A Study on the Function of Personality as a Human-ware in Management (기업경영에 있어서 인성기능의 휴먼웨어적 접근)

  • This study intends to define $\ulcorner$personality$\lrcorner$ as $\ulcorner$Human-ware$\lrcorner$ based on $\ulcorner$Gene-ware$\lrcorner$ in business management. The sides of personality in management are important source of manifestation of ‘Synergy’, because the importance of personality, that is, $\ulcorner$attitude$\lrcorner$ in individuals is increasing compared with the traditional techniques, $\ulcorner$craft$\lrcorner$. In this work it is considered that Human-ware activates interchange in reciprocal relation between Gene-ware and Hard-ware and performs balancing, intermediating (catalyzing) functions in relative that things(Geneware $\leftrightarrow$ Humanware $\leftrightarrow$ Hardware). $\ulcorner$Gene-ware$\lrcorner$ represents factor and phenomena of life in evolutionary information as human instincts, system of Gene-duum(Gene+Residuum(in phenomenology) ), Synchronization(in structuralism). In this view, this paper defines the concepts and effects of personality in management as the results of creative and stational functions of Human-ware. And this paper intends to identify the strata of psycho in human as three vertical aspects of $\ulcorner$Manifest$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Latent$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$Found$\lrcorner$, in this respects, function of Human-ware have analogy to that of Manifest in psychological behaviors. Finally, reviewing the Ford system based on Fordism and Taylor's system in Industrial Engineering, pursues the meaning and importance of personality, that is Humanware in management.

  • In this paper, we would be searching for the complemental aspects in industrial relations of Korea compared with that of Japan. It is very reasonable that historical, geographical, and especially gene analysis data are almost identical, considering that the general evaluations to the motive of Japan's industry are $\ulcorner$the modernization of the tradition$\lrcorner$. Although it is reported Korea accomplished the high economic growth rate, the economic growth rate(efficiency) could not be continued. This reason looks like that Korean proper(eigen) traits(:Gene-ware) have been oppressed and concealed by social climate such as jealousy, stratagem and hatred, we can find one of this facts in the criminal and complaint numbers as social trust measurement. There are many cases that Korean industry was distorted by the superiority/inferiority relations, for examples, the loss of the native(eigen or proper) resources, a distorted introduction of the production method and the unfolding of the industry which be not related to the characteristics of region. In this reasons, Korean industry could not play the role of Human-ware function which activates Gene-ware or, Gene-Nascence. In this Human-ware aspects, Japanese characteristics, such as $\ulcorner$Getting the basic right$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$Tendency to the origin$\lrcorner$, are to be useful in the Nascence of Gene-ware in Korean industry.

The Impact of Implementation of ISO9000: 2000 on Technology Improvement: A Case study

  • ISO9000 set of standards has been widely applied in Iranian Automotive manufacturing industry. Regarding the effects of TQM and ISO9000 set of standards various studies have been conducted and different quantitative conclusions have been made. Due to lack of quantitative information, in many of the cases, using qualitative information becomes the best option. The qualitative nature of data in such cases, requires qualitative analysis methods that might lead to some challenging computational issues. This paper examines the impact of ISO9000: 2000 certification and its perceived benefits for an automotive manufacturing company. Using an empirical approach, the paper seeks to ascertain if certification has indeed improved the performance of the company. Our null hypothesis rotates around the effect of ISO9000: 2000 on the 4W's of an enterprise. To carry out the research, first we developed a couple of questionnaires including all criteria of ISO9000 and 4W's. Second, the questionnaires were discussed with two researchers knowledgeable in the field, and then submitted to the quality practitioners and executives of Iran Khodro Enterprise-a leading company in Iranian automotive manufacturing industry. Finally the null hypothesis was tested and the technology improvement dimensions were ranked through nonparametric tests. The results illustrated a reasonable cause and effect relationship, suggesting that ISO9000: 2000 has positive effect on the 4W's of company result. In this work we investigate the effect as technology improvement viz., the improvement of techno-ware, human-ware, info-ware, and organ-ware.

