운동프로그램이 퇴행셩 슬관절염 노인의 체력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Exercise Program on Physical Fitness in Elderly with the Knee Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: This study was to determine the effects of exercise program for knee osteoarthritis on the physical fitness in elderly. The progressive exercise program included flexibility, strength, endurance, active range of motion and function activities. Methods: Nineteen subjects with osteoarthritis of the knees randomized to exercise group(n=10) or control group(n=9), but fourteen subjects completed the trial with an adherence of 70% to the intervention and 77% to the control. The physical fitness(back muscle strength, grip strength, flexibility, muscle power, agility, equilibrium) were evaluated with Helmas(Health Management System) made by Sewoo system at pre- and post- intervention. Results: The data were analysed with the two-way repeated ANOVA and paired t-test. The physical fitness had no difference among the groups and times except muscle power. Within experimental group, muscle power and agility were significantly increased between pre and post intervention, while the control group showed no change. Conclusion: Exercise program for knee osteoarthirits appear to be effective in muscle power and agility.

끝단 집중질량과 크랙을 가진 외팔보의 진동 해석 (Vibration Analysis of Cantilever Beams Having a Concentrated Tip Mass and a Crack)

  • In this paper the vibration analysis of cantilever beams having a concentrated tip mass and an open crack are performed. The influences of a concentrated tip mass, the crack depth, and the crack position on the natural frequencies of the cracked cantilever beam are investigated by a numerical method. The cracked cantilever beam is modeled based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory. The flexibility due to crack is calculated using a fracture mechanics theory. The crack is assumed to be opened during the vibrations. The results obtained by the present method were compared with experimental results to verify the theory. As inspected, as the crack depth and the concentrated tip mass increase, the natural frequencies of the beam decrease. In general, the natural frequencies of the cantilever beam are more sensitive to the depth of the crack than the position of the crack.

  • 본 연구에서는 제연시스템의 효율성을 높이고 유연성을 주며 방재성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 통합 제어시스템을 개발하였다. 통합제어시스템의 개발을 위한 프로세스, 알고리즘 확립과 엔지니어링 데이터의 바탕으로 신뢰성이 확보된 각종 센서와 통합제어시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 개별제어 방식에서 통합제어시스템으로 부터 중앙집중식 통합관리를 함으로서 제연시스템을 보다 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 최적의 제어기능을 얻을 수 있으며, 제연시스템에 유연성을 부과시킬 수 있을 것으로 본다. 또한 통합제연시스템의 기틀을 마련하고 제연시스템의 기능성 확보와 성능위주의 제연시스템을 구출할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate that the Effects of Pain, Lumbar Flexibility and Abdominal Obesity of Patient with Low Back Pain and Abdominal Obesity after Lumbar Strengthening Exercise. Methods : The selected subjects of this study were 17 patients who had diagnosis on low back pain and body mass index was more than $25kg/m^2$ and lumbar length was more than 90cm. They divided into a control group with 10 patients doing lumbar stabilization exercise and an experimental group with 7 patients ding simple lumbar strengthening exercise in order to compare degrees of oswestry disability index and lumbar stability, lumbar length was measured before the exercise, in 4 weeks and 8 weeks after exercises respectively. Result : lumbar strengthening exercise on patients with low back pain and abdominal obesity affected improving function of lumbar and decrease of pain with abdominal obesity. Conclusion : Then lumbar stabilization exercise than simple strengthening exercise affected decrease of Visceral fat tissue on abdominal obesity.

