전국치기공과의 교과과정분석과 전망 (Prospect and Analysis about curriculum of the Department of Dental Laboratory Technology in the whole country)

  • The 3 year graduate school course of the dental technician, which has been enforced since 1994 till the present date, differs from the currently existing 2 year graduate course because of an 8 weeks clinical field training course being newly executed and an imposed curriculum about manufacturing specialized prosthetics like all-ceramic, double prosthetic technology, attachment, and implant. Even though nearly 10 years have passed, the education program of the 18 colleges have still not been standardized and the subjects differing a little, while some are still not following the 3 years graduate course. The goal of this research is to emphasize the qualities of the 3 years graduate program and enable the dental technician to handle clinical models in the dental technical clinic right after graduation by adding clinical field training in the dental technician education program of the 18 colleges. Also in accordance to a national and international increase in esthetical prosthetics, credits, weekly study hours, education practice time of specialized prosthetic dental technology can be analyzed as follows. 1. In the year 2003, currently colleges start clinical practice education starting from the 1st semester of the 2nd year junior year, to the 2nd semester of 3rd year the varying in time with adequate class time, and credits. The average credit is 9.56, and weekly average class time is 18.00 hours. later clinical trainee education will be adjusted to the 3 year graduate school course to 10 credits and 20 hours and the adequate education period should be the 2nd semester of 3rd grade when most basic clinical education has been covered. 2. Currently in the year 2003, all-ceramic education has an average credit of 8.01 in 17 colleges with an exception of Ma-san college. The weekly average theoretical education is 4.94 hours, weekly clinical education of 7.88 hours and currently in 14 colleges porcelain technical class usually starts in the 1st semester of the 2nd year. All-ceramic education is thought to have adequate credits, timing, and weekly study hours. 3. Currently in 2003 implant education is enforced in 11 colleges including Bu-san Catholic university and the education period is usually in the 3rd year. Out of the 11 colleges, only Bu-san Catholic univ., Ma-san and Shinheung college have practice training classes. We knew that Shingu, Dongu, Mokpo science colleges have practice training as a curriculum, namely specific prosthetics laboratory. Out of the 9 colleges enforcing implant education the average credits taken are 2.56, and the average hours of weekly theory education is 2.14, but with the exception of Shinheung college which has an implant practice training course theory and practice classes are not divided. Therefore implant education is thought to start in the 3rd year as a 3 credit course with 3 hours of theory and practice each. 4. Currently in 2003, theoretical attachment education is given in 15 colleges and including practical training it is given in 10 colleges. The education starts 1st semester of the 2nd year till the 2nd semester of the 3rd year. The average credit of attachment theory education in the 15 colleges was 3.64, the average weekly theoretical education was 2.64, and the average weekly practice training out of the schools teaching it was 3.20. Later attachment education is thought to start the 1st semester of the 3rd year as a 3 credit course with 2 hours of theory class and 3 hours of practice training. 5. Double prosthetic technology is currently carried out in Dae-jon Health Science college(2nd year 2nd semester, 2 credits, theory 2hours), Gimcheon college (1 credit, 2 hours of practical training), Bu-san Catholic university (4th year 2nd semester, 4 hours of theory. practice). When the 3 year course is enforced, education will start 1st semester of the 3rd year with 2hours of theory and practice each. 6. The newly installed programs of the 3 year education is clinical field training, and specialized prosthetic manufacturing practice like all-ceramic, double prosthetic technology, attachment, and implant. If such education is to be effectively managed, a primary precursor as systemic basic clinical education is thought to be important. 7. Nationally in the 18 colleges of dental technology the currently executed curriculum course had varying subjects, class time according to the subject, and credits by each college. The curriculum difference between the colleges must be settled.

근로자의 산업보건 지식과 태도에 관한 조사연구 (A Survey on the Knowledge and Attitude of Workers Concerning Occupational Health)

