최근 MPEG에서 HD(High Definition) 해상도 이상의 초고해상도 비디오를 위한 HVC(High-performance Video Coding) 표준화에 대하여 논의가 되고 있다. 이런 흐름 속에서 ETRI에서 보유중인 베리어 방식의 CCD를 사용하여 NHK에서 제작된 RG1G2B 4K 영상은 dark current error, bias error, flat error 등에 의한 영상 자체의 열화가 많아 HVC 연구를 위한 영상으로 사용되기에는 무리가 많다. 가장 이상적인 해결방안은 NHK에서 제작한 카메라 자체에 열화제거를 위한 장치들을 설치하여 규칙적인 열화를 제거한 영상을 확보하는 것이지만, 특수 제작된 카메라여서 이 방법은 불가능하다. 본 논문은 이 NHK의 영상을 wavelet 기반의 denoise filter를 응용하여 영상의 열화를 일정부분 제거하면서 영상의 디테일이 최대한 유지되도록 하여, 기존의 영상보다 깔끔한 8K UHD 영상을 획득하는 방안을 제시한다.

The overall goal of this study is to identify what I'||'&'||'R is, and what services should be offered as legitimate I'||'&'||'R actives. The gist of the study is as follows: 1. The shift of the clients targeted to receive the services from disadvantageous to every person. 2. Ambiguity in I'||'&'||'R definition. Because it is hard to distinguish I'||'&'||'R service from the traditional reference service, and shifting of clients, the establishment of the definition was very difficult. Instead of a definite answer, the criteria for "I'||'&'||'R Providers" was drawn. 3. Most provided services were simple and complex information giving based on resource file. Constructing resource file is a major component of I'||'&'||'R service. 4. From 1980s, many I'||'&'||'R providing libraries adapted computer a n.0, pplications. 5. Social work and library-internship was advised to conduct a cooperative project by NCLIS, I'||'&'||'R Task Force. 6. In the high technological era, there continue to be many people who need the su n.0, pportive relationship. I'||'&'||'R is to optimize both the service and clients. Librarian must learn from the principle of high tech/high touch.

Optimization of the luminance, luminous efficiency, and address voltage margin characteristics has been made on the delta color array PDP with various hexagonal shape subpixels. The optimal subpixel and electrode designs are obtained for the 42-inch high-definition PDP ($1,366{\times}768$) with the fine pixel pitch less than 0.7 mm. The hexagonal delta array structure shows more improved characteristics than that of the normal delta array structure with rectangular shape subpixels.

Passive optical networks (PONs) are the emerging solution for access networks since PONs provide high bandwidth. TDM ((time-division multiplexing) PON cannot support sufficient bandwidth for new broadband services such as UHD (ultra high-definition) IP TV, and VOD (video on demand). The solution is TWDM PON which is a mixture of WDM (wavelength-division multiplexing) and TDM. This paper proposes a new MAC (media access control) protocol for TWDM PON.

최근 Ultra-High Definition(UHD) 등의 고해상도 디스플레이가 시장에 등장하고 이에 따라 소비자의 요구가 커지면서 기존의 Full-High Definition(FHD)과 같은 저해상도(Low Resolution, LR) 영상을 고해상도(High Resolution, HR) 영상으로 변환할 수 있는 초해상화(Super-Resolution) 알고리즘에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 전통적인 초해상화 기법들은 고해상도 영상을 복원하는 과정에서 디테일한 부분의 화질 저화 및 열화가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 널리 연구되고 있는 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘 연구의 최신 기술 현황 및 동향을 소개하고자 한다. 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘은 기존의 전통적인 기법들에 비해 높은 성능을 보여주고 있으며 현재까지도 다양한 네트워크가 제안되며 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘 중 대표적인 네트워크들을 분석하고 다양한 데이터 셋에 대한 해당 네트워크의 실험 결과를 통해 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘의 우수성을 확인하고자 한다.

We are using the Faraday's electromagnetic law so as to improve our life in various industry fields. However, the side effect of the Faraday's law can be occurredin the sensors of the vehicle due to the high current flow such as Ignition. This effect is mainly caused by the shape of the wiring harness between sensor and high current load in the vehicle. To minimize the side effect by Faraday's law, three methods shall be considered in this paper (1) Pin definition of the sensor, (2) Pin definition of the high current load, (3) Wiring harness shape.

최근 가정용 TV 를 포함한 비디오 디스플레이 기기는 HD(High Definition)에서 UHD(Ultra High Definition)로 급속하게 전환되고 있다. DTV 방송의 경우 한국은 HDR(High Dynamic Range)이 제외된 UHDTV 지상파 방송을 시작하였고 북미 MVPD(Multiple Video Program Distributor) 사업자들은 HDR 서비스를 먼저 도입하기 시작하였다. 기존 full HD 보다 4 배 이상의 해상도를 지원하는 UHD 는 HDR 과 WCG(Wide Color Gamuit)를 제외하고 논할 수 없다. 본 고에서는 해외의 디스플레이 인증 기관에서 적용하고 있는 UHD 디스플레이 디바이스에 대한 화질 평가 기술에 대하여 소개한다.

Shokri et al. [14] proved the Hyers-Ulam stability of bihomomorphisms and biderivations by using the direct method. It is easy to show that the definition of biderivations on normed 3-Lie algebras is meaningless and so the results of [14] are meaningless. In this paper, we correct the definition of biderivations and the statements of the results in [14], and prove the corrected theorems.

This study surveyed 60 early childhood teachers at the kindergartens and day care centers in Incheon Metropolitan City to examine the contents and extent of the teachers' knowledge on early childhood history education by using the definition map designed by Novak and Gowin(1984). To be more specific, the researcher asked the participating teachers through group meetings to draw the definition maps and analyzed them. The results were as follow. First, 11 categories for high level definition of early childhood history education used by early childhood education were identified, among which the most frequently used high level definition were 'life style' followed in order by 'culture/art' and 'great men.' Second, in terms of the average number of dependent definitions included in the given high level definitions, the largest was 'life style' which was followed in order by culture/art, activity methods. It means that the widest area of early childhood teachers' knowledge on early childhood history education was about 'life style,' while it shows that the extent of knowledge on teaching-learning methods was relatively wide. However, in the case of great men, although it was frequently recognized in the high level of definition it was not so in the dependent definitions, meaning the extent of their knowledge was rather narrow. Scholars explain that the higher the teachers' attention and knowledge about the content of curriculum the more options of teaching method they tend to employ to teach in a more extensive and diverged way. Therefore, in order to improve early childhood education, efforts should be more focused on deepening and systemizing the knowledge of early childhood teachers.
