본 연구는 소방장비의 발전을 위해 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 소방공무원들이 인지한 소방장비 보급이 소방장비 만족도에 미치는 영향, 이 두변수 사이에서 소방장비 신뢰성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도 7개 소방서의 소방공무원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 구조방정식모형을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소방장비 보급량의 적절성과 보급의 적시성은 소방장비 신뢰성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 소방장비 신뢰성은 소방장비 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 소방장비 보급량의 적절성은 소방장비 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 소방장비 신뢰성은 소방장비 보급량의 적절성과 소방장비 만족도와의 관계에 있어서 부분매개효과가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Recently as the testing of fire detector used the testing device for fire detector, there are something the matter in the perception function loss of fire detector, structure and form of the testing device for fire detector. The problem at oxidation of emitting smoke ashes hazardous article part and so on that checking person absorbs be. In this paper the problem or the conventional the examination equipment of fire detectors is analysed and researched. To solve these problems after the theoretical study and design and paint drawing of equipment the prototype of composite examination equipment of fire detectors was made. After compared with the conventional, part that improve of composite examination equipment of fire detectors are verified through the examination. In the future it will be useful the operation state and correct operation time of the fire detectors are measured after the research about the quality of the material and transparency of bellows cover is done.

Heat release characteristics of live fire load are an important parameter for performance oriented fire safety design of a building. While investigations have been carried out on the fire load and its burning behavior in office, residential and commercial buildings and so on, little effort has been paid for the rational treatment of fire load in bookstore. In this report, burning behavior of typical combustible objects in bookstore are studied by measuring heat release rates of bookshelf with book.

In the case of the fire to the exterior of the building through openings, the openings of the adjacent building are exposed to the risk of combustion expanding and factors that affect the combustion in the radiant heat and direct flame. Recent five years, fire of the adjacent building indicated that incidence of the 5,134(2.27%) among total 225,934 cases occurred The damage scale of fire expanded was lower than in a single building but casualties(5.46%) and property(25.0%) damage were higher. Therefore, this study provides to analyze the operating status for fire protection equipment of fire-preventing area in the Seoul and to apply measures to improve fire protection equipment according to narrow the distance between the building openings studied.

최근 소방행정 분야에 인력 및 각종 소방장비의 확충보강 등은 이루어 졌으나 소방장비분야에서는 주로양적 팽창만 이루어진 결과 유지 관리상에 여러 가지 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 소방장비는 특성상 실용성 경제성 내구성이 높고 꼭 필요한 곳에 사용될 수 있는 효과성을 갖고 있어야 하나 현실적인 유지관리 상태는 그렇지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 소방장비 유지 관리에 대한 실태분석에서 도출된 문제점을 비교 분석하여 의사소통의 활성화, 최고 관리자의 관심과 지지, 전문성 확보, 현장에 적합한 장비 보급 등 소방장비의 효과적인 운용방안을 제시함.

This study was on basic step to develop a good clean extinguishing agent. In order to get a satisfactory result, we tested fire extinguishing ability using Novec which is inert gas. In study used to Cup Burner Test its made by international standard ISO-14520 regulations of gaseous extinguishing agent ability test. The finding is that a new clean agent, Novec has a very efficient extinguishing ability in a state of gas.

Instruction and prevention of the safety for a fire have been performed continuously by nation. However, the accident due to a fire is not decreasing and causes a serious calamity to people. It is at the initial stage of fire burning that the most effective way to reduce damage is to evacuate and fight a fire. When a fire burns, the equipments reporting to other person or organization concerned are called 'acoustic reporting equipment'. Among those equipments reporting to person, 'a fire bell' is the easiest equipment to approach. Observing the behaviors of people when a fire burning, some are in a quiet indoor, some in a room with other people, some in a square with many people and some in indoor filled with smoke etc. This study aims to find out an acoustic reporting signal appropriate for visual information. For the experiments, visual-auditory experiments were performed through reporting signals and visual informations with several situations that is able to be faced at when a fire burns.

Emergency lantern is an escape equipment of fire fighting. This equipment of obligation installation in buildings. But, We cast doubt on this equipment's reliability. Therefor we have need to study of this equipment's reliability. This paper research general emergency lantern for up grade reliability. For connection to fire alarm system, alarm for get lost general emergency lantern, and pilot lamp for interruption of electric power, and charge to rechargeable battery in general emergency lantern from fire alarm system. Then view very good result in reliability.

석유화학공장에서 화재 폭발사고는 매년 반복되고 있으나 화재 방호시스템에 관한 국내 법규는 최악의 화재 시나리오에 대응하기에는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 석유화학공장에서 국내외 화재 방호시스템의 기준을 비교 분석하고 울산국가산업단지 석유화학공장 32개소의 소화설비 현황을 조사하였다. 결론적으로 석유화학공장에서 소화용수는 최악의 화재 시나리오를 기반으로 하여 설계하고 고정식 물분무 설비, 고가 모니터 노즐, 워터커튼 설비, 대용량 포모니터 설비와 같은 소화설비가 최악의 화재 시나리오에 대비하여 설치되어야 할 것으로 나타났다.
