Studies were conducted to investigate the race distribution of soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines Ichinohe) in Korea. The results are abstracted as follows. The soybean cyst nematode populations collected from Kangwon Province were identified as races 1 and 3; the nematode populations collected from Kyunggi Province were identified as race 3, 5 and c and those collected from Chungnam Province were identified as races 1 and 5. From the total 21 populations 11 populations or 52.4% of the total were race 1; 6 populations or 28.6% of the total were race 5; 3 populations or 14.3% of the total were race 3 and one population or 4.8% of the total were race c. Soybean cyst nematode populations from the same district, at least from the same 'myeon' district were identified as same race. Of these 4, race 3 has not been recorded in Korea yet.

The purposes of this study was to analyze the characteristics of national races' costumes in Chinese contemporary costumes. For the purpose, this researcher concentrated on the relations between national races' costumes and Chinese contemporary costumes and discuss systematically depending on references such as fashion magazines, picture albums, and historical records. The results of study were as follows: First, the formation of fashion has been influenced by Man, Uighur, and Choson races. For example, Qipao, the tight style of Man race's fashion, Uighur race's bell style sleeve and cyclic skirt are applied to women's modern fashion. Second, weaving, printing, and embroidery technique of a minority race developed more than Han race, so applied still. Recently, Chinese contemporary costumes accepted the weaving technique of Miao and Uighur race through publicizing of a minority culture. Third, a national race's costumes are famous with splendid design and applied to modern fashion directly. They are commonly made to hair pin, necklace, earing, bracelet and so on. Recently, styles from a national race's costumes and old style are becoming popular to Chinese and it's easier to found such a fashion in market.

In this paper, we present our experiences in using symbolic model checker(SMV) to analyze a number of properties of RACE cache coherence protocol designed by ETRI(Electronics and Communications Research Institute) and to verify that RACE protocol satisfies important requirements. To investigate this, we specified the model of the RACE protocol as the input language of SMV and specified properties as a formula in temporal logic CTL. We successfully used the symbolic model checker to analyze a number of properties of RACE protocol. We verified that abnormal state/input combinations was not occurred and every possible request of processors was executed correctly We verified that RACE protocol satisfies liveness, safety and the property that any abnormal state/input combination was never occurred. Besides, We found some ambiguities of the specification and a case of starvation that the protocol designers could not expect before. By this verification experience, we show advantages of model checking method. And, we propose a new method to generate automatically test cases which are used in simulation and testing.

Bei-Wei(北魏) arose from Ta-ba clan(拓拔氏), a race belonging to Xian-bei(삼배) and it was the first foreign dynasty that reigned the central area of China in A.D 386-534. Xiao-wen-di(孝文帝) found it necessary to adopt the ruling mechanism of Han race's 'Sino-centralism' so as to establish orthodoxy of Xian-bei dynasty. He ordered Xian-bei people to channge their own costume for the costume of Han race. Costume was one of ruling means in Xiao-wen-di's case. However the revolutionary policy of Sinonizatio by Xiao-wen-di brought abuot serious conflicts and confrontations among classes of Xian-bei Xiao-bei wore their own costume and opposed Xiao-wen-di(孝文帝)'s policy Consequently Xian-wen-di(孝文帝)'s Sinonization policy accelerated the downfall of Bei-Wei(北魏). In the course of reformation and downfall of Bei-Wei(北魏) costume played an important role of representing national indentity.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate cardiac damage biomarkers after a triathlon race in elite and non-elite athlete groups. Fifteen healthy men participated in the study. Based on performance, they were divided into elite athlete group (EG: n＝7) and non-elite athlete group (NEG: n＝8). Participants' blood samples were obtained during four periods: before, immediately, 2 hours and 7 days after finishing the race. creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase-myoglobin (CK-MB), myoglobin, and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were significantly increased in both groups immediately after, and 2 hours after finishing the race (p<.05). CK, CK-MB, and myoglobin were completely recovered after 7 days (p<.05). Hematocrit (Hct) was significantly decreased in both groups (p<.05) 7 days after the race. LDH was significantly decreased in the EG (p<.05) only 7 days after the race. Homoglobin (Hb) was significantly decreased in the NEG (p<.05) only 2 hours after the race. Although cardiac troponin T (cTnT) was significantly increased in the EG but not in the NEG 2hours after the race (p<.05), there was no group-by-time interaction. cTnT was completely recovered in both groups 7 days after the race. In conclusion, cardiac damage occurs during a triathlon race and, is greater in elite than in non-elite. However, all cardiac damage markers return to normal range within 1 week.

