초·중등학교 보건교사의 직무분석 -DACUM 기법을 이용한- (Job Analysis of School Health Teachers in Korea -based on DACUM Job Analysis-)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted in order to analyze the job of school health teacher in Korea. Methods: School health teachers' roles were analyzed by DACUM job analysis. Guide of DACUM methods and workshop were directed by a DACUM job analyst. The DACUM committee identified tasks associated with each duty and completed the DACUM chart. Results: Through DACUM job analysis, the roles of school health teachers were defined; one who manages health of students and staff, and conducts health education; 11 duties and 95 tasks were identified. The committee listed required knowledge and skills, working attitude, and future trends. Emergency and common disease care were the best critical duties, followed by health education, counseling, and self-development. Conclusion: School health teacher plays the roles of nurse and health care manager, and teacher. According to the expansion of health care needs and health education, school health teachers are placed in more essential and critical areas. Their duties and tasks are various and have changed significantly, thus the School Health Act should be changed practically. The results of this study can be used in development of training programs or evaluation of the job performance of school health teachers.

u-멀티플렉스 서비스의 한계와 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving Services of u-Multiplex)

  • Multiplex is a representative culture facility of citizens. Therefore, a lot of researches and investment on multiplex are carried out to improve benefits of service suppliers and users. Especially, focused on main services of a theatre such as ticket booking and issuing within multiplex, examination of tickets, admission information of movie screens and screening information inquiry, improvement activities are carried out. However, it is not enough to evaluate on what efficiency the above efforts have in the viewpoint of customer benefits and business. Therefore, this study analyzed value and limit of the newest service of multiplex applying the existing ubiquitous concept(u-multiplex service), and proposed a model and a plan for improving the existing services. The study interviewed with specialists in the related field and applied workshop-shape group interview to 110 university students and simulated service models. The contribution of the study is to analyze the value and limit of the existing multiplex service objectively, and to propose a new service model and plan to improve its limitation. In the future, the study plans to research on service models by extending space and functional roles of multiplex to the whole subsidiary facilities including movie screens.

가정과교육에 있어서 의생활 영역의 교육목표와 내용 체계 연구 (Development of educational objectives and content standards for clothing life area of home economics education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가정과교육의 이론적 체계에 기초하여 의생활 영역의 교육목표와 내용 체계를 구안하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 분석, 의생활 교육내용에 대한 요구도 조사, 전문가 협의 및 워크샵을 실시하였고, 이를 교육목표와 내용기준의 개발에 반영하였다. 교육목표는 대영역 목표와 하위 목표로 제시하였으며, 개발된 하위 목표에 따라서 각 내용 체계를 개발하였다. 의생활 내용 체계는 내용기준의 형태로 개발하였으며, 각 내용기준에 따라 내용요소를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 내용요소는 내용기준에 적절한 최소의 핵심적인 내용만을 제시하였기 때문에 앞으로의 교육과정이나 교과서를 개발할 때 융통성을 가질 수 있다.

  • South Korea, which has seen economic growth at a rapid pace and the number of the old people on the rise, is facing challenges, including social problems resulting from the aged society, lack of work force supporting the elderly and needs of renewing residential environment for them. The old people in the process of senility are forced to experience a wide range of physical, mental and social difficulties and problems when they are living in existing houses. This study was conduced with a sample group consisting of the elderly who were living in detached places of multiplex houses and a plane which was developed as a tool for a workshop, the one that is a collective residence model, also known as one of an alternative housing for the old in the future. This study finds that in order to get rid of negative images of the collective residence for the old, residence surroundings for the aged should be created not as uniform space formation but as aging-in-place, and specifically, considering that the quality of life for the aged remains to continue is needed. Findings can be a reference to create ideas of developing residential environment for the aged.

3GPP 시스템에서 OFDM 기술의 현황

  • 3GPP WCDMA 시스템은 Rel-99 표준으로부터 시작하여 보완 개선 작업을 거쳐 현재 Rel-6 표준화에 이르렀다. 이와 함께 급변하는 통신시장환경에 적절히 대처하여 향후 제정되는 3GPP 표준 시스템의 경쟁력을 향상시키고 소비자가 요구하는 다양한 서비스를 충족시킬 수 있어야 한다는 사업자들의 의견이 강하게 제기되었다. 이를 만족시킬만한 표준을 얻기 위해 각 사업자 및 제조사 등의 의견을 듣는 자리를 마련하기 위해 2004년 11월 토론토에서 3GPP Future Long-Term Evolution(LTE) Workshop을 개최하였다. 이 워크숍에서 여러 회사들로부터 물리계층에서 서비스 계층까지 다양한 의견이 제안되었으며, 특히 물리계층에서는 OFDM 기반의 기술들이 큰 주목을 받았다. OFDM 기술 자체에 대해서는 3GPP에서 새로운 것은 아니다. 이미 Rel6 표준화 작업과정에 OFDM 의 타당성 조사를 위한 작업(Feasibility Study)을 위해 OFDM Study Item(SI)가 존재하였었다[1]. 하지만 Rel6 시스템에 OFDM을 적용하려는 노력 중에 여러 사정으로 인해 표준화 실질 작업인 Work Item(WI)이 생성되지 못하고 현재 잠정적으로 중단된 상태이다. 본 기고에서는 현재 중단된 OFDM 기술 연구에 대한 과거 진행 내역 및 현재 상황, 또한 향후 RAN LTE 표준화 과정에서 강력한 대안 기술로 지목 받는 이유와 각 회사의 제안 기술들에 대해서 언급하고자 한다. 제1장은 OFDM 기술의 특징과 OFDM Study Item 과정에서 논의된 내용들에 대해서 언급한다. 제2장은 향후 표준화가 진행될 LTE에 서 물리계층 후보 기술로서의 OFDM의 위치에 대해서 논하고자 한다.

