Then women's magazine can take a role as a major resource for maintaining and promoting women's health. Finally, nurses's, who are professional health care providers, important and active role as informers toward the lay persons, especially for the women who are non-professional care givers at the family unit should be stressed. More active and continual monitoring and analyzing the contents related health in the mass media including magazine and Internet network in detail, and participating in establishing the system of adequate and precise information for women and lay persons from the nursing profession are required absolutely.

Results were as follows: First, exploratory factor analysis resulted in 40 items composed of 6 factors (director's childcare center management system, social recognition, working environment and welfare, workload and time management, relationship with co-workers, relationship with parents). Second, the confirmatory factor analysis supported a 6 factor structure by resulting over appropriate level of goodness of fit. Third, inter-corelation coefficients among 6 factors were significant level(r = .10~.70). Fourth, the reli ability level of 6 factors by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ were high(.84~.95.). Finally, concurrent validity levels with Childhood Job Satisfaction Survey(Jorde-Bloom, 1989) and the Satisfaction with Life Scale(Diener et al., 1985) were r = .07~.84 and .19~.46, respectively.

  • Objective: Studies have shown that turnover intention of teachers' in early childhood educational centers tend to negatively affect the quality of child care and children's adjustment. However, few studies have examined the underlying mechanism that increases teachers' turnover intention and have barely focused on environmental factors. We aimed to test whether workplace characteristics may affect teachers' turnover interntion through personal factors (i.e., burnout and health). Methods: A sample of 262 teachers participated in the study. Workplace characteristics, burnout, health and turnover intention were assesed through self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed through SEM using Mplus and the significance of mediation effects were estimated by the bootstrapping confidence intervals. Results: Finidngs indicated that a poor workplace enviornment directly predicted high turnover intentions of teachers and indirectly predicted through their high burnout and poor health contidion. Conclusion/Implications: These findings contriubed to provide better understaning about an effective future direction for policies and intervention programs in order to decrease teachers' turnover intention and subsequently increase the quality of early childhood educational centers.

For this, a survey was conducted against students from beauty art-related departments in Busan (5 junior colleges and 1 four-year university). The following results were obtained: First, according to a correlation analysis on major questionnaire items on the curriculum in beauty art-related departments, statistical significance was observed in 'curriculum development', 'facility and administrative & financial supports', 'instructor/teacher activities', 'educational evaluation activities', 'academia-industry cooperation activities' and 'output evaluation'. In terms of educational satisfaction, statistical significance was observed in all positive relations. Second, according to regression analysis on the evaluation of curriculum output factors in beauty art-related departments, output factor levels were high as 'academia-industry cooperation activities', 'age', 'teacher/instructor activities', curriculum requirement analysis' and 'curriculum development' were high. In overall, relatively good results (69.0%) were observed. A further study needs to be performed for improvement of satisfaction of students majoring in beauty art on their curriculum in educating students from beauty art-related departments by applying their educational evaluation to optimum standards.

  • Objectives The Korean Medicine (KM) PHR platform is a personalized healthcare service which allows individuals to keep and manage their own health records. When parents are reporting for their children from their memories, there is high possibility of recall errors. In these cases, it could be useful for doctors to collect the patient's symptoms through PHR platform. In this study, we aimed to investigate the clinical significance of the PHR by using the KM PHR platform in the pediatric clinic. Methods The PHR platform was used to collect child health information from parents and child care teachers. The collected data were analyzed in comparison with the results of screening by pediatrician. Results A total of 58 children were recruited, 44 of which health information were collected from their parents and their child care teachers. The remaining 14 children's health information were collected from their parents only. As a result the parents tended to perceive their children weaker than the child care teacher. Compared to other organs, there was a only significant difference in the heart weakness score and spleen weakness score in the comparison of the weak and healthy children. Conclusions Although the study was conducted on a small group of subjects, and used PHR platform developed specifically for adults to indirectly input child's symptoms, and analyzed their health information, there was a difference in health records between information providers. Development of PHR platform for children is needed to collect more reliable information.

  • This study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of ego-resilience when early childhood teachers' autonomy affects teacher efficacy. The subjects of the study were 316 early childhood teachers in J degree. For data analysis, SPSS 25.0 was used to conduct Baron & Kenny's 3-step mediation effect analysis using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, and Process Macro. As a result of the study, first, early childhood teachers' autonomy, teaching efficacy, and ego-resilience were found to have a positive correlation with each other. Second, when early childhood teachers' autonomy affects teacher efficacy, it was found that ego-resilience partially mediates. In other words, it can be interpreted that the autonomy of early childhood teachers has a meaningful effect when ego-resilience is added when it affects the improvement of teacher efficacy. Through this, it is intended to provide basic data for improving early childhood teachers' sense of teacher efficacy and preparing a direction for teacher education support.
