미용업종사자의 미용기기 사용에 대한 분쟁해결과 정책적 과제 (Conflict resolution and political tasks on the usage of beauty care devices by beauty artists)

  • In contemporary society interest in and consumption of beauty treatment are increasing, raising interest in health and beauty. However, beauty-related laws are becoming factors of hindrance of beauty development. Currently the Public Health Control Act plays a basic role in the beauty art business in Korea, However the contents are in discord with international laws and its definition is not clear. Therefore it is causing conflicts of different occupations and job associations which are similar to art business. Especially, because neither definitions nor policies on beauty care devices exist in the Public Health Control Act, beauty care devices using in foreign countries cannot be used in Korea due to classification as medical devices. Under this circumstance, therefore, beauty care device uses by beauty artists violate the law. The government has tried to solve these irrational regulations. Recently, the Small and Medium Business Administration announced 'the improvement plan of small business and young founders site regulation for public economy recovery' in a ministerial meeting on December 28, 2016. Regulations on policy preparation for skincare devices were inclusive in this announcement. It is the question whether the regulations will be executed or not. Even though beauty industrial competitiveness was presented in the 18th Presidential Council on National Competitiveness in 2009, it was not practiced. The proposal bills for beauty law improvement have been put forth several times since 2000 including an improvement plan for regulating beauty care devices. However, so far there have been no improvements. The damage on the regulation classifying beauty devices as medical devices is not only restricted to skincare. This develops beauty devices and the beauty industry which imports and exports beauty devices. When beauty devices are exported, complicated procedures are unavoidable and when beauty devices are imported, irrational problems like reregistration procedures and costs occur. The reason why an improvement plan has not gone into practice is the resistance of the dermatologists' association. Dermatologists tend to stand positively against harming public health by saying that beauty devices used by beauty artists cause people to suffer side effects. In contrast, anyone who has a licence to use beauty devices is able to use them in foreign countries. It is not only infringement of one's right as a beauty artist but also people's right to receive beauty care services. With this reason, Korean's current law under which beauty devices are ruled as medical devices should be revised with accordance to domestic surroundings. Therefore in order to advance and globalize the beauty industry, the support and cooperation of the Korean government and relevant associations is needed to legislate and revise the beauty devices laws. The relevant associations abandon regional self-centeredness and cooperate to define ranges, size and management of beauty devices for safe use. If no collaboration exists, an arbitration agency should be established to solve the problem.

유방촬영 시 유방보형물 환자에 대한 새로운 압박대 적용의 유용성 평가 (Evaluation of Usefulness of Image by Using New Compression Paddle for Mammoplasty Patient During Mammography)

  • 유방확대수술이 미용을 위한 성형뿐만 아니라 유방암 절제술 후 재건의 목적으로 받는 등의 증가 추세이다. 유방확대수술을 받은 여성은 유방에 삽입한 보형물이 유방실질을 가려 유방질환을 진단하기 어려운 경우가 점점 증가하고 있고, 압박대로인한 보형물 파열 우려로 환자의 두려움은 증가하고 있다. 그러므로 유방보형물 삽입 여성에게 적용 가능한 압박대를 개발하여 그 유용성을 알아보고자 하며, 기존의 압박대와 새롭게 개발한 압박대를 유방보형물 삽입 환자모형의 phantom에 적용시켜 영상을 얻은 후 유방의 Inner, Outer 부분과 유두후방길이(Posterior Nipple Line; PNL), 전체적인 포함면적을 비교하여 그 유용성을 비교해보고자 한다. 개발한 압박대로 압박 시 전체 면적은 CC view에서 $9,813.797mm^2$로 10.09% 증가하였고, CC-ID view에서 $7,621.531mm^2$로 3.88% 증가하였으며, PNL은 CC view에서 90.916mm로 3.41% 증가, CC-ID view에서 75.357mm로 1.64% 증가하였다. 또한 흉벽 측 유방조직은 CC view에서 177.725mm로 3.53% 증가하였고, CC-ID view에서 152.510mm로 6.57% 증가되는 것으로 나타났으며, 기존의 압박대에 비해 개발한 압박대의 CC-ID 영상에서는 보형물이 완전히 제거된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

