RTK-GPS와 전자평판을 이용한 지적측량 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cadastral Surveying Method using RTK-GPS and Digital Plane Table)

  • South Korea is currently promoting cadastral computerization to modernize the field. Problems of cadastral mismatches are mostly resolved through cadastral mismatch organization projects. Three-dimensional cadastral drafting Is also on its way to wide adoption. In order to safeguard the property ownership rights of people and deliver accurate cadastral information quickly by constructing a three-dimensional cadastral information system, this study intends to provide solutions to survey real-time kinematic GPS (RTK-GPS) in mobile environments and to produce three-dimensional cadastral maps real-time using digital plane tables.

  • 차량의 정확한 위치를 자동적으로 파악하여, 차량위치정보를 필요로 하는 사용자에게 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 지도정보와 합성하여 제공하는 차량위치파악 시스템에 관한 연구가 다양한 방법으로 발전되어져 왔다. 인터넷과 무선통신의 급속한 기술발전과 편리한 사용성, 경제성을 고려해 볼 때, 인터넷과 무선통신을 연결시킨 차량위치파악 시스템의 발전가능성 및 확장성이 클 것으로 생각된다. 이에 따라 실질적으로 기반 구축이 되어있는 현재 수준의 인터넷과 무선통신을 위성항법과 연결하여 차량위치파악 시스템을 실제로 구축해보고, 현재 제기되는 문제점들과 실시간 차량위치파악시스템을 위해 앞으로 더 개발/발전되어져야 할 기술들을 제시한다.

  • This paper discusses the surveying of a power transmission line using Real Time Kinematic(RTK) GPS technology. The use of RTK provides users with an accurate position at the moment in time. Application result of a 765kV transmission line surveying proved to be more accurate and efficient than using a traditional EDM (Electro-magnetic distance measurement) method. More, decrease in numbers of trees cut down which is a major cause of public discontents was achieved. Improvements in doing a surveying of a power transmission line using GPS is expected in the future.

  • We propose the monitoring system scheme for the CPS/INS integrated navigation system. The design requirements of the monitoring system are suggested and the software scheme based on GUI is proposed. The proposed monitoring system consists of an I/O interface part, a navigation data display part, and a post-processing part. The I/O interface part is responsible for data communication between the monitoring system and a navigation computer unit. The navigation data display part provides various display methods to show the navigation data to user in real-time. The post-processing part collects the navigation data to analyze the performance of navigation system. The proposed monitoring system software was developed using the Visual C++ programming language and a van test was carried out to demonstrate the real-time operation of the monitoring system. The test result shows that the proposed monitoring system can be effectively applied to the CPS/INS integrated navigation system.

  • Ready-Mixed Concrete transportation business has been managed by the manual operation and intuitive decision making. This study is on the process improvement on ordering process, and allocation/transportation of trucks commuting between the batching plant and construction sites. Processes of order collection, job dispatch and allocation, and on-time-delivery are analysed and improved. The logistics control system, with GPS system, was developed and implemented based on the reconstructed processes. Performances are evaluated after improved business process and logistics system was applied, and it is shown that waiting time loss is decreased by 55%, and that efficiency is increased by 15%.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 센서네트워크 환경에 적용할 수 있는 불법 침입자를 감지하는 시스템으로 GPS의 위성시간과 단말기 노드 내부의 암호화 동기 시간 설정 알고리즘을 혼합하여 시간 중심의 암호화 인증시스템을 설계하여 불법적인 외부노드의 침입을 탐지하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 GPS의 시간 정보와 RTC(Real Time Clock) 칩과 동기화 하여 시간 정보를 실내에서도 사용할 수 있으며, 마이크로프로세서 내부 타이머 설정 시간 등을 고려하여 다중화된 시간 정보를 이용하여 보다 높은 수준의 침입 감지 시스템을 개발하여 효율성을 제시하고자 한다.

