전자 전기 회로는 낙뢰, 인체에 대전된 전하의 방전 및 스위칭 동작에 의해서 생긴 광도 써어지 전압이 침입하는 경우가 종종 발생하게 된다. 그러한 이상전압에 대해서 회로를 보호하기 위해서 회로의 절연내력을 증기시키거나 보호장치를 부착한다. 일반적으로 경제적인 면을 고려하여 보호장치를 부착하는 방법을 채택하고 있다. 지금까지 과전압 흡수소자로서 SiC, 제너 다이오드, 방전갭 및 ZnO 바리스터의 구조, 제조방법, 전기적인 특성, 응용범위 및 앞으로의 개발 과제에 대해서 소개하고져 한다.

In general, simple correspondence analysis has handled mainly correspondence relations between the row and column categories but can not display the trends of their change over the time. For solving this problem, we will propose DSCA(Dynamic Simple Correspondence Analysis) of transition matrix data using supplementary categories in this study, Moreover, DSCA provides its trend of the change for the future by predicting and displaying trend toward the change from a standard point of time to the next.

정보통신의 비약적인 발전과 더불어 보건의료에 대한 사회적 인식 변화로 인해 의료 서비스에 대한 개선의 요구가 점차 증대되고 있다. 의료서비스와 정보통신의 결합은 e-Health라는 보건의료분야의 새로운 비즈니스 영역을 탄생시켰다. 늦은 감이 있지만, 국내에서도 e-Health 산업의 성장이 본격화됨에 따라 정책적으로도 이를 적극 육성하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 영국, 일본, 미국의 e-Health 현황을 살펴보고 국내 e-Health 산업에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Construction CALS is actively being pursued in Korea and Japan. This paper overviews the similarities and differences between both CALS. And this paper reveals both countries have a common ultimate goal of construction CALS, but a slight differences in their implementing processes. Lately Korean construction CALS places much emphasis upon supporting construction management for contractors and project owner, while Japanese construction CALS has made an great efforts in the electronic bidding system and implementing intelligent CAD system and its application. With a firm support and active involvement of enterprises, both countries will flexibly adapt their construction CALS to the changes in future technological trends and build-up of information infrastructure.

Since The Korean Reliability Society had been founded in 1999, development history of reliability engineering in Korea is reviewed and research outputs and papers from 2008 to current are analyzed in terms of types of industry, product life cycle, hardware vs software, and theory vs application. The purpose of this research is to review the recent reliability engineering research conducted in Korea including development history as well as published papers to identify the weakness and/or deficiencies in order to suggest the future research directions, which would contribute the development of industries in Korea.

OpenFlow 기술은 기존의 폐쇄적인 네트워킹 기술을 개방형 네트워킹 기술로 변화시켜서 새로운 네트워킹 기술 발전을 위한 기반을 제공하였다. OpenFlow 기술의 상용화 및 표준화를 촉진시키기 위해서 설립된 ONF(Open Networking Foundation)는 네트워킹 기술을 컴퓨팅 기술로 재해석하고 OpenFlow 기술을 기반으로 SDN(Software-Defined Networking) 기술을 정의하였다. SDN 기술은 네트워크 비용 및 복잡성을 근본적으로 해결하는 기술로, 기존 네트워킹 기술의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 기술을 근본적으로 변화시키는 미래인터넷 기술로 떠오르고 있다.

IT technologies(Chips, Grid and e-Science) are rapidly changed from 1965. In 1965, Intel co-founder Gordon Mooresaq the future. His prediction popularly known as Moore's law, state that the computer chips double in power every 18 months Grid computing offers a model for solving massive computational problems by making use of the unused resources of large numbers of disparate, often desktop, computers treated as a virtual cluster embedded in a distributed telecommunications infrastructure. In this paper, I will discuss current status of supercomputing technology and haw we can use these on CFD. Functionally, one can classify Grids into several types:

Sheep meat is the most expensive meat in developed countries. Consumption is dependent on cultural factors and will increase as population and incomes grow. In the main exporting countries (New Zealand and Australia), sheep numbers are decreasing as the market for wool is declining. Sheep meat production will develop in small and medium scale commercial systems, close to their markets.

Although it is difficult to predict the future engineers, including optical engineers, must do it on a regular basis. After all, what is the generation of a new optical design, but an attempt to predict what will be needed next year\ulcorner But optical engineers do not consult oracles or look into crystal balls, instead they look at past history, new research, and the trends in technology.
