Purpose - Consumers have a variety of strategies to find information about restaurants they want to visit. Consumers can search for and use information from a variety of sources before purchasing a product or service. The development of the Internet has made that consumers could access various informations easily. Therefore, this study classified commercial information provided by restaurants, public information shared by other unknown consumers, and personal information shared by customers' personal experiences or friends/family. This study is information sources influence on enjoyment, attitude and visit intention. Research design, data, methodology - In order to verify the research hypothesis, this study created questionnaires for each variable. Hypothesis analysis data were collected through surveys. In order to develop research hypotheses for this study, the scales was developed. The survey was conducted by an online survey company. Among the online panels owned by survey company, those who have visited restaurants through at least one of the 11 sources provided in this study within the last 3 months were surveyed. The survey period was 10 days from March 5 to 14, 2017. A total of 1,500 e-mails and messages were sent back to 301 of them, and 288 were used for analysis except for 13 missing responses. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results - As a result of analysis, commercial and personal information have a positive effect on enjoyment, but general information did not affect enjoyment. In addition, personal information has a positive effect on attitude, but commercial information and general information did not affect attitude. It was found that commercial information influenced attitude by mediation of pleasure, and pleasure had no significant effect on visit intention. Finally, attitude has a significant effect on visit intention. Conclusions - The restaurant needs to provide accurate information through its homepage or brochure. Accurate information that is not exaggerated can save customers's the cost of believing on a restaurant and the cost of searching for other information. The restaurant which provides unfaithful advertisement would be excluded from customer's choice because customers perceive it as a unreliable restaurant. The marketing of restaurant should be carried out through customer-oriented for the visit of customers. And restaurants need to provide optimized services to their first-time customers in order to increase their revisit.

This study examines factors to influence consumers’reliability, and satisfactions for consumer anti-site, and willingness to visit that site again among consumers utilizing anti-sites. According to the results of this study, first, male, consumers utilizing electronic commerce were more likely to visit anti-site. Consumers were more likely to write their own message and reply other consumers’message in anti-site when they have purpose to complain about their dissatisfaction regarding the process of purchase behavior. Second, consumer's satisfaction is higher in cases of consumers having higher recognition of necessity of anti-site, visiting not required to affiliate the members of anti-site, and being reliable sites. Third, consumers were more likely to use anti-site again when they had higher recognition in the necessity of anti-site and were more satisfied. Finally, in order to facilitate the utilization of anti-sites, those solutions include systematic classification and management of writings listed in the site, active management of the site managers, solutions for criticisms on the writings listed and lack of objectivity of information provided, and active searches for solutions rather than listing of writings on discontents and resistance.

Background and Objectives Among the numerous available therapies, the usefulness of laser treatment has been proven in melasma, especially for refractory to topical agents or chemical peels. This study evaluated the effectiveness of 694-nm wavelength fractional toning ruby laser in melasma presenting on the malar area. Materials and Methods This was a retrospective study of 40 melasma patients treated with 694-nm wavelength ruby fractional toning laser for a total of 8 cycles at intervals of 2 to 3 weeks. Two independent investigators assessed the photographic findings and evaluated the severity of melasma by applying the Melasma Severity Scale (MSS). Subject satisfaction score was also surveyed at every visit. Results After the 4th treatment, subjects were continuously satisfied with their results. At the 8th visit and 1-month after the last treatment, MSS was determined to be significantly improved as compared to the first visit. One case of minor hypopigmentation was reported, but was resolved after one month. Conclusion Application of 694-nm wavelength fractional toning ruby laser for treating melasma on the malar area showed significant improvement in the MSS. Moreover, the treatment could be repeatedly applied, with low complication rate and significant patient satisfaction.
We present the case of a 60-year-old male with post-macrotrauma disc displacement and retrodiscitis, in which temporomandibular joint (TMJ) injection and manual therapy were used to alleviate his symptoms. He visited our clinic with complaints of pain and swelling in his right facial area and malocclusion of his right side teeth after being hit on the right side of his face five days earlier. During clinical and radiological examinations, the inflammatory state of the joint and disc displacement on the right side, which led to malocclusion, were noted. At the initial visit, we performed TMJ intracapsular injection and prescribed medications to control pain and inflammation. Simultaneously, manual manipulation was performed to relocate the disc. The same treatments were employed two days later. However, 10 days after the first visit, his symptoms did not mitigate substantially. We also performed magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), prescribed nortriptyline, and created a stabilization splint. MRI images depicted inflammatory disc displacement and joint effusion in the right TMJ. Based on the accurate diagnosis, we kept administering a stabilization splint, intra-articular injection, and medication. His signs and symptoms were alleviated 20 days after the initial visit and did not reoccur for the next 40 days.

