RoBERTa 기반 데이터 증강을 통한 국내 학술 논문 분야 분류 연구 (Classification of Domestic Academic Papers Through RoBERTa-based Data Augmentation)

  • 현재 대부분의 국내 학술 데이터 베이스는 개별 학술지 논문의 주제를 파악하는 표준화된 정보를 거의 제공하지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 논문의 제목만을 활용하여 학술 논문의 분야를 자동으로 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 한국어로 사전 훈련된 KLUE-RoBERTa 모델을 사용하며, Back Translation 과 Chat-GPT 를 활용한 데이터 증강을 통해 모델의 성능을 향상한다. 연구 결과, Back Translation 과 Chat-GPT 를 사용하여 증강한 모델이 원본 데이터를 학습한 모델보다 약 11%의 성능 향상을 보였다.

  • With the rapid development of AI technology, ChatGPT and other AI content creation tools are becoming common, and users are becoming curious and adopting them. These tools, unlike search engines, generate results based on user prompts, which puts them at risk of inaccuracy or plagiarism. This allows unethical users to create inappropriate content and poses greater educational and corporate data security concerns. AI content detection is needed and AI-generated text needs to be identified to address misinformation and trust issues. Along with the positive use of AI tools, monitoring and regulation of their ethical use is essential. When detecting content created by AI with an AI content detection tool, it can be used efficiently by using the appropriate tool depending on the usage environment and purpose. In this paper, we collect data on AI content detection tools and compare and analyze the functions and characteristics of AI content detection tools to help meet these needs.

  • This paper examines the trends of AI Foundation Model development and the competition to lead the related ecosystem, which have been rapidly unfolding since the emergence of ChatGPT, focusing on big tech companies in the United States. Based on this understanding of background knowledge, I analyzed and presented the main contents of the initial report reviewed by the UK competition authority, CMA, on potential competition issues that may arise in the process of innovations resulting from FM development. In addition, the trend and background of the CMA's investigation into the OpenAI-Microsoft partnership, whose importance has recently been highlighted, were also explained. It is expected that a reasonable domestic policy plan will be established by referring to these UK policy trends and monitoring & analyzing domestic industries.

Design and Implementation of AI Recommendation Platform for Commercial Services

  • In this paper, we discuss the design and implementation of a recommendation platform actually built in the field. We survey deep learning-based recommendation models that are effective in reflecting individual user characteristics. The recently proposed RNN-based sequential recommendation models reflect individual user characteristics well. The recommendation platform we proposed has an architecture that can collect, store, and process big data from a company's commercial services. Our recommendation platform provides service providers with intuitive tools to evaluate and apply timely optimized recommendation models. In the model evaluation we performed, RNN-based sequential recommendation models showed high scores.

  • 인공지능 기술은 기술과 교육을 조합한 에듀테크(EdTech) 분야에서 효율적인 교육 콘텐츠 제공과 개인화된 학습자 환경을 구축 등 새로운 혁신을 이끌고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 발전된 생성형 AI를 활용한 프로그래밍 교육 소프트웨어를 개발한다. 최근 잘 알려진 ChatGPT API 기반으로 프로그래밍 코드 분석에 최적화된 프롬프트를 연동했다. 이외 프로그래밍 소스 코드 학습에 필요한 기능을 UI로 설계하고 AI 챗봇 기반의 질의/응답 템플릿 기능으로 개발하였다. 본 연구는 생성형 인공지능을 활용한 교육 프로그램 개발의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

Association between SMAD2 Gene and Serum Liver Enzyme Levels in the Korean Population

  • Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have identified a number of common variants associated with serum liver enzyme homeostasis in population. In the previous study, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in several genes have been reported to be associated with serum liver enzyme levels in European population. We aimed to confirm whether the genetic variation of SMAD2 (SMAD family member 2) gene influence the serum liver enzyme levels in Korean population. We genotyped variants in or near SMAD2 in a population-based sample including 994 unrelated Korean adult. Here, we performed association analysis to elucidate the possible relations of genetic polymorphisms in SMAD2 gene with serum liver enzyme levels. By examining genotype data of a total of 944 subjects in 5 hospital health promotion center, we discovered the SMAD2 gene polymorphisms are associated with serum liver enzyme levels. The common and highest significant polymorphism was rs17736760 (${\beta}$=3.51, P=5.31E-07) with glutamic oxaloacetic transferase (GOT), rs17736760 (${\beta}$=5.99, P=1.25E-05) with glutamic pyruvate transaminase (GPT), and rs17736760 (${\beta}$=15.68, P=9.93E-07) with gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) in all group. Furthermore, the SNP rs17736760 was consistently associated with GOT (${\beta}$=5.25, P=1.72E-06), GPT (${\beta}$=9.97, P=1.16E-05), GGT (${\beta}$=26.13, P=3.43E-06) in men group. Consequently, we found statistically significant SNP in SMAD2 gene that are associated with serum levels of GOT, GPT, and GGT. In addition, these results suggest that the individuals with the minor alleles of the SNP in the SMAD2 gene may be more elevated serum liver enzyme levels in the Korean population.

