충청남도 중증장애인 거주시설의 입지 및 거주공간 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Location and Space in Facilities for Impaired Persons in Chungcheongnam-Do)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 탈시설화로 대변되는 장애인 거주시설의 변화추세에 맞추어, 충청남도 중증장애인 거주시설의 입지 및 거주공간 특성과 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구의 결과 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 충청남도 중증장애인 거주시설은 도심에서 멀리 떨어진 외곽 지역에 위치하고 있었으며, 중증장애인들의 사회복귀를 위한 교육 및 접근 프로그램이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 기존의 중증장애인 거주시설은 대부분 거주, 기능, 서비스 및 지원시설이 분리되어 각 실로의 접근성이 떨어지고 있지만, 거실을 중심으로 한 단위세대(유니트) 구성형식으로 전환될 경우 중증 장애인에게 일반 가정환경과 같은 접근성을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 중증장애인 시설의 거주공간은 거실중심의 유니트로 재구성 및 증축을 통하여, 1인당 소요되는 거주공간 면적이 미국이나 영국과 같은 해외 기준 수준으로 확장되도록 노력할 필요가 있다.

  • 일반도시계획은 보편적이고 획일적인 건축행위를 제한하는 평면계획인 반면 지구단위계획은 필지, 가구, 획지단위 별로 차등을 두어 다양한 건축행위를 유도할 수 있는 입체적인 계획이다. 그러므로 단지계획을 위해서는 토지이용계획 등 2차원적인 토지정보뿐만 아니라 채광, 배수, 향 등의 분석을 위해 3차원적인 지형정보의 이용이 필요하다. 이러한 필요성을 충족시키기 위해 GIS 및 사진측량 기법을 이용하여 정보를 구축한다면 보다 합리적이고 효율적으로 단지계획을 수립할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 테스트지역에 대해 GIS기법을 이용하여 단지계획을 위한 정보를 구축하였으며 위성영상과 DEM으로 대상지역의 3차원 모델을 구축하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 토지이용분석, 배향 분석, 수계분석, 경사분석을 실시하여 지구단위계획 수립에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있었다. 또한 분석결과를 반영하여 실제 대상지역에 대해 지구단위계획을 수립한 결과 적절하며 효율적임을 알 수 있었다.

효과적인 재원조달을 통한 구도시 u-City 구축사례연구 (A Case Study on the Successful Old-Town u-City Construction by an Effective Financing)

  • As a leading nation of ubiquitous technology, South Korea has been promoting u-City pilot projects throughout the country. According to 'Fundamental Construction Law of u-City,' u-City projects are classified into old-town and new-town types. However, most projects have focused only on the new-town type. Pushing forward large-scale land development projects, Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH Co.) under Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM) has gained a development profit out of the u-City infrastructure and then donated the infrastructure to a local government without making any plan for operations. In the process of u-City pilot projects, old-towns have been relatively ignored and various of unexpected problems have emerged. Building the u-City of an old-town is not easy due to many constraints such as huge initial investment, long validity and verification procedures, lack of useful services for citizens, lack of professional outsourcing methods for business promotion, high operating costs of the integrated control center, inadequate law related, insufficient institutional requirements and so on. This paper introduces a case study on u-City development for an old-town, Ansan City, as a private investment project. The case will help boost u-City projects for old-towns by solving their problems and providing an effective operational mechanism. As the first BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) project for constructing u-City, 'Broadband Information Network Development Project' of Ansan City will provide a reference model of expanding u-City projects for other cities.

필로티 공간의 화재 시 재실자의 위험성에 관한 연구 (Study of the Fire Risk of Occupants During Pilotis Space Fires)

  • 필로티 구조의 공동주택이 증가하면서 필로티 화재에 대한 관심 또한 높아 졌다. 필로티 구조는 이곳을 통해야만 출입이 가능한 구조이기 때문에 이곳에서 화재가 발생하면 재실 자가 건물 내부에 갇혀 많은 인명피해가 예상된다. 본 연구는 필로티 구조의 도시형생활주택에서 발생한 화재사건 사례를 바탕으로 필로티에서 화재가 발생하면 얼마나 위험한지를 화재시뮬레이션(FDS)과 피난시뮬레이션을 통해 이를 입증하였다. 그 결과 화재 발생 100 s만에 필로티 전체로 유독가스와 화염이 확산되었고, 출입문이 개방되면 3 s만에 2층 계단으로 유독가스가 확산되었고, 건물 전체로 확산되는데 걸리는 시간은 불과 735 s였고, 피난시뮬레이션 결과 재실 자가 모두 대피하는데 걸린 시간은 609 s였다. 그 결과 현 실정에 따른 필로티 건물은 화재 발생 시 재실자의 안전을 확보할 수 없었다.

