The purpose of this study is to observe artistic of Expressionism reflected to works of European costume designers by analizing works of seven major representative costume designers in the twentieth century. They are Mariano Fortuny, Paul poiret, Madelene Vionnet, Jean Patou, Jeanne Lanvin, Gabriel Chanel and Elsa Schiaparelli. These designers deployed individual and various creative costume design work with peculiar expresive techniques, which is based on the Expressionism. Although each creative work was made in extremely unique sense, there was comon expressive spirituality I their creative activity. The findings are as follows : 1. Based on the "Medieval-directed characteristic" which arose over all fields of art of those days, a modern and reformative clothing beauty was created by reanalyzing traditional motive. 2 Characteristic of Cubistic Expressionism were described in overall silhouette of clothing and fine decorative element. 3. Fantastic Expressionism, which pursued basic worth from the primitive and ethnic customs, effected costume style of early 20th century and draw such designers as Mariano Fortuny, Leon Bakst, Paul Poiet, Elsa Schiaqarelli to adopt intensive and primary color. And it also gave an impact against traditional concepts by accepting fantastic oriental Exoticism.Exoticism.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a job stress scale for hospital-based home care nurses in Korea. The process was construction of the conceptual framework, development of the preliminary items, verification of the content validity, item analysis and test of the reliability. The preliminary items were based on literature review and in-depth interviews with home care nurses. As a result, eight categories and sixty items were selected. These were reviewed by seven specialists for content validity and finally fifty one items were chosen. Data was collected from 180 home care nurses who were engaged in 87 hospitals from August to September 2003. The result of item analysis one was excepted, The final item count was 50. Categories were as follows: overload work(8 items), lack of specialized knowledge and technique(5 items), ethical dilemma(4 items), role conflict(5 items), interpersonal relationships(6 items), visiting home environment(9 items), driving conditions(4 items) and lack of administrative support(9 items), The reliability of the scale by Cronbach's alpha was .948 and the domain's reliability ranged from .649 to .841. The result of this study could be used to measure the job stress of home care nurses. However, for further validity and reliability, repeated studies will be necessary.

Because of rapid growth of economy and development of the communication technology of modem society, office space's shape and business contents are highly diversified. And these changes made a new working style, homeworkers who work in their house. For increasing homeworker's working efficiency, it needs a space plan which can coexist home's original functions and business functions. The purpose of this study was designed a multiplex house used a co-operative house's concept which based on the data which collected by man to man case research about operators of online shopping malls.

The purpose of this study was to present a class case that verified the validity, reliability, and usefulness of a portfolio assessment in a cohousing class in the housing area of home economics. To achieve this objective, 241 male and female students in eight classes of the third grade of a junior high school in Gyeonggi-do, Korea, were enrolled in a project class on establishing a cohousing village in which the portfolio assessment method was applied for a total of 10 sessions for approximately four weeks from May 24 to June 16, 2021. To ensure the validity of the portfolio assessment, we designed the lesson after presenting the curriculum goals in detail using the backward design model and developed a specific rubric and conducted all evaluations and feedback based on the rubric to ensure objectivity and reliability. The online tool Padlet was used as a portfolio, which allowed students to easily upload their work, receive feedback from the teacher, and interact with their peers. After the class, the students reflected on the rubric and were generally satisfied with the class using portfolio assessment. This study is expected to facilitate the use of the portfolio assessment method in the classroom, while also supporting student growth and development.

This study surveyed and analysed the factors that affect the job satisfaction of a home appliances service engineer. The job satisfaction analysis was based on two separate branches: the satisfaction of the current position and the intention to work. As the result, it was apprehended that as far as the individual qualities of the engineer are concerned, personality is a factor that had an effect on job satisfaction. Concerning the organisational qualities, it was analysed that social support, allowances and welfare were factors that contributed largely; and concerning the work itself, it was acknowledged that the appropriateness of the work influenced job satisfaction. To conclude, it was analysed that to increase job satisfaction, it would be important first and foremost to employ employees who have extroversive personalities, to take good care of the allowances and welfare of the employees and to distribute appropriately the amount of work.