전주시 객사길 보행자 중심 걷고 싶은 거리 설계 - 주민참여형 가로설계 - (The Walkable Street Design for 'Gaeksa-gil' of Jeonju City - Community Participatory Street Design -)

  • This paper presents a streetscape design for the 'Gaeksa-gil', located in Gosa-dong and Jungang-dong, Jeonju City, which length is about 830m and width is about $8\sim10m$. The goals of the design are to make a street on which people want to walk and rest both safely and pleasantly. To achieve these goals; concepts of identity, history, placeness, commercial vitality, environmentally-friendliness, safety, amenity , and democracy have been developed. For the pedestrian safety; shared street concepts, such as crank, salalom, fort, mini-rotary etc. are adopted. For design method, community participatory design is adapted. For the design theme; the axes of Time and Space are developed and streets are divided into 3 thematic spaces, such as 'History Street,' 'Nature Street,' and 'Culture Street.' The History Street, which belongs to Time axis, is a space for experiencing past, present, and future history of Jeonju city. Nature Street, which belongs to Space axis, is a space for feeling and loaming the nature of the city. The Culture Street, which also belongs to Space axis, is a space for experiencing the culture of the city. The community participated in the whole design process through the workshop, the internet website, the street events, etc.

Development of Characteristic Internship Program on Engineering Education

  • A practice on learn-by-doing career education programs has been operated in Faculty of Engineering in Niigata University from 2006. The purpose of the activity is reduction of early unemployment which is due to the gaps between the situations which university students would expect in their job hunting processes and those of their practical work places after getting jobs. We developed a novel internship program to let the students notice the practical situations of engineers outside the university. A major part of the program is composed of two different kinds of internships and what we call a career design workshop. The characteristic programs are called "Market Internship" and "Technology Internship". In the activities, they are organically connected with each other. In the paper we refer to one of the unique internship programs "Technology Internship", which is characterized as a longer-term practice than usual. In the course of one-month internship practices, the students obtained deeper understandings and closer relationship to the practical work places of the companies than usual internships which last less than two weeks. The students estimated these unique experiences effective for their job hunting in near future.

창의·인성교육에 대한 교사들의 기대와 요구 분석 (An Analysis of Teachers' Expectation and Need for Creativity and Character Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze qualitatively perception on creativity and character education of teachers who participated in winter training and workshop which the Southeast Regional Center for Creativity and Character Education arranged. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was shown that teachers perceived close corelation between creativity and character and competency necessary for students who will make a living for future society. Secondary, Teachers perceived that creativity and character education will benefit students in their cognitive, emotive, and affective aspects. Lastly, teachers thought that an administrative assistant and financial help such as securing classroom had to be supported so that they were able to freely conduct creativity and character education and teaching materials provided by the Regional Center for Creativity and Character Center were helpful in establishing a whole foundation when they started to conduct creativity and character education.

전자그림책의 활용실태와 인식: 아이돌보미와 유아교육과 학생의 비교를 중심으로 (Actual Utilization and Recognition of Electronic Picture Books: Based on the Comparison between In-Home Childcare Providers and ECE Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information related to electronic picture books and implications for the development of high-quality in-home child care service programs by examining the perceptions and actual conditions of electronic picture books. A survey was conducted with 216 in-home childcare workers from the one Healthy Family Support Center who participated in the workshop on electronic picture books and 161 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at two Universities as a comparison group. The findings are as follows. First, there was no difference between the two groups in recognition of ICT competencies and satisfaction with electronic picture books. Second, both groups viewed electronic picture books are effective in preparing for the information age and very positive in providing electronic picture books. Third, the valuation of electronic picture books in both groups was higher than that of paper picture books. Fourth, there was no significant difference between the two groups in valuing e-picture books by ICT competence. The results of this study provide implications for the development of systematic educational programs to enhance the job performance of in-home child providers, which will be expanded in the future, by examining ICT competencies, e-picture book actual utilization, and recognition between the in-home childcare providers and ECE students.

과학관련 신문기사 분석을 통한 과학적 소양인의 과학적 소양 발현 메커니즘 (Examination of the Development Mechanism of Scientific Literate Person through Analysis of Science-Related Newspaper Articles)

  • 이 연구는 과학적 소양인 양성의 체계적 전략 마련을 위해 과학적 소양이 어떻게 발현되는가를 확인하고 앞으로의 과학적 소양인 양성 교육 프로그램 구성에 필요한 기반을 마련하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 과학교육 전문가 워크숍에서 신문기사를 분석하고 과학적 소양인의 참모습을 논의하여 과학적 소양 발현 메커니즘을 도출하였다. 도출된 메커니즘은 이해, 공감, 실행, 교감 순으로 위계적으로 나타났다. 제시된 각 단계와 단계 이행의 매개를 활용하여 교육 프로그램을 구성하고 이를 학교 현장에 적용한다면 과학교육을 통해 실제적인 과학적 소양인을 양성할 수 있을 것이다.