  • This research was carried out on 1,017 production workers for four months from May to August, 1991, to search more effective management method of their health by grasping their knowledge and attitude on industrial health. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. As for general characteristics, 74.2% were male and 25.8% were female among the 1,017 workers. The two largest age groups were 30~39, 38.7%. As for education level, graduation from high school was 58.6%, 61.2% were married, 35.9% owned their house, and workers who worked more than 1 year less than 5 years was 52.9%, workers who worked 8 hours a day was 46.7%, the largest group income level was 60~69 thousand won 21.2%, and the degree of satisfaction with work was ordinary, 45.6%. 2. The degree of recognition concerning occupational diseases was 92.5% at a very high rate. Causes of occupational diseases under the present work field were in order of noise, dust, heavy metal. The largest group of the counterplan for prevention was an improvement of working environment, 62.0%. 3. The major cause that threatens worker's health was poor working environment, 31.4%. As the best method for workers' health management, working environment management was pointed. 4. As for health examination result, the response that it is of use to health management was 53.8%. As for examination method and result, 42.7% responded that they are formal. The practice period was more than once every six months as the largest group, and the highest desire for improvement was that they wants an exact information of the result. 5. 49.3% of the respondents know about the measurement of working environment an the response that the measurement is necessary to improve working environment was 57.9%, and that the results from the measurement were reflected on improvement an management 57.5%. Appropriate period to take a measurement was more than once per six months, 40.2% and per three months, 29.1%. 6. As for safety and halth instruction, 34.5% were educated for both, 38.2% for only safety education and just 4.6% for only health education. 51.9% responded that they had never been educated out of work place. The period of its practice was more than once a month, 39.5% and every three months, 21.3%. 7. The importance of safety and health showed that the one is equal to the other, 59.8%, that the one is more important, 29.6%, and that other is more important, 7.6%. 67.7% said the necessity of a safety and health manager. 8. In spite of more or less health obstacle of work environment, 14.9% of the respondents wanted to overwork to gain an allowance for over-time work, 39.9% didn't, and 40.2% according to condition and state. 9. As the most important cause of industrial accident, 40.2% indicated unsafe behavior. As for the individual protective instrument, 66.1% of all the respondents said they have worn it to protect industrial diseases. 10. As for the degree of understanding of the contents in Industrial Safety and Health Law and Industrial Law of Accident Insurance, an affirmative response was respectively 49.3% and 50.8% and the sources of safety-health information were televisions and radios, 28.0%. Therefore, it is necessary that we do positive working environmental improvement, continuous management and health education's inforcement to increase their health and prevent occupational diseases.

전문계 고등학교 의상과 교육에 대한 교사와 학생의 인식 (The Recognition of teachers and students on clothing department education in vocational high school)

  • 전문계 고등학교 의상과 교육의 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하고자 전국의 전문계 고등학교 의상과 교육현황을 자료를 통해 조사하고, 의상과 교육에 대한 학생과 교사의 인식을 설문지를 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 전문계 고등학교 의상과는 전국 10개교이며 학과 명칭이 다양했다. 교사의 교원자격 표시과목은 의상, 가정 등이고, 실습실은 각 학교마다 2~7개가 설치되었다. 전문교과 단위 수는 82~112단위로, 의복재료관리, 복식디자인, 서양의복구성은 10개 학교에서, 한국의복구성은 9개 학교에서 개설하였고, 홈패션, 편물, 한국무늬, 자수과목의 개설 빈도는 낮았다. 학생의 의상과 선택 동기는 대학진학 가능성이 가장 컸고 만족도는 보통이었다. 전문교과 교육과정에 대한 만족도는 보통이었고, 이론과 실습 모두 다소 어렵고, 이론과 실습시간의 비율은 적당하다고 인식했다. 서양의복구성을 중요하게 생각하고, 자수/편물은 폐지되기를 원했고, 패션코디가 개설되기를 희망했다. 실습시설에 대해 보통의 만족을 보였고, 현장실습은 다소 필요하다고 인식했다. 대부분 졸업 후 진학을 희망했고, 실습시설 및 기자재 확충 요구가 가장 높았다. 교사는 전문교과 교육과정에 대해 보통으로 만족하고 불만족 이유는 산업체와의 거리감 때문이 가장 많았다. 교과서의 개선이 필요하며, 이론과 실습 모두 다소 어렵게 느꼈고, 이론과 실습의 비율은 적당하고, 전문교과 교과목 수는 보통이라고 인식했다. 서양의복구성을 중요하게 생각하고, 자수/편물 과목의 폐지를 바랬으며, 패션CAD의 개설을 희망했다. 실습시설에 대한 만족도는 보통이며, 현장실습의 필요성은 보통이라고 하였다. 학생의 진로로 취업보다 진학이 전망이 밝다고 인식하였고, 진학위주로 교육하고 있었다. 연수 내용으로 유행하는 패턴 연수가 가장 필요하다고 하였다. 애로사항으로 수업 외 업무과중을 들었으며 교원 수의 증가를 원했다. 의상과 교육은 직업교육과 계속교육의 두 가지 목표를 달성하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 직업교육을 위해 산업체 현장실습과 같은 산학연계 등을 통해 취업에 힘쓰고 이를 위해 다양한 실습 프로그램을 개발해 실습수업을 활성화 해야 할 것이다. 또한 현실적으로 대학 진학을 원하는 학생들이 많으므로 계속교육에 대한 요구도 무시할 수 없어 동일계 전형을 통한 대학 입학도 적극 지원하도록 해야 한다. 또한 의상과 전문교과의 내용수준을 교사와 학생 모두 다소 어렵게 느끼고 있으므로 교과내용 수준의 조정이 필요하며 중요도와 선호도에 따른 교과목의 조정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교사의 증원이 필요하며, 교육의 질을 높이기 위하여 의상과는 의상전공 교사가 담당해야하며, 교사의 재교육으로 다양하고 정기적인 연수가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

