a source of scientist's image, but their contribution was different among groups.
The purpose of this study was to explore five-year-old popular child's behavior patterns through participant observation and to analyze the collected data with qualitative method. One popular child was selected from D child care center of P city in Kyeonggi province. Peer-nomination method was used to select the popular child. Participant observation was conducted from April to November in 2017 through 36 observations in free choice activities. As well as observation records, formal and informal interview records with parents and teachers, parent counseling journals, observation journals, and child's personal records were used to understand the popular child. Three steps, including recording, coding, and making themes, were conducted to analyze the data. The main results of the research were as follows: The behavior patterns of popular child in this study presented both positive and negative sides. The positive behavior patterns included consideration, responsibility, high concentration, and a sense of humor. The negative behavior patterns showed control and exclusion. This study has implications for development of educational program and environment to enhance positive peer relationship.
In a modern society where various kinds of cultures coexist, kidult culture seeking something pleasant and interesting in the adult culture has made an appearance affected by pop art. The goal of this study is to help the kidult culture carrying on the feature of pop art to promise a bright future in the consumer market and to help kidult marketing through the expansion of globalization of kidult culture goods. The first study method was to refer to the theoretical research material like theses or academic journals to analyze the feature of pop art and cultural phenomenon. The second one was to analyze media reports, TV programs, movies, and ads currently in issue about kidult cultures in news, media data, and internet materials to feel the kidult cultural phenomenon at the moment. The result of this study shows that, especially, popularity, vividness, and sense of humor and wit among the features of pop art have a great influence on the kidult culture. As a result, Firstly, We can expect a vitalization in the consumer market through qualitative and quantitative improvement of kidult consumer culture. Secondly, We should make an effort to expand kidult consumer culture by developing various kinds of culture goods for each age groups. Thirdly, Domestic companies should open up an adult consumer market with self-developed character products. Fourthly, We should make an aggressive marketing strategy for kidult culture goods in the world market in the flow of Hallyu.

Saseol-sijo, a form of sijo with longer verses, still affords pleasure to modern readers, even when it is read without the original performance context. In this study, I focused on Saseol-sijo that induces laughter through exaggeration and caricature while singing about eagerly waiting for a lover who has left. These texts describe concurrently the emotions that are contradictory to each other, such as nostalgia and laughter. In addition, this feature reflects human's inner emotions that are not unified but rather change dynamically. Craving creates a sense of nostalgia, and also produces a comical element in nostalgia, so that nostalgia and laughter can be co-exist without conflict. In this study, 'semiotic square' was applied as the framework for interpreting the Saseol-sijo, which demonstrates the coexistence of inconsistent meanings. As a result, a Saseol-sijo which sings about waiting for a lover can be interpreted through contraires such as prohibition and authorization, craving and concerns, exposure and concealment and concentration and dispersion. The nostalgic laughter in Saseol-sijo is generally based on the conflict between the craving self and the restrictive world. A character consumed by craving may seem ridiculous and pathetic in the view of others. However, people in general would find sympathetic humor and identify with characters who portray their weaknesses or repeat their mistakes. After all, this is the laughter of compassion and reflection which Saseol-sijo evoke.