충남 아산의 청동기 시대 주거지 밀집 구역의 지형환경 분석 - 용두천과 온양천 유역을 사례로 - (Analysis of the Geomorphological Environments of High-Density Residential Zone in Bronze Age around Asan City, Central Korea - A Case Study of Yongdoocheon and Onyangcheon Basin -)

  • 충남 아산과 온양 근교의 용두천과 온양천 유역 그리고 천안 백석동에서는 청동기 시대 주거지가 다수 발견되었다. 백석동에는 약 $1.3km^2$에 207기의 주거지가 집중해 있고 용두천과 온양천 유역에는 $49.2km^2$에 177기의 주거지가 산발적으로 분포해 있다. 이 지역들의 청동기 시대 주거지는 대부분 구릉지에 입지해 있으며, 구릉지의 지형환경은 일부 지질적 차이를 제외하고는 매우 유사하다. 본 연구에서는 충남 용두천과 온양천 유역의 청동기 시대 주거지 밀집 구역의 지형환경을 분석하고 그 결과를 백석동 연구 결과와 비교하였다. 연구 결과 이 지역들의 주거지 밀집구역은 정부평탄면과 정부사면, 상부곡벽사면의 사면 미지형과 남동 사면으로 이루어져 있다. 사면경사는 완경사지가 많이 나타나지만 사면 미지형과 사면방향에 비해 특정 경사면에 편중되는 경향이 적어 주거지 밀집 구역의 특징적인 지형환경으로 규정하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서 도출한 지형환경 특징은 일부 사례 지역에 국한된 것이 아니고 충청남도 일대의 구릉지에 입지했던 청동기 시대 주거지들의 밀집에 주요한 요인이었을 가능성을 보여주고 있다.

Efficient Mining of Frequent Subgraph with Connectivity Constraint

  • The goal of data mining is to extract new and useful knowledge from large scale datasets. As the amount of available data grows explosively, it became vitally important to develop faster data mining algorithms for various types of data. Recently, an interest in developing data mining algorithms that operate on graphs has been increased. Especially, mining frequent patterns from structured data such as graphs has been concerned by many research groups. A graph is a highly adaptable representation scheme that used in many domains including chemistry, bioinformatics and physics. For example, the chemical structure of a given substance can be modelled by an undirected labelled graph in which each node corresponds to an atom and each edge corresponds to a chemical bond between atoms. Internet can also be modelled as a directed graph in which each node corresponds to an web site and each edge corresponds to a hypertext link between web sites. Notably in bioinformatics area, various kinds of newly discovered data such as gene regulation networks or protein interaction networks could be modelled as graphs. There have been a number of attempts to find useful knowledge from these graph structured data. One of the most powerful analysis tool for graph structured data is frequent subgraph analysis. Recurring patterns in graph data can provide incomparable insights into that graph data. However, to find recurring subgraphs is extremely expensive in computational side. At the core of the problem, there are two computationally challenging problems. 1) Subgraph isomorphism and 2) Enumeration of subgraphs. Problems related to the former are subgraph isomorphism problem (Is graph A contains graph B?) and graph isomorphism problem(Are two graphs A and B the same or not?). Even these simplified versions of the subgraph mining problem are known to be NP-complete or Polymorphism-complete and no polynomial time algorithm has been existed so far. The later is also a difficult problem. We should generate all of 2$^n$ subgraphs if there is no constraint where n is the number of vertices of the input graph. In order to find frequent subgraphs from larger graph database, it is essential to give appropriate constraint to the subgraphs to find. Most of the current approaches are focus on the frequencies of a subgraph: the higher the frequency of a graph is, the more attentions should be given to that graph. Recently, several algorithms which use level by level approaches to find frequent subgraphs have been developed. Some of the recently emerging applications suggest that other constraints such as connectivity also could be useful in mining subgraphs : more strongly connected parts of a graph are more informative. If we restrict the set of subgraphs to mine to more strongly connected parts, its computational complexity could be decreased significantly. In this paper, we present an efficient algorithm to mine frequent subgraphs that are more strongly connected. Experimental study shows that the algorithm is scaling to larger graphs which have more than ten thousand vertices.

