한국의 전통 천문학은 과거 중국의 영향을 받아 여러 면에서 중국과 비슷하지만 별자리 모양이나 별이름 등에서 중국과 구별되는 특징을 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 규장각에 보관중인 조선 초기의 보천가와 중국 수대(隋代, $581{\sim}618$) 왕희명(王希明)이 저술한 보친가를 비교하여 분석하였다. 두 보천가에 그려진 천문도 별자리 모양과 연결선 그리고 본문 설명에 대하여 각각 비교하였다. 두 책을 비교 분석한 결과 별자리 설명의 여러 부분에서 전반적인 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 첫째 두 서적의 구성에서 서문과 삼원 별자리, 은하수 설명은 확연한 차이를 보여 준다. 둘째, 보천가에 그려진 전반적 별자리 그림은 비슷하지만 별자리의 연결선과 별의 개수가 여러 곳에서 다르게 그려져 있다. 셋째, 조선의 보천가는 중국 왕희명 보천가와 달리 별자리 설명에서 별의 색깔을 표현하고 있다. 이러한 두 나라 보천가의 차이점과 조선 보친가의 고유한 특징을 찾아 논문에 정리하였다. 조선 보천가와 중국 보천가의 여러 차이점은 우리 고유의 천문지식과 체계가 고려시대 이전부터 꾸준히 전해져 왔음을 짐작케 한다.

One of the main cases of the desertification impact is the negative contribution of human activities that worsen environment. There are historical facts of inability and excessive activities which destroyed the civilizations. The basic difference is only in the tempo and scales of civilization collapse. Human pressure was accumulated within the centuries and millennia due to the extremely active economic activities. But today it covers only the decades. Presently the process of desertification has a global scale. There are huge factors of Earth aridization as an increase of the quantity of C02 and atmospheric dust and bloom. This process related not only to the arid areas. Obviously a comprehensive approach of development of territories, particularly arid areas is very important. The use of the satellite information and technologies of remote sensing data processing can take a significant place for decision-makers for calculation and estimation of the environment impacts.

A possible and practical engine system research method is proposed. Varieties of objectives of the engine component and system technology developments are fulfilled by the small scale rig and engine demonstration. Some research applications of small jet engines in National Aerospace Laboratory of Japan (NAL) are presented together with historical overview.

The digital space color of new media environment denied not only the deterministic relationship of designed color and circumjacent color but also the deduced an special elements of digital space color. Such phenomena historical perspective of Gernot Wersig, new media principle of Lev Manovich and remediation of Bolter, J.K & Grusin, R. are expressed in various new media environment across. In particular, development of digital technology is moving away from its previous space color based on scientific, statistical and quantitative perspective by using diverse variables. The following research focuses on the fundamental concept of space color by type, composition of digital space color. The paper reflects on the meaning and concept of contemporary which enables the application of digital space color system on space through advanced technology. The principle of digital space color such as multidimensional malerisch, discontinuous video, vague original and copy, irregular repetitiveness of 'copy of copy', selective color of observer, experiential color of observer, and etc. makes it possible to extract the expressed element and method of digital space color. Meanwhile, the features of digital space color such as divided field of form, non-systematized of process and collage of communication can be inferred from case analysis.

세계적인 불경기에도 불구하고 세계 우주시장은 전년대비 11% 증가하여 2009년 최대치인 1,609억불에 도달하였다. 세계 각국의 우주 분야 투자도 전년대비 10% 증가한 680억불에 이르렀다. 반면 우리나라의 우주분야 예산은 2009년 2억 1,700억불로 전년대비 24% 감소하였다. 나로호 개발이 완료됨에 따라 개발 주기에 따른 예산 감소의 영향으로 분석된다. 우주시장 역시 불경기에 따른 위성 핸드폰 등의 수출 감소로 전년 대비 3% 감소한 8,644억 원으로 조사되었다. 본 논문에서는 세계 각국 및 우리나라의 우주분야 투자와 우주시장 현황을 정리하였고, 우리나라 예산정책에 관한 시사점을 제고해보았다.

