PURPOSES : The fundamental diagram provides basic information necessary in the analysis of traffic flow and highway operation. When traffic flow is congested, the density-flow points in the fundamental diagram are widely scattered and move in a stochastic manner. This paper investigates the pattern of density-flow point transitions and identifies car-following behaviors underlying the density-flow transitions. METHODS : From a microscopic analysis of 722 fundamental diagrams of NGSIM data, a total of 20 transition patterns of fundamental diagrams are identified. Prominent features of the transition patterns are explained by the behavior of the leader and follower. RESULTS : It is found out that the average speed and the speed difference between the leader and the follower critically determine the density-flow transition pattern. The density-flow path is very sensitive to the values of vehicle speed and spacing especially at low speed and high density such that most fluctuations in the fundamental diagram in the congested regime is due to the noise of speed and spacing variations. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study suggests that the average speed, the speed difference between the leader and the follower, and the random variations of speed and spacing are dominant factors that explain the transition patterns of a fundamental diagram.

In this paper a design procedure via computer-aided molding simulation is presented to optimize the air-trap locations in a speaker encloser of mobile phone. The molding flow simulation reveals that the race-tracking phenomenon is the dominant feature in the current mold design. In obtaining an optimal filling pattern, the local modifications of the wall thickness such as in a flow leader attachment are considered as the primary control factor, and both the gate position and the filling time become the secondary control factor. In the one-at-a-time approach, the last location to be filled in the mold cavity could be successfully moved to the extremities of the part, allowing a natural ventilation of entrapped air through the mold parting plane.

본 연구는 리더의 마키아벨리즘(machiavellianism)과 구성원 이직의도(turnover intention)간의 상관관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 후견지명(hindsight bias)의 매개효과를 통해 연구모델의 전반적인 메커니즘을 규명하고자 하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 다양한 직종의 300인 이상 기업에 근무 중인 직장인 335명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 리더의 마키아벨리즘은 구성원 이직의도에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 후견지명은 리더의 마키아벨리즘과 구성원 이직의도 간에 정(+)의 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 리더의 마키아벨리즘 성향이 높을수록 후견지명을 높게 경험하고 조직의 유효성에 부정적인 영향을 주어 구성원의 이직의도가 높아지는 것으로 추론해 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 리더의 마키아벨리즘과 후견지명 및 구성원 이직의도 간의 메커니즘을 검증하여 기존 연구의 내용과 차별적인 관점에서 새로운 시사점을 제시하고 리더의 역할에 대한 향후 연구방향 및 한계점을 제시하였다.

Although research on the leader's or speaker's voice has been continuously conducted, existing research has a single point of view. Sound analysis of voice characteristics has been studied from engineering perspectives, and leadership trait theory has been studied from a business perspective. Convergence studies on leader voice and member cognition are being attempted today. Convergence research on voice has a positive effect on refinement of voice analysis, diversification of voice use, and establishment of voice utilization strategy. This study explains the current flow of research on convergence between speaker's voice and listener's perception, and suggests a direction for the future development of voice fusion research. Furthermore, in connection with AI in the 4th industrial age, new attempts for voice research are sought. First, advances in AI focus on strategically generating the voices needed for individual situations. Second, the voice corrected in real time will support the leader and speaker to utilize the desired voice type. Third, voices through AI based on big data will affect the cognition, attitude and behavior of individual listeners who members, customers, and students in more diverse situations. The purpose and significance of this study is to suggest the way to research the leader's voice recognized by members, and to suggest a method that can be applied in various situations.

This study is to comprehend indie fashion which pursues the realization of self-identity, values, freedom and a creation that deviates from conventional cultural flow. This study also aims to understand the definition and characteristics of indie fashion in Korean culture. A rigorous study on indie fashion has not yet been done; therefore, this study was conducted through both a literature study and empirical study. The empirical study asked individuals who engage in indie fashion to provide opinions on the definition and characteristics of indie fashion. The results are as follow. First, indie fashion does not impose conformity upon an individual nor does it pursue differentiation. Second, indie fashion based on self-identity is characterized by an individual's consistent and unchanging style. Third, images (or styles of indie fashion) cannot be uniformly defined as styles different from one individual to another. Fourth, indie fashion can be defined as when an individual perceives themselves as pursuing indie spirit and its attitude. Next was an empirical study that showed in what position indie fashion is and who the fashion leader is in indie fashion. People who enjoy indie fashion said that (regarding indie fashion) it exists independent from the flow of trends as it regards personal values and identity as important.

