용접로봇을 위한 아크센서 및 인?이스 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on the development of an arc sensor and its interface system for a welding robot)

  • An interface system was developed to offer the welding capability to a robot controller which had not any embedded function for arc welding before, and also an arc sensor algorithm was proposed for weld seam tracking of the welding robot. For the interface system between the robot controller and welding equipments, data communication software and interface connections were composed. The interface system was mae to correspond welding condition, correction data, operation sequence and current status with the robot controller by mutual had shaking and digital signal transfer. Graphic user interface program developed under the environment of windows made it easy to monitor data communication and operation status, and to control welding and sensing sequence. Arc sensing algorithm proposed in this study to compensate torch position error was based on a fuzzy logic with the variables of current difference and current differenced change at torch weaving extremities. The developed interface system could be successfully implemented in between welding equipments and the robot controller, and showed normal status and exact function in data and signal communication between the systems. The whole robot welding system was then examined to verify its welding and seam tracking capabilities in horizontal fillet, vertical fillet, and 3-dimensional fillet weldment. The experiments revealed sound weld bead shapes and also good seam tracing results.

  • Today is a 'high concept' era in which consumers make sensible consumption that shares a sensible bond with a brand. Therefore, it is important to analyze consumers' aesthetic awareness; namely, fashion feeling in the fashion industry. This study conducted research into a fashion design planning process according to a fashion feeling focusing on computer graphics suited to the 21st century digital trend. First, the study classified a fashion feeling with eight senses including elegance, classic, modern, mannish, sporty, avant-garde, ethnic, and romantic feelings. Second, the study made an image map, color map, material map, and style map with Adobe Photoshop CS3 by dividing a fashion planning process with a computer graphics program. Also, the study made a flat illustration with Adobe Illustrator CS3. Third, the study proposed the image map, color map, material map, style map, fashion illustration and flat illustration in the design planning process under the theme of the aforementioned eight fashion feelings.

이동식 기상 레이더 자료 시스템 개발 (A Data Processing System on the Transportable Meteorological Radar)

  • 본 논문에서는 이동식 기상 레이더를 효율적으로 운용하기 위한 자료 처리시스템에 관하여 논하였다. 이동식 기상 레이더는 특별한 목적을 위해 관찰 지역을 이동할 수 있다는 점에서 매우 유용한 장비이다. 무엇보다도 이 장비의 효용성을 높이기 위해서는 레이더 시스템과 기상 센터간의 원격지 데이터 전송이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 전송된 원시 데이터를 가지고 대기의 특성을 분석하고 사용자가 원하는 형태로 저장하고 표출할 수 있어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 이런 목적을 이루기 위해 레이더 시스템과 원격지 기상센터간에 데이터를 주고받기 위하여 무선 LAN 방식을 사용하였으며 또한 전송된 데이터를 이용하여 이동식 레이더에 효율적인 영상 표출 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 실시간 에코 추적과 그래픽 및 동영상 검색에도 사용될 수 있다.

데이터 플로우 기반 응용들을 위한 GPU 스케줄링 프레임워크 (A GPU scheduling framework for applications based on dataflow specification)

  • Recently, general purpose graphic processing units(GPUs) are being widely used in mobile embedded systems such as smart phone and tablet PCs. Because of architectural limitations of mobile GPGPUs, only a single program is allowed to occupy a GPU at a time in a non-preemptive way. As a result, it is difficult to meet performance requirements of applications such as frame rate or response time if applications running on a GPU are not scheduled properly. To tackle this difficulty, we propose to specify applications using synchronous data flow model of computation such that applications are formed with edges and nodes. Then nodes of applications are scheduled onto a GPU unlike conventional scheduling an application as a whole. This approach allows applications to share a GPU at a finer granularity, node (or task)-level, providing several benefits such as eliminating need for manually partitioning applications and better GPU utilization. Furthermore, any scheduling policy can be applied in response to the characteristics of applications.

고성능 카 오디오 DSP 설정을 위한 GUI와 통신 인터페이스 개발 (Development of GUI and Communition Interface for High Quality Car Audio DSP)

  • 최근의 고성능 카 오디오는 고음질과 다양한 음원입력 신호를 처리하기 위해 전용의 신호처리 칩을 사용하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 카 오디오 전용 DSP인 필립스의 SAF7730을 사용한 고성능 카 오디오 설계시에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 개발 도구를 제작하였다. 이 개발 도구는 윈도우 운영 체제에서 동작하는 설정 GUI프로그램과 통신 인터페이스 보드로 구성되어 있다. 설정 GUI프로그램은 사용자가 SAF7730에 내장된 신호처리 기능의 설정을 손쉽게 할 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 통신 인터페이스 보드는 설정 프로그램과 SAF7730간의 통신 프로토콜 및 데이터 포맷의 변환을 처리하도록 제작하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 시스템은 실제 상품화된 카 오디오 설계에 적용되어 그 유용성을 입증하였다.

  • The processes of informatization of the modern educational space are inextricably linked with the active introduction of innovative information technologies, which diversify the forms of education and upbringing. The use of these technologies in education due to their specific properties significantly enhances the clarity of learning, emotional impact on students, helps to deepen interdisciplinary links, intensifies students' work, and improves the organization of educational activities. Innovative information technologies offer new opportunities for the use of text, audio, graphic, and video information in lessons, enriching the methodological possibilities of the lesson. Today, the use of these technologies is becoming an integral part of the study of any subject. Using multimedia presentations, publications, and websites created by students in the learning process, they can develop learning skills. According to researchers, there are many multimedia programs for working with a computer in a music lesson, namely: a music player, a program for singing karaoke, a music constructor, music encyclopedias, and training programs. The introduction of innovative information technologies in the system of music education allows expanding learning opportunities.

