  • The reason to research the musical is it has a lot of useful things for the various studies department not only Korea Musical Theatre own although it has been a successful musical theater on the Off-Broadway by Reboot culture era. Even though does not release on Korea, the popular of the show and powerful results of environments have delivered through the international magazines and Youtube channels to Korea. To study of Musical will be lead us to the world which adopted to the social problems as the youth school violence, family communication hurdle, and religion missing by script not only the musical drama but the interpretation for Teen-agers social problem. There are many kinds of Neo educations are proved by smart learning as STEAM. The students who have been studied with the smartphone, I-pad, personal computer, or laptop as smart tools for class are familliar as feedback processing speedly. It would make them learn the skill for their knowledge of a digital age, but it should not let them how to understand other people's emotion as real although STEAM has emtion part. Besides they have communicated on the social network not the ordinary man but the special ego by themselves, as mention or retweet as like their amusements and make the gossip group. This study would show the perspective for understanding Teen-agers Social Problem and who is the victims today's juvenile problems though the musical based on Jim Taulli's directing.

Beneficial Effect of a Collagen Peptide Supplement on the Epidermal Skin Barrier (콜라겐 펩타이드의 피부 장벽 보호 효과)

  • Recent studies have revealed that collagen peptide (CP) plays a protective role in skin by improving the activity of antioxidants and acts as an inducer of skin regeneration by positive feedback. In this study, we focused on the beneficial effect of reinforcing the CP skin barrier. To evaluate the skin barrier, hairless mice were exposed to UVB irradiation and acetone-treatment, with or without oral administration of CP. The effects on skin appearance, trans-epidermal water loss, epidermal thickness, and cytokine content were measured using bioengineering and histochemical methods. In the CP treated group, the skin had better appearance and less damage than that of the control. Furthermore, in HaCaT cells, the amount of serinepalmytoyl transferase (SPT) mRNA increased by about 1.6-fold after treatment (CP, 100 mg/L), reflecting that CP can induce SPT expression and reinforce the recovery of skin barrier function. These results suggest that CP is not only an anti-wrinkling agent but also a potent candidate as an epidermal moisturizer.

Investigation of Teaching Practices using Smart Technologies and Science Teachers' Opinion on Their Application in Science Education (스마트기기를 활용한 과학 교사의 교수 실행과 과학교육에서 스마트교육 적용 방안에 대한 의견 조사)

  • In this study, we analyzed the teaching practices of science teachers using smart technologies and investigated their difficulties in implementing smart education and their educational needs. We also studied their opinions on the application of smart technologies in science education. The participants were seven science teachers who participated in the smart education study group of a science teacher association in Seoul. We elaborated on the characteristics of smart education in science education during comprehensive analyses of instructional materials used in science classes and the initial interviews. We then analyzed the second interviews by categorizing their responses inductively. All the science teachers used the 'instant access as needed', but their interactions, simply answering students' questions, were found to be at a low level. They did not effectively use the 'collaborative interaction with SNS or wiki-based service' for the support for interactive learning. While most collected learning results of their students and provided feedback in the aspect of 'individualization according to leaner level', they were not aware of 'context, situation, and location of learners' in smart education. While all the teachers extended learning opportunities by using learning resources widely in smart education, most were not aware of 'support for self-directed learning'. Most teachers believed that smart education should be developed to help students learn interactively and in a self-directed manner. They also provided many opinions on teacher training programs and environmental support for smart education. Based on the results, some considerations for implementing smart education in science instructions effectively are discussed.