  • The great sudenn change of circle of dental laboratory technology brought mary discord between the new growing environmental group and the old group, In order to know the satisfactory degree of dental laboratory heads about all dental College, This Study was conducted for 49 detal technicians who graduated from junior laboratory heads in Seoul and Kyoung Gi area. The results are abtained as follow- 1. By age The degree of Satisfaction of items about all graduate dental technician were "41$\sim$45 age" group 26.53%), "46$\sim$50 age" group 22.45%, "36$\sim$40 age" group 18.36%, "31$\sim$35 age" group 12.24%, "51$\sim$55 age" group and "56$\sim$60 age" group 8.16% 60$\sim$age group 4.08% in order. 2. By Job Career. The Highest degree item out of Satisfaction about all graduated dental dental technician was 21$\sim$25 years group 28.5%, 16$\sim$20 years 20.4%, 11$\sim$15 years group 12.24%, 26$\sim$20%, 6$\sim$10 years group 4.08%, below 5 years group 2.04% in order. 3. By managing term of respondent's dental laboratory. The Satisfactory degree of items about all gradate technician were 7$\sim$10 years group 36.73% over 15 years group 22.45%, 11$\sim$14 years group 20.41%, 3$\sim$6 years group 14.29% below 2 years group 6.12% in order 4. By dental technician number of respondent's dental laboratory. The satisfactory degree intems about man were as follow; 6$\sim$9 persons group is 42.86 % The Satisfactory degree items about woman were one persons group in 34.69% 5. By born place The dental laboratory heads mean of inters about all dental technician were Seoul group 20.64 %, Kyoung Gi 17.20 %, Jen Nam group 14.99 % Chung Nam 9.5%in order 6. The satisfactory degree of items about all graduate dental technician were neither good nor bad group 32.65%, bad 6.12%, By ability of adaptaton, The satisfactory degree items about man were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 40.82%. The satisfactory degree of items about woman were neither good nor bad group 40.82% bad group 36.73%. 7. By sincerity. The satisfactory degree of items about man dental technician who graduated from Junior College were neither good nor bad group 52.02%, bad group 4.08, The satisfactory degree about woman dental technician graduated from Junior College were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 6.12%. 8. By ability of basical of items about man were bad group 40.82 %. The satisfactory degree about woman were 46.94%. 9. By cooperation relation ship. The satisfactory degree of items about man were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 10.20%. The satisfactory degree about woman were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 10.20 %. 10. By ability of work. The satisfactory degree of items about man were neither good nor bad group 48.98%, bad group 4.08%. By occupational satisfaction. The satisfactory degree of items about all graduate dental technician were fatisfied group 14.29%. By the out look of employment. The satisfactory degree of items about man greduate dental technician were neither good nor bad group 34.69 %, bad group 10.20%, about woman graduate dental technician were neither good nor bad group 44.90%, bad group 10.20%, Their employment prospect is not so bright or oprimistic due to the glut supply by graduates in the job-seeking market 13. The opinion regarding the initial salary. ranging from \160,000 to \200,000 for the junior college graduate dental technicians shared 57.14%. The top ratio, while the satisfaction reate on the academic study period of "3-year" group shared 22%, also the top ratio. 16. The improvement policy and prblematic issues presonted by the owner and operatore of atriticial dental manufacturing plants are as shown below First; The viewpoint that they contribute to the improvement of people's oral health in terms of their mission as artificial dental technicians. Second: The cultivation of basic technical ability to cope with clinical practice upon graduation Third; They require guidance in study and research in their filed of profession, that tray may beable to estaclish a from theory.