The first dental visit is recommended at the time of the eruption of the first tooth and no later than 12 months of age. However, even before the age of 1, children can visit the dental hospital for various reasons. The purpose of this study was to analyze the reasons for the dental visit of infant. From January 2006 to December 2015, medical records of infants who visited the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of Kyung Hee University were analyzed. The total number of patients was 419 (238 males and 181 females). The reasons for the dental visits were trauma (47.5%), natal/neonatal tooth (19.8%), dental caries (8.1%), teething problem (4.3%), abnormal frenum (3.6%), soft tissue swelling (3.6%), Bohn's nodule (3.3%), cleft lip and palate (2.9%), gingival neoplasm (1.9%), tongue ulceration (1.7%), oral examination (1.4%), enamel hypoplasia (1.2%) and abnormal temporomandibular joint sound (0.7%). According to this study, there were various oral diseases that could occur in infants. Since infants are usually cared by caregivers, pediatricians, and obstetricians, education of oral diseases of infants is needed to manage the oral symptoms properly.
This study was conducted to investigate customer taste related to satisfaction of a baby's first birthday party and re-visit of venues. General characteristics of customers were similar in male and female or the married and the unmarried. Mainstream age of respondents was from in their 20's to 30's. Among them, the number of university graduates were the largest in education level. Theoretical model was composed with seven significant variables of design style and composition and design harmony and color sense for flower decoration, accessibility, facility, service and price, satisfaction, and intention of re-visit based on the result of analysis on these factors. Exploratory factor analysis was performed using SPSS 14.0K. Structural equation modeling(SEM) for simultaneous measure of path coefficient in all casualty of study model, measurement model of AMOS 7.0 for evaluation of validity, and reliability and factor analysis method using technical statistics, frequency analysis, and Cronbach's Alpha for data analysis were used. The result of hypothesis verification showed that design style and composition was the most significant item in satisfaction of parameter and it was followed by design harmony and color sense. While service and price had positive effect on satisfaction, accessibility and facility had no relation to it. It means that the most crucial variable was a flower decoration in planning and representation of the celebration of baby's first birthday. In conclusion, the finding of this study suggests that the effective utilization of these variables will contribute to the enhancement of satisfaction affecting improvement service and price or intention of re-visit.

This study was performed to investigate shopping behavior of Chinese, Japanese, and US tourists in Korea. For this purpose, travel activities and shopping items were identified first. And thereafter the shopping satisfaction, travel satisfaction, intention to word-of-mouth, and intention to re-visit were compared by country, gender and age. Finally, the effect of shopping satisfaction on travel evaluations as well as the effect of demographics on shopping satisfaction were examined. Secondary data were used for this survey, while ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and regression analysis were applied to analyze data. The results were listed below. First, main travel activities were shopping, followed by enjoying natural scenery and visiting historic sites. Apparel, cosmetics, leather goods, and shoes were major shopping products. Chinese and Japanese tourists preferred cosmetics and apparel most, while US travellers bought lots of apparel and shoes. Men and older tourists tended to buy food products more than women and younger people did. Second, degree of shopping satisfaction significantly differed by country and age. The US tourists showed highest satisfaction, followed by Japanese and Chinese ones. Younger people tended to be satisfied more than older people significantly. In terms of travel satisfaction and intention for word-of-mouth, the US tourists, women, and younger people revealed higher scores than the other counterparts. Intention to re-visit Korea were significantly different, based on country and gender, showing higher for the US people and women. Third, shopping satisfaction was found to affect travel satisfaction, intention for word-of- mouth, and intention to revisit Korea significantly. In turn, travel satisfaction was also shown significantly to affect on intention for word-of-mouth, and intention to re-visit Korea.

