In Korea, Private security companies has steadily grown and amounts to 2,051 places as of November 30, 2002. Private security in korea is carrying out firm name role assignment to have held the police and public peace environment change factors for a standard faithfully, and protects social a little property that is a basic purpose, and it is spare no efforts in loss prevention. In spite of numeral increase of private security companies, private security companies have many problem. Moreover, they mostly did not have any remarkable in-house expertises in their own business under tough conditions. Under the unfavorable circumstances including insufficient investment and education in private security guard, there have been actually little further studies on private security business in practices. So this study mainly focused on addressing the installation security business managed by authorized companies, which amount to 96%(1,963 companies) of total 2,051 domestic security companies. In this study changes in biorhythm are observed by measuring heart rate variabilities in order to verify, compare, and evaluate stresses in guard duties of guards and CCTV monitoring works of staffs serviced in practical guard sites. Guard duties and CCTV monitoring works similar to a practical situation are implemented for nine students in the department of security at K University over 150 minutes. In the results of observing heart rate variabilities and autonomic function tests for six times with an interval of 30 minutes, the heart rate variability (HRV) in CCTV monitoring works represents lower levels than that of guard duties. Also, in a stable condition the guard duties for 30 and 60 minutes exhibit lower levels than that of 90, 120, and 150 minutes. Regarding SDNN, CCTV monitoring works show higher levels that guard duties and the guard duties for 30 and 60 minutes represent lower levels than that of 150 minutes. In autonomic function tests, there are no differences in TP between groups according to guard duties and CCTV monitoring works. Also, the guard duties for 150 minutes represent more differences in TP compared to that of 30 minutes. The interaction between the duty type and the duty duration is presented. In the case of LF, guard duties for 150 minutes show large differences in duty duration compared to that of 60 minutes. In the case of HF, the CCTV monitoring work group shows higher levels than the guard duty group in which the guard duties for 120 and 150 minutes represent higher levels than that of 30 minutes. The interaction between the duty type and the duty duration is presented. In the case of the LF/HF ratio, the guard duty group exhibits higher levels than the CCTV monitoring group. Also, there is an interaction between the duty type and the duty duration including the difference in durations. The CCTV monitoring works represent lower heart function activities than the guard duties according to increases in parasympathetic nervous activities. It shows that the long-term CCTV monitoring duty repeated everyday shows a high possibility of increasing the exposures of VDT syndrome and nervous breakdown.

This paper describes the rheological behavior study such as viscosity and change of shear stress regarding marine lubricating oil according to the amount of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) dilution. The viscosity reduction due to fuel dilution is crucially important characteristic to decreasing engine durability because of the abrasion of piston ring or liner. The lubricating oil used in this paper was blended with magnetic stirrer diluted High Sulfur Diesel (HSD, 0.05 wt%) ratio of 3 %, 6 %, 10 %, 15 % and 20 %. The viscosity and shear stress of diluted lubricating oil were measured with the temperature range from $-10^{\circ}C$ to $80^{\circ}C$ using a rotary viscometer (Brookfield Viscometer). As the amount of MGO dilution increasing in lubricating oil, the viscosity and stress of those decreased, because the lubricating oil diluted MGO with low viscosity show the trends to decreased viscosity and shear stress. Especially, the viscosity and shear stress of lubricating oil radically decreased at low temperature ($0{\sim}-10^{\circ}C$) and doesn't effect in MGO dilution at over $40^{\circ}C$. As temperature risen, the reduction of the viscosity and shear stress in lubricating oil shows the Newtonian behavior. The lubricating oil was required to check up periodically to improve engine durability since the viscosity reduction by MGO dilution accelerating the engine abrasion.
The purpose of this study: firstly, investigate cognition of affiliated members about manpower distribution of the South Regional Headquarters Korea Coast Guard(SRH-KCG) and danweis. Secondly, seek ways to reasonable manpower distribution of SRH-KCG and danweis. And this study's research subjects are five coast guards(Busan coast guard, Tongyeong coast guard, Yeosu coast guard, Jeju coast guard, Seogwipo coast guard) belonged to SRH-KCG. The results of this study: firstly, 56.7% of affiliated members approved the need to organizational diagnosis. Secondly, must manpower loading in order of Busan coast guard Tongyeong coast guard Jeju coast guard. Thirdly, must manpower loading in order of maritime safety division the security division criminal investigation divition.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, organizational trust and organizational performance of special guard organization. This study had selected special guards from 4 different private guard companies which are in Seoul area on March 2011. Using Judgement Sampling, 161 samples were drawn for the use of final analysis. Questionnaire used in this study was consisted of the total 42 question, and executed frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value which represents the reliability of the survey came out to be over .592. The results are following: First, the organizational culture of special guard organization affects organizational trust. That is, when a developmental, reasonable, consensual and hierarchical culture is activated, cognitive emotional and behavioral trust is increased. Second, organizational culture of special guard organization affects organizational performance. That is, when a reasonable and consensual culture is activated, job-satisfaction becomes higher. On the other hand, when a developmental, reasonable and hierarchical culture is activated, organizational flow becomes higher. Third, organizational trust of special guard organization affects organizational performance. That is, when a cognitive emotional and behavioral trust works highly, job-satisfaction and organizational flow is increased. Fourth, Special security organization's organizational culture affects as a result in organization result. As well as organizational culture exerts direct influence on organization outcome, I exert effect that is indirect in organization outcome through action trust which is low rank factor of organization trust.