  • GSIS는 분석될 수 있고, 또 특별한 목적이나 응용을 위한 정보로 변환될 수 있는 공간적 참조 자료를 보유하는 시스템이다. GSIS의 핵심적인 특징은 자료를 분석하여 새로운 정보를 만들어 낼 수 있다는 것이다. 교통분야에 있어서 현재 중점을 두고 있는 것은 실시간 시스템과 결합한 GSIS를 구축하는 것이다. 교통 GSIS에 대한 요구는 환경이나 자원분야의 응용을 위해 설계된 전통적인 GSIS와는 매우 다르다. 교통 GSIS는 교통량 예측, 포장관리에 대한 능력을 포함할 필요도 있을 것이다. 지역적인 교통계획 모델은 실제 어떤 지역에 대한 인구, 고용, 수입, 가구수, 자동차 수요에 대한 목록을 정리하고 예측하는데 사용되는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 행정경계, 토지이용도, 도로망, 학교 동사무소의 위치와 인구 같은 자료를 사용하였으며, 이들 자료는 교통량, 교통수요, 도로건설 시간을 분석하는데 사용되었다.

농어촌 정주생활권 개발계획 수립을 위한 마을특성분석 방안 연구 -성내면을 대상으로- (A Study on the Analysis of Village Characteristics for Planning Rural Settlement Area Development - Mainly on Sungnae-Myun District -)

  • This study is about the problems found in the process of the current governments planning rural settlement area development. As a measure to solve them, It proposed the analysis method of village characteristic in terms of standard score and tried to use this method as a basic material in planning more effective rural settlement area development. On the basis of the above analysis, which is an objective basic material to solve the problems revealed in the process of the bottom-up development planning by the residents' demands, It shows the following conclusion about what method should be applied to each part according to a village's characteristics and its development level. 1. Accessibility can be a basic material for setting the local area, analyzing its settlement system, and them such development facilities as village-linking roads, rural road, or various kinds of bridges and determining the investment priority. 2. With the index of the industrial basis, we can see what village has plenty of social, economical resources including advanced industrial facilities and looking into the advance level of the industrial basis, we can get some information about determining the local area development direction such as estashing the plan to build a farm product gathering center, a collective work place, storage facilities, and special housing development. 3. Since the issue about living environment is raising it's head, compared to weakened agricultural competitive power, with the analysis of this living environment, we can get an objective basic material for solving problems caused by the local egoism and the effective investment strategy of the limited resources. Therefore, It is necessary that we should abstain from expert-centered planning and formal public opinion-collecting and on the basis of this analytic result, we should plan development. We need to continue our research about index selecting and differentiation, weight etc. and using these analysis methods, we should make up a systematic development plan by analyzing village characteristics and setting the development direction.

포락선 추적 WCDMA 기지국 응용을 위한 전력증폭기 모듈 (Power Amplifier Module for Envelope Tracking WCDMA Base-Station Applications)

  • 본 논문에서는 포락선추적 기능을 갖는 WCDMA 기지국에 사용될 수 있는 GaN FET를 이용한 전력증폭기 모듈을 설계하고, 제작 및 측정결과를 제시하였다. 개발된 전력증폭기 모듈은 소신호 RF 신호를 입력받아 고이득 MMIC 증폭기, 구동 증폭기 및 전력 증폭기 등을 거쳐 10W 이상의 출력을 생성할 수 있다. 또한, Envelope Tracking 응용을 위해서 최종 전력증폭기의 Drain 전압이 가변되어도 전체 모듈이 안정적으로 동작할 수 있도록 발진방지회로, Isolator, 음전압 우선인가 바이어스 회로가 설계되었다. 모든 바이어스 회로와 RF회로를 $17.8{\times}9.8{\times}2.0\;cm3$ 크기의 하우징 안에 집적화하여 소형화시켰다. 측정결과 바이어스 전압이 4V에서 28V까지 가변할 경우 30dBm에서 40dBm까지 출력이 가변되면서도 35%이상의 일정한 효율 특성을 나타내어 포락선 추적 기능을 수행할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