본 연구는 역사문화지구 퍼블릭 아트의 특징과 아이덴티티를 연구 대상으로 역사문화구역의 퍼블릭 아트에 대한 이론 연구와 조사를 통해 징더전 도계천이 대표하는 역사문화지구 퍼블릭 아트의 특성을 연구하였다. 공간적 특성과 아이덴티티를 형성하는 여섯 가지 평가요인인 환경성, 공공성, 상징성, 예술성, 역사성, 상호작용성을 중심으로 도계천 퍼블릭 아트의 특성과 아이덴티티를 분석과 평가하였다. 연구 결과 산업 유산물로 재탄생 한 7개 큰 굴뚝의 퍼블릭 아트는 완전히 보존된 산업역사 건물과 어울린다. 그중, 환경성, 공공성, 상징성, 예술성, 역사성이 명확한 구현을 갖추고 있으며 단지의 역사적 상징물로서 보존가치와 식별가능성이 높아 일반 퍼블릭 아트의 행사나 체험기능을 더하지 않아도 된다. 지역 재생을 위한 신퍼블릭 아트 중 퍼블릭 아트의 예술성, 환경성, 공공성이 높게 나타났고 환경성도 중간 수준을 보이고 있지만, 역사성이 높지 않고, 상호 작용성이 약하다. 산업 유산물로 재탄생한 퍼블릭 아트는 역사유적 퍼블릭 아트로 산업유산과 도자기 요소로 대중들의 시공간과소통을 형성하면서 대중에게 정신적 공감을 전달할 수 있는 아이덴티티를 형성하였으며, 지역재생을 위한 신 퍼블릭 아트는 도계천에 새로운 예술적 정취를 부여하였으나 새로운 아이덴티티는 나타내지 못하는 것으로 평가되었다.

The concept of time-space to be seen in the modem society has complex features at the points of scientific, philosophical, artistic, religious point of view. It has been brought up at a points of neo centric religious, philosophical view and then after, phenomenal approach and scientific approach were rendered through Newton and Einstein and so many scholar approaches affected the artistic field significantly. With such visual expression, it has affected the paintings for a long time till the 19th century, and then has affected various fields such as photography, film, video, computer, architecture and has currently affected the various space expressive of our daily lives and virtual space of digital. This study is to extract a visual and expressionistic characteristic through historical examination and multi-scholar analysis of time-space concept. Especially, by expanding the previous time and space concept, experimental cases and expressionistic characteristics has come up on the media art that offers various experience and by analyzing the expressionistic characteristics of the time-space concept expressed in media art, it is to extract the basic factors for the diversity of space experience.

The change in radically changing era requires various interpretation of interior space and application according to it Minimalism shows simple and pure geometric structure and has been influencing to every aspect encompassing space till present. The features of minimalism in space is geometric structure and composition of simple and repetitive line, restrained simple space, pure and structural simplicity. When minimalism construction is discussed, the vocabulary of simplicity has been followed incidentally and has been discussed as concept of simplicity in new viewpoint through historical flow. The purpose of this study is analyzing basic features of John Pawson's ways of working and trying to define the semantics of the new simplicity concept in modern interior space. The new simplicity in John Pawson shows interactive relationship of eastern and western through basic consideration of fundamental elements such as space, light and materials. The relational simple in intermediation of the new simplicity expressed by amalgamation of eastern and western further from disparate interpretation for simplicity expressed in eastern and western is to review back the basic meaning of simplicity in minimalism. And I hope this study can offer various directions for new interior space accepting theory of the new simplicity and I think that new constructional alternative is required as physical space which can be matched with era of social, environmental chaos caused by this theory of the new simplicity.

We have investigated the North Korean astronomical articles published in five media such as the Rodong Sinmun (노동신문), Minju Choson (민주조선), Tongil Sinbo (통일신보), Munhak Sinmun (문학신 문), and Choson Sinbo (조선신보) for 15 years from 2005 to 2019. The astronomical articles were classified by subject to study the astronomical activity in North Korea. We have examined the perceptions of astronomy in North Korean society through the temporal variation of astronomical articles according to four subjects. As a result, we have found that there are many articles in the subject of Historical Astronomy and Astronomical News in the media. In the era of Kim Jong-un, the articles on the Historical Astronomy decreased while the Astronomy news tended to increase. We have also summarized the specific issues and topics including the change of the standard meridian, launch of satellites, astronomical news, and so forth. The North Korean astronomical article is a valuable resource to examine the current status of North Korea's astronomy and astronomical education. We expect the results of this study to be a useful resource in preparing for inter-Korean astronomical cooperation.