A Study on the Users of the National Petition to CheongWaDae: Focused on their Motivations (청와대 국민청원 이용자 분석: 활용 동인을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze people's motivations to use the National Petition service of CheongWaDae, the Presidential Office of Korea. The online space has been used as a testbed of deliberative democracy. In fact, a wide variety of public opinions are being formed and gaining sympathy through the E-Petitions and Daum's Agora. In this regard, President Moon's government launched a petition site to gather public opinions. For any petition agreed on by more than 20,000 people within 30 days, the relevant ministry or the President's office must provide answers or feedback. This study wants to figure out how this National Petition is different from previous platforms like Agora or E-Petitions and why it is so well-received by people. This study uses a mix of both qualitative and quantitative methods. First, we conducted a focus group interview to factorize experiences of using the National Petition into measurable constructs. Second, we did a survey o 156 Koreans who had experienced the National Petition. Results show that symbolism, usefulness, gratification, and trust have positive impact on continuous usage intention. This study argues that symbolism, usefulness, gratification, and trust factors should be in place rather than technical aspects in order to increase the actual participation of users on the online platform of deliberative democracy. In addition, this study is meaningful in that it examined how different the CheongWaDae's National Petition is from the existing platforms for collecting public opinions and analyzed factors that encourage continuous use.

A Sensitivity Study on Nuclide Release from the Near-field of the Pyroprocessed Waste Repository System: Part 1. A Probabilistic Approach (파이로처리 폐기물 처분 시스템 근계 영역 내 핵종 유출 민감도: 제 1 부 확률론적 접근)

  • A parametric sensitivity to the annual exposure dose rate to the farming exposure group has been probabilistically carried out for three principal elements associated with the nuclide transport behavior in the near-field of the pyroprocessed waste repository system. Credit time for both metal and ceramic containers, annual nuclide release rete, and the degree of loss of bentonite buffer around the container are selected as the elements and investigated for important nuclides. All the elements are shown to be sensitive to the results. Methodology studied through this study and the results are expected to make a good feedback to the repository design. As a follow-up study, separated in Part 2, the A-KRS will be deterministically assessed and then compared among each other with the normal, the worst, and the best case scenarios associated with their extreme values these elements could have.

Effects of Activin on Testosterone-primed Immature Rainbow Trout Gonadotropin Release in vitro (Testosterone 처리한 미성숙 무지개송어 뇌하수체의 세포배양계에서 생식소자극초르몬 분비에 대한 Activin의 효과)

  • The present studies were conducted to evaluate the effects of activin-A on gonadotropins (GTHs) release in testosterone-treated immature rainbow trout Oncorhpynchus mykiss. The administration of testosterone elevated pituitary level of GTH II but not of GTH I. In this study using primary cultures of dispersed pituitary cells in static incubation, dose-dependent increases in GTH II release was observed in the activin-treated group at day 3 of incubation (long-term incubation), but not at day 1 of incubation (short-term incubation). Dopamine, a potent inhibitor of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH)-stimulated GTH II release in rainbow trout, was only partially effective in decreasing actvin-induced GTH II release. Furthermore, salmon GnRH (sGnRH)-stimulated GTH II release was not potentiated by the pretreatment with activin. However, the control mechanisms of GTH I release by activin and other hormones were not observed in the all tested experiments. The results of these studies support the contention that in contrast with the usual stimulatory effects of activin on GTH release in mammals, activin exerts long-term stimulatory actions on GTH II release in rainbow trout. The control mechanism of GTH I release, however, is a question that remains to be elucidated.

Cell Biological Study on Factors Affecting Brain Formation at Early Chick Embryo (1) The Effect of Serotonin (초기 계배의 뇌형성에 미치는 몇가지 요인에 관한 세포 생물학적 연구 (1) Serotonin의 영향)

