The purpose of this study is to derive obstacle factors to 'high value vocational training' and to suggest development strategies. The training aims to solve the quantitative and qualitative problems of female employment by providing professional training in high value areas such as ICT, SW and knowledge service. To verify the training to meet these objectives, 48 processes operated in 2018 were analyzed and field monitoring was conducted. As a result of the analysis, problems were identified and improvements were derived in terms of learners management, training course design, field practice operation, and performance evaluation. Based on these results, researchers suggested four ways to develop high value vocational training. First, select learners based on combined talent and second, strengthen the project of linking enterprises and structured field practices. Third, establish a performance evaluation system of its own and manage performance and fourth, expand support for excellent training courses and provide consulting for course development. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for establishing policies for high value occupational training. In the future, quantitative research should be conducted to clarify the performance and problems.

Under the influence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there is a emphasis on capacity building based on computational thinking to foster talent for future. In Korea, SW education has been mandatory since 2018. Since 2017, research has been conducted on the definition of SW education capability and the development of diagnostic tools. At this time, the diagnostic tool for middle school has been revised and supplemented once in 2018 and is used so far. In response to the request from the field to expand the information diagnostic test for middle school to elementary school and high school, it began as one of the 2019 study on the effectiveness of SW leading schools. In this study, we develop a diagnostic tool for elementary and high school based on the diagnostic tool for middle school. Expert validity verification and preliminary inspections are carried out. Preliminary examinations will analyze the reliability, discrimination, and difficulty of the questions, and look forward to seeing the potential as a testing tool in the future.
This study is to examine and compare the preference for occupation, reasons of preference for occupations, and confidence of occupations or future of them by analysing 'self-portraits after 20 years' of science gifted/talented. The level of preference for talent-related occupations of gifted/talented students was merely 29.2, whereas that for medical world was 32.6%(the highest level). 74% of them had confidence of that their own dream or hope come true. Main reasons of selecting occupation for the future were 'service for social-national development', and 'convenience for life'. It is necessary to endeavor nationally, socially, and educationally to develop interest and preference of the science gifted/talented for science-related occupations, and confidence for the future, and contribute talents of them to nation.
The purpose of the study is to explore the justification and the possibility of convertgent gifted education through science and arts. Because the nature of art make up the base of each discipline and the creative talents in the heart of gifted education can be achieved through arts education. In order to achieve the purpose of these studies, three aspects have been explored. First, the relevance between the ontological nature of arts and gifted education discussed in philosophical and aesthetic point of view was explored. Second, the practical possibility was confirmed through an analysis of previous studies about the science and arts for gifted education. Finally, by looking at today's social and cultural phenomenon and future talent, it was argued that the development of convergent talent must be needed in the future. This paper will be a springboard for follow-up study to prove the feasibility of convergent gifted education through identifying factors in creative thinking process of gifted students in science and arts. And views of convergent gifted education with artistic will be expanded further and newly recognized. In addition to, it is expected that this study will help the establishment and operation Arts Gifted Education Institute in University and Science and Arts Gifted School.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of core competencies recognized by Korean sports students and to identify directions and methods for strengthening the competence of sports students in the future direction of future society. The results of analysis of 309 students of sports major students are as follows. First, the importance of core competencies recognized by college students in sports was in the order of self - management capacity, interpersonal capacity, communication capacity, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capability, and global capability. Second, the students' performance of their core competencies evaluated by sports college students was in the order of interpersonal competence, self-management competence, communication competence, comprehensive thinking ability, global competency, and resource information technology utilization competency. Third, the difference between the importance of core competence and the degree of performance was found to be significant in all areas, and the areas of great difference were total thinking, communication ability, resource information technology utilization capacity, self-management capability, Relationship competence. While college students in sports college have relatively high level of interpersonal competence, self-management competence and communication ability, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capacity and global competency are weak. Therefore, It will be able to be reborn as the talent required by society. Therefore, universities need to cultivate competitive sports talent through innovation of curriculum and capacity of faculty, and it should be recognized that this can be linked to the competitiveness of universities.
Student research has been proposed as an educational strategy to fulfill the current requirements in basic medical education (BME) and to compatible with the self-directed development of professionalism. It is commonly accepted that the goals of student research are to develop the competencies of critical, reflective, and self-directed thinking; problem-solving; and creativity; as well as to acquire the skills necessary to search for information and analyze the literature; to cultivate the talent of mastering a specialized field through deeply intensified learning; and to establish close relationships between students and supervisors. To successfully implement student research, authorities on BME should to plan the procedure for the student research projects and allocate personal and material resources adequately in order to provide the opportunity for self-evaluation and reflection through the completion of daily records, to develop the habit of consistently evaluating one's own study, and to maintain a collegial relationship between students and supervisors by offering the proper feedbacks in a timely and consistent manner. In conclusion, despite several obstacles and difficulties in the establishment of successful student research projects, student research could provide students the motivation to develop themselves into expert academic researchers, and play a role in educating students to help solve patients' problems based on scientific evidence in the future.