Background: Although children with cerebral palsy (CP) are able to walk independently, gait imbalance occurs due to abnormal muscle tone, musculoskeletal deformity, loss of balance, and selective motor control impairment. Gait restriction in the community and school is a major problem of rehabilitation in CP. Home-based therapy (HBT) provides a variety of interventions in which the therapist and the parent work together to resolve the activities and problems caused by the child's body structure. Therefore, we investigate the effectiveness of home-centered therapy on gross motor function in CP and try to present the possibility of clinical application. Design: A Systematic Review Methods: Research papers were published from Jan, 2012 to Jan, 2022 and were searched using Medline and PubMed. The search terms are 'family-centered' OR 'home-based' AND 'cerebral palsy'. A total of nine papers were analyzed in this study. The paper presented the quality level based on Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro) scores to assess the quality of randomized clinical trials studies. Results: The results showed that HBT for strengthening exercise in lower extremity has a positive effect on the isokinetic torque and gross motor function. home-based treadmill therapy in CP is effective to perform at least 12 sessions of treadmill HBP in which the therapist determines the treadmill speed every week and the child's own gait pattern is modified. Conclusion: These results suggest that it will be important data for founding evidence on the effectiveness of home-centered therapy on gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy to advance clinical protocols.

In this paper, we have designed and implemented Web based Home Phoneline Neworking Aliance(Home PNA)device management, system which can resolve the unfair bandwidth service form may subscribers and manage subscribes using these devices. To manage Home PNA device with Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP) management elements are classified into system. Port performance, fault functional area based on Management Information Base(MIB) objects from Multi Dwelling Unit(MDU) devices MIB. System management provides configuration information of each MDU devices, and port management provides the current state of subscribes and performs filtering operation against the unauthorized users. And performance management provides traffic information about trunk and subscriber lines. Finally fault management provides fault logging fo the unexpected events and trap message from devices To verify the operability of the proposed system, we have tested it in real network environment.

The objective of this study were 1) to determine the stages of concern of HE teachers about the practical problem-based curriculum approach, as illustrated by the Ohio's Work and Family Life Curriculum (W&FLC); 2) to determine the relationships between home economics (HE) teacher's stages of concern about W&FLC and personal and professional characteristics of HE teachers; and 3) to determine aspects of interest about the practical problem-based curriculum approach, such as the Ohio W&FLC. Respondents in this study were 225 HE teachers. The data were collected during the in-service teacher training sessions after presentation about W&FLC. Concerns Based Adoption Model (CBAM) was modified to provide a conceptual framework for this study. Frequencies, SD, mean, mode, range were used to determine the stages of concern of HE teachers. To determine the relationships between stages of concerns and personal and professional characteristics of HE teachers, coefficient of Chi-Square contingency tables was used. Content analysis was used to determine aspects of interest about the practical problem-bsed curriculum approach, such as W&FLC. The median of the stages of HE teachers' concerns about W&FLC was Stage 1, Information Stage. About 60% of HE teachers were interested in learning more details about W&FLC. Chi-square revealed no statistically significant relationships between stages of concerns about W&FLC and characteristics of HE teachers. Content analysis was used to determine aspects of interest about W&FLC of HE teachers. Nine categories were found: content, teaching strategies, implementation of the curriculum, philosophical framework, how to adopt W&FLC, resource materials, students' outcomes, in-service teacher training, and HE teacher organization. The majority of HE teachers were interested in relationships with family and others, resource management, family relationships, personal development, communication skill, family life, creating a self-identity, life planning, roles of family members, homemaking management, child care, and parenting.

Recently, comprehensive financial service system based on individual, households' economic security and financial independence has emerged as a professional service system in America, while it has not been studied in our country. In order to develop conceptual model of Financial Service System, this paper reviewed ; 1) the concept of financial problem divided into tow dimension, such as financial resource and financial demand, 2) theories of financial service system, further this work also included the identification of relations between financial problem and financial service system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of family stress on work stress and to examine the effects of family and work stress on psychological wellbeing in employed men and women. The analyses of the present study were based on a sample of 263 full-time employed men and 258 full-time employed women aged 30-49 in dual-earner families. There were significant gender differences in marital stress, parenting stress and psychological well-being with women reporting higher levels of stress. However, employed men and women experienced similar levels of work stress. The results from regression analyses showed that stress in the family domain contributed significantly to work stress. Both marital stress and parenting stress were significantly related to higher levels of work stress fro employed men and women. The findings of this study indicated that higher levels of marital stress and work stress were predictive of psychological well-being for men and women in dual-earner couples. Among employed women, marital stress and work stress were more highly related to psychological well-being than among employed men.