첨단산업에서의 안전 사고 분석 패턴 추출 모델 연구

  • 안전사고 원인에 대하여 Near-Miss Report 분석을 근거로 하여, 재해원인에 대하여 접근해 보고, 이 Data를 참고로 첨단산업에서의 재해 유형을 분석해보고, 유형에 따른 기여인자를 기존 Human-ware, Hard-ware, System-ware를 구성요소로 해서 첨단산업에서의 각각의 수행인자의 비율 분석을 통한 판단한 결과는 Human-ware와 Hard-ware 비율은 4:1로 나타났고, 첨단사업장에서의 5년간의 사고건수를 근거로 원인에 대한 수행인자의 ANOVA로 분석하여 4개인자에 대한 분산 분석을 도출하였고 이에따른 Loss와 Time과 Accident 관계와 Effect of Intervention관계와 Reason's Accident Causation Model과 Perrow's Normal Accident Theory Model를 연관시켜서 첨단산업에서의 사고이론 Model를 추출해서 첨단산업에서의 안전사고에 대한 유형을 분석해서 사고를 사전에 제거키 위한 새로운 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • It is really hard for the material factors to basically improve quality of life, since it is the only partial means of the survival and activity of life. Development of Eigen Shin-Tou-Jil(Proper Body·Earth materials), therefore, must be concentrated on providing man with essential meaning of life, not with simply economic advantage. Eigen Shin-Tou-Jil(Proper Body·Earth materials) which is formed through long passage of time in the original environments that include the climate and nature features of a special region, the representative examples are like Korea Bong-sam(a kind of genseng) of Yellow Earth etc. Unfolding the Eigen Shin-Tou-Jil(Proper Body·Earth materials) by the Algorithm of Human-ware means the development for manifesting individual eigen motives and traits as subject of behavior(Gene-ware). It is because all plants, animals, inanimate objects, including Human, have evolved with their own values in the ecosystem. It was reported that a Baeksong(white pine tree), grown well up in TongEeDong, Seoul, Korea had rarely grown up during the period suppressed by Japan. By the developments of Bio-Engineering, we also found that 40% of gene base sequence of C. Elegance(a kind of worm) is identical to that of characteristic Human. In this reason, through considering common characteristics between Human and Nature, the developments of Eigen Shin-Tou-Jil(Proper Body·Earth materials) must begin with epoch for manifesting and understanding individual's Eigen motives and traits as subject of behavior(Gene-ware)

A study for safety-accident analysis pattern extract model in semiconductor industry (반도체산업에서의 안전사고 분석 패턴 추출 모델 연구)

  • The present study has investigated the patterns and the causes of safety -accidents on the accident-data in semiconductor Industries through near miss report the cases in the advanced companies. The ratio of incomplete actions to incomplete state was 4 to 6 as the cases of accidents in semiconductor industries in the respect of Human-ware, Hard- ware, Environment-ware and System-ware. The ratio of Human to machine in the attributes of semiconductor accident was 4 to 1. The study also investigated correlation among the system related to production, accident, losses and time. In semiconductor industry, we found that pattern of safety-accident analysis is organized potential, interaction, complexity, medium. Therefore, this study find out that semiconductor model consists of organization, individual, task, machine, environment and system.

  • It was announced that 'making a better wellbeing city program' is a new core quality of life policy of Roh Mu-Hyun government. The policy is comprehended as a sign of regional policy changeover, that give empathize to human ware oriented governance from hard ware oriented physical elements input policies. To be effective, It is important to introduce a institutionalization of dynamic social relations in regional community such as participations of civil society. In the case study of Jinju city, a medium scale city located in southern part of Korean peninsular, Invitation of the innovation city, initiated by the alliance of city government and growth coalition, was making progress. Through alliance of labor unions and citizen associations, the public management of public bus companies were succeeded. But the restoration of historical places were suffered a setback by conflicts of interests with development profits. In these contexts, it is insisted that the core of 'making a better welling being city program is introducing of human ware oriented regional policies, such as institutionalization of citizen associations participation.

  • Decision making is a function of many variables, but among these, human burden (soft-ware) and machine burden (hard-ware) are critical. Decision Maker is rather concerned with the soft-ware and just wants to have machine calculate the quantitative arithmetic involved in the decision-making study, because he is responsible for that decision whether or not he knows details about the techniques used by his staffs. From the point of these considerations, computer-assisted war game model has its significance in military decision making. The major outcome of this model is time-phased FEBA movement. FEBA is moved mainly by the ratio of the Index of Combat Effectiveness (ICE). To calculate ICE, Ground Forces are concerning the Index of Firepower (IFP) of individual weapons and in the case of Air Force, sorties are allocated into each sector, and added to the Ground Force IFP. With the ratio of total ICE, FEBA is moved according to the War Game Tables and process is repeated after consideration of casualties. This model is used by IBM-370/135 in MND computer room and also tested by IBM-3741/3717 established at ROKA HQ.

A Study on Parenting Attitude of Juvenile Delinquent Parents (비행 청소년 부모의 양육태도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate parenting attitude of juvenile delinquent parents. The subjects ware 95 boys and 60 girls. According to the parenting attitude of juvenile delinquent on the ground of sex, fathers' parenting attitude showed connective relation with permissive and democratic attitude. Also in term of home environment, mothers' age, place of growth and fathers' job had the connection of overcaring. Though correlative with parenting attitude of juvenile delinquent, consistent parenting attitude was showed.