일부지역 산업재해환자 실태 조사 연구 -대구${\cdot}$경북지역 일부 종합병원 중심으로- (A Study of Industrial Patients from Selected General in the Kyung Pook and Taegu City areas)

  • The purpose of this study is to research the actual conditions of industrial accident patients and to produce worker satisfaction and a rational and effective counter measure plan. Direct interviews with 179 cases (in and out patients) were carried out during a three month period from April to July 1990, at six hospitals : two general hospitals Sun Lin and Sung Mo in Po Hang, and four general hospitals in Taegu : Kyung pooh University Hospital, Dong San Medical Center, Young Nam Medical Center and Catholic Hospital. The results of this study are summarized as fellows : 1. Among the 179 cases, $51.6\%$ were male and $48.4\%$ were female. The two largest age groups were 30-39, $31.8\%$ and 20-29, $27.4\%$. Among the 179 cases, $51.6\%$ were married, the largest family number was 2 to 3, $41.1\%$ and 4 to 5, $25.6\%$. Educationally, graduation from high school was the largest group, $46.4\%$ among ,the patients, followed by middle school and primary school. The largest group income level was from 40-69 만원, $45.2\%$. The largest group of patients who worked over 50 hrs. a week was $52.0\%$. The largest group of patients who worked less than 1 year was $44.7\%$, of the patients in work places of less than 100 people, $60.3\%$ were injured and in work places of 100-299 people, $20.1\%$ were injured. In manufacturing, the largest group injured was $55.3\%$, the next group was transport, storage, communication. The largest group of production workers injured was $40.2\%$. 2. The cause of injury in the largest group was facility problems, $33.5\%$. The next group was unsafe habits, $30.2\%$ ; a lack of safety knowledge, $17.9\%$ ; and insufficient supervision, $12.3\%$. The 30-39 year age group head the highest number of injuries, $40.4\%$ ; work places with more than 10 years of work, $44.4\%$ ; work places with more than 1000 people, $56.3\%$ and mining accidents, $80.0\%$. Among. these groups the highest cause of injury was due to facility problems. 3. The accident pattern showed machinery injuries $28.5\%$ as the largest group, followed by falls & falling objects $17.3\%$, fire & electric $15.1\%$, strucke by an object $14.5\%$, followed by overaction and vehicular accidents. The accident pattern showed $46.4\%$ among workers over the 50 year age group, workers in the 5-10 year group, $50.0\%$ ; places employing more than 1000 workers, $35.3\%$ ; construction $73.7\%$, and construction workers $57.1\%$, among these fall & falling objects caused the greatest number of injuries. 4. The largest group of injuries was fractures $54.8\%$, trauma $14.5\%$, amputation $11.7\%$, open wound, and burns. The largest number of fractures occurred in people in the 30-39 year age group, $63.2\%$ : over 10 years of work, $55.0\%$ ; in work places of 300-490 people, $63.6\%$ ; construction $63.2\%$ and general workers $57.2\%$. 5. The largest group of injuries was upper extremity $45.3\%$, lower extremity $24.0\%$, trunk $18.5\%$ and head or neck $12.2\%$. Of these groups, upper extremity injuries were the highest in those less than 20 years old $75.0\%$, less than 1 year or work $59.5\%$, in work places of 500-999 people $60.0\%$, manufacturing $56.6\%$ and production workers $55.6\%$. 6. Periods of injury showed 34 people injured in September, to be the largest followed by October, 32 ; August, 22 people : July, 19 people and the lowest December, 2 people. During the week, Friday had the largest group injured, 35 people ; followed by Saturday, 26 people and the lowest was Wednesday, 17 people, During the day 1400 hours had the largest group injured, 38 people ; followed by 800 hours, 31 people. 7. On a basis of 5 as the highest mark, the average, according to worker satisfaction showed facility safety 3.55, work environment 3.47, income 3.44, job 3.21 and treatment 2.98. 8. The correlation between general characteristics and injury showed that age was directly correlated to the duration of work (r=2591) p<0.01, age was directly correlated to industry (r=2311) p<0.01, and the duration was directly correlated to occupation (r=4372) p<0.001.

창업가역량이 창업만족도와 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 직무적합도의 조절효과 검증 (Effects of Entrepreneurial Competencies on Entrepreneurial Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction: Moderator Effect of Person-Job Fit)