Purpose: Occult hip fracture is not evident on radiographs and the diagnosis is often missed or delayed. This study was undertaken in order to identify the clinical characteristics and complications of patients with a delayed diagnosis of an occult hip fracture. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed patients with occult hip fracture who had normal findings on initial radiographs, the diagnosis was made on additional studies between August 2006 and February 2012. Patients who were diagnosed as having occult hip fractures at the first visit were categorized as non-delayed group and those who were not diagnosed at the first visit were categorized as delayed group. Results: Non-delayed group included 43 patients (86%). In the remaining 7 patients (delayed group), the diagnosis was delayed by a mean of 9.6 days (range 3~19 days). Patients who were diagnosed with an occult fracture on the initial visit presented later than those with a delayed diagnosis (41/43 .vs. 3/7, p=0.002). Other clinical features were no difference between the two groups. Patients in the delayed diagnosis group were more likely to have fracture displacement (4/7 .vs. 0/43)15patients in non-delayed group (34.9%) needed operative treatment, whereas all delayed patients (100%) needed operative treatment. Conclusion: A delayed diagnosis of occult hip fractures was associated with increased rate of displacement and operation. In patients suspected of having occult hip fractures, additional studies should be recommended.
HPM(History and Pedagogy of Mathematics) become an important issue to us now. Study on old Korean mathematics books were made recently. We study mathematics books in Kyujanggak in this article. Horng Wann-Sheng 洪萬生, an math. historian and a member of editorial board of Historia Mathematica, visited Kyujanggak, the royal library of Joseon Dynasty. After his visit, he published a paper, "The first visit to mathematics books in Kyujanggak 奎章閣收藏算書初訪"(2008 Kyujanggak 32, p. 283-293). In his paper, he also raised several research problems on the history of Korean mathematics. In this paper, we analyze his paper "The first visit to mathematics books in Kyujanggak" and give some answers to those raised problems on Korean mathematics. Also we correct some misunderstanding of Horng on some facts. Especially, we make it clear that the author of SinJungSanSul(New Arithmetics 新訂算術) was not Lee Sang-Seol(李相卨), whom Horng considered as the author, but Lee Gyo-Seung(李敎承) through the correct translation of its preface and an article about its copyright lawsuit. And we added some pathways how Chinese mathematics books were imported by Joseon. We introduce the case of Hong Dae-Yong(洪大容) in detail.
The purpose of this study is to provide an objective insight for factors that affect people's visiting behavior to educational farms. Second, this study aims to identify the underlying dimensions representing motivations and constraints for visiting educational farms. Third, this study explores differences among the classified groups with respect to structural relationships of each construct. Finally, identifying strategies of educational farm-related organizations could develop to reinforce visit motivations, offset visit constraints and ultimately increase behavioral intention for potential possible visitors to revisit and recommend educational farms. Empirical results of the study suggest implications for promoting the current farm villages and markets with many stakeholders in agricultural industries. Nevertheless, there are some limitations as followed: first, despite the possibility of their effects, the study did not consider other factors, which could affect revisiting behavior such as destination image, experiencing attributes etc. Second, the study needs improvements through longitudinal research because the cross-sectional research could not rule out the alternative explanations. The directions for the future study are as follows: first, future study requires time series approach instead of cross sectional approach. Secondly, future study might utilize comparative study regarding regional characteristics of educational farms or a nation-wide approach. Thirdly, future study can suggest a combined educational farms considering practical educational farm cases. Lastly, it is considered that developing evaluation measures such as quality authentication system will contribute to educational farms' stabilization.