Grit, a concept conceived in 2007 by Duckworth and others in the United States, is based on positive psychology that focuses on growth and development through individual strengths. Recently, "Grit", which means patience and enthusiasm for long-term goals, has emerged as a key factor of personality strength. In Korea, Joo-hwan Kim (2013) was the first to conceptualize and study the subject of Grit. However, there have been no overview studies that systematically summarize the overall trends and flow in the research of Grit so far. There have been 147 research papers on Grit published so far in Korea. The purpose of this study was to conduct trend analysis on the subject of Grit by analyzing forty-three (43) master's and doctoral dissertations, thus presenting the direction of future research on Grit through careful analysis. In the studies conducted, it was found that Grit is a very significant variable linked to self-efficacy. It is also a subjective belief that can help an individual achieve his/her educational goals, and go through failure resynchronization. In addition, Grit is very significant as a practical core indicator of how fusion talent is fostered for the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore, there is a need for more in-depth research from the viewpoints of workplace learning, experiential learning, or informal learning, as well as research into Grit characteristics.

Joint research on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering and the use of ICT knowledge through network formation play an important role in strengthening science and technology-based innovation capabilities and facilitating the development and production process of products using new technologies. For the purpose of this study, I would like to strategically propose ICT specialized education in the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, the ICT specialization model, ICT specialization strategy analysis, and ICT specialization operation and effect were explored to establish ICT specialization strategies centered on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering in the era of super-intelligence, hyper-connected, and hyper-convergence. Secondly, a roadmap for detailed promotion tasks related to efficient ICT characterization based on core strategies, detailed promotion tasks, and programs was proposed, focusing on talent related to ICT characterization. Thirdly, we would like to propose a reorganization of the academic structure and organization related to ICT characterization. Finally, we would like to propose the establishment of a future-oriented education system related to ICT specialization based on the advanced education and research environment.
Venture business plays a great role in creating national competitive power in every country. In particular, software venture business can mostly belong to manufacturing business, and takes the top seat of core industry as the basis of globalization, informatization and localization as well as the driving force of national competitive power. However, software venture business still has some risks in the whole area of business administration including the process of business starting. There are also problems to be solved in such areas as manager's ability, leadership, talent, level of technical development, marketing channel, recruiting of marketing specialists, financial plan and fund raising. In this respect, this study divides 102 software venture businesses into two; business in the stage of growth and matured business through the analysis of questionnaire and analyzes their present managerial conditions according to their characteristics after classifying them into four categories such as general management, technical development, marketing, finance and accounting. Therefore, this study attempts to provide the basic data useful for business activities of software venture business from now on. The results are as follows; First, it can be judged that software venture businesses make efforts for their technical development in their character, and that they make a great investment in research and development. Consequently, it can be believed that this kind of investment must be continued in the future. Second, it can be seen that they are not much interested in marketing and its manpower. In fact, software venture businesses develop products technically at the risk of their life, while marketing plays an important role in the continuity of business. Thus, it is necessary for them to invest in the supplement of manpower in marketing. Third, it is observed that they generally have some difficulties in raising money from outside. By the way, it. is believed that this problem will be solved by appealing to the persons interested such as investors and creditors, if evaluation system would be developed more exquisitely so that their accounting and technical value may be appraised.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that affect middle-old aged housewives' participation in lifelong learning as a part of human resource development. Through purposive sampling, the study recruited 163 full-time housewives over age 40 years who live in C City. As a result, first, 87.1 percent of all respondents, or 142, said they were willing to participate in lifelong learning in the future. There was no statistically significant difference in the results of cross-checking by age, educational background and monthly household income variables. Additionally, we used cluster analysis to measure differences in participation intentions according to the perception of human resource development of middle-old aged full-time housewives. The perception variable of lifelong learning is: First, Cognitive degree, second, importance, third, activation awareness. Cluster 1(n=16) was divided into generally low-perception types, such as cognitive degree, importance, and life-long learning activation of the C city, while Cluster 2(n=61) was classified as a type of person who thinks that lifelong learning is important to life and Cluster 3(n=86) was generally classified as a type with a higher lifelong learning perception. and we found that there was no difference in the intention to participate in lifelong learning by all cluster Lastly, we found that participants who valued human resource development scored significantly higher on measures of cognition than those who did not value it. Based on these results, we advocates social change that encourages the cultivation of talent through lifelong learning programs that can positively affect one's unique identity, not just wife and mother, and provide opportunities for self-development.