With the growing of smart devices market, malicious behavior has gradually expanded its scope. Accordingly, many studies have been conducted to analyze malicious apps and automated analysis tools have been released. However these tools cause the side effects that the application protection tools such as ProGuard, DexGuard become vulnerable to analyzers or attackers. This paper suggests the protection mechanism to apply to the Android apps using security token, rather than general-purpose protection solutions that can be applied in malicious apps. The main features of this technique are that Android app is not properly loaded in the memory when the security token is abnormal or is not inserted and protected parts using the technique are not exposed.
This study aims to analysis and measure on the curriculum of security programs in Korean university as the private security system. Civil security demand social safety life by the police protection and private security system. The private security or the civil guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. But the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. Then the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyze current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For that, we examine in 'Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards'? And, 'What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards'? and 'What the qualifications of the trainers'? Then, 'What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities'? 'Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities'? etc.. Conclusion, the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analysis of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. Then we have to a standard curriculum for the successful training education system to provide social security.
As time goes by, the diversity of crime has become a serious social problem in modern society, and the policing is increasing the role of private security guards in order to fill the policing. But Private guards stressful experience to perform the actual work is exposed to various crisis situations. Then, private security guards should be management because of private security impact on job burnout. This study aims to determine the empirical work experience in the field of private security guards to cope with stress according to the degree of job burnout. The results are as follows: First, it was the negative effects of the stress coping strategies of private security guards on physical and psychological burnout, and the statistic effects of the wishes coping strategies of private security guards on physical and psychological burnout. Second, stress coping strategies of private security guards, were not found to affect the dehumanization of job burnout. Third, the center of the problem of private security guards of the ways to cope with stress coping was lacking in a static(+) affecting the accomplishment of the job burnout. Therefore, the different types of stress that may arise private security guards physically exhausted, psychologically exhausted, lack of accomplishment in the course of the private security business perform. Finally, Managers of the private security guards, job burnout occurs should be focused on the factors pre-management and co-ordination.

According to the needs for the safety the demand of the private guard & security provided the safety and security service against danger is also increasing. As the need for the safety is increasing, so recently the private guard & security industry is extended. Therefore the purpose of this study is to grasp and carry out researches into the legal structure on the Security contract, is to analyze the formation of contract and find out the ensuing problem in order to prevent or settle the dispute which is apt to occur between the specific client and the security companies. In order to minimize the dispute going with security relationship in particular, it is necessary that one should write down the agreed contents as the document explicitly to make a security contract with the parties. Hereupon in the plan which standardizes the security contract with each parties autonomously, it is suggested that this study should present the model of Dispute Resolution Clause Especially it is the best means that it is amicable consultation or negotiation as the effective way of settlement methods of private dispute arising from the concerned parties. In inevitable case it recommends the method which solves the dispute by means of an arbitration than litigation at administration of justice(in terms of jurisdiction). If the parties wish to settle the disputes by arbitration, they must come to an arbitration agreement in the form of a arbitration clause in the security contract. After the test and evaluation through application utilizing it in actual security field, the security standard contract regulates about it and this terms should widely apply a individual case to whole industry.