The IC packaging industry heavily relies on shop floor information, necessitating the development of a model to flexibly define shop floor information and timely handle manufacturing data. This study presents a novel data model of product manufacturing flow to define shop floor information to effectively respond to accelerated developments in IC package industry. The proposed data model consists of four modules: operation template setup, general process setup, enhanced bill of manufacture (EBOMfr) setup, and work-order process setup. The data model can flexibly define the required shop floor information and decision rules for shop floor product manufacturing flow, allowing one to easily adopt changes of the product and on the shop floor. However, to handle floor dynamics of the IC packaging industry, this work also proposes a WIP (i.e. work-in-process) system for monitoring and controlling the product manufacturing flow on the shop floor. The WIP system integrates the data model with a WIP execution module. Furthermore, an illustrative example, the MIRL WIP System, developed by Mechanical Industrial Research Laboratories of Industrial Technology Research Institute, demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.

본 연구의 목적은 골프연습장 참여자를 대상으로 골프 지도자신뢰와 운동몰입 및 심리적 행복감과의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 골프연습장 이용객 256명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 18.0, AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 골프 참여자들의 지도자신뢰는 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 참여자들의 운동몰입은 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프 참여자의 지도자신뢰는 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 참여자의 지도자신뢰와 심리적 행복감의 관계에서 운동몰입은 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 골프참여자들이 운동을 함에 있어 지도자신뢰가 높고 더 나아가 운동에 대한 몰입도가 높아지면 삶의 질이 더욱 높아질 수 있을 것이다.

This study examines Queen Marie Antoinette's costumes in her portraits according to symbolic meanings and analyzes the expressive effects of Queen Marie Antoinette's costumes in the movies. The symbolic meanings through the costumes of Marie Antoinette expressed in the portraits shows the strong historical power of France in Europe along with the majestic appearance of the queen. A new perception of Marie Antoinette's taste can be found as she wore simple robe $\`{a}$ la l$\'{e}$vite in addition to extravagant costumes that demonstrated convention and position. The benevolent, extravagant, and splendid side of Marie Antoinette in history was emphasized; however, it also emphasized that she was a fashion leader with adventurous thinking and a liberal mind who accepted new things that transcend the era through this costume. The results of studying the expressive effects of Marie Antoinette's costumes as presented in the movies through the formative analysis of DeLong are as follows. The costumes expressed like this were observed through definer and the priority of observation, and it could be classified and analyzed in 4 expressive effects of excitement, calmness, strength, and delicacy; in addition, it induced the visual maximization according to the flow of the movie. After the study analyzed movies about the queen through four expressive effects, the costumes were shown as excitement, calmness, strength, and delicacy according to the flow of play.

고공을 운항하는 항공기는 대기중의 자연현상에 의해 낙뢰에 노출되게 된다. 낙뢰 피해는 개발초기에는 목재 항공기의 절연파괴에 의한 손상과 화재등이 있었으며 알루미늄의 보급으로 전금속체 항공기가 개발되었지만 연료탱크의 화재 문제라든지 낙뢰 사고는 계속 발생하였다. 이에 NACA에서는 1938년 문제를 제기하고, 인공 낙뢰에 대한 연구를 시작하였다. 이어 FAA에서는 낙뢰보호에 대한 인증을 위해 감항기준을 제정하고 SAE에 낙뢰에 대한 항공기의 보호를 위한 시험대책 연구를 의뢰하여 낙뢰를 모사한 시험 전류, 전약 파형을 제시하여 항공기의 낙뢰보호, 인증에 활용하고 있다. 이 글에서는 낙뢰의 메커니즘 분석을 통한 항공기에 대한 낙뢰의 영향을 제시하고 특히 항공기 안전사고의 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있는 항공기에 대한 낙뢰의 직접영향에 대한 사례를 분석하고 인증기준과 시험 전류 및 전압파형, 낙뢰 피격부위를 열거하여 개발항공기 및 비행체에 대한 인증에 활용되도록 하였다.
