패션브랜드 판매원의 판매서비스와 조직구성원 관계가 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Sales Services and Organizational Member Relationships of Fashion Brand Salesperson on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of sales services and organizational member relationships of fashion brand salespersons on job performance and job satisfaction, as well as how job performance, job satisfaction, salesperson services, and organizational member relationships differ according to the sales career and job position. The data were collected by administering a questionnaire to fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020. Using 235 responses, the data were analyzed with SPSS 27.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The research results were as follows. First, the basic services of the salesperson comprised factors such as 'consideration and convenience', 'appearance and dress', and 'kindness and greeting', which are considered better variables to explain job performance than job satisfaction. Second, the salesperson's professional service consisted of 'fashion product knowledge', 'professional self-management', and 'store display technology' factors, which are good variables to predict job performance. Third, the relationship between the members of a salesperson's organization consists of factors such as 'headquarters relations', 'colleague relations', and 'emotional labor', which was better for explaining job satisfaction than job performance. Fourth, depending on the position, professional salespeople exhibited significantly higher values in job performance, basic and professional services of salespersons, and 'headquarters relations' factors, whereas there were no significant differences in job satisfaction, 'colleague relations' and 'emotional labor'. Lastly, the more sales career, the higher the job performance, and the basic services, professional services, and 'headquarters relations' factors of salespeople were also good.

중년기 직장 남성의 퇴직에 대한 태도와 퇴직 후 생활 계획 (Middle-aged employed men's attitudes toward retirement and plans for post-retirement life)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the overall levels of the middle-aged employed men's attitudes toward retirement and plans for post-retirement life, and to explore the relative effects of personal, family, and job characteristics on retirement attitude and the level of retirement plan. The data were collected from the 438 middle-aged (ranging from 41 to 50) employed men through the structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentile, average, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that most of the respondents had neither positive nor negative attitude toward retirement and the level of planning for post-retirement life was slightly higher than average score on the scale. Next, the positive attitudes of middle-aged employed men toward retirement were observed from those who have higher education, larger household income, higher job security and lower job stress respondents who hold professional, administrative, or official jobs were more positive toward retirement than those who hold professional, administrative, or official jobs were more positive toward retirement than those who hold manufacturing or sales job. A well-planned post-retirement life was found among those who have better health, higher job satisfaction, job security and job orientation. Job characteristic variables such as job security and job satisfaction showed stronger impact than personal or family ones on the attitude toward retirement and the level of retirement planning. Household income and health also had significant effects.

맞벌이교사들의 결혼만족도와 가족건강성 (Marital Satisfaction and Family Strengths in Dual-Income Teachers)

  • 이 연구는 맞벌이교사들의 결혼만족도와 가족건강성을 규명하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 조사대상은 경남지역의 맞벌이교사 289명이며, 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 맞벌이교사들의 결혼만족도는 7점 만점에 평균 5.22점으로서 결혼만족도를 긍정적으로 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또 맞벌이 기혼교사들의 결혼만족도에 유의한 관련변인은 성별, 교육수준. 종교 유무, 가족형태, 가사조력자, 자아존중감, 직업만족도 등으로 나타났다. 2. 맞벌이교사들의 가족건강성은 5점 만점에 3.88점으로 가족건강성이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 맞벌이 교사들의 가족건강성에 유의한 관련변인은 가정의 월수입정도, 자아존중감, 직업만족도. 결혼만족도 둥으로 나타났다. 3. 맞벌이교사들의 결혼만족도와 가족건강성 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 맞벌이교사들의 결혼만족도가 높을수록 가족건강성도 높아져 결혼만족도와 가족건강성 간의 불가분의 관계를 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 맞벌이교사들의 결혼만족도는 양호하며 가족건강성도 높아서 직장과 가정생활을 잘 양립하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있으나, 학생을 가르치는 교사들의 가족건강성이 좀 더 강화되어 학생들에게 더 나은 삶의 본보기가 될 필요가 있다하겠다.