RTK-GPS 기반의 김포공항 이동지역 차량통제 시스템 개발방안 연구 (A Study on the Development of AVCS(Airside Vehicle Control System) in Gimpo Airport Based on RTK-GPS)

  • The development of Airside Vehicle Control System(AVCS) at Gimpo Airport aims to reduce ground safety accidents in movement area and improve airport operation efficiency and safety management service quality. The vehicle is controlled by a brake controller RTK-antenna and On-Board Diagonostics(OBD) module. Location data is transmitted to a nearby communication base station through a Wi-Fi router and the base station is connected to the AVCS by an optical cable to transmit location data from each vehicle. The vehicle position is precisely corrected to display information using the system. The system allows airport operators to view registered information on aircraft and vehicles and monitor their locations speeds and directions in real time. When a vehicle approaches a dangerous area alarm warnings and remote brake control are possible to prevent accidents caused by carelessness of the driver in advance.

일점측위에 의한 GPS측정 (GPS Surveying by A Point Positioning)

  • As a satellite positioning system, GPS is designed to provide the information on three dimensional position, velocity, and time all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to obtain what day has the best accuracy and what time has the best accuracy of measuring of forteen-twenty mimutes for effective using of MAGELLAN G.P.S NAV DLX-10 system. The result of measurement maximum deviation value from November, 1997 to March, 1998 that latitude deviation is 3' .75 and longitude deviation is 2' .1 And the result of measurement maximum deviation value during fourteen minutes of April 29, 1998 that latitude deviation is 3' .75 and longitude deviation is 1' .9. The result of measurement maximum deviation value during twenty minutes of May 6, 1998 that latitude deviation is 4' .75 and longitude deviation is 2' .1 and that is provid 3' .25, 4' .1 to May 13, 1998. So, we expect efficient use of horizontal position for navigation.

포항·광주 로란-C 시간동기시스템 구축 결과

  • GPS 항법 시스템은 재밍(jamming)에 취약한 것으로 알려져 있다. 실제로 2010년부터 북한은 서해상과 수도권에 GPS 전파교란 공격을 감행, 운행 중이던 선박과 항공기의 네비게이션 등에 다수의 장애현상을 유발시켰다. 이것에 대한 대안으로 eLoran(enhanced Long Range Navigation)이 GPS 항법 시스템을 보완할 수 있다고 알려져 있다. 이에 따라 해양수산부(MOF)는 기존 포항·광주 로란-C 송신국에 UTC(Coordinated Universal Time) 기반의 시각동기시스템 구축하여 지상파 eLoran 시스템으로 활용하기 위한 eLoran 사업을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 포항·광주 로란-C 송신국에 UTC(Coordinated Universal Time) 기반의 시각동기시스템을 구축하기 위한 요구 사항을 살펴보고, 이 요구 사항에 따른 포항·광주 로란-C 시각동기시스템의 구축 결과에 대해 기술하였다.

  • This study was conducted to develop a robust navigator which could be in positioning for precision farming through developing a plural GPS receiver with 4 sets of GPS antenna. In order to improve positioning accuracy by integrating GPS signals received simultaneously, the algorithm for processing plural GPS signal effectively was designed. Performance of the algorithm was tested using a simulation program and a fixed point on WGS 84 coordinates. Results of this study are aummarized as followings. 1. 4 sets of lower grade GPS receiver and signals were integrated by kalman filter algorithm and geometric algorithm to increase positioning accuracy of the data. 2. Prototype was composed of 4 sets of GPS receiver and INS components. All Star which manufactured by CMC, gyro compass made by KVH, ground speed sensor and integration S/W based on RTOS(Real Time Operating System)were used. 3. Integration algorithm was simulated by developed program which could generate random position error less then 10 m and tested with the prototype at a fixed position. 4. When navigation data was integrated by geometrical correction and kalman filter algorithm, estimated positioning erros were less then 0.6 m and 1.0 m respectively in simulation and fixed position tests.