SWRL을 이용한 자가 적응 시스템 내에서의 룰 구성 (Rule Configuration in Self Adaptive System using SWRL)

  • With the development of the Internet of Things technology, a system that ensures the self-adaptability of an environment that includes various IoT devices is attracting public attention. The rules for determining behavior rules in existing self-adaptation systems are based on the assumption of changes in system members and environment. However, in the IoT environment, flexibility is required to determine the behavior rules of various types of IoT devices that change in real time. In this paper, we propose a rule configuration in a self-adaptive system using SWRL based on OWL ontology. The self-adaptive system using the OWL - SWRL rule configuration has two advantages. The first is based on OWL ontology, so we can define the characteristics and behavior of various types of IoT devices as an integrated concept. The second is to define the concept of a rule as a specific language type, and to add, modify and delete a rule at any time as needed. Through the rule configuration in the adaptive system, we have shown that the rule defined in SWRL can provide flexibility and deeper concept expression function to adaptability to IoT environment.

SD-MTD: Software-Defined Moving-Target Defense for Cloud-System Obfuscation

  • In recent years, container techniques have been broadly applied to cloud computing systems to maximize their efficiency, flexibility, and economic feasibility. Concurrently, studies have also been conducted to ensure the security of cloud computing. Among these studies, moving-target defense techniques using the high agility and flexibility of cloud-computing systems are gaining attention. Moving-target defense (MTD) is a technique that prevents various security threats in advance by proactively changing the main attributes of the protected target to confuse the attacker. However, an analysis of existing MTD techniques revealed that, although they are capable of deceiving attackers, MTD techniques have practical limitations when applied to an actual cloud-computing system. These limitations include resource wastage, management complexity caused by additional function implementation and system introduction, and a potential increase in attack complexity. Accordingly, this paper proposes a software-defined MTD system that can flexibly apply and manage existing and future MTD techniques. The proposed software-defined MTD system is designed to correctly define a valid mutation range and cycle for each moving-target technique and monitor system-resource status in a software-defined manner. Consequently, the proposed method can flexibly reflect the requirements of each MTD technique without any additional hardware by using a software-defined approach. Moreover, the increased attack complexity can be resolved by applying multiple MTD techniques.

A Study on Efficient Data De-Identification Method for Blockchain DID

  • Blockchain is a technology that enables trust-based consensus and verification based on a decentralized network. Distributed ID (DID) is based on a decentralized structure, and users have the right to manage their own ID. Recently, interest in self-sovereign identity authentication is increasing. In this paper, as a method for transparent and safe sovereignty management of data, among data pseudonymization techniques for blockchain use, various methods for data encryption processing are examined. The public key technique (homomorphic encryption) has high flexibility and security because different algorithms are applied to the entire sentence for encryption and decryption. As a result, the computational efficiency decreases. The hash function method (MD5) can maintain flexibility and is higher than the security-related two-way encryption method, but there is a threat of collision. Zero-knowledge proof is based on public key encryption based on a mutual proof method, and complex formulas are applied to processes such as personal identification, key distribution, and digital signature. It requires consensus and verification process, so the operation efficiency is lowered to the level of O (logeN) ~ O(N2). In this paper, data encryption processing for blockchain DID, based on zero-knowledge proof, was proposed and a one-way encryption method considering data use range and frequency of use was proposed. Based on the content presented in the thesis, it is possible to process corrected zero-knowledge proof and to process data efficiently.

골반교정이 중년 여성의 만성요통과 척추골반지표에 미치는 영향 (Effect of pelvic adjustment on chronic low back pain and spino-pelvic parameters in middle-aged women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 골반 교정이 중년 여성의 만성 요통과 척추 골반 지표들에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 만성 요통이 있는 중년 여성 38명을 실험군(20명)과 무처치 대조군(18명)에 무선 할당하여 실험군에게는 골반 교정을 주 4회, 8주 간 시술하였다. 시술 전과 8주 후에 요통은 시각적 상사 척도와 Oswestry 요통 장애 지수로 측정하였고, 그 외 요부 유연성, 염증인자인 혈중 C-reactive protein (CRP) 및 척추 골반 지표들을 평가하였다. 처치 8주 후 대조군에 비하여 골반 교정군에서 요통 강도, 요통 장애 지수 및 요부 유연성 모두가 유의하게 향상되었으며, 혈중 CRP의 유의한 변화는 없었다. 척추 골반 지표들을 분석한 결과 골반 교정군에서 대조군에 비해 요추전만각, 천골경사 및 골반균형지표는 유의하게 변화된 반면, 골반입사각의 변화가 뚜렷하지 않았다. 따라서 골반 교정은 요통 환자의 통증 경감과 기능 향상에 효과적일 것이며, 척추 골반 정렬의 변화의 결과일 것이다.

