Various social problems such as traffic congestion, car accidents and environmental problems(air pollution, noises etc.) have been happening in the Seoul metropolitan area that has the car oriented traffic system providing cars continuously. Along with this, the financial burden caused by current oil price anxiety made paradigm shift from caroriented to public transportation-oriented. Its typical example is an arterial branch bus system changing(bus lane through the center of main road) started in Seoul in July, 2004. But study on safety analysis of bus lane and characteristic of accidents are not sufficient enough to now. The bus lanes are expanded to provide roads for better traffic operation and accidents between buses and pedestrians or ordinary vehicles are considered main problems. This study divided each bus route of median bus lane(bus-only lane through the center of main roads) and bus lane at roadside by intersection and collected and analysed data about influence variables of bus accidents chosen in each section. We constructed a logistic model using collected data. As a result, bus lane at roadside are used by both buses and other kinds of vehicles differently from median bus lane and showed such characteristic in accident influence. Therefore access management to factors causing conflict and improvement of operation management are required. In case of median bus lane, the more buses moving general vehicle lane and traffic volume of section were, the more accidents happened. In case that stop line of center lane is not backward, view blocking of vehicles turning left caused accidents.

There is a need to comprehend dental accidents accurately, and construct patient-safety-system in order to prevent consistently increasing dental accident or dispute. This study is aimed to provide basic data for an efficient counterplain by looking through and classifying already occurred dental accidents from an angle of patient safety. Recently, the number of dispute on dental implant was the highest according to rapid growth of dental implant. As a result of classifying dental accidents by International Classification for Patient Safety (ICPS), it is confirmed that cause of accident is different by each type of dental treatment. It is expected to help preventing and managing dental disputes properly by studying actual state of dental disputes in perspective of patient safety. Effort to reduce dental accidents and activity to pursue patient safety have thread in connection. I believe that financial profits of dental clinic and improvement of quality in dental treatment can be achieved through these efforts.

This study analyzed any accidents occurred by agricultural machines and comprehended the safety for trends in the current research. The researches pertaining to the safety for agricultural machines are identified by two different methods: scrutinizing the statistical data for accidents and suggesting solutions to ways of an investigation. Other researches related to investigations for the accidents by agricultural machines are planned on the national level and the broad terms of an accident of agricultural activities. The studies are conducted for the prevention and control of accidents about the requirement analysis as well as administrative, educational and financial policy in accordance with the different kinds of the agricultural machines. In addition, for the better responses to injuries caused by the agricultural machines, more researches about the function and ability of elders are much needed.

According to the 2020 industrial accident reports of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the number of fatal accidents in the construction industry over the past 5 years has been higher than in other industries. Of these more than 50% of fatal accidents are initially caused by fall accidents. The central government is intensively managing falling/jamming protection device and the use of personal protective equipment to eradicate the inappropriate factors disrupting safety at construction sites. In addition, although efforts have been made to prevent safety accidents with the proposal of the Special Act on Construction Safety, fatalities on construction sites are constantly occurring. Therefore, this study developed a model that automatically detects the wearing state of the worker's safety helmet and belt using computer vision technology. In considerations of conditions occurring at construction sites, we suggest an optimization method, which has been verified in terms of the accuracy and operation speed of the proposed model. As a result, it is possible to improve the efficiency of inspection and patrol by construction site managers, which is expected to contribute to reinforcing competency of safety management.

The industrial explosives in Korea have been made and used since 1952. The blasting accidents have increased gradually with the use of explosives. Based on the Police Department and Guns & Explosives Safety Technology Association's researching materials, the blasting accidents between 1988 and 1997 have been investigated and analyzed in this paper. FTA method was applied for the analysis of the blasting accidents which occurred in the tunnels, roads, subways, and various kinds of building construction area. The results show that the majority of the accidents, about 45.7% of the total, are due to the fly rocks. It is similar trend in Japan. The FTA analysis performed on the accidents by fly rocks shows that the major source of the accident is human factors such as non-observance of the safety rules, less knowledge of the safety and so on. The results of the study ate expected to provide basic data for making and observing the safety rules, making and amending the laws concerned and planning the security project. It will be helpful in preventing the blasting accidents and in reducing the loss of valuable lives and the financial damage.

To protect financial services against danger of financial accidents and customer information leakage caused by malware, injection attack and so on, Financial Services Commission announced "Financial Networks Security Enhancement Comprehensive Plan", which suggests the guideline of protecting customer information and providing secure financial services by separating network topology and then makes the financial company use network partitioning system. In consequence of this policy, financial companies respectively chose between the physical partitioning mechanism or the logical partitioning mechanism according to their IT environment. This paper suggests an efficient infrastructure configuration plan for making the logical network partition, by comparison of a construction of traditional general equipment and an integrated HCI(Hyper Converged Infrastructure) through 'Hyper Converged' which is one of virualization techniques for developing currently, and the case study of the integrated HCI method.

The EU, the United Kingdom and South Korea are actively pursuing open banking to open financial information to fintech companies for financial structure reform and convenience of financial consumers. As open banking is gradually activated, the importance of stability and protecting users of open banking will increase. In particular, Korea has an electronic financial transaction law that has been in effect since 2007 to secure the stability and reliability of electronic financial transactions, but it is difficult to apply to participating organizations in open banking, so there is a risk of preventing security accidents and weakening user protection in open banking. Therefore, this paper examines the foreign legal system of open banking and analyzes the structure and characteristics of domestic open banking and suggests the ways to improve regulations necessary to strengthen open banking stability and user protection.

Accidents at level crossing where railways and roads cross cause many casualties because of collision of cars etc and it also has a risk of the 2nd accident of trains. it is the most vulnerable point in the railway safety. Fundamental solution for accidents at level crossing is making the crossings cubic. but it can't be easily progressed because of environmental and financial difficulties. every kind of anti-accident measures are being strived for. one of the strived results is level crossing obstacle detector which automatically detects obstacles like defected cars etc in the middle of level crossing and transmits the information of obstacles to the approaching train. However present level crossing obstacle auto detector needs high expenses to be installed and has difficulties that lenses of beam transmitter, beam receiver should be cleaned in snowing winter. this document reviews level crossing obstacle auto detector using ultrasonic sensor to measure these difficulties.

Korean railway has run about 110 years since 1989 and played a great role of industrialization in Korea. It is known that rail transport systems have many advantages of being more safe, energy-efficient, and environment-friendly, as compared to other transportation systems. However, railway incidents are often attributed to the failure of safety management and critical to the efficiency of railroad industry. This study reviewed economic, financial, and general statistical information on Korea Railroad. Based on the statistical data, the effect of accidents on railroad management was analyzed. Correlation analysis revealed that railway accident had a negative effect on the gross profit of Korea Railroad. In order to reduce potential risks and incident rate, some recommendations are proposed. Actual or potential applications of this research include safety guidelines for improving efficiency of railroad industry.