고리 봉합법을 이용한 심부 수지 굴건 종지부에서의 건봉합 (Loop Suture Technique for Flexor Digitorum Profundus Tendon Repair in the Insertion Site)

  • Purpose: In the case of repair for far distal parts of FDP (Flexor digitorum profundus) division, the method of either pull-out suture or fixation of tendon to the distal phalanx is preferred. In this paper, the results of a modified loop suture technique used for the complete division of FDP from both zone 1a and distal parts of zone 1b in Moiemen classification are presented. Methods: From July 2006 to July 2009, the modified loop suture technique was used for the 10 cases of FDP in complete division from zone 1a and distal parts of zone 1b, especially where insertion sites were less than 1 cm apart from a tendon of a stump. In a suture technique, a loop is applied to each distal and proximal parts of tendon respectively. Core suture of 2-strand and epitendinous suture are done with PDS 4-0. Out of 10 patients, the study was done on 6 patients who were available for the followup. The average age of the patients was 49.1 years (in the range from 26 to 67). 5 males and 1 female patients were involved in this study. There were 3 cases with zone 1a and distal parts of zone 1b. The average distance to the distal tendon end was 0.6 cm. There were 5 cases underwent microsurgical repair where both artery and nerve divided. One case of only tendon displacement was presented. The dorsal protective splint was kept for 5 weeks on average. The results of the following tests were measured: active & passive range of motion, grip strength test, key pinch and pulp pinch test. Results: The follow-up period on average was 11 months, in the range from 2 to 20 months. There was no case of re-rupture, but tenolysis was performed in 1 cases. In all 6 cases, the average active range of motion of distal interphalangeal joint was 50.8 degree. The grip strength (ipsilateral/contralateral) was measured as 88.7% and the pulp pinch test was 79.2% as those of contralateral side. Flexion contracture was presented in 2 cases (15 degree on average) and there was no quadrigia effect found. Conclusion: Despite short length of tendon from the insertion site in FDS rupture in zone 1a and distal parts of zone 1b, sufficient functional recovery could be expected with the tendon to tendon repair using the modified loop suture technique.

자연형 하천평가를 위한 원격탐사법 응용 : 다중파장 위성영상의 식생지수 중심 (An Application of Remote Sensing Method for Close-to-nature Stream Evaluation : Focusing on Vegetation Index of Multi-Spectral Satellite Image)

  • Close-to-nature stream evaluation is one of the processing to make the streams over in order to keep them natural. It is integral to evaluate and make an accurate analysis of them on the purpose of maintaining streams healthy. For many instances, there are, stream organization evaluation for restoration by German government, evaluation for ecosystem protection in natural preserves by New Zealand government, and stream-view evaluation for restoration by Britain government so on. In case of the country there are analysis and evaluation of stream physical organization by Cho, Yong-hyun, Close-to-nature stream evaluation for restoration by Kim, Dong-chan, evaluation of stream properties in korea by Park, Bong-jin. Close-to-nature evaluation by Lim, Chan-uk, that is advanced version of Park, Bong-jin's, shows form of stream including waterway curve, sand bar, diversity of flow, river bed material, diversity of minor bed, minor bed bank protection works, bank protection material. It also does environment of stream including side of minor bed vegetation, width of surface of the water/width of the river etc.. By the way, this evaluation does not have free access to apply those details above in the field, it often happens that you get various outcome from the one spot. so you must need more realistic testing method to obtain more accurate data. Remote sensing method is highly recommended because this is very useful for collecting realistic data of vegetation index. what is more, it can not only scan even the minimum area within its resolving power but also do obtain data anytime. Vegetation index indicates Ratio vegetation index, Normalized difference vegetation index, Soil adjusted vegetation index, Atmospherically resistant vegetation index etc.. The research is focusing on Cheokgwa stream which is the branch of Taehwa river and shows 19 sectioned Close-to-nature stream performed according to the method by Lim, chan-uk. Besides let you know vegetation index came from image data of satellite landsat 7 with the variation of buffering area, of the day 9. may. 2003. Of all, the outcome 0.758 at 200m buffer-zone of NDVI was the best we have got so far.