유산소 리듬 운동프로그램이 노인의 체력, 자기효능감 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Aerobic Rhythmical Exercise Program on Physical Fitness, Self-efficacy and Quality of Life in Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of aerobic rhythmical exercise program on $VO_2$ max, leg strength, grip strength, flexibility, exercise self-efficacy and quality of life in elderly. This quai-experimental study was designed as a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest study. 36 subjects, aged between 65 and 73 years who have normal cognition. sensory function and cerebellum function participated in this study. 19 experimental group subjects participated aerobic rhythmical exercise program. Aerobic rhythmical exercise program was developed on the basis of calisthenics, stretching, aerobic exercise, Korean traditional dance and music by the author. The program consisted of approximately 1 hours of exercise, 3 times a week for 9 weeks. During 1 hours workout, there were 15 minutes of warm-up dancing, 35 minutes of conditioning dance and 10 minutes of cool-down dancing. The intensity for the conditioning phase was between $40\%\;and\;60\%$ of age adiusted maximum heart rates. The $VO_2$ max, grip strength, leg strength, flexibility, exercise self-efficacy and quality of life were measured prior to and following the experimental treatment. Data were analyzed with $x^2-test$, t-test, mean, standard deviation. percentage of change and ANCOVA test using SAS program. Results were obtained as follows. 1. The $VO_2$ max of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=7.76, p=0.008). 2. The grip strength of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=4.61, p=0.039). 3. The leg strength of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=9.29, p=0.000). 4. The was no significantly difference of flexibility between experimental and control group 5. The self-efficacy of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=43.40, p=0.000). 6. The quality of life of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group following the aerobic rhythmical exercise program(F=8.91. p=0.005). The results suggest that aerobic rhythmical exercise program can improve $VO_2$ max, grip strength. leg strength. exercise self-efficacy and quality of life elderly. Thus. aerobic rhythmical exercise program was a useful nursing intervention for elderly.

고등부 씨름선수의 체급별 기초·전문체력 비교분석 (A Comparison of Physical Fitness of High School Ssirum Elite-players According to Their Weight Class)

  • 본 연구는 고등부 씨름 선수들을 대상으로 체급별 기초·전문체력의 차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 측정기간은 2019년 11월 25일-12월4일이며, 총 28명의 고등부 씨름 선수(80kg이하 7명, 90kg이하 8명, 90kg이하 7명, 100kg이상 6명)를 대상으로 체급별 기초·전문 체력요인(근력, 근파워, 민첩성, 무산소성파워, 유산소능력, 유연성, 등속성근기능)을 측정하여 비교·분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 one-way ANOVA와 Duncan을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 악력과 팔굽혀펴기, 서전트점프, 제자리멀리뛰기, 체후굴, 체전굴, 사이드스텝, 반응시간에서 체급별 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 배근력에서 100kg 이하인 그룹이 100kg 이상인 장사급보다 유의하게 낮게 나타났으며, 윗몸일으키기와 20m 셔틀런에서 장사급보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 무산소성 최고파워와 평균파워의 상대적인 값은 100kg 이하인 그룹이 100kg 이상인 장사급보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 등속성근기능의 경우 허리 신전/굴곡력과 무릎 관절의 우측 신전근력, 그리고 좌우측 굴곡근력에서 체급별 차이가 없었다. 본 연구 결과에서 얻은 결론은 고등부 씨름 선수의 경우 근파워, 유연성, 민첩성 그리고, 체중당 무산소성 평균파워와 등속성 허리근력, 무릎굴근력에서 체급에 따른 차이가 없다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