  • 지속적인 취업난으로 인해 일자리 수는 점진적으로 감소하고 있으며, 이에 창업이 그 대안으로 나타나고 있다. 정부에서는 창업친화적 문화를 구축하기 위해 다양한 창업지원프로그램을 운영하고 있음에도 불구하고 청년창업자는 죽음의 계곡을 견디지 못하고 사라지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창업을 지속적으로 영위하기에 필수적인 창업만족도와 사회적 인식으로 작용할 수 있는 삶의 만족도를 분석하여 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 한국고용정보원이 제공하고 있는 '대졸자직업이동경로조사(이하 GOMS)' 설문 참여자 비임금근로자 중 창업자 573명을 대상으로 진행했다. 창업가역량과 창업만족도, 삶의 만족도의 관계 그리고 직무적합도의 조절효과를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업가역량은 창업만족도와 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업가역량과 창업만족도 간의 관계에 있어 직무적합도는 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업만족도는 창업가역량과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에 있어 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 창업유형(단독/동업)에 따른 집단 간 차이를 분석한 결과, 동업한 집단이 창업만족도와 삶의 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 주요 시사점으로는 첫째, 연구대상인 대학졸업자들의 창업만족도와 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해서 대학 차원에서 학생들의 창업가역량을 진단하고 높여줄 수 있는 프로그램 설계가 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 창업가역량은 창업자가 갖추어야 할 기본적인 내재적 요인이며, 창업자는 물론이고 창업지원기관의 지원프로그램 창업자 선발시 중요한 평가요소로서 작용되어야 한다. 셋째, 공동창업에 있어 발생될 문제(직책, 임금, 경영권, 수익금배분, 결재방식 등)에 대하여 객관적인 자료로 문서화함으로서 상호간 신뢰를 지속할 필요가 있다. 넷째, MZ세대의 도전 정신과 창의력으로 무장한 세대가 실패를 하더라도 지속적으로 도전할 수 있는 환경을 구축할 필요가 있다.

한국농수산대학 졸업생 영농정착 성공 사례집의 Text Mining - 주요단어의 빈도 분석 및 word cloud - (Text Mining of Successful Casebook of Agricultural Settlement in Graduates of Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries - Frequency Analysis and Word Cloud of Key Words -)

  • 본 연구는 한농대에서 발간하는 청년 농어업인들의 우수한 영어·영농 정착사례에서 의미 있는 정보를 추출하고자 프로그램 R의 Text mining으로 주요단어를 추출하고 시각화를 위하여 word cloud를 작성하였다. 먼저 전체 표본에 대한 text mining 결과에서는 '대표', '이사', '생각', '자신', '시작', '마음', '노력' 등이 상위 50개 핵심 단어 가운데 빈도수가 높게 나타난 단어들이다. 이는 젊은 농부들이 회사의 경영주가 되기 위해서거나 또는 경영주로서 그들 스스로 생각하고 판단하고 추진하는 능력을 갖추고 있음을 표현이며 자기의 꿈을 버리지 않고 스스로 꿈꾸는 일을 헤쳐 나가는 모습의 표현이라 할 수 있다. '아버지', '부친' 및 '부모님' 등의 단어 빈도수가 높은 것은 부모협농과 승계농의 비율이 높은 경영형태의 영향이라 할 수 있으며, '한국농수산대학', '대학', '졸업', '공부' 등의 단어는 이들의 높은 교육의식을 나타낸 결과이며, '유기농'과 '친환경' 의 단어는 우수사례자들의 친환경 농업에 대한 관심도를 나타낸 결과라 할 수 있다. 또한 '판매', '체험' 등의 6차산업 관련어는 농어업·농어촌을 활성화시키기 위한 이들의 노력을 나타내는 결과라 할 수 있다. 한편 '인터넷', '블로그', '온라인', '홈페이지', 'SNS', 'ICT', '융복합' 및 '스마트' 등의 단어들은 비록 상위 50위 안에는 없었으나 이들 단어들이 빠지지 않고 추출된 결과는 영어·영농의 과학화·첨단화에 청년농부들의 관심이 높아지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로 품목별 샘플에 대하여 빈도수가 상위 50위 이내인 주요단어를 그룹화 한 결과로서 축산, 채소 및 수산은 '시설', 식량작물은 '장비', '기계' 등의 빈도수가 높게 나타냈다. '친환경'은 채소작물과 식량작물에서 나타났으며, '유기농'은 채소, 식량작물, 과수에서 나타났다. 식량작물에서는 '우렁이'가 추출되었으며, 우수농수산물을 의미하는 '인증'은 수산에서만 나타났다. '6차산업' 관련단어로 '생산'은 모든 계열, '가공', '유통'은 과수, '체험'은 채소, 식량작물 및 과수에서 나타났다. 그리고 텍스트 마이닝으로 추출한 단어를 시각화하기 위하여 전체 샘플과 각 품목별로 word cloud를 작성하여 구조화되지 않은 비정형 텍스트인 우수사례들이 내포하고 있는 의미를 글자의 크기로 알 수 있도록 나타냈다.