고연색 LED용 적색 Sr2Si5N8:Eu2+ 형광체의 합성 및 발광특성 연구 (Synthesis and Luminescence of Sr2Si5N8:Eu2+ Red Phosphor for High Color-Rendering White LED)

  • Red phosphors, $Sr_2Si_5N_8:Eu^{2+}$, were synthesized as a single-phase crystal structure by optimizing carbon and $Eu^{2+}$ contents in a carbothermal reduction nitridation method. With increasing $Eu^{2+}$ contents, the photoluminescence spectra were red-shifted from 600 nm peak for 1 mol% for to 700 nm for 7 mol%. It was suggested that this red shift is attributed to the energy transfer from one low-energy sited $Eu^{2+}$ (1) to other high-energy sited $Eu^{2+}$ (2). Finally, the best red sample (620 nm emission peak and 80 nm half width for 3 mole% of $Eu^{2+}$) was packaged on a Blue LED together with two additional green and yellow phosphors, the fabricated White LED showed a high color-rendering index of 90 and white color coordinates of x= 0.321 and y = 0.305.

Connection Management Scheme using Mobile Agent System

  • The mobile agent paradigm can be exploited in a variety of ways, ranging from low-level system administration tasks to middle ware to user-level applications. Mobile agents can be useful in building middle-ware services such as active mail systems, distributed collaboration systems, etc. An active mail message is a program that interacts with its recipient using a multimedia interface, and adapts the interaction session based on the recipient's responses. The mobile agent paradigm is well suitable to this type of application, since it can carry a sender-defined session protocol along with the multimedia message. Mobile agent communication is possible via method invocation on virtual references. Agents can make synchronous, one-way, or future-reply type invocations. Multicasting is possible, since agents can be aggregated hierarchically into groups. A simple check-pointing facility has also been implemented. Another proposed solution is to use multi agent computer systems to access, filter, evaluate, and integrate this information. We will present the overall architectural framework, our agent design commitments, and agent architecture to enable the above characteristics. Besides, the each information needed a mobile agent system such as text, graphic, image, audio and video etc, constructed a great capacity multimedia database system. However, they have problems in establishing connections over multiple subnetworks, such as no end-to-end connections, transmission delay due to ATM address resolution, no QoS protocols. We propose a new connection management scheme in the thesis to improve the connection management involved of mobile agent systems.

가방용 3D 입체패턴 디자인 자카드 직물 개발과 감성구조 (Development and Sensory Evaluation of Jacquard Fabrics with Three Dimensional Pattern Design for Bag)

  • This study was developed using the DTP (digital textile printing) jacquard fabrics with a three-dimensional pattern for bag and evaluated the preference and emotional structure. The following conclusions were obtained. Three-dimensional patterns of 12 species using the illustrator program, including six kinds of designs based on the text and six kinds of character types based on the geometry of the basic design was developed. As a result of evaluating the preference of the three-dimensional pattern jacquard fabric, the most preferred fabric was a three-dimensional patterned jacquard fabric with a motif of the Korean consonant "ㅅ". The results of analyzing the emotional dimension of the three-dimensional pattern jacquard fabric, eight factors including simple image, feminine image, exotic image, graphic image, sporty image, masculine image, dynamic image and stereoscopic image were derived. Between emotional factors and preferences correlation analysis showed the stronger the simple image, the feminine image, and the sporty image, the more preferable. It suggested the possibility of a morphological and new fabric for bag, textile design motifs by using Hangul consonants attempt to limit the flatness of the existing geometric form patterns that can be applied to three-dimensional bag whether swirly patterns overcome.

지구과학 해양 단원의 웹 기반 학습자료 개발 및 효과 분석 (The Development of Web Based Instruction Program on Oceanography Unit and the Analysis of Its Effects in Earth Science Class)

  • 본 연구에서는 고등학교 지구과학의 해양 단원에 대한 웹 기반 학습 자료를 개발하고 개발한 웹 자료를 운영하여 그 효과를 밝혔다. 웹 기반 학습 자료로 학습한 두 학급과 동일한 내용의 모듈 학습지로 학습한 두 학급의 과학 성취도, 과학 태도 점수를 비교하였고 웹기반 학습 반의 WBI 평가 설문 결과를 분석하였다. 학업 성취도에서 웹 기반 학습의 주 효과가 나타났으나 수업처치와 학습능력 수준 사이의 상호작용 효과는 없었다. 전체 과학 성취도에서 웹 집단이 모듈 집단보다 높게 나타났으며 상위 수준 학습자와 하위 수준 학습자 모두 웹 집단이 모듈 집단보다 전체 성취도가 높게 나타났다. 과학에 대한 태도면에서 웹 학습이 모듈 학습보다 긍정적인 효과를 미친 것으로 나타났으며 과학적 탐구에 대한 태도, 과학적 태도의 적용, 과학 수업의 즐거움 등 세 가지 하위 범주별로는 과학적 탐구에 대한 태도 범주에서 수업처치의 주 효과가 있었으나 수업처치와 학습능력 수준과의 상호작용 효과는 없었다. 웹 기반 학습에 대한 학습자들의 평가결과를 보면 문자의 크기와 모양, 제시된 정보의 양, 중요한 내용을 강조하는 시각적 효과 등 화면 구성에 대하여 긍정적인 평가를 하였다. 또한 지시와 도움말의 역할이나 동화상이나 애니메이션 등 멀티미디어 효소에 대해서도 학습내용에 적합하게 설계된 것으로 평가하였다. 반면에 관련 내용의 학습 후 이전의 분기점으로 되돌아가는 경로선택의 문제, 현재 어느 부분을 학습하는지 학습 위치 파악의 문제 등 사용 편의성 측면에서는 일부 부정적인 반응이 나타났다.