서울시 보건소 간호사의 사회적 지지도와 직무만족도 (The Social Support and the Job Satisfaction of the Public Health Nurse in Health Centers in Seoul)

  • In order to investigate the social support and the job satisfaction of the public health nurse, questionnaire survey was carried out on 297 nurses who were working in 25 public health centers in Seoul. The results of the study were as follows; 1. Mean score of job satisfaction was the highest in interaction(3.55) followed by-professional position(3.46), relationship between nurses and doctors(3.23), autonomy(2.85), administration(2.60), requirements(2.43) and pay(2.30) in descending order, and total mean score was 2.92. 2. The level of the job satisfaction was significantly higher in group with longer than 20 years' career and 15 years' in Public Health Center, 5th job rank and income more than two million won a month. 3. The mean score of social support was 3.57 out of 5. The social support tended to be higher in direct social support(3.61) than in indirect social support(3.54). 4. Job satisfaction was significantly correlated with social support(r=0.407). 5. The primary factor which influenced the job satisfaction was the social support which had the 25.5% explaining efficacy. The total explaining efficacy which included pay(6.4%) was 31.0%. In conclusion, it was found out that there existed Pearson's correlation between the job satisfaction and the social support of nurses of Public Health Centers in Seoul. Therefore, what is needed to increase the job satisfaction of nurses of public Health Centers is the politic support for the systems of the social support such as nurse's family, the system of Public Health Center, and the working environment. Finally it is important to increase the job satisfaction of nurses of Public Health Centers through the politic support.

보육교사의 이직의도에 대한 조직문화와 직무만족도의 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Childcare Teachers' Intention to Change Jobs)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of organizational culture and childcare teachers' job satisfaction on their intention to change jobs. The participants of this study were 290 childcare teachers from the Busan and Gyeongnam areas. The instruments used in this study were the Organizational Culture Scale (4 factors with 16 items), Childcare Teacher's Job Satisfaction Scale (6 factors with 40 items), and Childcare Teacher's Intention to Change Jobs Scale (1 factor with 7 items). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS ver. 21.0 software. The results were as follows: First, the higher childcare teachers' intention to change jobs, the lower was their monthly income, age, and career level, and the total number of children that they had to serve. Second, there were significant positive correlations between childcare teachers' intention to change jobs and their innovative, collective, and rational organizational culture. Further, there were significant negative correlations between childcare teachers' intention to change jobs and hierarchical organizational culture. and between childcare teachers' intention to change jobs and their job satisfaction. Finally, childcare teachers' intention to change jobs was found to be 46% about job satisfaction and organizational culture and was explained the most by the director's childcare center management. This study primarily suggests that a director's role is important in the lowering of childcare teacher's intention to change jobs.

호텔 및 패밀리레스토랑 종사원의 불만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Job Dissatisfaction and Turnover in a Deluxe Hotel and a Family Restaurant)

  • This study considers the influence of the job satisfaction of employees at deluxe hotels and family restaurants on turnover intent, and seeks to analyze the moderating effects of company type (deluxe hotel and family restaurant) on the relationship between job dissatisfaction and turnover intent. Based on a total of 408 employees, this study reviewed the reliability and validity of the results obtained from empirical research using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using structural equation modeling (SEM). The major findings are as follows. Job dissatisfaction was separated into five factors: the work itself, promotion, pay and benefits, supervision, and co-workers. The empirical results indicate that job dissatisfaction positively influences the turnover intent of employees. More specifically, the work itself (${\beta}=0.346$, p<0.001), and supervision (${\beta}=0.281$, p<0.001) significantly affects employees' turnover intent, whereas promotion, pay and benefits, and co-workers did not. Therefore, the turnover intent of employees at hotels and family restaurants decreased when they were motivated by strategies related to job dissatisfaction. In addition, the findings demonstrated that the company type moderated the effect of job dissatisfaction (e.g., co-worker) on turnover intent. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