창업보육서비스에 따른 입주기업의 창업보육센터 의존도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Startups' Dependence on Business Incubation Centers)

  • 창업보육센터는 창업을 준비하는 예비창업자 및 신규 창업자에게 사업을 영위하는데 필요한 자원 및 서비스를 제공하고, 사업을 수행하는 과정에서 발생되는 다양한 문제의 해결에 도움을 주고 있다. 그러나 이러한 지원은 상황에 따라 기업의 자생력을 높이기보다는 창업보육센터에 대한 의존도를 높이는 경향이 있다. 본 연구는 창업보육서비스를 제공형태에 따라 인프라 지원, 네트워크 연계 지원, 직접 지원으로 분류한 후에 이들 서비스의 제공이 입주기업의 창업보육센터 의존도에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고, 아울러 입주기간에 따른 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 세 가지 보육서비스 모두 의존도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었으며, 입주기간에 따른 조절효과는 기간이 늘어날수록 네트워크 연계 지원서비스에 정의 효과가 있는 반면 직접 지원서비스는 부의 효과가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 입주기간이 늘어감에 따라 직접 지원서비스의 경우에는 입주기업이 센터의 자원을 흡수하여 기업의 역량으로 만들어 가지만, 네트워크 연계 지원서비스는 기업의 센터에 대한 의존도를 높이고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 따라서 신생기업이 자생력을 갖기 위해서는 보육서비스를 보육기간에 따라 차별적으로 제공해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

기록관리학의 발전을 위한 교육과정연구 -준하태(駿河台)(스루가다이)대학(大學)의 경우를 중심(中心)으로- (A Study on the Curriculum for Record Management Science Education - with focus on the Faculty of Cultural Information Resources, Surugadai University; Evolving Program, New Connections)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 일본에서의 기록관리학 교육의 현황을 개관하고, 몇 가지 중요한 이슈와 문제점을 언급하면서 이 분야의 급속한 성장의 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 기록관리학 교육의 목적은 정보서비스의 질을 향상시키고 정보전문가의 적절한 공급을 보장하는 것이다. 기록관리학프로그램은 학생들에게 전문직업 교육을 하는 것이므로 교육과정에는 교육과 실무 훈련이 모두 포함되어야 한다. 이점은 흔히 이론과 실제의 대비로 표현된다. 학습이 이루어지는 환경의 사회적, 경제적 및 기술적 현실의 합류점이 양자에게 모두 영향을 준다. 본 논문은 일본에서의 기록관리학 교육의 역사적 배경과 현황을 검토한다. 또한 교육기관들의 다양한 형태의 교과과정과 교수진을 분석하되 일본 최초의 종합적인 대학 수준 프로그램인 스루가다이대학교의 학부프로그램에 초점을 둔다. 스루가다이대학교 문화정보학부는 정보학 분야를 통합한 새로운 학부로서 다양한 문화정보자원관리의 이론과 실제를 연구하기 위해 1994년도에 설립되었다. 그 목적은 archival science, records management, 박물관 학예직 및 사서직 분야에서 전문적 훈련을 제공함으로써 정보학 분야의 연구를 촉진하고 장려하는 것이다. 학부에는 두 개의 학과가 있고 각각에는 두 개의 코스가 있다; 문화정보학과. - 영상정보코스, - 관광정보코스 지식정보학과: 지식커뮤니케이션코스, 레코드 아카이브스코스 전체 교과과정의 구조는 역시 기본과목 교육부터 단계적으로 조직된다. 학생이 대학교에 입학하면 바로 수강하는 오리엔테이션과목들은 전문교육의 입문이 되며, 대학에서의 기본적인 학습 연구방법을 배운다. 1학년과 2학년 동안 학생들은 전문화를 위한 필수단계로서 기초과목과 기간과목들을 수강한다. 이를 위해 광범위한 주제의 과목들이 개설된다. 개설코스수는 약 150개에 이른다.3학년부터는 자신의 주전공이 해당하는 특정 코스를 시작하며 세미나와 실습을 통해 습득한 지식을 실제에 적용하게 된다. 각 학과에 속한 코스들은 2학년을 시작하는 학생들에게 개설된다. 그러나 두 학과 간에 넘을 수 없는 장벽은 없으며 졸업필요요건에 약간의 차이만 있을 뿐이다. 학생들은 자신이 속한 학과에 관계없이 3 4학년 세미나를 선택할 수 있다. 문헌정보학 학사학위를 받으려면 기초과목군(예: 문헌정보사회사, 문화인류학, 과학사, 행동과학, 커뮤니케이션 등)에서 34학점, 외국어에서 16학점(영어 10학점 포함), 정보처리에서 14학점(이론과 실습 포함), 그리고 자신의 전공코스에서 60학점을 취득해야 한다. 마지막으로 일본 기록관리학교육이 당면하고 있는 몇 가지 과제와 문제점을 아래와 같이 간단히 요약한다. - 관련 분야 및 유사 프로그램과의 결합 및 조화, - 교과과정 개선, - 교과서 부족, - 유능한 교수의 부족, - 졸업생의 취업문제 정보서비스가 점점 더 복합, 통합, 멀티미디어어화 되어감에 따라 정보전문직들은 다른 분야의 전문가들과 더욱 긴밀하게 협력할 필요가 있을 것이다. 아키비스트, 레코드메니저 및 박물관 큐레이터와 함께 일하는 것이 정보전문직으로서의 사서직의 생존에 필수적이 될 것이다. 더욱 정보화되는 사회에서 변화를 견뎌내려면 문화기관 내 모든 사람들의 강력한 연대가 요구된다. 미래의 동료들이 경쟁력을 갖게 하기 위해서는 정보전문직 간에 그리고 국경을 넘어서 파트너쉽을 구축하고 강화할 필요가 있을 것이다.