국산 $^{18}F$-FDG Auto Sysnthesizer의 수율 향상과 성능 개선 (Improved Radiochemical Yields, Reliability and Improvement of Domestic $^{18}F$-FDG Auto Synthesizer)

  • Purpose: 2-[$^{18}F$]Fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose ([$^{18}F$]FDG) particularly plays as a important role in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging in nuclear medicine. Domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizers are installed in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital (SNUBH) at June 2008, these modules were known that it's synthetic yields were guaranteed in average $45{\pm}5%$ so far. To improve yields and convenience of domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizer, numerous trials in reaction time, base concentration, pressure and temperature were performed to increase [$^{18}F$]FDG yields. Materials and Methods: Several synthetic factors (temperature, time and pressure) and shortcoming were corrected based on many evaporation test. Syringe dispensing of tetra-butylammonium bicarbonate (TBAB) was replaced with micro pipette to prepare tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride salt ([$^{18}F$]TBAF). Troublesome refill of liquid nitrogen every 2 hours which was used to protect vacuum system was changed to charcoal cartridge, base guard filter. To monitor the volume of delivered $[^{18}O]OH_2$ from cyclotron by surveillance camera, we set up the volumetric vial on the cover of the module. In addition to, the recovery vial was added in [$^{18}F$]FDG production system to recover [$^{18}F$]FDG loss due to the leak of valve ($V_{13,14}$) in [$^{18}F$]FDG purification process. Results: When we used micro pipette for adding TBAB ($30\;{\mu}L$ in 12% $H_2O$ in acetonitrile), this quantitative dispensation has enabled to improve $5.5{\pm}1.7%$ residual fluorine-18 activity in fluorine separation cartridge compared to syringe adding. Besides, the synthetic yields of [$^{18}F$]FDG has increased $58{\pm}2.6%$ (n=19), $58{\pm}2.9%$ (n=14), $60%{\pm}2.5%$ (n=17) for 3 months. The life cycle of charcoal cartridge and base vacuum was 3 months prior to filling liquid nitrogen every 2 hours and additional side separator can prevent pump corrosion by organic solvent. After setting of volumetric indicator vial, the operator can easily monitor the total volume of irradiated $[^{18}O]OH_2$ from cyclotron. The recovery vial can be used for the stabilizer when an irregular [$^{18}F$]FDG loss was generated by the leak of valves ($V_{13,14}$). Conclusions: We has optimized appropriate synthetic conditions (temperature, time, pressure) in domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizer. In addition to, the remodeling with several accessories improve yields of domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizer with reliable reproducibility.

2 캐비티 LCD 사출품의 품질향상에 관한 해석 및 실험적 연구 (Analytical and experimental study on the quality improvement of 2 cavity injection-molded LCD frame)

  • LCD 프레임은 중 대형 TFT-LCD BLU의 기본형상을 유지시켜주는 중요한 부분이다. 중 대형 LCD 프레임을 효율적으로 생산하기 위해 1 캐비티에서 2 캐비티 사출 공정으로의 개선이 필요하다. 2 캐비티 금형 구조는 콤팩트하게 되었고 핫 런너 존이 증가되었기 때문에 사출온도를 조절하기 어렵게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 2 캐비티 사출성형공정으로 생산된 프레임에 대한 품질을 평가하기 위해서 유한요소해석 프로그램을 사용하여 사출해석을 수행하였다. 1 캐비티와 2 캐비티 공정에서 계산된 사출압력과 최대 변형량은 각각 41.13 MPa과 1.62 mm, 40.49 MPa과 1.66 mm이다. 1 캐비티 프레임의 측정된 최대 굽힘 하중, 표면거칠기가 140 N, 0.13 ${\mu}m$, 인데 비하여 2 캐비티 중 좌, 우 프레임의 측정값들은 209 N, 0.08 ${\mu}m$와 193 N, 0.10 ${\mu}m$이다. 열화상은 2 캐비티 금형 중 좌 우 금형 온도의 최대 표준 편차값은 $1.23^{\circ}C$임을 나타내고 있다. 시뮬레이션과 측정은 전체적으로 2 캐비티 사출공정의 프레임 품질이 1 캐비티 품질보다 나쁘지 않다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 2 캐비티 공정에서 프레임의 최대 굽힘 하중값은 1 캐비티 공정의 하중값보다 매우 증가되었다.

