인천 청라지역의 연약지반 개량공법에 따른 지반개량효과 및 침하분석 (Settlement Analysis for Improvement Effect of Soft Ground Method in Incheon Cheongna Site)

  • 본 연구에서는 연약지반 중 선행하중재하 공법을 적용한 6개 지역과 연직배수 공법을 적용한 6개 지역을 대상으로 압밀침하 특성을 비교하였다. Asaoka방법, 쌍곡선방법, Hoshino방법의 장래 예측 침하량 기법을 이용하여 압밀침하량을 예측하고, 실제 계측 침하량과 비교하였으며, 종합적으로 Asaoka방법에 의해 예측된 장래침하량이 쌍곡선방법이나 Hoshino방법에 비해 예측 정확도가 높게 평가되었다. 연직배수공법을 적용한 지역에서는 Asaoka방법이 침하량 예측 정확도가 다른 방법에 비해 높게 평가된다고 알려진 것과는 다르게 세 방법 모두 비슷한 정확도를 나타내었다. 또한 연구대상지역의 지반개량 전후의 확인조사를 통해 N치의 변화, 토층의 물리적, 역학적 특성을 조사하였으며, 개량 후 물성치는 개선되고, 침하량 크기와 관계되는 역학적 특성들은 개선되었다. 또한, 토질의 강도는 증가한 것을 확인하였으며, 침하량과 관계되는 물성치의 변화가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

경남지역 연약지반의 장기침하량 예측방법에 대한 적용성 연구 (A Study on the Applicability of Prediction Methods for Long-term Ground Settlement in Soft Ground of Gyeongnam Area)

  • 본 연구에서는 계측자료를 토대로 장기침하량을 예측하는 방법 중 쌍곡선법(Hyperbolic Method), 호시노법(Hoshino Method), 아사오카법(Asaoka Method)을 이용하여 경남지역 3개 연약지반 현장의 계측 침하량을 분석하여 압밀도를 평가하였으며, 대상지역을 압밀 초기, 압밀 후기로 구분하여 각 구분에 따라 압밀도를 분석하여 계측기간에 따른 침하량 예측방법의 적용성을 연구 하였다. 그 결과는 압밀 초기에서는 쌍곡선법 > 아사오카법 > 호시노법 순으로 적용성이 높은 것으로 분석되었고, 압밀 후기에 서 아사오카법 > 쌍곡선법 > 호시노법 순으로 적용성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

계측결과를 이용한 연약지반상 성토시의 최종침하량예측기법들의 현장적용성 (The evaluation of applicability for several final settlement prediction methods to field settlement management by measurement results carried on embankment on the soft clays)

  • In this study, we intended to compare and examine several settlement management methods by analyzing measurement results of a site of the industrial complex at ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ province. We predicted and analyzed the amount of final settlement by using generally used final settlement methods as like Hyperbola method, Hoshino methods and Asaoka method. And then, We compared the predicted results with that of measurement. On the basis of comparison of the three methods, Hyperbola method was the most convenient and accurate method of the three methods and if a sufficient time was given enough after embankment construction, the use of Hoshino method was possible. In the case of the Asaoka methods, it was possible to know that it had an approaching tendency to the measured one with increasing time interval spent on analysis. Therefore, in order to predict settlement behavior more accurately it is needed to understand their advantages and shortcomings sufficiently and pay attention to application to the real site.

울릉도 해산 해면류의 분류학적 연구 (A Taxonomic Study on Marine Sponges from Ulleungdo Island, Korea)

  • 울릉도 해산 해면류를 동정$\cdot$분류하기 위하여 2001년 7월부터 2003년 8월까지 울릉도 인근 지역 섬으로부터 SCUBA를 이용하여 채집한 표본을 동정하였다. 그 결과 2강 6목 12과 14속 19종으로 밝혀졌고, 이 가운데 유사보라해면 [Haliciona (Renera) permollisimilis (Hoshino, 1981)]이 한국미기록종으로 밝혀졌으며 울릉죠디아해면 (Geodia ulleungensis n. sp.)이 신종으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Embankment preloading, in conjunction with prefabricated vertical (PV) drains, was used to accelerate consolidation of marine clays in Pusan New Harbour project. UP to eightteen settlement plates were installed at the ground reclamated site under the embankment fill to monitor the preload performance. This analysis is carried out by five settlement prediction methods including the Asaoka, Hyperbolic, Hoshino, and back-analysis method based on optimization. The field settlement data can be analysed by settlement prediction methods to predict the ultimate settlement and the degree of consolidation of the reclaimed land under charge fill. The authors compared with the analyzed results of the methods.

자중압밀지반에 대한 침하예측기법의 적용성 (Applicability of Settlement Prediction Methods to Selfweight Consolidated Ground)

  • Applicability of existing methods of predicting consolidation settlement was assessed by analyzing results of centrifuge tests modelling self-weight consolidation of soft marine clay. From extensive literature review about self-weight consolidation of soft marine clays located in southern coast in Korea, constitutive relationships of void ratio-effective stress-permeability and typical self-weight consolidation curves with time were obtained by centrifuge model experiments. For the condition of surcharge loading, exact solution of consolidation settlement curve was obtained by Terzaghi's consolidation theory and was compared with the results predicted by currently available methods such as Hyperbolic method, Asaoka's method, Hoshino's method and ${\sqrt{S}}$ method. All methods were found to have their own inherent error to predict final consolidation settlement. From results of analyzing the self-weight consolidation with time by using those methods, Asaoka's method predicted the best. Hyperbolic method predicted relatively well in error range of 2~24% for the case of showing the linearity in the relationship between T vs T/S in the stage of consolidation degree of 60~90 %. For the case of relation curve of T vs $T/S^2$ showing the lineality after the middle stage, error range from Hoshino method was close to those from Hyperbolic method. However, Hoshino method is not able to predict the final settlement in the case of relation curve of T vs $T/S^2$ being horizontal. For the given data about self-weight consolidation after the middle stage, relation curve of T vs T/S from ${\sqrt{S}}$ method shows the better linearity than that of T vs $T/{\sqrt{s}}$ from Hyperbolic method.

CVD and Sputtering-reflow Copper Metalization Technique with CMP

  • We review the copper CVD line, via fill properties, and CMP line resistance. With CVD, trenches and vias with high aspect ratio(above 3) can be filled completely. Sputtering-reflow technique, a new method to filling copper into lines, is also reviewed to compare the CVD process.