제조업에 종사하는 정신장애인 근로자의 이직의도 관련요인 (Factors Affecting Turnover Intention of People with Mentally Disabilities Working in Manufacturing Industry)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify turnover intentions in workers with mentally disabilities working in manufacturing industry. Methods: Participants were 147 workers with mentally disabled living in B-city and Y-city. The data were collected from September 1st to November 30th, 2011 using self-report questionnaires including measurements of turnover intentions, family support, work volition, working environment, job satisfaction and internalized stigma. Data analysis was done using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The average score for turnover intention was $2.9{\pm}0.7$. Turnover intention was related to job satisfaction, working environment, family support and internalized stigma. The predicting factors for turnover intention were job satisfaction, internalized stigma and gender. Those factors accounted for 41.9% of turnover intention. Conclusion: The results imply that workers with mentally disabled need to reduce internalized stigma as well as to increase job satisfaction in order to decrease turnover intention.

Life Satisfaction in China 2013: A Survey Study in Two Main Chinese Cities

  • The Chinese economic growth rate has been much higher than many countries of the world for many years now. Nowadays, China is experiencing significant economic transformation and structural adjustment. Its speed of development is slowing, and housing and commodity prices are slowly rising. Consequently, a series of economic and social problems have come into being. Under these circumstances, how satisfied are Chinese people on the seven aspects of daily living such as Housing Situation, Household Income, Health, Family Life, Food, Human Relations and Job? The Media and Public Opinion Research Center of Fudan University (FMORC) conducted a phone survey of 606 people living in Beijing, the capital and political and cultural center of China, and Shanghai, the Chinese economic center. The survey results show that the overall satisfaction of Chinese people with their daily life is high. The levels of Family Life and Human Relations are on the top, those of Food, Health and Jobs are listed from the third to the fifth, and satisfaction levels of their Housing Situation and Household Income are on the bottom. The satisfaction levels of males with their Family Life and Health are higher than those of females. Age has a significantly negative correlation with satisfaction with personal health. Monthly income has positive relationships with four aspects of daily life - house income, job, house situation, and family life. Owning a house in cities is another important factor that influences satisfaction with the house situation, house income, food, and family life. Shanghai residents also show higher satisfaction with their health than Beijing residents.

아버지의 기질에 따른 결혼만족도, 직업만족도, 양육참여 간 관계의 차이 (Marital Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, and Parenting Participation of Fathers : The Role of Paternal Temperament)

  • The present study aimed to identify the variables related to paternal participation in child-rearing. For this purpose, 543 fathers of young children living in the seven biggest cities in Korea were invited to participate in the internet survey and completed questionnaires assessing marital and job satisfaction. Their temperament was measured with the EAS Temperament Survey(Buss & Plomin, 1984). The result of this research showed that both the marital and job satisfaction of the fathers affected their parenting participation. And also, marital satisfaction was more strongly associated with the fathers' parenting participation than job satisfaction. All temperament types of the fathers had moderating effects and there were significant differences according to their temperament. This study provides the key factors which have an influence on paternal involvement in parenting and also suggests that the temperament of the father should be considered for participation in parenting.

대전지역 중학생이 지각한 가족의 건강성 및 가족여가 태도에 따른 청소년의 가족여가 만족도 (The Satisfaction of Adolescent's Family Leisure on the Healthy Family and Family leisure Attitude for Middle School Students in DaeJeon)

  • 본 연구는 대전광역시 2곳의 중학교에 다니는 1학년과 2학년의 200명을 대상으로 하였고, 분석에 사용된 통계방법은 SPSS 통계프로그램으로 빈도, 백분율, t검증, 일원변량분석, 상관계수, 중다회귀분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가족의 건강성과 가족여가 태도가 청소년들의 가족여가만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 결과 첫째, 성별에 따른 가족여가 만족도는 여학생이 남학생보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 가정의 소득수준이 높을 때, 가족여가 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족여가 태도와 가족여가 만족도는 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가족의 건강성과 가족여가 만족도는 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 가족의 여가 만족도를 가장 잘 설명하는 변인은 가족의 여가태도 중 감정적 태도로 나타났다. 그러므로 가족여가 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 가족구성원들이 가족여가의 필요성과 효과를 인식하고 실천하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 본다.
