United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC), an international treaty to prevent the regulation and global warming, has passed through the General Assembly for 17 times from 1992 to 2011. To create a performance plan specific, such as the Kyoto Protocol, it is to promote the reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gases worldwide. In South Korea, Korea Infrastructure Safety and Technology Corporation(KISTEC) is working and supporting for developing method of green remodeling policy. Among several solutions, "Remodeling" ensures to increase the energy efficiency of buildings and to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases, and consequently it could maintain buildings high efficiency. For remodeling projects, it is most important to determine construction plan including remodeling scopes and methods, while the plan has been determined by the engineer's background and experience. Therefore, this study aims at developing a method for selecting optimal skin system which has remarkable influence to energy performance of the buildings.

Clothes and human body are inseparably related. Aesthetic consciousness of the body determines the form of clothing, reflecting the time and culture as well as the individual and society. Clothes can even reorganize the meaning of the body, while transcending their instrumental functions of concealing, revealing, and deforming the body. Using �body�t o analyze the clothing form, my study develops a framework by which to classify the absence of physicality in fashion focusing on the deformation of the body parts. The absence of physicality denotes the break away from the idealized and standardized body for mass productions. It tends to experiment with extreme exaggeration in form refusing to subscribe to the traditional values that build on the balance and symmetry of the body, which opposes the sartorial convention and symbolism that results in the discord between signifiant and signifi? f clothing.

The European Union has adopted the ADR Directive and ODR Regulation in 2013 with the purpose to strengthen the e-commerce within the EU. Not covered by these legislations is the trade in the B2B sector. The author examines the question of whether online ADR under the currently applicable legal framework would be possible in Germany. At the center of his review is the possibility of an arbitration clause which refers exclusively to an online ADR scheme, may be included in the General Terms and Conditions of an online trader.

In the current construction market usage cement and aggregate is increasing continuously. This is progressing serious environmental pollution due to the carbon dioxide generated during cement production. Further, by using a large amount of aggregate, they tend to have even reduced natural resources. As a result, the reduction of carbon dioxide through the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the energy saving has been positioned as a global trend. Therefore, in this study, instead of fine aggregate fix the cement, by the use to increase the proportion of the tidal flats, to try to reduce the amount of cement and fine aggregate. Accordingly, according to increasing the proportion of the mud flat be analyzed for properties the compressive strength, tensile strength, flow, chloride test, workability of the mortar.

Ever since the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) was agreed to stabilized greenhouse gas(GHG) concentration in the atmosphere at 1992, most countries including Korea have been developing strategic plans and implementing a number of R＆D programs to develop the measures to reduce the emission of GHG. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the plans and programs for our country to develop more competitive technologies and to be more active and attentive in international meetings. In this paper, the energy policies of advanced countries will be analysed and be compared each other along with the Korean policy. Furthermore, the carbon dioxide reduction and sequestration R＆D programs in the countries will also be studied.

After the Kyoto Protocol has been ratitied in Feb. 16 2005, the developed countries which is involved in Annex-1 have tried to mitigate GHG to the reduction objective. To accomplish this objective, EU developed EU-ETS, CDM project, and so on. Korea has faced pressure to be a member of Annex-1, because Korea and Mexico are only non-Annex-1 countries in the OECD nations. This study is intended to examine unfolding transition on negotiations of Conference of Parties(COP), the Kyoto Mechanism referred as a cost-effective tool to meet a targeted level of greenhouse gas decrease, and trends in responses of developed countries to the Kyoto Protocol, and finally suggests legal and politic counterplans responding to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereafter, UNFCCC).

To address complex solutions to tack1e the cost rise with the increasing of the prices of crude oil, and to lower warming gas discharge in agricultural sector in line with the framework Convention on Climate Change, we need to net only develop the methods of simply reducing energy use ratio, but also effectively energize resources discharged in the course of agricultural production aimed at enabling repealed farming, and develop systems to reinvest such energy into agricultural production and apply them to actual farming. To that end, specifically, we need to reduce the energy cost in agricultural production, and produce and harness bio gas that makes it possible to stabilize the continued supply of energy. Thus, in this research, we seek to discuss energy use volume and warming gas discharge, and the characteristics of bio gas and its use methods alike, in agricultural sector, and thus present methods for environment-friendly and continual development in agriculture.

This study aims to develop a conceptual framework linking antecedents and consequences of online platform experience in the context of hospitality businesses. In doing so, an introduction to online platform experience in the hospitality industry was made, and environmental stimuli, that is, enablers of online platform experience were identified: information, entertainment and relation. Additionally, the theoretical review attempted to explain how customers are likely to be engaged in, and to be loyal to, the hospitality organizations' provisions in the context of online platforms. When presenting the theoretical model, a Stimulus-Organism-Response paradigm was employed to propose the hypotheses predicting positive online platform experience, which seems to derive from internally provoked cognition and affection within individuals, leading to behavioral consequences. This model is expected to be applicable to the online context, where hospitality businesses tend to adopt the concept of gamification and to implement associated loyalty programs. Finally, theoretical and practical implications, along with potential avenues of future research, were discussed.

Air pollution problem has been one of the most urgent global environmental problems since UN Framework Convention on Climate Change accepted in Rio Conference, 1992. International environmental regulations of global community to reduce the green house gases have Influenced the domestic environmental policies. Recently, various policy have been made to cope with foreign environment restrction and active supports for development of related technology have been carried out in our government confrontation strategy still leaves much to be desired. In this paper, government confrontation program to climate agreement, counter strategies in motor and also electrics, electronics industries are investigated and discussed.

As UNFCC(United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) is enhanced, Korea will perform a CO2 reduction duty. The CO2 reduction duty will effect Korea power system because coal and oil thermal generations emit large CO2 form about 46% of total CO2 emission. Moreover various alternatives should be designed to comply with CO2 reduction duty. In this paper, we analysis resource planning considering CO2 emission constraints and emission trading. And we analysis resource planning under using LP(Linear Programing) and MIP(Mixed Integer Programing).