This treatise studies on how ideology and value of Chinese minority race undergo change according to social, political transition that the Chinese minority race has experienced for a long time and I also have tried to elucidate how these kinds of their experiences have been effected upon their own life, even it is part of my basic subjects for my study. Hence I would give weigh to focus on contemplating process of the past and the present rather than predictive discussion of how their pursuing value will be transformed. For my ebullient study, I'm willing to make Yi-Zu's moral culture become axis of my treatise, and capitalize on not only how Han-Zu's ideological philosopies have been disseminated, but also how acculturation have been taken place in Yi-Zu's moral culture system. Yi-Zu has the longest history and the greatest their own population, even the largest residence of various Chinese minority races. And Yun-Nan is the historical place where not only various Chinese minority races have lived, but also acculturation between Chinese majority, Han-Zu and them have been begotten. Above all, I would delve into traditional religion to understand Yi-Zu's moral culture as was already mentioned that it is my axis of treatise. Furthermore, I deliberated on how Taoism have been infiltrated Yi-Zu's moral culture, also how Han-Zu's ideological philosophies have been permeated Yi-Zu's, and what is more how to help themselves still remained in Yi-Zu's. Through my such these efforts, I analyze the aspect of embracing of Han-Zu's moral culture by Yi-Zu's and some facts of vicissitudes about it.

This study aims to understand the architectural characteristics and living pattern of the Daor and to make a comparative study with the Han race. This research inquired into the background of the Daor and surveyed the present condition of traditional houses. As a result of this study, the features of Daor's traditional house is synthesized as follows. 1) The arrangement of village is in a row facing south. The site plan and exterior shape is like as the Manchurian race. 2) Making west window and creating a bright atmosphere is the unique architectural style. 3) Viewed from spatial layout and function, Daor's has more remarkable difference from Han's. That is to say, the room equipped with Kang is daily space and kitchen is just space for cooking in contrast with the Han.

Objective This experimental study was designed to investigate effects of Sam-chool-gun-bi-tang administration during carbohydrate loading diet to long distance runners on changes of the urine metabolic responses. Materials and Methods All subjects were divided randomly with two groups, Sam-chool-gun- bi-tang administration Group (N=5) and control group (N=5) and attended on domestic marathon race. The urine samples were collected by 15ml conical tube at rest, a day before race, immediately after race, a day after race. These samples were used to analyze for the factors of the change on metabolic responses. At First, the factors of the routine urine test were checked; RBC, WBC, glucose, protein, ketone, bilirubin, urobilirubin. Next, the factors on the changes of the electrolyte metabolism and creatinine were checked; $Na^+ $, $Cl^-$, $K^+$, $Ca^{+ +}$, Creatinine. Results 1. Urine RBC, WBC, glucose, protein, ketone, bilirubin, urobilirubin were all denoted negatively (-). 2. Urine pH response in Sam-chool-gun-bi-tang administration group was shown significant difference between two groups at immediately after race. 3. Urine $Na^+$ response in Sam-chool-gun- bi-tang administration group was shown significant difference between two groups at immediately after race. 4. Urine $K^+$ response in Sam-chool-gun-bi-tang administration group was shown significant difference between two groups at immediately after race and a day after race. 5. Urine $Cl^-$ response in Sam-chool-gun- bi-tang administration group was increased at immediately after race, but was not shown significant difference between two groups. 6. Urine $Ca^{+ +}$ response in Sam-chool-gun-bi-tang administration group was decreased gradually, but was not shown significant difference between two groups. 7. Urine Creatinine response in Control group was decreased significantly at immediately after race, but was not shown significant difference between two groups. Conclusion According to the above results, it was shown that Sam-chool-gun- bi-tang administration had the positive effects on changes of the urine matabolic responses during carbohydrate loading diet to the long distance runners.

Caches in a multiprocessing environment introduce the cache coherence problem. When multiple processors maintain locally cached copies of a unique shared-memory location, any local modification of the location can result in a globally inconsistent view of memory. Cache coherence protocols are important to operate a shared-memory multiprocessor system with efficiency and correctness. Since random testing and simulations are not enough to validate correctness of protocols, it is necessary to develop efficient and reliable verification methods. In this appear we present our experience in using VIS (Verification Interacting with Synthesis), a tool of formal method, to analyze a number of property of a cache coherence protocol, RACE (Remote Access Cache coherent Enforcement).