T-DMB 실시간 비디오 부가데이터 서비스 시스템 개발 (The Development of Real-time Video Associated Data Service System for T-DMB)

  • T-DMB (Terrestrial-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)는 비디오 부가데이터 서비스 표준으로 MPEG-4 BIFS (Binary Format for Scene) Core2D 장면서술 프로파일과 그래픽스 프로파일을 채택하였다. BIFS 기능을 이용하면 송신측에서 지정하는 속성에 따라 글자, JPEG 정지영상, 도형 등을 수신측의 주 화면상에 오버레이 할 수 있고, 원하는 객체에 클릭 가능한 버튼이나 웹 링크를 설정할 수 있어 다양한 형태의 대화형 방송이 가능하다. 본 논문은 비디오 부가데이터 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 개발 중인 시스템은 사용자의 조작에 따라 프로그램에 실시간으로 반영되는 부가데이터 서비스 제공, 비디오 인코더와의 연동 및 안정성에 중점을 두었으며, BIFS 실시간 시스템, 자동 스트림 제어 시스템, 수신 모니터링 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 시스템의 기본기능들은 방송 프로그램과 제작 현장의 특성을 최우선적으로 반영하여 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 KBS T-DMB 부가데이터 시범서비스에 사용되었으며, 안정성 강화 등의 작업을 거친 후 본 방송에 투입될 예정이다.

제품 사용 중 표출되는 사용자의 대표감성 추출에 관한 연구 (Extraction of user's representative emotions expressed while using a product)

  • 지금까지 감성어휘에 대한 연구는 감성공학분야에서 많이 진행되었는데, 기존의 감성어휘에 대한 연구들은 대부분 제품의 외관에서 느끼는 인간의 감성을 표현하는 어휘나 제품의 외관 자체를 감성적으로 표현할 수 있는 어휘들에 관련된 것이 많았다. 하지만 제품을 사용하면서 표출되는 인간의 감성에 관련된 감성어휘에 대한 연구는 아직 많이 이루어지고 있지 않는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에 써는 사용자가 제품을 사용하는 도중에 유발될 수 있는 인간의 감성 변화를 나타낼 수 있는 감성어휘들을 추출해 보았다. 우선 심리학, 언어학, 감성공학 등의 분야에서 수집된 기존의 감성어휘들을 조사하여 통합하는 과정을 거쳤다 또한 쇼핑몰 사이트 및 매니아들을 대상으로 하는 전문 사이트 등에서 사용자들이 남긴 제품 사용후기를 통해 감성어휘를 수집하였다. 마지막으로 소리내어 생각하기(Think Aloud)를 활용하여 실험실에서 사용자들로 하여금 일련의 태스크를 수행하게끔 하고 제품을 사용하면서 느끼는 자신의 감성을 말로 표출하게 하였다. 수집된 어휘들을 일정한 기준에 따라 삭제 또는 통합하고, 적합성 평가를 위한 두 차례의 설문조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 제품을 사용하는 도중에 유발될 수 있는 인간의 감성을 파악하기 위한 88개의 감성어휘를 추출하였다. 추출된 감성어휘들을 요인분석을 통해 '심미성', '사용적 만족성', '신규성', '불편성', '유쾌성', '우수성' 등 6개 감성 카테고리로 구분하여 사용자들이 제품을 사용하면서 표출하는 대표감성을 추출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 추출된 감성어휘와 대표 감성은 제품을 사용하면서 표출되는 인간의 감성을 측정하는 데에 필요한 주관적 평가자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