  • The effect of tryptophan or serotonin on the early stage of chick brain development has been morphologically investigated using an electron microscope. The electron micrographs of neural plate cells of 1-day chick embryo treated with tryptophan or serotonin showed irregularity, evagination and disruption of nuclear membrane and nuclear chromatin condenstation, nucleolar margination and segregation. Hypertrophy of stalks, vesicles and vaculoes were seen and dilated and disrupted rough endoplasmic reticulum and underdeveloped neurotubules were also observed. In mesenchyme cells of tryptophan or serotonin administered 18 hr embryo, irregular nuclear membrane, swollen mitochondria, dilated rough endoplasmic reticulum and very large yolk granules were observed. Furthermore, DNA, RNA and protein contents of the embryos treated with typtophan or serotonin were considerably lower than those of control group. The amount of tubulin of the experimental groups was also greatly lower than that of control, suggesting that the impairment of microtubule formation occurred. Tryptophan or serotonin administration might depress the biosynthesis, of nucleic acid and protein including some enzymes tested. It seems that the serotonin formed from exogeneous tryptophan might inhibit the degradation of yolk granule by feedback regulation mechanism so as to impair microtububle and microvilli formation followed by a malformation of chick embryos.

Optimal Control for Multiple Serial Sampling Systems (다중시리얼 샘플링 시스템의 최적제어)

  • In industrial multivariable plants, it is ofte the case that the plant outputs are measured in similar components not simultaneously but serially. In this paper, the problem of estimating the state vector of the plant based on the data obtained from such a measuring scheme is considered, and a special type of observer(referred to as a $'$multiple serial-sampling$'$ type observer) which renews its internal states whenever a new group of data is obtained is proposed. It is proved that such an observer can be constructed for almost every sampling period if the palnt is observable as a continuous-time multivariable system, and that the poles of the closed-loop system using the multiple serial-sampling type observer consist of the poles of the observer and those of the state feedback system. The behaviors of the observer and the closed-loop system are studied by simulation. The results of simulation indicate that a multiple serial-ampling type observer can estimate the state of the plant more accurately than the ordinary type observers and improve the closed-loop performance, especially, in the existence of measuring noise.ng noise.

Designing Collective Intelligence-based Instructional Models for Teaching Socioscientific Issues (집단지성 원리를 적용한 과학관련 사회·윤리적 쟁점 수업 모형의 개발)

  • This study aimed to develop collective intelligence (CI) based instructional models for teaching socioscientific issues on the basis of intimate collaboration with science teachers, and to investigate the participating teachers' perceptions on the effectiveness of the instructional models. Adapting the ADDIE model, we suggested three types of SSI instructional models (i.e. generative model, exploratory model, and decision-making model). Generative models emphasized the process of brainstorming ideas or possible solutions for SSI. Exploratory models focused on providing students opportunities to explore various SSI cases and diverse perspectives to understand its controversial nature and complexity. Decision-making models encouraged students to negotiate or develop a group-consensus on SSI through the dialogical process. After implementing the instructional models in the science classroom, the teachers reported that CI-based SSI instructional models contributed to encouraging students' active participation and collaboration as well as to improving the quality of their argument or discourses on SSI. They also supported the importance of developing collective consciousness on the issues in the beginning of the SSI class, providing independent time and space for reflecting on their personal values and opinions with scientific evidence, and formulating an atmosphere where they freely exchanged opinions and feedback for constructing better collective ideas.

The Effect of SNAGs and Biofeedback Training on the Integrative Propriocepcion and Function of the Patients with Cervical Disorder (목의 기능장애 환자들에게 SNAGs기법과 바이오피드백 훈련이 통합적 고유수용성 감각과 목의 기능에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was undertaken to determine the effects of SNAGs (sustained natural apophyseal glides) and visual convergence biofeedback on the proprioception and neck disability of patients with chronic neck dysfunction. A total of 31 patients with neck dysfunction were assigned to either SNAGs (n = 16) or biofeedback (n = 15). The groups were assessed for proprioception and neck disability, before and after the intervention. The SNAGs were performed using belt with flexion, extension and right-left rotation, whereas biofeedback training included visual feedback training with deep neck flexor. Intervention was implemented for 20 minutes, twice a week for 4 weeks. Biofeedback training a showed significant effect on the joint position sense (left and right rotation) as compared to the SNAGs group (p< 0.05), whereas neck disability index was significantly effective for SNAGs (p< 0.05).