병원 간호행정 개선을 위한 연구 (A Study for Improvement of Nursing Service Administration)

  • Much has teed changed in the field of hospital administration in the It wake of the rapid development of sciences, techniques ana systematic hospital management. However, we still have a long way to go in organization, in the quality of hospital employees and hospital equipment and facilities, and in financial support in order to achieve proper hospital management. The above factors greatly effect the ability of hospitals to fulfill their obligation in patient care and nursing services. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal methods of standardization and quality nursing so as to improve present nursing services through investigations and analyses of various problems concerning nursing administration. This study has been undertaken during the six month period from October 1971 to March 1972. The 41 comprehensive hospitals have been selected iron amongst the 139 in the whole country. These have been categorized according-to the specific purposes of their establishment, such as 7 university hospitals, 18 national or public hospitals, 12 religious hospitals and 4 enterprise ones. The following conclusions have been acquired thus far from information obtained through interviews with nursing directors who are in charge of the nursing administration in each hospital, and further investigations concerning the purposes of establishment, the organization, personnel arrangements, working conditions, practices of service, and budgets of the nursing service department. 1. The nursing administration along with its activities in this country has been uncritical1y adopted from that of the developed countries. It is necessary for us to re-establish a new medical and nursing system which is adequate for our social environments through continuous study and research. 2. The survey shows that the 7 university hospitals were chiefly concerned with education, medical care and research; the 18 national or public hospitals with medical care, public health and charity work; the 2 religious hospitals with medical care, charity and missionary works; and the 4 enterprise hospitals with public health, medical care and charity works. In general, the main purposes of the hospitals were those of charity organizations in the pursuit of medical care, education and public benefits. 3. The survey shows that in general hospital facilities rate 64 per cent and medical care 60 per-cent against a 100 per cent optimum basis in accordance with the medical treatment law and approved criteria for training hospitals. In these respects, university hospitals have achieved the highest standards, followed by religious ones, enterprise ones, and national or public ones in that order. 4. The ages of nursing directors range from 30 to 50. The level of education achieved by most of the directors is that of graduation from a nursing technical high school and a three year nursing junior college; a very few have graduated from college or have taken graduate courses. 5. As for the career tenure of nurses in the hospitals: one-third of the nurses, or 38 per cent, have worked less than one year; those in the category of one year to two represent 24 pet cent. This means that a total of 62 per cent of the career nurses have been practicing their profession for less than two years. Career nurses with over 5 years experience number only 16 per cent: therefore the efficiency of nursing services has been rated very low. 6. As for the standard of education of the nurses: 62 per cent of them have taken a three year course of nursing in junior colleges, and 22 per cent in nursing technical high schools. College graduate nurses come up to only 15 per cent; and those with graduate course only 0.4 per cent. This indicates that most of the nurses are front nursing technical high schools and three year nursing junior colleges. Accordingly, it is advisable that nursing services be divided according to their functions, such as professional, technical nurses and nurse's aides. 7. The survey also shows that the purpose of nursing service administration in the hospitals has been regulated in writing in 74 per cent of the hospitals and not regulated in writing in 26 per cent of the hospitals. The general purposes of nursing are as follows: patient care, assistance in medical care and education. The main purpose of these nursing services is to establish proper operational and personnel management which focus on in-service education. 8. The nursing service departments belong to the medical departments in almost 60 per cent of the hospitals. Even though the nursing service department is formally separated, about 24 per cent of the hospitals regard it as a functional unit in the medical department. Only 5 per cent of the hospitals keep the department as a separate one. To the contrary, approximately 12 per cent of the hospitals have not established a nursing service department at all but surbodinate it to the other department. In this respect, it is required that a new hospital organization be made to acknowledge the independent function of the nursing department. In 76 per cent of the hospitals they have advisory committees under the nursing department, such as a dormitory self·regulating committee, an in-service education committee and a nursing procedure and policy committee. 