건설업 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Positive Psychological Capital on Job Stress of Construction Workers)

  • The recent domestic construction market is in a difficult situation due to reduction of the government's SOC budget and new orders from public-sector, and the deterioration of housing supply situation in the private sector etc. In addition, the number of disasters in the construction industry has increased in recent years with 26,570 people (up 5.7% from the previous year) in 2016, unlike other industries that are in a declining trend. As such, the construction industry has unique characteristics and problems such as high industrial accidents rate, abnormal subcontracting structure, excessive working hours and work intensity. As a result, the construction workers have a lot of job stresses. Job stress has been recognized as one of the major causes of industrial accidents and many researches have been conducted on that. However, most of the researches were about the factors that induce job stress and how these factors affect disaster occurrence, job satisfaction, job performance, turnover intentions, and job exhaustion. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of positive psychological capital on job stress, which is emerging as a new human resources development paradigm useful in corporate management in order to find ways to reduce job stress. To do this, 347 data collected from construction workers in Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungcheong provinces were analyzed using statistical package(IBM SPSS 22) for basic statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result, positive psychological capital has shown an alleviate effect on job stress. In particular, the higher the optimism, hope, and resiliency of positive psychological capital, the lower the job stress. However, the higher the self - efficacy, the higher the job stress.

스웨덴의 영유아 영양권장량 및 유아교육기관을 위한 급식지침 (Recommended Dietary Allowances for Young Children and Food Guideline for Preschool Children in Sweden)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer information related to recommended dietary allowances for young children and food guidelines for preschool children in Sweden. Sweden, located in Europe, is the most developed country for young child care system. Swedish nutrition policy background, Swedish recommended dietary allowances for young children, and food guidelines of early childhood education center in Sweden were used. The number of Swedish child care centers increased from 70,000 in 1970 to 700,000 in 2000. The Swedish Institute of Public Health promoted children's indoor and outdoor activity. The aim of the Swedish public health contains children's safety, good food habits, and eating food safely. Swedish Food Administration made recommended dietary allowance and food guidelines for children care centers. The aim of food guidelines was to increase energy, calcium, iron, and dietary fiber intake. Swedish RDA contains minimum and maximum intake as well as mean intake for macro and micro nutrients. The fat intake ratio of energy is increased for younger children. For preschool children, the food guideline is determined by dietary allowances for breakfast, lunch, and snack respectively. Food guideline contains meal time schedule, menu for each meal using food model, amount of food for age group, and recommended dietary allowance for each meal. It is recommended for Korean early childhood education center: 1) Korean RDA for young children should be made range of intake, minimum and maximum intake. 2) Food guideline should be make for Korean child care center. 3) Korean child care centers should offer an afternoon snack twice for children who return home late. 4) Nutrition education program for preschool teachers should be developed for children's good eating habits and health promotion.

입자 군집 최적화를 이용한 FCM 기반 퍼지 모델의 동정 방법론 (Identification Methodology of FCM-based Fuzzy Model Using Particle Swarm Optimization)

  • In this study, we introduce a identification methodology for FCM-based fuzzy model. The two underlying design mechanisms of such networks involve Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering method and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO). The proposed algorithm is based on FCM clustering method for efficient processing of data and the optimization of model was carried out using PSO. The premise part of fuzzy rules does not construct as any fixed membership functions such as triangular, gaussian, ellipsoidal because we build up the premise part of fuzzy rules using FCM. As a result, the proposed model can lead to the compact architecture of network. In this study, as the consequence part of fuzzy rules, we are able to use four types of polynomials such as simplified, linear, quadratic, modified quadratic. In addition, a Weighted Least Square Estimation to estimate the coefficients of polynomials, which are the consequent parts of fuzzy model, can decouple each fuzzy rule from the other fuzzy rules. Therefore, a local learning capability and an interpretability of the proposed fuzzy model are improved. Also, the parameters of the proposed fuzzy model such as a fuzzification coefficient of FCM clustering, the number of clusters of FCM clustering, and the polynomial type of the consequent part of fuzzy rules are adjusted using PSO. The proposed model is illustrated with the use of Automobile Miles per Gallon(MPG) and Boston housing called Machine Learning dataset. A comparative analysis reveals that the proposed FCM-based fuzzy model exhibits higher accuracy and superb predictive capability in comparison to some previous models available in the literature.