  • Serum liver enzyme levels are widely used in the clinical diagnosis of liver diseases and the assessment of liver status. They also have epidemiological significance to be prospective risk factors for type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease. In the previous study, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in several genes have been reported to be associated with serum liver enzyme levels in American population. We aimed to confirm whether the genetic variation of C16orf47 (chromosome 16 open reading frame 47) gene also influence the serum liver enzyme levels in Korean population. We genotyped variants in or near C16orf47 in a population-based sample including 994 unrelated Korean adult. Here, we performed association analysis to elucidate the possible relations of genetic polymorphisms in C16orf47 gene with serum liver enzyme levels. By examining genotype data of a total of 944 subjects in 5 hospital health promotion center, we discovered the C16orf47 gene polymorphisms are associated with serum liver enzyme levels. The common and highest significant polymorphism was rs7203412 (${\beta}$=3.68, P=3.66E-06) with glutamic oxaloacetic transferase (GOT) and rs7203412 (${\beta}$=6.2, P=7.06E-05) with glutamic pyruvate transaminase (GPT) in all group. Furthermore, the SNP rs7203412 was consistently associated with GOT (${\beta}$=6.41, P=6.78E-08) and GPT (${\beta}$=11.53, P=2.81E-06) in men group. Consequently, we found statistically significant SNP in C16orf47 gene that are associated with serum levels of GOT and GPT. In addition, these results suggest that the individuals with the minor alleles of the SNP in the C16orf47 gene may be more elevated serum liver enzyme levels in the Korean population.

  • Objectives: The hepatotoxicity induced by Acetaminophen (AAP) mostly mediated by effect on oxidative stress parameters. The Zataria multiflora (Z.M) is an herbal medicine with well-known antioxidant effect. The aim of this study is investigation of preventive effects of Z.M and Carvacrol (CAR) on AAP-induced hepatotoxicity in rats. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into four groups including: 1) Control, 2) Acetaminophen (AAP), 3) and 4) CAR. The saline, Z.M (200 mg/kg) and CAR (20 mg/kg) were administrated orally for 6 days, after that AAP (600 mg/kg) was administrated in the $7^{th}$ day. Blood sampling was performed on the first and last days. Also, the liver tissue was removed for evaluation of Malondyaldehide (MDA), Thiol content, Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Catalase (CAT). Total Protein (tPro), Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (GOT), Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (GPT) and Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) in liver tissue were evaluated. The changes (${\Delta}$) of enzymes activities were presented. Results: The ${\Delta}GOT$, ${\Delta}GPT$ and ${\Delta}ALP$ in CAR group significantly decreased compared to AAP group (P < 0.01 to P < 0.001) and ${\Delta}GPT$ in Z.M group was significantly reduced in comparison with AAP group (P < 0.05). Also, MDA, Thiol, SOD and CAT levels in treated groups were attenuated compared to AAP group (P < 0.05 to P < 0.001). Conclusion: Z.M and CAR have a powerful hepatoprotective effect. CAR is more effective than Z.M. Based on the results. Z.M and CAR could be potent supplementary agents against hepatotoxicity of AAP in patients.

  • TextRank 알고리즘을 활용한 연관 단어 추천 시스템과 사용자가 선택한 단어 기반 아이디어 생성 서비스를 반응형 웹으로 제공한다. 연관 단어 추천 시스템에서는 TextRank 알고리즘을 이용한 단어별 가중치 부여 방법 및 SoftMax를 적용한 확률 출력 방법을 논한다. 아이디어 생성 서비스에서는 mini-GPT를 이용한 아이디어 생성 방법과 인공지능 강화학습 방법에 대해 논한다. 반응형 웹에 대해서는 React와 Spring Boot, Flask 간의 연동 과정에 대해 논하며 전체적인 구동 방식에 대해 서술한다. 사용자가 원하는 주제를 입력하면 연관된 단어를 제공한다. 사용자는 연관된 단어를 선택하거나 원하는 단어를 추가하여 마인드맵을 구성한다. 사용자가 구성된 마인드맵에서 조합할 단어를 선택하면 새로 생성된 아이디어와 그와 연관된 특허를 제공한다. 본 웹서비스는 생성된 아이디어에 대해 다른 사용자와 공유할 수 있으며, 별점으로 사용자 피드백을 받아 인공지능을 개선한다.

텍스트마이닝과 ChatGPT 분석을 활용한 기업과 대중의 ESG 인식 비교: 지속가능경영보고서와 소셜미디어를 기반으로 (Comparing Corporate and Public ESG Perceptions Using Text Mining and ChatGPT Analysis: Based on Sustainability Reports and Social Media)

  • 최근 기업의 지속가능한 성장을 이끄는 ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) 관리의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 기업과 일반 대중 간의 ESG에 대한 인식 차이를 실증적으로 밝히고, ESG 정책의 시행을 방해하는 부정적인 여론과 그 배경을 규명하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해, LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 토픽모델링, JST(Joint Sentiment Topic Modeling) 및 의미연결망분석 기법을 사용하여 지속가능경영보고서와 소셜미디어에서의 주요 키워드와 토픽, 그리고 그 연결관계를 분석하였다. 또한, ChatGPT를 활용하여, 텍스트마이닝 분석의 결과를 보완하였다. 분석 결과, 기업과 일반 대중 간 ESG에 대한 인식과 중요도에 상당한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 구체적으로, 기업들은 위기 관리, 투명한 지배구조, 윤리적 경영 등에 집중하여 신뢰를 구축하려 했으나, '그린워싱', '중대재해', '불매운동' 등과 같은 부정적 키워드가 자주 소셜네트워크에서 등장하여, 많은 대중들이 기업의 ESG 이슈 처리에 대해 의심하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기업, 정부 기관, 고객 및 투자자를 위한 ESG 전략수립에 도움이 될 수 있는 가이드라인을 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