9. Personnel arrangement and working conditions of nurses 1) The ratio of nurses to patients is as follows: In university hospitals, 1 to 2.9 for hospitalized patients and 1 to 4.0 for out-patients; in religious hospitals, 1 to 2.3 for hospitalized patients and 1 to 5.4 for out-patients. Grouped together this indicates that one nurse covers 2.2 hospitalized patients and 4.3 out-patients on a daily basis. The current medical treatment law stipulates that one nurse should care for 2.5 hospitalized patients or 30.0 out-patients. Therefore the statistics indicate that nursing services are being peformed with an insufficient number of nurses to cover out-patients. The current law concerns the minimum number of nurses and disregards the required number of nurses for operation rooms, recovery rooms, delivery rooms, new-born baby rooms, central supply rooms and emergency rooms. Accordingly, tile medical treatment law has been requested to be amended. 2) The ratio of doctors to nurses: In university hospitals, the ratio is 1 to 1.1; in national of public hospitals, 1 to 0.8; in religious hospitals 1 to 0.5; and in private hospitals 1 to 0.7. The average ratio is 1 to 0.8; generally the ideal ratio is 3 to 1. Since the number of doctors working in hospitals has been recently increasing, the nursing services have consequently teen overloaded, sacrificing the services to the patients. 3) The ratio of nurses to clerical staff is 1 to 0.4. However, the ideal ratio is 5 to 1, that is, 1 to 0.2. This means that clerical personnel far outnumber the nursing staff. 4) The ratio of nurses to nurse's-aides; The average 2.5 to 1 indicates that most of the nursing service are delegated to nurse's-aides owing to the shortage of registered nurses. This is the main cause of the deterioration in the quality of nursing services. It is a real problem in the guest for better nursing services that certain hospitals employ a disproportionate number of nurse's-aides in order to meet financial requirements. 5) As for the working conditions, most of hospitals employ a three-shift day with 8 hours of duty each. However, certain hospitals still use two shifts a day. 6) As for the working environment, most of the hospitals lack welfare and hygienic facilities. 7) The salary basis is the highest in the private university hospitals, with enterprise hospitals next and religious hospitals and national or public ones lowest. 8) Method of employment is made through paper screening, and further that the appointment of nurses is conditional upon the favorable opinion of the nursing directors. 9) The unemployment ratio for one year in 1971 averaged 29 per cent. The reasons for unemployment indicate that the highest is because of marriage up to 40 per cent, and next is because of overseas employment. This high unemployment ratio further causes the deterioration of efficiency in nursing services and supplementary activities. The hospital authorities concerned should take this matter into a jeep consideration in order to reduce unemployment. 10) The importance of in-service education is well recognized and established. 1% has been noted that on the-job nurses. training has been most active, with nursing directors taking charge of the orientation programs of newly employed nurses. However, it is most necessary that a comprehensive study be made of instructors, contents and methods of education with a separate section for in-service education. 10. Nursing services'activities 1) Division of services and job descriptions are urgently required. 81 per rent of the hospitals keep written regulations of services in accordance with nursing service manuals. 19 per cent of the hospitals do not keep written regulations. Most of hospitals delegate to the nursing directors or certain supervisors the power of stipulating service regulations. In 21 per cent of the total hospitals they have policy committees, standardization committees and advisory committees to proceed with the stipulation of regulations. 2) Approximately 81 per cent of the hospitals have service channels in which directors, supervisors, head nurses and staff nurses perform their appropriate services according to the service plans and make up the service reports. In approximately 19 per cent of the hospitals the staff perform their nursing services without utilizing the above channels. 3) In the performance of nursing services, a ward manual is considered the most important one to be utilized in about 32 percent of hospitals. 25 per cent of hospitals indicate they use a kardex; 17 per cent use ward-rounding, and others take advantage of work sheets or coordination with other departments through conferences. 4) In about 78 per cent of hospitals they have records which indicate the status of personnel, and in 22 per cent they have not. 5) It has been advised that morale among nurses may be increased, ensuring more efficient services, by their being able to exchange opinions and views with each other. 6) The satisfactory performance of nursing services rely on the following factors to the degree indicated: approximately 32 per cent to the systematic nursing activities and services; 27 per cent to the head nurses ability for nursing diagnosis; 22 per cent to an effective supervisory system; 16 per cent to the hospital facilities and proper supply, and 3 per cent to effective in·service education. This means that nurses, supervisors, head nurses and directors play the most important roles in the performance of nursing services. 11. About 87 per cent of the hospitals do not have separate budgets for their nursing departments, and only 13 per cent of the hospitals have separate budgets. It is recommended that the planning and execution of the nursing administration be delegated to the pertinent administrators in order to bring about improved proved performances and activities in nursing services.
